Good Riddance Senator Harry Reid!

Our Forefathers as we all know established the three branches of our government for one to check the other, in other-words our “checks and balances.” This was meant to be jealously protective of it’s own institution. In the case of retiring Senator Harry Reid this was not meant to be. Reid and Obama were in collusion with the game plan and that was not to allow any bill from the Republican House of Representatives to reach Obama’s desk, in other words hide them under the desk, sit on them, do not show the American people what they are and this is what Harry Reid spend the last years doing. They stopped the peoples business who voted for change with the 2012 elections to give the Republicans the House. This was because of Obama Care that Reid shoved down the throats of the American people. There were roughly 350 and more of such bills. This was never meant to be the reason of the three branches from our Forefathers. Under normal precedent a Senate Majority Leader would be fighting the Executive Branch, instead Reid succumbed to the Dictatorship of Obama. This is not how our government is suppose to be run and We The People took it to the next level in 2014 by giving both the House and the Senate to the Republicans.

Reid is not going to be able to cheat in the upcoming Senatorial election if he was to run in 2016 because the Republican Party would know what to look for this time around. He won by cheating in 2010 and used the Las Vegas casinos to do so. Just before the election the polls from various pollsters showed almost the same results. Rasmussen, CNN, and the Las Vegas Review Journal showed Reid losing to Republican Sharon Angle by about 5 points. This was actually the night before. Here is the headline from the “Lonely Conservative.” “Casino Bosses Bussed Workers To Vote For Harry Reid.” The following was published by the Lonely Conservative: “The Reid staffer then indicated that the culinary union had money available for more busses to take Harrah’s employees to the polls. The Reid staffer suggests that Harrah’s execs “put a headlock on your supervisors to get them to follow through.”

“The staffer also offered Senator Reid’s personal involvement, writing, “PLEASE… PLEASE tell me how I can help. Would it help to have the Senator call Gary and help give you the backing you need?”

“In her email to management, Harrah’s Batjer requested of her colleagues to “PLEASE do whatever we need” to communicate to company supervisors that there is “NOTHING more important than to get employees out to vote.” By these so called voters being taken to the polls keep in mind they have left their home districts to vote, which means they were allowed to vote without being registered in that district.

This is not counting all his families scandals that have now been under investigation whereas before it was only rumored.

Senator Harry Reid would go up to the well of the Senate and bad mouth people such as Mitt Romney, the Koch Brothers and whomever other Republicans he chose to smear and make accusations that he knew he could get away with. You know how he could get away with it? He knew in the well of the Senate there would be no liability thrown at him, the weasel that he is. Yes, Senator Harry Reid is the worst Senator the United States of America has ever had. Good Riddance Harry Reid!

Obama’s Judgment Will Be Put On The Table On Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s Being Charged For Desertion and It Won’t be Good

I will be very anxious to see how Obama’s closest supporters will judge their leader on something as so obvious negligent as the way Obama handled the Bergdahl episode. Obama as usual lied to We The People that Bergdahl was released by his captives when in fact he was never captured he decided to leave his Army unit and join them. He was disillusioned with the United States and Army life and he deserted. What makes this even worst was that four of our soldiers were killed looking for him. As far as Bergdahl he knew exactly where he was going.

The following was posted and published by Newsmax: “Before he allegedly walked away from his post on the night of June 30, 2009, Bergdahl spoke in anti-American tones in an email to his father.”

“I am ashamed to be an American. And the title of U.S. soldier is just the lie of fools,” he said, according to the New York Post. “I am sorry for everything. The horror that is America is disgusting.” His father told him from some of my other information “use your conscious.”

The Army did the right thing with the correct decision to classify Bergdanl a deserter but the problem is we have the same actors in place with Obama and naturally his assistant liar Susan Rice. You remember that scene at the White House with Obama and Bergdahl’s parents, how touching. This is all so maddening to the mind but what else can we expect from Dictator Obama somehow trying to justify to the American people the releasing of five Taliban terrorists Generals from Guantanamo Bay. You must understand how serious and treasonous this is. Obama released hardcore Generals of major importance to the terrorist cause such as ISIS for a Private. This mind you was done without the consent of Congress which is unlawful. Maybe someone can make this make sense to me but there is no sense to this whatsoever. You Obama protectors cannot justify this action. You can’t say hostilities are over because those terrorists still want to kill us.

