Obama Has found Out That Dictatorship Does Not Work In The United States: He Will Not Take The Executive Amnesty Fight To The Supreme Court In Accepting Defeat

Give a thumbs up to our Forefathers who gave us the United States Constitution. Obama tried to sneak through an amnesty program that is illegal under the Constitution and it took a Judge from Texas to become a true hero in this sad chapter from Obama who loves to play Dictator considering the Republican Congress could have stopped this and didn’t.

Obama tried to get it through using the argument that since the Congress’s failure to act and the seriousness of resolving the immigration issue it compelled Obama to take action. Well that’s just the way it works Obama, if a president cannot bring the Congress to a negotiated agreement negotiations must go on until agreement is meant but Obama, president turned Dictator feels compelled to take things into his own hands, well this time it backfired.

“The administration has defended them as routine exercises of presidential authority, made necessary by Congress’s failure to enact comprehensive revisions to U.S. immigration law. U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen in Brownsville strongly disagreed.”

Posted today by Charlie Spiering, published by Breitbart News: “The Obama administration revealed today that it will not take the fight over executive immigration amnesty to the Supreme Court, essentially admitting defeat in its fight to lift a court-ordered stay placed by a Texas judge.”

I understand fully what happened here and I know you do also. Obama knew all along that this amnesty program of his was illegal. He figured he would try it anyway hoping it would sneak through but I believe it was just the day before Judge Hanen put a stop to the order and Obama has been backtracking ever since. By Obama not taking it to the Supreme Court tells the whole story on what kind of weasel we have as president. If this Dictator has the audacity to pull stunts like this even by knowing we have a Constitution can you imagine what he would be pulling off if We The People were not protected by a Constitution! This is so shameful and dangerous to have Obama as president. For the next year he must be watched closely and constantly.

Obama On This Past Memorial Day Weekend Did Not Give Veterans A Feeling Of Pride Because Of His Inactions As Commander-In-Chief

After World War II America made a promise to itself that it would never allow itself to disarm like it did after World War I that was suppose to be the end of all wars until America had once again to arm itself from the false premise that there would never be another war.

We have had socialist presidents before in the order of Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson and now Obama. Obama has taken it to the next level which I have been talking about now for almost seven years and that is like I have told so many people, this is not Republican against Democrat, this is tyranny. Obama has been lowering the military might of the United States of America to a parity with the rest of the major military powers. This is outright treasonous. A Commander-In-Chief doesn’t cut military budgets to pre-World War II levels when in fact there are countries that have laid claim that they want to destroy us.

I’m not going to do a whole chapter here on ISIS, because we know by now what their intent is. Obama even with knowing that they want to cripple America he is allowing them to run rampant. We have to give thanks to the Republican Congress for not allowing this to happen by taking control of the House of Representatives in 2010 and lately the Senate. This is why Obama has been toying with Executive Orders with his phone and pen but it’s not near the effect if the Congress had giving Obama what he wanted on Global Warming. These fools even have changed the name to Climate Control. So this Dictator with whoever is pulling his strings now has to go in front of a Coast Guard graduating class and make a fool of himself. If America Is One Nation Under God The U.S. Supreme Court Has No Authority To Redefine Marriage

The Pledge of Allegiance that you and I have recited all through our school years is still under constant attack by the liberals(socialists) that they stress it shouldn’t be allowed in the classroom at the start of the day. The bulk of the controversy are the words “under God” that has been added. The official name of The Pledge of Allegiance was adopted in 1945. The last change in language came on Flag Day 1954 when the words “under God” were added. Keep in mind it was approved by the whole Congress to be implemented.

Our Forefathers came to this land with the thought naturally that we were “one nation under God.” People who have read their writings see that the Lord is constantly mentioned and God has been cemented in our society ever since and the Chaplain of the United States Senate still opens each session of the United States Senate with a prayer.

