We The People Have No Choice But To Have Dictator Obama Impeached

I believe I have figured out the bluff game the Democratic Party is playing with the Republicans. It is very obvious that Obama has broken the laws of the United States Constitution such as the Justice Department attacking a Fox News reporter James Rosen for a probe in the reporting of classified leaks in which just recently Attorney General Eric Holder laid claim to the fact that it was one regret he had at the Justice Dept. The case on the recess appointees that Obama made while the Senate was still in session that the Supreme Court ruled on a vote of 9-0 that it was unconstitutional. There are countless other examples that can be stressed from Fast and Furious to Benghazi to Obama Care to the present state of affairs of Obama bypassing the Congress at will.

With all the above mentioned examples of executive power somehow the Democrats via spin, the spin masters that they are have convinced the leadership of the Republican party that to talk about impeachment will allow the Republican party to lose the will of the people. I believe naturally the Democrats are playing head games. I believe it’s just the reverse, I believe the Democrats in leadership position are petrified that the Republicans will in fact proceed with impeachment proceedings and here we have the leadership of the Republican Party taking away the ace in the deck that they rightly hold and that is the impeachment of a lawless president. This is insane. The Republican Party should hold that ace card high up so the Democrats can see it and say this is what’s coming if the Dictator Obama does not mend his ways, instead you have Republicans Mitch McConnell of the Senate and John Boehner of the House having meetings with their elected members on how and what to say next. What you say is your Dictator is heading towards impeachment if he does not stop his dictatorial ways.

A president’s major responsibility is to protect We The people from foreign attack. Obama is not protecting the main land from attack which is the very obvious fact that he is not securing our borders. Every nation in the world has the right to secure it’s borders and too define who will come into our borders and in what matter. It use to be and still was until Obama opened the book to border invasion that to come too this country there was a waiting period, you had to be sponsored by someone who was to be responsible once you got here and you had to prove there was a job waiting for you.

Encouraging or enticing foreign nationals to cross into the United States illegally is a federal crime and that is exactly what this Dictator is doing by not enforcing immigration laws. He is ignoring the sovereignty of We The People. He took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Without any law enacted by Congress Obama is allowing millions of illegal Immigrants to establish their residency in the United States. He has openly declared that the Congress is inconsequential. In other words what he is telling them is that I gave you a chance to enact an immigration law but you didn’t send me one so that in as much as that’s the case I will authorize my own law of allowing five million of illegal immigrants the authorization of not being deported. He did not even give the new Congress the chance too be sworn in because any immigration bill they would send he would not approve of because mainly of the fact I am sure the new Congress wants to make sure the border is secured but Obama and his Democrats do not want a secured border, they want the future Hispanic vote too keep on crossing the border.

What we have here is a dangerous president by not upholding his main responsibility of protecting the main land because by keeping the border open as we all know it also allows the flow of terrorists to enter our country. This should have been Obama’s number one concern. He is not upholding the oath he took and he must be impeached. We The People as time goes along will continue and want Obama too be impeached. There were two presidents impeached by the House and acquitted by the Senate. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Before this is over not only will Obama be impeached by the House but he will be found guilty by the Senate and even if the proceedings are not finished by the time he leaves office We The People have to make sure this is done so as not too allow ever again another president to come along and try to destroy the Constitution of the United States of America.

Obama Has Turned Holy? Obama Used Scripture In His Immigration Speech

President Obama who went to a church for twenty years but was not aware in all those twenty years that Rev.Wright was preaching hate on America decided to use scripture in his speech last night on immigration. He used one verse and I will show one he should have used but didn’t.

Obama’s selected verse: “Scripture tells us that we shall not oppress a stranger, for we know the heart of a stranger-we were strangers once too.”

Here’s the verse that I feel reflects Obama’s speech tonight from Exodus 23:1: “Do not spread false reports. Do not help a guilty person by being a malicious witness.”

Here is what this is all about. He has realized that the winning of elections is getting thin for the Democratic Party especially since the party adopted the left wing element. He lost the House of Representatives in 2010 and now recently the Senate. Yes I understand he won the Presidential election in between in 2012 but we all know he should have never have lost that election. Mitt Romney started playing preventive football and laid back because I feel of the bad advise he was getting.