We must not forget Susan Rice who just loves to go on Sunday talk shows and lie her heart out and lie she does. You remember the attack on Benghazi that was caused by a YouTube video that she spread around on five Sunday talk shows to take the place for poor old Hillary Clinton who was oh so busy to present herself yet under normal conditions Hillary loves to show her face all over the place. In the Bergdahl case Susan Rice looked the American people in the eyes and told us that Bergdahl served with honor and distinction. It is because of that statement that provoked Bergdahl’s platoon to speak out the way they did. Obama and his cronies did not expect such a reaction, they would not be shut up from the truth.

We The People must give the Army credit for the decision they made. You must understand the pressure they are under with Dictator Obama. Obama has found out that he will not intimidate everyone. This is some serious business that is going on. There are five General terrorists that have been released while there is still war going on. This is on heard of. You and I and the whole country knows this and even the Obama protectors know this and something has to come out of this and it’s all on the table for Obama to sort out.

Our Veterans Once More Are Being Harassed: This Time They Are Denied Guns

This socialist Obama is obsessed in transforming our country and he just will not give up and again it’s the veterans who are paying Obama’s false obsessions just to fulfill one of Obama’s pet peeves and that is guns. Obama and his cronies are fixing gun controls on our veterans who have sacrificed all or part of their lives to serve our country. If it’s not being taken care of properly in VA Hospitals now it’s looking for excuses to prevent them from having guns. Just to use an old fashion term, “they should be ashamed of themselves,” but you see in the transformation process of America to transform it into something our Forefathers have never envisioned like I have said many times this socialist has no shame.

If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both pursuant to the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2).”?”

From the same post: “Think about it, the men and women who have laid their lives on the line to defend us and our Constitution are now having their own Constitutional rights denied. There are no clear criteria for the VA to declare a veteran incompetent. It can be the loss of a limb in combat, a head injury, a diagnosis of PTSD, or even a soldier just telling someone at the VA that he or she is depressed over the loss of a buddy in combat. In none of these situations has the person been found to be a danger to themselves or others. If that was the case than all of the Americans who have suffered from PTSD following the loss of a loved one or from being in a car accident would also have to be disqualified from owning firearms. It would also mean that everyone who has ever been depressed for any reason should be disarmed. In fact, many of the veterans being deprived of their rights have no idea why it is happening.”

As you can see from the above paragraph the government can use practically any reason to deny a veteran a firearm as vague as the definitive is. It could be practically any kind of reason of which I am sure that’s why they made it this vague. It’s bad enough that Obama is disarming our military now he is looking for any crack in every corner to disarm America and in this case it’s our veterans. Like this post stressed who and what will be next to find a reason to disarm We The People.

All these posts are out there to read and analyze by everyone, which means the Congress of course has the same information that you and I have excess to. In this case about veterans of certain conditions with no clear definitive of a reason to not allow them to have a firearm. I don’t hear any Congress person talking about it, do you? You can add this to all the other lack of concerns the Congress is showing by allowing Obama to slowly destroy our Constitution. When the new Republican Congress took over in January, I heard House Speaker John Boehner say that we have Obama for another two years. You know what that told me! It told me that Boehner knows that We The People want this socialist president impeached but he won’t try or do anything to have him impeached. Yes, the United States is in great danger.

The United States Military Will Never Allow Any President to Destroy The United States Constitution

We have an American president who constantly stirs the pot on race issues. Even though Christians make up over 70% of the American population he is waging war on Christianity by attacking Christians in the military who dare say the name of Jesus. He has allowed a major war to go on in the Middle East by the ISIS and the slaughter of Christians whereas it took the beheading of two American citizens for Obama to commence a phony bombing campaign because he was getting pressure from We The people.

