Senator Harry Reid Unethically Attacks, Using Taxpayers Money

It seems that punch drunk Senator Harry Reid has a bad habit and that is he attacks political foes from the Senate floor. I have been on this earth a long time now and I can’t recall Americans being attacked so viciously from the Senate floor by a Senate majority leader. If I didn’t know better, or maybe I don’t know better I feel Reid is losing his marbles. There has been many insults back and forth on policy through the years but not to attack someone personally the way Reid has done. He is not acting like a Senate Majority leader. he is acting like someone is pulling his strings.

Lets just go over a few. Keep in mind these are from the Senate floor not out on the campaign trail. If you recall during the 2012 presidential campaign Reid accused Republican candidate Mitt Romney that he didn’t pay taxes for ten years. Then he said a couple of days later that he wasn’t even sure it was true, which it was proven that it wasn’t. Maybe Romney should have brought up how did Reid get wealthy on a politicians salary.

Reid has attacked Senator Ted Cruz from Texas that he was nothing but a schoolyard bully. I assume because Cruz wanted to repeal Obama Care which everyone sees now it should have been repealed.

He has attacked Rush Limbaugh, in return Rush invited Reid on his show of which the yellow belly that he is never accepted.

Now he is on the “attack the Koch Brothers kick.” Not only have they donated to Democratic candidates in the past but here is what Joe Scarborough one time member of The House of Representatives had to say “There are a lot of liberals in New York City that appreciate what [the Koch brothers have] done on cancer research, that appreciate what they’ve done with the Lincoln Center. What they’ve done with the arts. What they’ve done in their lives,” Scarborough said. Naturally Reid will not attack George Soros because he has bought and controls the left wing element of the Democratic Party.

Here is what this is all about. Because this is not out on the campaign trail where your campaign organization use their own funds for such attacks Reid uses taxpayer resources in partisan attacks against Republicans. This is because he is the leader of the Senate and he is using the Senate floor to attack his detractors. This is a violation of ethics rules and the Republican party will expose this to the American people and bring up charges.

Reid’s time has come. He’s a dirty old politician who has crossed the line. It’s obvious he does these thing to stir up his base and use them as distractions off the real issues in hand. Like I have said at times before, Reid use to be a boxer. I feel he got hit in the head too many times which is effecting him now in his old age. That’s why I have labeled him “punch drunk Harry.”

VA Hospital In Phoenix Using Phony Waiting List

There are VA Hospitals all throughout the United States. You would think and want the VA hospitals to be at its best ethical standards especially with Americans who have served in the military. Throughout the United States there is a total of 153 VA hospitals, 773 outpatient centers and about 260 Vet Centers for (counseling) My concern is that if there is a lowering of ethical standards in one hospital what is to say that there are others of the same unethical standards going on that have not as yet been detected.

This is from Fox News: Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake are calling for a Senate investigation and hearings into allegations that up to 40 Arizona veterans died while awaiting medical appointments at the Phoenix VA Medical Center.

“McCain also wrote to Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki, citing a report in the Arizona Republic on whistle-blower allegations about veteran deaths and accusations about VA administrators keeping secret waiting lists. This is just disgusting. I can’t even believe that a VA Hospital would go to such an extreme as to keep secret waiting lists. “Last week, Jeff Miller, R-Fla., chairman of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, said the panel’s investigators concluded as many as 40 Arizona veteran deaths could be related to VA delays in providing them medical care. Some veterans say wait times now average 55 days.”

What they were doing was keeping two sets of waiting time lists so as to hide the real time a veteran was waiting for care. This is murder if you ask me. You have a veteran who is ill and they know it and instead of facing the fact something has to be done with this veteran to have him or her treated they put their name on a phony waiting list so as not to arouse suspicion and the veteran dies from neglect. Now this is only one VA Hospital in Arizona among a total as I stated above of 153 hospitals throughout the United States.

“Dr. Sam Foote, a former VA doctor in the Phoenix system, told Megyn Kelly on “The Kelly File” Thursday night “we believe senior management obviously had knowledge of this. “Earlier, he told CNN that the alleged secret waiting list was used by senior management to conceal the fact that 1,400 to 1,600 sick veterans were forced to wait months to see a doctor.

The VA has stated that the Phoenix VA is taking this very serious and is allowing a comprehensive review. Of course they are going to say that. I hope they don’t find that this is part of the budget cutting that has been going on in the military, that would definitely be the last straw to know that the VA is cutting corners and one of the ways is to mistreat that veteran in that hospital bed. This would be unacceptable.