So all this planning of his of allowing children into the country illegally and then in the same light saying in his speech tonight how can we split up families when he caused the condition in the first place. He allowed all these children in all on his own. This is all about establishing a new voting block for the future because of the loyalty these immigrants will grant the Democratic Party. What Obama forgets is the other side of the story of the fact that immigrants who came here legally are very offended by all this.

The Democrats could have resolved this immigration problem in 2009-2010 when they had full control of the Congress. For the people who believe Obama didn’t act then because of other matters just keep on believing it. He saved the immigration issue and instructed his robots to save it for a rainy day and the rainy day has arrived.

He continues to mislead We The People by telling us he has deported more illegals than any other president. This is because he is playing with the numbers the same way he does on the economy. It use to be that the people counted would just be the people deported from the mainland. What Obama has allowed his cult to do is also include in the count people who were stopped at the border and turned away. Very devious is it not! and he has the audacity to quote scriptures.

As long as the border remains unsecured it will not be enforceable. President Reagan wrote in his diary’s that the main reason he went along with approving the immigration act approved by Congress(Obama lies when he said Reagan did it on his own) was because the Democrats promised funding too secure the border of which they never came up with the funds. As long as this condition prevails the immigration problem will not resolve itself and the Democrats want an open border. Illegal immigrants will be crossing the border constantly no matter the falsehood Obama is telling us about it.

The following is from a post by Fox News: “Obama said in a Thursday speech that his administration will grant “deferred action” to two groups – parents of U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents who have been in the country for five years, and young people who were brought into the country illegally as of 2010.” This will cover almost five million immigrants. He mentioned the fact of them living in the shadows and having to work two to three jobs to survive. That’s strange to mention such a fact considering because of the lost of so many full time jobs there are a score of Americans doing the same. I don’t see Obama too concerned about that.

This president has to be impeached. He is breaking the laws of our Constitution. Impeachment is not a decision to be made on the basis if it’s popular or not. Obama is making fun of We The People. He doesn’t care. He had mentioned over the last six years when asked that he cannot change the immigration laws on his own that he must go through Congress. He knows these statements are all on some video somewhere. The Fox commentators were asking guests tonight how can he just do an about face on those statements. I have a few possibilities that I am thinking of. He said that 25 times or over so as to make fun of us when he did break the law tonight(one of many) or whoever is pulling this puppets strings is telling him now is the time and you better follow through. Whatever the case now is the time for We The People to impeach this renegade president. I want to see the new Congress act in January. This law breaking president must be impeached to show any future president you don’t mess with the United States Constitution.

Democrats Are Lying In Regard To Obama’s Amnesty Plan: That President Reagan And President H.W. Bush Did The Same

Obama and his Democrats still don’t get it. Tomorrow night President Obama will unveil his amnesty program in a national address. They still don’t get or don’t want to believe the fact that We The People spoke in the Mid-Term elections loud and clear. We are sick and tired of the wool Obama and his cult continuously try to put over our eyes. Their constant lying too get their socialistic programs through the acceptance stage. There are two items that We The People are sick of in regard as to how they have been handled and that is Obama Care and the fictitious rationale Obama is using to give amnesty to 5 million illegal immigrants which we will hear all about it tomorrow night.

The Democrats as of the last few days are using a new campaign against president Ronald Reagan and President George H.W. Bush by saying: “Oh, it was okay when a republican did it!” So now a person that does not follow the news on a daily basis there is a good chance they would take this statement to heart. Such a continuous misleading the public by Obama and his robots, Karl Marx would be so proud of them. The following could be a little complicated but We The People must know this.

The following was posted by Dan Calabrese, published by Canada Free Press: “In 1986, Congress passed the Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA), which provided a general amnesty to almost three million illegal immigrants. According to the Associated Press, Reagan acted unilaterally when his Immigration and Naturalization Service commissioner “announced that minor children of parents granted amnesty by [IRCA] would get protection from deportation.” In fact, in 1987 former Attorney General Ed Meese issued a memorandum allowing the INS to defer deportation where “compelling or humanitarian factors existed” for children of illegal immigrants who had been granted amnesty and, in essence, given green cards and put on a path towards being “naturalized” as citizens. In announcing this policy, Reagan was not defying Congress, but rather carrying out the general intent of Congress which had just passed a blanket amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.”

