The VA Whistle-Blowers Have Finally Been Vindicated

I am a veteran and there was at times I would give the VA medical center thought of future use if or when the time ever gave cause for that. What has come out the last few years of neglect by nurses and staff in the treatment of those veterans one would have cause to give it second thoughts as to why a veteran would want to enter their facilities. Whistle-blowers have already brought it to the attention of the Congress and the media that some of these hospitals had phony lists of which patients were being treated which was not the case. They even had a secret waiting list. This had a list of patients with long-delayed appointments.

The following was posted by Tori Richards, published by Fox Politics: “A top government watchdog on Thursday accused the central agency tasked with holding Veterans Affairs accountable of dropping the ball — by failing to properly investigate whistle-blower claims of secret wait lists at Shreveport, La., and Chicago hospitals where thousands of veterans languished up to 15 months without care.”

“Further, Special Counsel Carolyn Lerner said the VA’s Office of Inspector General even tried to “discredit the whistle-blowers” who brought the allegations by focusing on a narrow aspect of the case.”

“This is vindication for myself and other whistle-blowers who won’t back down when the VA tries to intimidate us,” Wilkes said. “The VA was after me but ran into someone who wouldn’t be bullied.”

This situation has never seized to amaze me. To do this to our veterans! This angers me greatly. These are people who risked their lives for their country and to have a place to go to for treatment that was designed by our Congress many years ago and to be treated in this matter is so uncalled for. I just don’t understand this at all. If the people in charge fell behind in treating these veteran patients why not be honest and say they fell behind and there could be deaths if help was not provided and you know what! There were deaths at the hands of these idiots.

I have much respect for the whistle-blowers because without them nothing would ever be exposed in any occupation. I feel bad for the harassment they must go through until like in this case the proper authorities are finally involved. Yes, thank God for whistle-blowers!

Attorney General Loretta Lynch Has Confirmed That There Are Now Career Justice Dept. Attorneys Working With The FBI ON Hillary’s Emails

Another blow to Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. Naturally Hillary on the campaign trail still states her adopted line of a right wing conspiracy. I am sure there will be many out there who will say that the Justice Department getting involved in the probe is to make sure that they keep on top of the FBI to make sure that Hillary gets away with this wrong doing. Actually the main reason Lynch is getting involved is to prevent this from going to a special prosecutor and you know how long that would take. These are non-political lawyers chosen from the Justice Department. This is very serious for Hillary because now it moves the situation that the FBI can only recommend to actually have subpoena power of handing out subpoenas from anything from materials all the way up to Hillary herself if needed.

The following was posted by Catherine Herridge and Pamela K.Browne, published by Fox News: “Legal experts say the assignment of career Justice Department attorneys to the case shows the FBI probe has progressed beyond the initial referral, or “matured,” giving agents access to the U.S. government’s full investigative tool box, including subpoena power for individuals, business or phone records, as well as witnesses.”

“If the FBI makes the case that Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information and put America’s security at risk, will you prosecute the case?” Republican Congressman John Carter asked Lynch during a budget hearing.”

“Do you know of any efforts underway to undermine the FBI’s investigation? And please look the American people in the eye and tell us what your position is as you are the chief prosecutor of the United States,” Carter pressed.”

“Lynch replied, “…that matter is being handled by career independent law enforcement agents, FBI agents as well as the career independent attorneys in the Department of Justice. They follow the evidence, they look at the law and they’ll make a recommendation to me when the time is appropriate

Hillary’s email scandal has now progressed to a very serious stage and for this to have gone to the FBI and The Dept. of Justice you know it is definitely a criminal probe. Hillary knows the seriousness of her wrong doing and because of the nature of the evil person that she is she continues to act as though she has done nothing wrong. I hope this bites her just at the right time. lets say just before the Democrat Convention. Now wouldn’t that be a kick in the ass!

Trump Will Be Winning No Presidency With His “I’m Going To Send All The Illegal Immigrants Back” Statement.