Senator Harry Reid Disgustingly Called American Patriots Terrorists

One thing that has been very noticeable with President Obama is he doesn’t like to use the word terrorist. There are people out there that want to blow our heads off but Obama thinks he can appease them with nicer words than calling them what they are. But now you have the case of Harry Reid. Good old Harry he shoots straight from the hip even though his shooting is way off the mark.

Lets talk about good old Harry Reid for a moment. He is the majority leader of the Senate. That means he has a big responsibility. Our Forefathers as we all know have set up a system of checks and balances so as not to allow any one of the three branches to get out of control. In other words they wanted input to come from each other to allow for negotiations. Harry Reid is not allowing this to happen. He is not allowing bills that have been passed by the House to go on for discussion and then for a vote. Someone obviously is pulling Reid’s strings for him to act in this nature. This can be a discussion for another day but for the moment I will say that Harry Reid is a terrorist. He has stopped all business of the United States Congress. He is attacking the Constitution of the United States which calls for open debate and he is not allowing it. So all this considering, I am calling Harry Reid a terrorist.

Lets define Political Terrorist: The unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property in order to coerce or intimidate the civilian population. Lets now go to the situation of the Bundy Ranch. I understand that Bundy is wrong for not paying the fines. Keep in mind that throughout all this conflict Reid kept silent. Judge Napolitano suggested that the easiest way to have handled this was to put a lean on the property and when said parties deceased the government would seize the property. Instead Federal Agents from the BLM (Bureau of land Management) sent in 200 armed agents and used helicopters, dump trucks and four wheel drive vehicles to remove cattle from the land. There is about 1000 cattle on the ranch, and the family has worked the ranch since the 1870’s. Are you kidding me! This would be something done in a communist country. So what commenced was militia starting coming in (whom I call patriots as does Senator Dean Heller from Nevada) from different states to put down as I call it this government intrusion to the “we the peoples freedoms.”

In the meantime in the aftermath of all this we found out that the Reid family was negotiating with China to install a solar complex. As you can see now we are getting to a motive to throw these ranchers out. First of all if this is the case why is the Reid family not using American companies and going to China instead. What is the Reid family getting out of this from China? You know as well as I do that the Reid family have accumulated wealth and you don’t do this on politicians salaries.

This has become such a joke. All this because of the turtle “endangered” desert tortoise which as we found out its really about a solar complex. What makes this a joke is the environmental agency is claiming that the solar complex is more dangerous to the turtle than the cows are. So now what do you do Harry. To make it worst for Reid, now the cat is out of the bag and America is finding out how Harry Reid operates.

So as we can see there is now a question as to who the real terrorists are. Is it the American Patriots who rushed to the defense of American citizens, or is it Harry Reid with his constant conniving and scheming to possibly enrich his pockets.

Obama Is Still Dishonest With We The People On Obama Care

Today Obama addressed reporters in the White House briefing room. I believe he has become a victim of believing his own lies or he is completely delusional and I don’t know which one is worst. What is saving him from his own lies is the fact the major news networks are not reporting what is really going on with Obama Care. They will protect their king at all costs.

Obama is calling Obama Care a success and is making fun of Republicans of the fact that they are continuous harping in on Obama Care and is even telling his follow Democrats to go around the country and be proud and talk about Obama Care. I say go ahead, make my day.

So Obama doesn’t think the Republicans should talk of the fact that he promised the American people that under Obama Care which by the way this is the lie of the year, that if you like your plan you can keep your plan which turned out to be false because insurance companies could not match the requirements wanted of them because of the cost it would have required them to do so.

So Obama doesn’t think the Republicans should talk of the fact that he promised you can keep your doctor. If you are cut from your employer based plan your chances are very good you will not have your doctor. This is one main reason that Obama extended the employer mandate till after the November elections in hope that most Americans will not find this out till after the elections.

So Obama doesn’t think the Republicans should talk of the fact that he promised premiums would come down $2500 per family. Not only has it not come down $2500 a family but its premiums have gone the other way, up double or triple.

So Obama doesn’t think the Republicans should talk of the fact that he promised Obama Care won’t add one dime to our deficits, but it does. The GAO projected Obama Care will increase the long-term federal deficit by $6.2 trillion.

So Obama doesn’t think the Republicans should talk of the fact that he promised the price tag for Obama Care would be around $900 billion over ten years whereas now it’s approaching $2 trillion and still climbing.

So Obama doesn’t think the Republicans should talk of the fact that he promised the web-site would be simple and user friendly whereas it has been the opposite.