“The Bush administration relaxed these technical requirements under a “Family Fairness” policy to defer deportation of the spouses and children of illegal immigrants who were allowed to stay in this country and seek naturalization through the IRCA amnesty. Shortly thereafter, Bush worked with Congress to pass the Immigration Act of 1990, which made these protections permanent. Significantly, the Bush policy and the 1990 Act affected only a small number of immigrants—about 180,000 people —in comparison to Obama’s past (his 2012 implementation of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program) and anticipated unilateral actions that will affect millions of immigrants.”

“What Obama is proposing to do here is to act action on his own specifically because Congress has not given him authorization to act. That is about as unconstitutional as a thing can be, and it bears no similarity to the examples liberals are trying to put forward as its equivalent.”

Naturally our Dictator-In-Chief won’t wait for the new Republican Congress to be sworn in January, 2015 but you know as well as I do he always wants anything he submits to Congress his way or the highway. This is another unconstitutional act by this Dictator who must be impeached.

Obama Care Architect’s Lies Are Now Compounded By Obama’s And Nancy Pelosi’s Lies

It’s just amazing how these socialists are now running away from each other like they have the plague over Obama Care. Nancy Pelosi was the first one to distance herself from the main architect of Obama Care. When she was asked about Jonathan Gruber she denied knowing him. My how the rats lie when they panic. The following is from a post by Aaron Blake, published by the Washington Post: ” Pelosi on Gruber: “I don’t know who he is. He didn’t help write our bill.”— Sean Sullivan (@WaPoSean) November 13, 2014.” Here is what she said in 2009, “We’re not finished getting all of our reports back from CBO, but we’ll have a side by side to compare. But our bill brings down rates. I don’t know if you have seen Jonathan Gruber of MIT’s analysis of what the comparison is to the status quo versus what will happen in our bill for those who seek insurance within the exchange. And our bill takes down those costs, even some now, and much less preventing the upward spiral.” Pelosi’s office came out with a statement saying what she meant was she didn’t know him personally. “Wow,” they really do think we are stupid.

The snakes are starting to rattle. Now here comes Obama today saying that Johathan Gruber is “some adviser who never worked on our staff.” Lets face it, We The People have found out a long time ago that Obama talks through both sides of his mouth. I guess people who have some kind of mental disorder just don’t know how to stop it or control it. Obama can’t do either, he is just a chronic liar. The following is from a post by Melissa Quinn, published by The Daily Signal: ” Gruber, however, frequented the White House more than a dozen times, according to official visitor logs. One of those meetings took place in the Oval Office with Obama. Additionally, according to contracts issued by the Department of Health and Human Services, Gruber was paid $400,000 for his work on the president’s signature health care law.”

The following is from the Examiner: “Shortly after Obamacare architect and MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber was severely criticized by South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy, a new video has surfaced that shows Gruber admitting that Obama knew it was going to be a problem, and they all agreed to lie about it, the Gateway Pundit reported on Thursday. Gruber was interviewed by Frontline on June 13, 2012, in which he admitted that Obama was present in a meeting in the Oval Office along with several experts. They, along with Gruber worked to figure out a way to get credible savings on cost control that the Congressional Budget Office would recognize and score as savings in this law, in order to get it passed based on lies.”

There you have It. The deceitfulness of the people who put Obama Care together all based on a lie and as you can see they are still lying today. What I can’t understand is the fact that Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court knew they were lying because Obama’s lawyers changed the definitive of getting it passed from the commerce clause, to it being called a tax and yet the Chief Justice allowed it through. He knew as a Chief Justice that the Obama Administration were lying to We The People.

What is ironic is We The People knew it was screwed up from the start and the polls reflected as such ever since. They were putting all the bells and whistles in this phony plan and yet they were telling us our premiums would be decreased $2500 a year per family. You don’t have to be a math major to know that is impossible.