Obama has been doing everything opposite of the American expectancy of it’s president. He allows our southern border to remain unsecured for the influx of illegal immigrants and among them there will be terrorists that are implanting themselves in our country for future domestic violence. He overstates the economy with phony numbers to look like the economy is improving whereas in fact there are more Americans out of work than ever before. Her states that he is helping the Middle Class whereas the opposite is true. He destroyed one of the best health care systems in the world to give us a system that is unaffordable, so much for the Middle Class. He has conspired with Attorney General Eric Holder too not allow his scandals to have due process. He arms our enemies and weakens the only democracy in the Middle East which is Israel. He has brought down our militaries budget to before World War II levels even though there are countries out there who want to destroy us.

I grouped all the above together to show the effects or lack of progress that Obama promised in his campaign for president in 2008, the change for America, the only change I see is demise. This is Obama’s transformation that he talked about. This is his dismantling of the US Constitution because there have been courts that have ruled against some of the above and Obama continues on because the Republicans in Congress are yellow-belly’s

Some years back I enlisted in the Navy and I took an oath to protect the US Constitution and even though I did not stay in the Navy that oath still applies today. Commissioned officers have also taken an oath as follows: “I, _____, having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without anymental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.”

The following was posted and published by RedFlag: “That oath does not say to defend unconstitutional laws and illegal orders. It does not say defend a political agenda or corrupt politicians. It does not say defend the dictator. If the laws contradict the USMJ and the Constitution of these United States. The people in the Armed forces are duty bound not to carry out the order.”

One of the biggest worries among readers today is that near the end of Obama’s presidency he will trigger an unjustifiable Martial Law on We The People. I always say that will never happen and people ask me why I am so sure. I will tell you why I am so sure, The United States Military has an obligation to the US Constitution and they will never allow any president to justify an act that is not warranted. Yes We The People which are millions of us besides and including the military have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Period, the end.

If Only Hillary Clinton Would Fade Away From The Political Scene: America Will Do Great Without Her

Hillary Clinton’s press conference reminds me and should remind most Americans from that era that Hillary Clinton is no President Bill Clinton. She just doesn’t have it. She can tear your eyes out if you give her the chance. To have to go through her lies once again is just terrifying. What do her followers see in her is an illusion. The famous question has been what has she accomplished all those years she has been around? Come on you Hillary lovers, I challenge you, name one achievement! You can’t because she doesn’t have any. Someone will say she is for women’s rights but that is not an achievement, that is something that millions of people in high standings want. She talks about women’s rights yet hers and Bills Foundation accepts mega bucks from countries that scorn women. Why does she accept the money, she should return the money to countries that treat women with no respect.

I really didn’t want to write about Hillary again this week considering I just wrote about her days ago, but the lies that came out of her press conference has just forced me to respond. She started by saying that she realizes she made a mistake by using a personal web-site for her emails but she did it for her convenience so she wouldn’t have to use more than one phone and only two weeks earlier she was on a talk show where she bragged she has at least four different phones and even mentioned her favorite. It’s just such a stupid statement to use that reason considering I bet most people who own cell phones know that you can access different web-sites from one cell phone. She can’t even tell the truth about how many phones she uses.

Just the continuous lies in one setting. She said that there were about 60,000 emails, she sent about half to the State Dept. and destroyed the other half because she considered them personal. There were many personal emails that was between Bill and herself whereas Bill Clinton mentioned that he has only sent two emails that he can recall. Even if they were writing back and forth just picture how much personal data it would take to consume 30,000 emails and that’s counting all personal ,correspondence from all sources. So the bulk of this argument really is who is she to determine what you and I should see, because all this information is also ours, We The People are the government.

Now I have heard many reasons the last few days as to why the smartest women in the world that she has been designated that title could have done something so stupid. Here is my opinion. She knew the consequences of her actions would create the uproar that is happening today but she sacrificed this reaction for destroying emails that would be devastating to her because it would have exposed the truth about Benghazi and expose the shenanigans going on with the donations going to the Clinton Foundation and what other underhanded deals going on while she was Secretary of State. To win the public over all she had to say at that press conference is that she would volunteer and willingly turn over the server to the State Dept. but as we know now she said that her server is going nowhere.