The mistake that Obama is making is if he thinks he and any Democrat can brain storm the country bragging about Obama Care is that the American people will experience real life horror stories from this catastrophe called Obama Care and Obama continues to lie by telling us when he met with reporters that 8 million people have signed up but of the 8 million he won’t tell us how many of those people had insurance before and were dropped; he won’t tell us how many people have actually paid, in other words Obama is still lying to us the people.

IRS Scandal Getting Deeper With Lois Lerner- New Emails Uncovered Show Others Involved

Just a quick summary. First we have ex-IRS official Lois Lerner taking the Fifth after she gives an opening statement in front of a Congressional Committee, in which she can’t have it both ways, make a statement and then give the Fifth but she gave it a try. It won’t work in the long run for her.

Next you have high ranking Democrats blowing their horn to the fact that the IRS scandal is a phony scandal and that it should be wrapped up. A leader in this march is Rep. Elijah Cummings top Democrat in the House Committee on Over Sight. Then we find out Cummings lied at a February Congressional Committee about the fact he was coordinating with the IRS whereas he lied by saying he wasn’t but uncovered e-mails showed that he did.

New emails that were obtained by Judicial Watch and first reported by TownHall.com show that Lois Lerner was talking with the Justice Department to go after groups such as the Tea Party seeking tax exempt status. If you recall when this first started Lois Lerner said the targeting was limited to agents working in the IRS Cincinnati field office. I will tell you one thing if I was working in that office I would not allow Lois Lerner or anyone else for that matter to throw me under the bus to take the rap for Lois Lerner. If you recall a couple of agents from that office spoke up and the train started to go down the tracks.

This is from a post by Fox News: In a May 2013 email Lois Lerner responded to a Justice Department inquiry about whether tax-exempt groups could be criminally prosecuted for lying about political activity.

“I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ,” Lerner reportedly wrote to the office of Steven Miller, the agency’s acting director at the time. “He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s [sic] could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who ‘lied’ on their 1024s — saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures.

Now take a look at this! from an email: Nikole C. Flax, Miller’s chief of staff, responded: “I think we should do it — also need to include CI [Criminal Investigation Division], which we can help coordinate. Also, we need to reach out to FEC. Does it make sense to consider including them in this or keep it separate?”

You can see from this email everybody is involved. You have Lois Lerner, the Department of Justice and a Democratic Senator from Rhode Island Sheldon Whitehouse all foaming through the mouth anticipating a kill on conservatives and the Tea Party. Then you get Nikole C. Flax who is all go for the idea. If you ask me this looks like entrapment, departments going out of their way to look for a reason to prosecute. All because they were worried about Obama losing the 2012 presidential election because the Republicans did so well in 2010 to take over the House.

As these emails come out it looks like Lois Lerner will have a lot of company of people taking the Fifth. I don’t think it will do them any good, the proof is in the pudding.

Rep. Elijah Cummings, Democrat Eagerly Wants IRS Scandal Wrapped Up

Rep. Elijah Cummings, Democrat on the House Oversight Committee which is investing the IRS of late has been going around stressing his opinion that the IRS scandal has reached its limits and should be wrapped up. This raised a red flag in my mind as to the timing of this suggestion. I am thinking that now that more information is being discovered on IRS official Lois Lerner with more e-mails being exposed Cummings wants to wrap it up. This sounds like a person that is starting to get worried that the investigation is closing in to the truth.

Catherine Engelbrecht who is the president of her company named True the Vote was represented tonight by her Attorney Cleta Mitchell with Megyn Kelly, of the Kelly File on Fox News. She brought the viewers up to speed in regard to the chain of events that the company went through with the IRS to acquire tax exempt status. Mind you this is the same harassment other companies went through from the IRS.

In the spring of 2012, 18 months after the company applied for this status which normally just takes a couple of months, they were finally approached by the IRS with a questionnaire with about 100 questions. In the fall about 6 months later Rep. Cummings advised that he was going to start his own investigation in regard to the company True the Vote. This is unheard of. The suspicion aroused when the questions put forth by the Cummings staff was very similar to the questions put forth by the IRS. Because of this Attorney Mitchell felt that Cummings and the IRS were coordinating. In February in front of the committee Attorney Mitchell brought up this allegation and Rep. Cummings denied it. After the session True the Vote filed a complaint with the Congressional Ethics Committee.