Since Americas existence therefore until very recently in terms of total years by atheist’s, and the disruption’s to our society by liberals(socialists) America was and always will be a country of God. This is where this decision in the U.S.Supreme Court on the question of marriage comes in. The media and people in general are using a wrong definitive on this topic.

Marriage was defined for all time several thousand years ago by an authority much higher than the Supreme Court. “Re-defining marriage exceeds the authority of the Supreme Court as set forth in Sections 1 and 2 of the U.S. Constitution. Section 2 of the Constitution clearly states that “The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under this authority…” The functional phrase in this Section is “…arising under this Constitution…” The definition of marriage does not fall under the purview of the Constitution, and it never has. Our Founding Fathers did not define marriage, nor does the Constitution. No part of Section 1 or 2 or any other section of the Constitution empowers the justices to even hear a case in which their ruling is dependent on re-defining a concept that falls outside the limits of the Constitution.”

I can’t see how it can be stressed any clearer than that. Marriage has been defined by God when He created Adam and Eve. For these nine Judges to temper with God’s universe I don’t think they want to go there and I don’t think it will be smart on their part to put America in another judgment God will make against our country, for instance these socialists today are attempting to take God out of every aspect of American society. Because of God being taking out of our American society today we are starting to witness the decay of the American society. We as Americans who are still over 70% Christian and any God fearing people must not allow God to be forgotten otherwise He will give up on America. How we communicate with God on a personal level is one thing and how a whole country because of corrupt laws that pushes God to the side is another thing. Just go back into the Bible and see how many civilizations God has destroyed. We should never conclude that it can’t happen.

ABC News Anchor George Stephanopoulos A Clinton Hack, Caught Being Deceitful

Only about a month ago Stephanopoulos was interviewing Peter Schweizer about the book he wrote about the Clinton Foundation, “Clinton Cash.” People who have been following politics for awhile know that Stephanopoulos is a Clinton hack. I knew that interview was going to be partisan for the Clinton’s ever since I found out that Stephanopoulos was going to give it.

The following is posted by Colin Campbell, published by Business Insider: “Last month, Stephanopoulos interviewed Peter Schweizer, the author of “Clinton Cash,” which links money given to the Clinton Foundation to alleged government favors doled out by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. During their exchange, Stephanopoulos repeatedly pointed out that there was no “direct evidence” of corruption in Schweizer’s work, and the interview was specifically touted by Clinton’s presidential campaign as proof that his book was nothing more than a partisan smear.

In the first place an author does not have to have evidence. Like Schweizer said he had taken all the information he had to the NY Times, ABC and Washington Post and the liberal NY Times broke the story. There are enough pieces there that will prove wrong-doings by the Clinton’s.

Now we know who the partisan is. Stephanopoulos has the audacity to be calling Schweizer partisan when in fact Stephanopoulos should not have been giving the interview in the first place. Stephanopoulos has acknowledged after it was exposed, not on his own mind you, that he has donated $75,000 to the Clinton Foundation and he wasn’t even honest about that when at first he said it was $50,000. He has donated $25,000 a year for the last three years. You want to talk about conflict of interest, there it is.

“In addition to his contributions, Stephanopoulos once worked in the administration of Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, who is also a central figure in Schweizer’s book.”

Because of this Stephanopoulos has excused himself from monitoring the Republican Primary debates but he will be doing the presidential debates. I say who the heck is he that he should be making these decisions, him being a Clinton hack he should be out of the picture altogether. The conflict of interest will be too great for Stephanopoulos to be monitoring the presidential debates if in fact Hillary is one of the candidate’s. Stephanopoulos should be disallowed from participating.

Today Stephanopoulos has released a statement to Politico apologizing for not taking the “extra step” of telling viewers about his support for the foundation. What he means by “extra step” is beyond me, that should be the normal step to take of which he should not have done it in the first place. It sounds like ABC News is already starting a cover-up for this Clinton partisan in which ABC News is in Hillary’s corner.