Trumps statement “I’m going to send all the illegal immigrants back” statement after he declared his presidential candidacy might have won him favor with a small segment within the Republican Party but it will not help him win the presidency. This is why I believe so far in the polls between himself, Cruz and Rubio he is the only one losing to Hillary Clinton. The majority of the American people know that the immigration system has to be fixed but to round up 12 million which is more like 25 million and send them back is asinine. We The People are a civilized and humane people that know this can be fixed with a good immigration bill and a secure border that president George W. Bush tried to implement but it didn’t get back to his desk. For instance his bill included a $2000 fine, payment of past payroll taxes where applicable and a five year waiting period at the end of the line to citizenship and of course secure the border. This could have been resolved at that time but the Democrats didn’t want Bush and the Republicans to get credit for it and the Republicans did not want to take issue with the bill and here we are today where it is still lingering in the wind.

Donald Trump forgets that the Republicans lost the Congress in 2008 because of this issue. I remember there were many in the Republican Congress at the time ringing the bell that they wanted all 12 million to be sent back. I remember saying that these clowns are committing suicide What were they to do, round them up and put them in boxcars like they did in Nazi Germany? I guess the same thing can be asked of Trump.

If you notice it states “GOP candidate’s have highlighted their get tough approach.” So here comes Donald Trump and he puts the immigration issue smack to the forefront once again and believe me it’s a losing preposition. Do you think the Democrats considering they have the Latino vote to begin with are going to take this laying down?

I don’t believe you have to guess hard as to which organization is trying to naturalize Latinos to become American citizens all for the purpose of voting in the 2016 presidential election, the Democratic Party. On the other hand instead of Donald Trump talking about a coherent immigration bill, he says he will send all the illegals back. That’s why we as Republicans need someone who will win the election and push to get an immigration bill that will resolve this issue once and for all and show the Latino voters that the Republican Party wants to fix the immigration problem once and for all and do not stand whatsoever for sending 25 million Latinos back which Donald Trump knows darn well it’s never going to happen.

There Would Be No Words To Express My Disgust If Obama Does Not Attend Justice Antonin Scalia’s Funeral

This should not even be a discussion of the President of the United States to attend the funeral of a Supreme Court Justice, especially of Judge Antonin Scalia who was on the Supreme Court for thirty years. I am so tired of this child that is president who is constantly trying to prove some point to his opposition. Judge Scalia was an icon to conservatism and the Constitution who had the respect and love of many who agreed with him or not. This is the way Obama has governed for the last seven years, anyone who didn’t kiss up to him was just put aside with verbal attacks or just ignoring as in Judge Scalia’s funeral.

He was a role model and inspiration. His life and towering achievements have a deep meaning to Americans. If you understood this, you would have to attend the funeral. “We all know, Leader Pelosi, that you and the President did not agree with Justice Scalia’s politics and his views on affirmative action and other things. However, Justice Scalia deserves to be shown respect. The country would like to see the President be above the partisan politics tearing our nation apart. I have to hold myself back from expressing anymore of my opinions of the disrespect that is constantly brewing from this shameless president who is constantly siding with his constituents and ignoring the other half of our country. I am very ashamed of Barack Obama. He has not done America well by a long shot.

No Sooner Than We The People Get A Break At The Gas Pumps Obama Wants A $10 Tax On Each Barrel Of Oil

So here we go, socialism is still well perpetrated in our society with this socialist president still calling the shots. Typical socialist, no sooner than the American people get a break at the pumps Obama wants to charge a $10 tax on each barrel of oil. Why doesn’t this Marxist just go away and allow the free market to do it’s thing. I tell you, this guy just smells something he can get his hands on to tax for his clean transport which I will call crap and I’m sure many of you will. First of all it’s the same old story. The price of oil is way down now because of OPEC and because the economy is depressed, people are not driving as much and this creates a large inventory which goes to the supply and demand formula. So what will happen when the supply and demand flips the other way, are these socialists going to get rid of the $10 tax? You already know the answer to that.