So now we get to the part as to why Cummings wants this IRS scandal wrapped up and that is because he is part of it. Newly disclosed e-mails show that Lois Lerner and others in the IRS were e-mailing each other to the fact that Rep. Cummings was asking for information from the IRS staff on True the Vote, such as tax returns and any other information they could muster. That means when Cummings denied in February that he did not coordinate with the IRS he lied right in front of a Congressional Committee. What right does he have to ask information presumably from an independent agency such as the IRS on such matters. He has gone beyond his scope of jurisdiction. His involvement is now deep and there is no getting around the e-mails. Rep. Elijah Cummings lied.

IRS Is Going After The Children Of Debtors

I just can’t believe the new authority in regard to statutes of limitations that was handed over to the IRS. I’m sure after you read this any animosity you might have had with the IRS will become magnetized. What I can’t understand is that given the atmosphere of today’s climate against this Gestapo agency why there is not an outcry to abolish it once and for all, instead they are giving it even more responsibility such as being the enforcer of Obama Care. The politicians have the argument won to get rid of this agency and that is the wish of the American people, they don’t want it messing in our lives. What more excuse do they need plus the scandal they are involved in, the climate to get rid of it is just right.

There use to be a 10-year statute of limitations on money owed to the government but in 2011 this was lifted allowing the government to go back decades. In all honesty I was not even aware that once the parents were deceased they could still go after the children for ten years, now they made it indefinite. They can go after the children for decades.

How is the government going to collect? It has been estimated that around 400,000 Americans may see their refund checks taken by the government. This is ridicules. In other words if your parents and the way it looks it can come from as far back as Grandparents, were overpaid a disability payment or any other government payment for that matter the government can now come after the children no matter how many years it has been.

Isn’t this ironic! Even in the Bible God said that the children should not pay for the misdeeds of the parents, as much as there are many people who think it says the opposite. Well I guess Obama and his Democrats have now overruled God which they have been doing all along to begin with. My friends, this is the Democratic Party that many people think is for the little person. If you ask me, they want to make sure they keep the person small and under their control because every time you turn around you see things like this happening from Obama and company so they will keep control. This is not the America I was taught about and grew up in. We have sinister people in control of our country. Lets use an old word, they are hoodlums in the first order. They must be voted out in November.

They Are Closing In On Ex-IRS Official Lois Lerner

House Speaker John Bainer confirmed with Megyn Kelly on The Kelly File at Fox News that lawmakers are planning to press the Justice Department to consider a criminal case against ex-IRS official Lois Lerner for “misleading the Congress.” It’s quite ironic that behind the scenes Lois Lerner has been talking to the Justice Department but she takes the Fifth in front of the Congressional Committee. It just goes to show you her arrogance, she thinks that she can pick and choose in a criminal investigation with whomever she wants to. Its the same arrogance that she gave an opening statement in front of the Congressional Committee but then she took the Fifth. You can’t have it both ways, but she is a Gestapo working for our only Gestapo agency called the IRS.

Just look at what Lois Lerner has in store for herself which she brought it on. There is a meeting of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee to consider contempt on Thursday, but before that on Wednesday the House Ways and Means Committee will meet to prepare a letter to the Justice Department citing possible criminal activity by lerner.

She is protecting someone and I am sure it goes all the way to the top. The IRS was living in a climate where President Obama was talking negatively about the Tea Party and Conservatives ever since the Conservatives took control of the House in 2010. Obama was obsessed of the fact he lost the House and definitely didn’t want to lose the Presidency. What he couldn’t win in the election he turned loose the hounds of the IRS and Lerner was one of them. They started harassing as we all know by now the Tea Party, Conservative groups and anything with the word patriot in it. It is already known that one person she was sending information to is an Obama appointee.

The American people want this case investigated by a large majority from what the polls show. The IRS with Lois Lerner and others of her kind in that agency went out to intimidate “certain” voters so as to give Obama the election. These voters and millions of Americans who do not go for this dirty game played by Obama and the IRS will be out in full force come November. We will take our country back.

EX CIA Boss Morell Admitted That He Protected Hillary Clinton’s State Department

Former CIA deputies Michael Morells testimony in front of the House Intelligence Committee did not make sense. On the one hand he said he was an intelligence professional who was willing to lay out the facts-no matter how damaging but on the other hand he omitted key details on the Benghazi attack.

This is from a post by Catherine Herridge, Fox News: “Early on, Morell made a startling claim about the so-called “talking points,” the faulty narrative that initially blamed a protest for the attack.

“On the talking points, Morell said he dropped information about CIA security warnings — which were factual and accurate — because he thought it would be unprofessional to embarrass then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s State Department.”