You see Stephanopoulos is following the Clinton playbook to the letter and that is destroy the messenger in this case the writer of the book, Peter Schweizer. Kind of reminds me of another “would have been messenger” by the name of Foster.

After Over Six Years In Office Obama Instead of Giving We The People Inspiration Is Still Pushing A Socialistic Agenda

Obama once again at a Washington panel addressing poverty has pointed his finger at the wealthy for not doing more to combat poverty. What more can the wealthy do but cover their rear end from this socialist striving for Marxism. Every year the business person on an average has 80,000 new regulations placed on their business and in effect this keeps them suppressed from giving higher wages and expanding to provide even more jobs which in recent years because these business don’t know what choke hold Obama will come out with next, all this they have had to put on the shelf. Obama says that people who have gotten out of poverty go into different environments. What does he want them to do? You get ahead to make your conditions better, you don’t get ahead to continue to collect welfare and food stamps. This is the Marxist dream, keep the poor dependent on the government. This is one reason the liberals(socialists) scorn conservative African Americans so much, they have progressed out of the ghetto.

Leaderlless Obama Is Being Stood Up At Camp David By The Persian Gulf States

Maybe Obama can push our Yellow-Belly Congress around by them caving in to the Dictator at every outset but the Persian Gulf States have had enough from this leaderless phony. The snub began with the Saudis, and spread to Bahrain, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. Four out of the six Gulf States that were expected to attend this Summit at Camp David are going to send lower-ranked Representatives. The two that will still attend are Qatar and Kuwait.

The Emirates’ ambassador to the United States put it plainly: “I think we are looking for some form of security guarantee, given the behavior of Iran in the region, given the rise of the extremist threat. In the past, we have survived with a gentleman’s agreement with the United States about security. I think today, we need something in writing. We need something institutionalized.”

The key words there is “we need something in writing.” The whole world knows that Obama has a deceitful mouth except the United States Congress. Obama want’s to make a deal with Iran a country that is spreading terrorism all over the world and wants to kill Americans and Jews. Of course that’s the same thing as saying let the next president worry about it because we already know that after ten years Iran can do whatever they wish per that deal.

You know there has been plenty of time for aliens with green cards which are now 9 million of them to apply for citizenship, for whatever the reason they ignored applying. A person with a green card has all the privilege’s as you and I except for one and that is they can’t vote.

They are worried about losing Hispanic votes yet they will be allowing the Democrats via Homeland security to manipulate the system to allow 9 million of new Hispanics to vote. This definitely does not make sense. Statistics show that first time Hispanic voters always vote Democrat.

There is another dirty game going on also where Obama and his cronies are trying to get permission for illegals to get voter registration forms to fill out whereas before you had to be a citizen to receive a registration form. Can you just imagine all the voter fraud that will go on with these uncontrollable forms. All this for being able to steal elections. Obviously what the liberal Democrat establishment is showing is that they can’t win national elections any longer without exerting artificial means to do so. Don’t forget all the dead people that come to life every four years.

All these brain-dead liberals who want this to happen will pay the price for this eventually. Where are all these extra illegals going to work, where are they going to go to school. Eventually America will not be able to support all this economically and We The People will all lose out because America will not be able to sustain it. This is the tail-end of Obama’s transformation of America which if allowed to be enacted will be the demise of America. America will never again be the country that you and I knew. All this for socialism. Obama forgets one thing that history has taught and that is no socialistic society has ever been successful in the history of the world. United States Economic Growth Is At It’s Slowest Recovery In Over 50 Years.

It has been suggested that the US economy has been out of the great recession since 2009. That being the case many economists have been frustrated of the fact that the recovery has been so slow in recovering that many of them are saying:Recovery. What recovery?” The same experts have said that after a bad recession where the economy dropped so much it leads to a recovery with a big jump, but they are worried because there is definitely no big jump with this recovery, as a matter of fact it’s going so slow it feels like we are still in a recession.