I heard on the radio today that the federal government already gets 44 cents to the gallon in gasoline tax and what this will do is add another 25 cents to the gallon by their calculations. Now House Speaker Paul Ryan has said that this request is dead on arrival if we want to believe it or not the way the Republicans have been kissing up to Obama.

It’s the same old story with Obama and his cronies, naturally it would be the same talking points no matter which socialist would be talking about it. They want to reduce the reliance on oil. The United States has a plentiful supply of God given oil that if allowed to explore it we would not have to depend on Middle Eastern oil. I always said clean energy would be okay for a back-up but to deny the fact that we have all this natural resource and not be allowed to use it I would call it treasonous of any president that does not use it to it’s fullest possibility. But you see my friends, liberalism(socialism) is a mental disorder.

Illegal Immigrants Have Received As Much As $750 Million In Obama Care Subsidies

Something came to my mind as I started to write this. Do you recall the time when it was talked about that the House of Representatives and the Senate should repeal Obama Care? The Republican Rhinos didn’t even want to have a discussion. They were petrified of shutting down the government. Our Forefathers gave the House of Representatives the power of the purse just for reasons such as this to prevent a president from having his own way and become too powerful. So what would have happened if Obama did not repeal Obama Care and the House did not fund it to go on? Well there would have been a confrontation and the government would possibly have shut down but the issue would have been resolved once and for all as to what to finally do about Obama Care. Either get rid of it or make it better and if it took a constitutional crisis to get there so be it.

The following was published by Fox News: “illegal immigrants and individuals with unclear legal status wrongly benefited from up to $750 million in ObamaCare subsidies and the government is struggling to recoup the money, according to a new Senate report obtained by Fox News.”

“The report, produced by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, examined Affordable Care Act tax credits meant to defray the cost of insurance premiums. It found that as of June 2015, “the Administration awarded approximately $750 million in tax credits on behalf of individuals who were later determined to be ineligible because they failed to verify their citizenship, status as a national, or legal presence.”

“The review found the credits went to more than 500,000 people – who are illegal immigrants or whose legal status was unclear due to insufficient records.”

This is very bad, not only has Obama Care drained our economy by choking the small business person and is not providing the American people with services that were promised on a professional scale but it is bleeding money besides. Don’t think for a moment that Obama and his cronies were not aware of this, they allowed it to go on. Don’t forget $800 billion was cut from the Medicare Advantage program for Obama Care. You know how that’s going to work out, doctors will not want to participate which I know for a fact it has started already.

You know as well as I do that this money will never be paid back. The Senate report stressed the fact that the Obama Administration has no solid plan to get this money back and are predicting that the IRS will be “unable to fully recoup the funds.”

Everytime you turn around this Obama Care is growing like a bad cancer with no good surgery in site. I guess it looks like we are not going to rid ourselves of this cancer until we get a conservative for president. In the meantime Obama Care just might go bust on it’s own that many people had predicted in the first place.

Oregon Sheriffs Could Have Prevented The Standoff If They Only Knew The Constitution

There has been a tremendous fixation of anger for the last number of years of the federal government owning and in control of so much land in the west of which it owns 47 percent of it. In some states, including Oregon, Utah, and Nevada it owns the majority and of course they use to own all of it. Naturally as the United States moved west it expanded by purchasing or taking the land that became new states. As the expansion progressed it transferred land to state governments, largely through homesteading and land grants, which allowed farmers to procure parcels of land for agricultural use.

The following is from a post by Quoctrung Eiu and Margot Sanger-Katz, published by the New York Times, Titled “Why the Government Owns So Much Land in the West”: “In the early 1900s, cattle farming became a speculative boom because farmers realized that the federal government was basically giving away a valuable free commodity: grass. This quickly became a problem that economists call the “tragedy of the commons.” Everyone was allowed to let cattle graze the millions of acres of public grass. Ranchers, local officials and lawmakers got together and created a law called the Taylor Grazing Act, which effectively created a federal body called the Division of Grazing to manage the grazing of these lands.”