Now everything has come out of the closet. This is a fraudulent plan based of course on a lie and there should be people prosecuted. You know if this happened in the private sector there would be some people in jail for the deceit and lying and the first ones to be implemented would be, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Jonathan Gruber. Justice now has to be served, especially We The People spoke in this last election. We The People are not the stupid ones, the stupid ones are usually the ones who get caught with their schemes going AWOL. Yes, stupid is stupid.

Second Year Penalty For Not Signing Up For Obama Care Is A Shocker

Just a few days ago We The People found out that the main architect for Obama Care Jonathan Gruber was caught on a video bragging of the fact that for Obama Care to have passed the Congress (no Republicans voted for it) they had to lie to the American people about it because the American people are stupid and he was laughing about it. Today House Rep. Nancy Pelosi was asked about this and she said she didn’t even know who Jonathan Gruber was yet an old video was pulled up showing Nancy Pelosi bragging about how good Jonathan Gruber was in regard to implementing Obama Care. Isn’t it something how these socialists constantly lie through their teeth. The American people right from the start, polls showed they did not favor Obama Care and it has transcended to this day being the main reason Obama lost the whole Congress, the House in 2010, and the House and Senate on November 4th, 2014.

The harm has been done. There is just one more chance of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Obama Care, I believe the middle of next year of which they can still rule a thumbs down that subsidies being offered under the law are legal which if the Court rules they are illegal would destroy Obama Care.

In the meantime there is some bad news on the people who have elected not to sign up with Obama Care and that is the penalty they will have to pay is a shocker. The following is from a post by Karen Bleier, published by CBS: “Uninsured Americans who decide not to enroll will face a penalty of $325 per person, more than tripling the $95 penalty those who did not enroll had to pay the first time around.”

“Children under the age of 18 will be fined $162.50. The maximum amount an uninsured family will be penalized is $975 under the flat-rate method.”

“A 27-year-old earning 250 percent of the poverty rate will now have to pay an average of 7 percent more for the lowest-cost bronze plan. The analysis from Investor’s Business Daily found that the lowest-cost silver plan will rise 9 percent and the lowest-priced catastrophic policy will go up by 18 percent.”

Naturally this was done to give people the incentive to get coverage. These people who created this farce of a formula forget one thing and that is these people are not signing up for this cancer of a bill for one main reason and that is they can’t afford the monthly premiums it presents and if that’s the case they definitely will not have the money to pay the penalty at the end of the year to pay to the Gestapo IRS. So what has this accomplished, nothing but raise red flags with the IRS that these people have not signed up and you know what, they never will. Already they have a history of many sign-ups who don’t make the monthly premiums.

So you have the elites like Jonathan Gruber and Obama who think this is a joke, they pulled a fast one on the American people by lying to We The People about Obama Care. I am absolutely sure Obama was not laughing when the votes were coming in on November 4th. So who gets the last laugh Obama! You have now lost the whole Congress which is now putting you in the roll of Dictator-In-Chief because you definitely are not acting like president and on top of that one of two things still might happen with Obama Care, the Supreme Court still might rule against it and one thing that will happen for sure is that Obama Care will eventually collapse under it’s own weight. Are you still laughing Obama!

The Verdict Is Out On Obama Care From The Architect Of The Law

Obama said lately about the defeat of the Democrats in the Mid-Term elections that his policy’s were right but the message wasn’t. Naturally this Dictator-In-Chief is still in denial of the fact that the American people did not understand his message that We The People are stupid, we don’t know the difference between a bad policy from a bad message.

Lets talk about Obama Care. The American people knew right away that it was a bad law. Right from the start The American people did not like this law and it remains unpopular too this day. The Democrats voted for this cancer of a law all on their own, not one Republican voted for it and jammed it down the American peoples throat. Yes, these socialists own Obama Care and they paid deeply for it in the polls and I and many others said that Obama Care was going to be the biggest cause of the Democrats being defeated and it was. It is destroying the whole economy and the American people have said in polls taken that the economy is their number one concern.