Hillary is hiding lawlessness on that one server. They have to subpoena it and examine it. There are many cover-ups to uncover from Hillary Clinton on that server. This is all you get from this women, a constant stream of lies because she is a 45 years career liar that started when she was on the committee to impeach President Richard Nixon where she was fired for lying and unethical practices. America does not need Hillary Clinton and her constant ruthlessness for her self-interest. This server if examined will determine to what extent Hillary Clinton has kept from We The People critical information that has been hidden. Just to start a personal server for government business is suspicion in itself and the only way that suspicion will be erased is to release the server.

The 47 Republican U.S. Senators Who Sent An Open Letter To The Iranian Regime Are “Hero’s”

It’s about time there are people in the Congress standing up to this Dictator. For them to have sent a letter of such warning to that terrorist country Iran they know something is up. How do we know that Obama is making the best possible deal for the United States and we must not forget Israel who is in this equation considering Iran still wants to wipe them off the face of the earth. There have been indications that Obama is to go around Congress on this deal and already Secretary of State John Kerry is putting out vibes that if this deal is not classified a treaty the president is not abide to take it to Congress for approval, so what does that tell you. These Senators who signed this letter knew this was coming, after all they are there and they see things happening.

I was watching Megyn Kelly of the Kelly File tonight and there was breaking news on this subject of Obama trying to go around the Congress and the American people in regard to this Iran deal. Dictator Obama looks like he is scheming and the more he does this the more these 47 Senators who signed this letter look like hero’s. Obama is scheming of taking the deal to the United Nations to bypass Congress and the American people. He feels that by going to the UN it will become International law and no Congress and future president will be able to put strict sanctions on Iran. This deal is great for Iran from my understanding so there would be no reason for them to want to get out of it. What I found out on the Kelly File tonight is that it won’t work for Obama because the United States Supreme Court has ruled from a previous case that the United States Constitution trumps International Law.

In regard to some Democrats who are crying foul because of this letter and keep in mind that John Kerry is the lead one crying foul I need to explain the Logan Act. The following is from a post by Ben Shapiro, published by Breitbart: “Democrats have said that the letter may violate the Logan Act, which states Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

“Legally speaking, charges under the Logan Act would be unwarranted. The Logan Act has never actually been used for prosecution, nor has its Constitutionality been seriously reviewed in two hundred years.”

During our history there have been 7 times Democrats advised Americas enemies to oppose the president. I will post hypocrite Secretary of State John Kerry’s defiance of an American president considering he is making the biggest stink. Again from Breitbart: “Senator John Kerry (D-MA). Kerry jumped into the pro-Sandanista pool himself in 1985, when he traveled to Nicaragua to negotiate with the regime. He wasn’t alone; Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) joined him. The Christian Science Monitor reported that the two senators “brought back word that Mr. Ortega would be willing to accept a cease-fire if Congress rejected aid to the rebels…That week the House initially voted down aid to the contras, and Mr. Ortega made an immediate trip to Moscow.” Kerry then shilled on behalf of the Ortega government:”

“We are still trying to overthrow the politics of another country in contravention of international law, against the Organization of American States charter. We negotiated with North Vietnam. Why can we not negotiate with a country smaller than North Carolina and with half the population of Massachusetts? It’s beyond me. And the reason is that they just want to get rid of them [the Sandinistas], they want to throw them out, they don’t want to talk to them.”

There you have it. I tried to give a picture in as short a fashion as I could as to the danger Obama is putting our country and especially Israel over a deal that does not make sense if you are a concerned president of the United States to safeguard We The People and the only true friend we have in the Middle East which is Israel.