Whenever you have some kind of managing land after many years of open use it leads to complications and stand-offs.The stand-off in Oregon could have been prevented and La Voy Finicum would not have been killed. Ammon Bundy and his followers did not take up arms against local and federal governments. Just because there is a protest and people are carrying arms which is a Second Amendment right does not mean they are going to shoot up the town. They also had every right to exercise their First Amendment rights to address their government for grievances. This is where The Oregon State Sheriff’s Association (OSSA)made their mistake by siding with Ward and the federal government against the citizens that gathered at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge Center.

The following is from a post by Tim Brown, published by eagle Rising News: “Had David Ward been a constitutional sheriff, he could have ended all of this peacefully by simply removing federal agents from his county with regards to this matter and met with the protesters who had been peaceful all along. In fact, the only shots we know that have been fired have come from federal agents and state police.”

“As if this were not enough, Sheriff Brian Wolfe, who is not only the OSSA President, but also the Sheriff of Malheur County issued a statement backing Ward.”

There are some giant groups that are out to make some big money from lands that nobody has wanted to purchase that had been become difficult-to-reach tracts of land in the west because they had become unattractive to farmers. The only thing that whatever land is left is good for grazing so why are these ranchers being pressured to leave. There is always some way to negotiate a settlement but from the look of things the government is trying to force out the remaining ranchers from the land they process. You remember those old cowboy movies where the rancher was forced to sell well that’s exactly what’s going on now. This needs to be talked about with We The People because it sure as hell looks like a land-grab. You remember the Bundy Ranch in Nevada when Senator Harry Reid got so angry over the outcome and then we found out that Reid had some deal going on with China to install solar power on that land, and guess who was living on that land? of course, Bundy. There is much money to be made on these lands and we better ask the hard questions as to who will be making the money.

Rep. Darrell Issa Is Stressing The Fact That The FBI Will Have No Choice But To Recommend Indictment For Hillary Clinton

The popular consensus has been from my readers and posts that I have read is that the Justice Dept. no matter what criminal evidence they will have on Hillary Clinton the Justice Dept. will just sweep it under the carpet and I am sticking to my guns with the thought that Hillary has really screwed up this time, it will not be justified for the FBI, Justice Dept., or whatever other agency to close their eyes to this criminality.

The following was posted by Todd Beamond, published by Newsmax: “Rep. Darrell Issa said Wednesday that FBI Director James Comey has “no choice” but to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton in the email scandal.”

“The director is somebody who cares a great deal about national security — and with the body of evidence, he really has no choice but to refer this for indictment,” Issa, the California Republican and former chairman of the House Oversight Committee, told Fox Business host Trish Regan.”

“She made a choice to receive and retransmit documents that should have been classified when they came to her and later been classified.”

If the Justice Dept. even dares not to take the FBI’s advise the story will not end there. First of all there will be a revolution of sorts in the FBI, there will be constant leaks to We The People almost on a daily basis. It is assumed that the main stream media will allow this to go silent, unlike the time they teared into President Nixon and the impartial Congress at the time to cause him to resign. It seems to me that this socialist media of today want her to get away with this, putting our national security on the line by using an unsecured personal server. There is no reason whatsoever that Hillary had to use a personal server other than the fact of devious reasons such as getting rid of information at will that would incriminate her such as for instance Benghazi and the Clinton Foundation. What stands in the way of Hillary getting away with this if the Obama Justice Dept. does not follow through is We The People. If the FBI leaks this stuff out to We The People it will be the end of Hillary Clinton’s thinking that she will get away with yet another scandal. I will say to Hillary, not this time Hillary, you blew it big time.

Conservatism Is Alive And Well With Senator Ted Cruz A Winner In Iowa.