There are now some interesting revelations coming to the surface on Obama Care from none other than from one of the Architects of this law, Jonathan Gruber. He is going around running his mouth but when Megyn Kelly of the Kelly file on Fox News invited him on the show for him to explain what I am going to show now he declined. The following is from a post by Katie Pavlich published by Townhall.com: “You can’t do it political, you just literally cannot do it. Transparent financing and also transparent spending. I mean, this bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes the bill dies. Okay? So it’s written to do that,” Gruber said. “In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in, you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical to get for the thing to pass. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

From the same post: “Obamacare in its entirely was “sold” on lies. From the promise to keep your doctor to claims insurance rates would go down, not up — to hiding that the legislation was in fact a tax until of course it was necessary to argue it was a tax to save the legislation at the Supreme Court. Government bureaucrats promising an expansion of care knowing care under Obamacare would be limited, etc. Hell, even the official name for Obamacare, “The Affordable Care Act,” is a lie. Obamacare isn’t affordable. The process through which Obamacare was shoved through and down the throats of the American people happened as a result of Harry Reid changing Senate rules and without the support of voters. The legislation didn’t receive a single Republican vote in the House or the Senate. Also, remember this?”

Gruber said his main objective was to pass the law even if it’s lying to the American people, you see you and I are stupid in Obama’s eyes except for the fact We The People had Obama Care figured out from the beginning. All these lies have come forth from the top. It’s Obama and the Democratic party as I said earlier who pushed it and Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court who voted for it anyway knowing darn well We The People were lied too because to us they were not presenting it as a tax but too the Supreme Court they did. The Supreme Court will get one more crack at voting out this law and I hope Chief Justice Roberts throws out his Benedict Arnold make up and does the right thing this time around.

So getting back to Obama saying it’s the message that’s messed up and not the policy, no Obama, it’s your constant lying to We The People that’s messed up but you know what! You lie so much I don’t think you no longer know the difference. “You lie”. You remember that was yelled out to you once at one of your addresses to the Nation. You haven’t forgotten that, have you Obama!

The American People Have Voted In A Republican Senate: We The People Have Taken Our Country Back!

Yesterday I headed my post: “Obama’s Transforming America Into Socialism Is Over: Today We The People Will Take Our Country Back.” I am happy to say it proved true. After all the celebration the work begins. Are we going to have a defying president that will not work with the new Congress or will he put the interests of the United States of America over his ego, that is the question. We The People did not put in a Republican Congress to play checkers. The American people have been fed up on so many things outstanding.

I truly believe the biggest complaint of the American people is the fact that President Obama and Senator Harry Reid act like some thugs off the streets. They have a plan that Reid was not to send to Obama any passed bills out of the House of Representatives. This is why Reid has set on over 300 bills without sending them up for a vote. The American people are very angry with this because it is so obvious that the government has been shut down by Obama and Reid. These are hoodlums in the first degree.

Obama was never one to negotiated with the Republicans. This is from a post right after he became President dated 1/24/09, posted by Jona Than Martin & Carol E. lee published by Politico: “President Obama listened to Republican gripes about his stimulus package during a meeting with congressional leaders Friday morning – but he also left no doubt about who’s in charge of these negotiations. “I won,” Obama noted matter-of-factly, according to sources familiar with the conversation.” This cocky attitude started from this socialist president right from the start.

The Republicans have to use this win for the wishes of We The People. Yes, Obama is still the president but now the Republicans will send bills that are going to go to his desk. Obama will not have Harry Reid around as Majority leader to block the bills from reaching him. The American people still do not like Obama Care and they want changes. They want the Keystone Pipeline. They want the hemorrhage of illegals crossing our southern border stopped. They want The United States of America to be treated with respect around the world that Obama has done a good job of losing it. They want the ISIS group put under control and put in their place. They want our military to be a first rate power as before that Obama singlehandedly made us a power that can’t fight more than one war at a time. What they want more than anything is our economy to come back and that means less taxes and less regulations.

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what this socialist has been doing. All he has to do is work with the new Congress to implement all these different needs that America has to have to get on her feet again. If Obama continues to defy going through Congress to better the conditions of America and he goes through with his challenge of providing amnesty without the consent of Congress to a large number of illegals then Congress will have no choice but to commence impeachment proceedings. There are so many things that need and must be done and if Obama does not meet his responsibilities as president impeachment must be the order of the day. Yes, we have taken our country back!