I am sick and tired of watching Obama constantly attempting to transform our country to something our Forefathers never envisioned. This is why I labeled the 47 Senators as hero’s because they have exposed what Obama is doing with this weak deal to We The People. This president needs to be impeached for constantly trying to trick the U.S. Constitution. His function as president is to follow the Constitution not to try to trick it into meaning something it’s not for him constantly trying to transform America into socialism.

Obama Studied The Constitution To Enable Him To Go Around It

The leadership in the United States Congress is in shock, so much so that Obama is outmaneuvering them at will. Obama learned the Constitution not for the best interest for We The People but he learned it to know how to get around it and how to best serve his socialistic interests. Senator Mitch McConnell, Majority Leader of the Senate and Rep. John Boehner House Speaker are in such a shock at Obama’s doings that they don’t know if they are coming or going. The United States has never experienced a totalitarian president before as Obama truly is and when Obama said he was going to transform America he meant it. Whereas other presidents follow the Constitution and work with the Congress to come into some kind of agreement Obama doesn’t look at it that way. If the Congress does not give him what he wants he will go to the outskirts of the Constitution and squeeze out of it to the limits of what he can get away with and more so. What I mean as more so is he will actually break the law of the Constitution and hope it’s not noticed such as in the case of his recess appointments that did reach the Supreme Court and the Justices ruled 9-0 that his recess appointments were unconstitutional. This is what has transpired with all his scandals of which everyone of them is unconstitutional of which they did not reach the high court as yet. One by one they will be ruled unconstitutional and that’s why Obama and his cronies are stalling with the materials that they are asked of.

McConnell and Boehner are putting too much emphasis on the courts to topple Obama. Yes, it’s the courts that eventually got to President Richard Nixon but there was an impeachment process in the works. For instance they are putting too much weight that the Texas Court ruling on the unlawful immigration issue will stand, but what if it doesn’t. There is a new ruling coming down on Obama Care from the U.S. Supreme Court sometimes in June but what if they rule with the government. This is not the way our Forefathers created our checks and balances. They put the checks and balances in place whereas each one of the branches would not give its power over to one of the others in the way Obama is creating tyranny for the executive branch. This is where McConnell and Boehner are missing the boat. They are allowing this Dictator too much clearance.

“The danger of this abdication of responsibility by the leaders of the legislative branch, and their feckless decision to put enforcement of the Constitution solely in the hands of the Supreme Court, is potentially just as tyrannical as leaving unchecked power in the hands of Obama.”

Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell are spineless and are making stupid decisions. For instance why attach the Homeland Security to the unlawful immigration bill if in fact it did not have the full support of the Congress. We The People do not like being taken for fools. Our hopes when the Republicans took over the Congress was to stop Obama in his unlawful ways and if the only way to stop him is impeachment so be it. Obama learned the Constitution in order to work around it without consulting the Congress, it is high time to take our country back and rid ourselves of this Dictator

The Audacity Of Hillary Clinton

So Hillary Clinton decided to establish a separate server for official business emails that have been traced to her family’s home in Chappaqua, New York. What I can’t understand is why Rep. Trey Gowdy did not pick this up considering Benghazi has been under investigation all this time now. This had to be leaked and who leaked it out of all papers, The New York Times. Does this tell you something! It tells me that you have a liberal far left newspaper blowing the whistle on one of their own, Hillary Clinton. Think about this, this is an inside job, something is going on in the liberal ranks of the Democratic Party that they feel that Hillary is not the one to represent the hard left liberal base. This was leaked out by someone to the NY Times, in other words some group feels she is not liberal enough otherwise I can’t even imagine why the NY Times would be exposing this, they have been covering up all the unlawful deeds of Obama from day one.

Why would Hillary go out of her way to set up a server except for the fact it’s all so convenient to have in excess right in front of you what emails you would hide and not expose when asked upon to do so such as anything to do with Benghazi and her experiences as Secretary of State. The following was published from Fox News: ” A House committee subpoenaed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal emails on Wednesday as part of its probe into the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attacks.”

“The move comes two days after a bombshell report revealed that the potential 2016 presidential nominee did not use her official account to conduct State Department business, a potential violation of federal law, raising questions over why she went to such lengths to keep her messages off the official government system.”