I just can’t believe the audacity Morell had to make a statement like that. In other words he knew the CIA security warnings were factual and accurate but he allowed the lies of Hillary, Obama and Susan Rice stand about a YouTube Video causing riots which in fact were not riots but a full scale terrorists attack. He didn’t want to embarrass then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s State Department. Are you kidding me! What the hack, let everyone lie to protect the career liar Hillary Clinton. In the meantime he put this justification of his to take precedent of four Americans getting killed in Benghazi who could have been saved but they allowed them to die.

This is also very damaging to Morell. “In an email, one day before the talking points were used by then-U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice on national television, where she wrongly blamed a protest, then-CIA Director David Petraeus told Morell the talking points were so devoid of fact that they were useless.

But despite his boss’ reservations, Morell went ahead with the text which limited damage to the State Department.”

Another thing very problematic was that Morell took the word of analysts in Washington DC over the chief of station. In other words he took the word of the pencil pushers instead of the people in the field who knew what was going on.

I will tell you what’s going on here. Its all about protecting Hillary Clinton and her future aspirations. We will not allow Benghazi to rest. There are four Americans who died there who had the right to be protected and the attempt was not even made. Why? Because Obama was running for president and he did not want the American people to know that Al Qaeda was alive and well while he was telling the country they were destroyed. So Obama, Hillary and Susan Rice came up with this lie of the YouTube Video and on top of that you had a CIA Boss going along for the ride. Its no wonder the Democrats in the House want this investigation to stop but we the people will not allow that to happen.

Obama Is Running A Victory Lap On Obama Care Except It’s All Phony

This president either has lost his mind, become delusional or just doesn’t get it over his insistence that Obama Care is working. After the numbers came out that Obama Care had reached 7 million sign ups at the March 31st deadline, the very next day Obama goes before the TV cameras and claims all kinds of victory for this disease called Obama Care. At first I thought it was an April fools joke considering it was April 1st but he just kept on rattling off to all sorts of lies and distortions. Obama and his cronies could never give us any numbers but at the last day they knew that it has 7 million sign-ups and that’s with the site even breaking down for seven hours. Give me a break.

Obama was very cocky as though this is it. “I Won.” He naturally was making fun of all the distractors of Obama Care as though we just sit around and soak in all of Obama’s lies. I have read a lot and have written a lot on this tragic Affordable Health Care bill called Obama Care. This is where my common sense tells me Obama is making a very big mistake for number one, not starting this health care bill over again when he had the chance and number two, I feel it’s going to come back and bite him the way he is constantly lying as to how this plan is helping so many Americans.

Obama can lie all he wants but he forgets the American people are going through some very rough times because of Obama Care. Does he think people have actually forgotten about losing their doctors, about losing their policy’s, about premiums were never suppose to go over $2500, that deductibles are now $5000 or over. Does Obama really think the American people can care less that there have been 7 million people signing up which is a lie anyway. The people don’t care about sign ups, they think of that for other people. What concern the American people is what’s applicable to them. The items that I have mentioned above to each individual self, that’s what the American people are interested in. What concern’s themselves and their family’s.

As I have mentioned before the whole purpose of Obama Care was to have everyone insured. Now we are finding out that after this is all over there will still be around 45 million people uninsured. So Obama disrupted the whole economy of the United States and put people on edge all for nothing. The main objective was not reached and it will never be reached.

So let’s look at this 7 million sign up figure one last time. Obama and his cronies are lying about what this number represents. You know as well as I do you don’t have an insurance policy until it’s paid. Out of this 7 million they are not telling us how many did in fact pay or given a payment. There are to date and there will be many millions more when the extension of the employer mandate runs out of about 6 million people who have lost their insurance polices. Obama is not telling us out of the 6 million people to date who have lost their polices how many of them are signed up in this 7 million number that Obama is bragging about. They have the means to spy on the American people but they can’t give us simple numbers, why? because they don’t want to. In other words this number might just be an off set.

There is all so much more to write about. Obama made a crack about death panels; believe me there will be death panels. If you are over a certain age take a pain pill and hope for the best. The biggest mistake Obama did was put the whole weight of Obama Care on the backs of the young people by hoping that there would be enough of them signing up to pay for the sick. They were expecting about 42% and all they are getting to date is about 25% which means Obama Care cannot be paid for. What a stupid error in judgment and a catastrophe.

Obama Care was not done for the American people. A socialist like Obama does it for control; the IRS to be the collector of this health plan and knowing everything about you and I via our health records. We are losing our country to socialism. It must be stopped on it’s tracks. On to November, we will take our country back!