We can’t just talk about this without giving some facts. The following was posted by Olivera Perkins, published by Cleveland/business:

“Median household income remains far below pre-recession levels — Median inflation-adjusted household income, at $51,939 in 2013, is at its lowest level since 1995 in inflation-adjusted dollars. In 2007, it was $56,436”

“Job growth slower than in other recoveries — The total number of jobs has grown by 6.5 percent during this recovery, contrasted with 12.9 percent in previous comparable recoveries.”

“Poverty rate increased — During the previous recoveries mentioned, the poverty rate went down. During this one, it increased. The poverty rate increased by 0.2 percentage points during this recovered, but decreased by 0.7 percentage points in previous comparable recessions.”

Now we all know or people should know that a president or the federal government cannot create jobs. But here is what a president can do which Obama has been doing all through his six years in the presidency thus far and that is scare business from hiring and expanding by scaring them off with socialistic polices which Obama is full of. The small business person is holding back trillions of dollars of investment because they are afraid of investing it into this Obama economy.

From the same publication: “Greg Lawson, a policy analyst at The Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions said the slow recovery “is a matter of bad policies coming out of Washington.” Lawson considers the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, among them. He said small businesses have traditionally led the way in creating jobs, but the ACA leaves them little incentive to do so. Those with at least 50 employees will have to either offer the amount of health insurance required by the law or face penalties.”

“I think that the taxes and the penalties that are being threatened to be imposed on businesses are making businesses reticent to hire people, and that is creating a drag on the economy,” Lawson said. “You have got to think long and hard before you hire that 50th person.”

This is all a matter of common sense. As long as the small business person will not hire and expand because it has a choke hold from Obama there will be 100 million people out there who cannot find jobs. The people who still have some kind of jobs statistics show they are spending less because of various factors such as utility rates going up, or Obama Care having higher out of pocket costs than predicted, consumer confidence being down because their house is still under water and the list goes on. One thing is for sure, as long as the business person does not have the resources or reason to hire we are not going to get out of this shaky economy; that means as long as this socialist president is in office I don’t see any chance of a recovery because Obama like I said has put a choke hold on the people who hire and expand and it will take a Reagan conservative president to take that choke hold off.

The Mayor Of Baltimore Who Gave Rioters “Space To Destroy” Has Been Found Out To be A Patsy For Obama

The instructions this brain dead mayor was giving out to the police Dept. I immediately gathered that she must have something to do with Obama, after all they talk with the same mind-set. The instructions and statements that she gave should be criminal such as “let them loot, it’s only property.” Because of that instruction over 100 businesses have been destroyed, a lost of peoples livelihoods. These liberals(socialists) don’t realize what it takes to run a business, long hours, sometimes lack of pay and so much more, such as keeping people employed for this fool mayor to take their livelihoods so lightly to instruct the police force to stand down.

I guess it is easy for me to say but I can’t understand for the life of me how the cops can follow this mayors instructions. To allow bricks to be thrown at them and walk away and to see their cities businesses burn down and I gather they know many of those people who own those businesses to just allow it to happen. I’m sure they are worried about being fired from the police Dept. but if they ignored the mayors orders in great numbers they sure would have been treated like hero’s.

I mentioned in my heading that it was found out that the mayor is a patsy of Obama’s. There you go, she is part of the great Dividers Obama’s regime. Obama who came out to talk about the riots and talked about 90 seconds about the thugs and devoted over 5 minutes about how cops can be better around the country. This poor excuse for a president has been bad mouthing cops for over six years now which encourages cop hating around the country. Obama has been taking We The People’s country down domestically and internationally. Obama via the Justice Dept. which was Eric Holder and Al Sharpton who visits the White House often have been spreading hate now for over six years which of course their main goal is too nationalize the police force to the federal government which would be ever so much closer to controlling you and I. I am not one who says Obama has less than two years left, I say I want him impeached now for trying to take over America in his own image that our Forefathers Spirit in the sky are watching in disgust.