That’s not going to do any good. Hillary will find the emails she wants to expose and will lose the ones that are damaging to her. There is only one way to out fox Hillary and show her she is not as smart as she thinks she is and that is for Rep. Trey Gowdy to ask for the full server, in that way he will have everything and he will be the one to choose what is instrumental to the Benghazi case and not Hillary. I guarantee you he will find some very damaging material.

You would think that when Hillary was fired from the Committee To Impeach Richard Nixon for lying and following unethical practices she would have learned her lesson. But she has been allowed to get away with all her scandals since then and she feels she is above the law and she can get away with whatever she wants. There are many good female candidates in both party’s to run for president, we don’t need another snake. We had enough from one snake called Obama.

Obama Is Desperate For A Nuclear Iran Deal: That Is Very Worrisome

Lets get straight to the point. The Obama robots who have advised they are not going to sit there and give Netanyahu acceptance to watch his speech because they say he is doing it just for political reason for an upcoming election in Israel are lying. This is what Obama has told his cronies to say, the real reason for the speech that Obama is not talking about is the fact that there is a March 30 deadline to meet, otherwise there is no deal. This is what is very worrisome, because of the closeness of the deadline there is no telling what kind of deal Obama will make with this terrorist nation Iran who still as of the latest documents want to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. There should not even be any negotiations with any terrorist country to begin with.

Who do you think is calling the shots on this deal anyhow? Do you think it’s Obama, if you think so you are highly mistaken. I don’t think you have to think hard to determine the answer to that question. I’m not going to say Susan Rice because she is just ignorant and a fool. The one person who has that kind of influence over Obama because they are both out to do damage to America and Israel is Valerie Jarrett.

“There are many who are now saying that [Jarrett] is really the architect of this non-treaty with the Iranians, which ultimately will result in the Iranians having a nuclear program, and America having to accept a nuclear-armed Iran. Yeah, she’s a powerful influence on [Obama],” he said.”

With Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu seeing all this map out and the potential of Obama making a deal just to make a deal for his ego he had no other recourse but to come to the Congress and expose what a danger a weak deal can have on Israel and the United States for that matter.

Obama is willing to leave some nuclear activity intact, backed by safeguards that Iran is not trying to develop a weapon. This is what happens when you have a college professor as Obama allowed to enter the international game. Obama is being run over by sharks and he has Jarrett who is from Iran calling the shots. Iran insists it’s program is solely for peaceful energy and medical research. How many times have we heard this lie and if Obama is eating that statement up he is more out of reality than I thought, if that is at all possible.

The following was posted by David E. Sanger and Alan Cowell, Published Feb 21, 2012 by the New York Times: “A visit by international nuclear inspectors to Iran ended in failure Tuesday. Tehran not only blocked access to a site the inspectors believe could have been used for tests on how to produce a nuclear weapon, they reported, but it also refused to agree to a process for resolving questions about other “possible military dimensions” to its nuclear program.”

A big question why is Obama just begging for this deal with Iran when the International Atomic Energy Agency does not trust and give clearance to Iran’s credibility, so why should Obama? Here is part of what the International Inspectors say in their report: “The report said the agency “remains concerned about the possible existence in Iran of undisclosed nuclear-related activities involving military-related organizations, including activities related to the development of a nuclear payload for a missile.”

“Because Iran has not provided explanations for the agency’s questions about all nuclear-related work, the report said, “the agency is not in a position to provide credible assurance about the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities in Iran, and therefore to conclude that all nuclear material in Iran is in peaceful activities.” What is happening here is that as usual Obama is lying to We The People by not disclosing these facts.

So given all this we are to assume Obama is going to secure an instrumental deal with Iran. Give me a break! The only thing he is going to secure is for Israel and The United States to be in more danger than ever before. Netanyahu had his say with an accurate and true presentation and I hope the Congress listens. As far as those Democrats that will not be there to see his presentation, they can join their Dictator and sit together and continue to scheme as to how to continue to weaken the United States of America.