This is a victory for all us conservatives in the Republican Party. Naturally some of us are more conservative than others. This is a slap in the face at the Republican establishment who dares tell us how to vote. All I have been hearing for the last week from the Republican establishment is how Ted Cruz doesn’t get along with anybody in the Senate. I guess they didn’t like the idea that Cruz pulled a filibuster on the Senate floor to repeal Obama Care to fulfill a promise to the American people. They even went out of their way to bring out ex- Senator Bob Dole to say as much. As far as I’m concerned, the more these establishment Republicans said such things about Ted Cruz the more I knew he is the conservative to lead our nation since Ronald Reagan. They know that with a Cruz presidency they would have to start thinking conservatism instead of kissing up to the liberals.

I am writing this post to remind ourselves that our candidates are not the enemy. The enemy is the Democratic Party that booed God at their Democratic presidential convention. The enemy are for the time being Senator Bernie Sanders who admits he is a socialist, and Hillary Clinton that pretends she is not a socialist. I got that line from Ted Cruz by the way in his victory thank you speech to the Iowa voters. This is the party that wants to chip away at our Constitution until it no longer exists. This is the party that does not believe in the US Constitution but in a Marxist ruling class of putting different classes of people against each other.

Our Forefathers sacrificed their lives to give us this country and our Constitution that has been the envy of the world. They gave us a capitalistic free enterprise system that each person can use their God given talents to achieve the dream of their choice.

We need a conservative president to make sure we don’t give a socialist another four or eight years to the presidency. There are going to be battles on the way to the presidency among our fellow Republicans which is par for the course of winning the nomination but what we don’t want is for our candidates attacked so viciously where they will be crippled for the presidential election. I hope we all keep this in mind as we support our favorite candidates. I know and I truly believe that we will all support the final candidate in this process so we can defeat the Democrat Party that has become un-American and the only way we will do this is to not give up our principles to something that is not us. We will take our country back and I will support the Republican candidate that is nominated and I am sure all Republicans will feel the same way.

Socialism Is Becoming The In Thing Especially Among The Young.

I never even imagined during my lifetime that there would be a declared socialist running for president of the United States in Bernie Sanders. When I started stressing the fact of socialism back in 2008 when Obama was running for president the first time around I had tagged him a socialist. You could imagine the liberals how they fiercely attacked me for using that word It seemed to me that I and maybe just a few if you could find them at the time were openly stressing the fact that Obama was no capitalist. I tried to stress the fact that with the people Obama had associated himself with in his youth to his present they were not for the love of America them being socialists, communists, a nutty Rev. Wright and a terrorist that Obama had made themselves all available to him. We must not forget his mentor (also Hillary Clinton’s) Saul Alinsky. So when Obama came out with his he was going to transform America naturally he never said to what and how and the main stream socialist media allowed him to get away with it. Only Obama knew that he wanted to finish what presidents Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt started.

Bernie Sanders for President of the United States; the conservative press references Sanders as a socialist, though his political views are more closely aligned with communism. The idea that even one American would consider this man as a viable candidate for the office of President would be laughable if he did not actually have significant numbers of people queued up to vote for him.”

“There are simply no counters to the moral and intellectual argument which irrevocably condemns socialism, and it is this: In the last century, socialism in its various forms was responsible for the murder of nearly half a billion people, and the persecution of millions more. Ultimately, socialist governments always wind up murdering millions of their own citizens outright; the only exceptions to this (thus far) are those nations that have, or until recently have had, ethnically homogeneous populations.”

I tend to think of a simplistic solution to the madness of our youth being sucked into the socialism mode and that is that our school system starting at a very young age must start incorporating the United States Constitution into their studies. Starting with just how our Forefathers sacrificed so much to give us the oldest living document that still exists in a free society that the liberals(socialists) have been chipping away at for many years right before our eyes. As the youngsters progress in grades through the years teach more deeply about the Constitution because as it stands now they wind up in the universities with socialist professors and it’s no comparing from being taught how good socialism is and not have the contrast of our Constitution and our capitalistic system and what happens a nut job like Bernie Sanders comes along and has a tremendous influence over them.

We must remember that while We The People are busy going about our daily lives these socialists are at work implementing all sorts of their own into our government which leads us to the mess we have today. We need to stop the bleeding, we need to clean house and we are not going to do it unless we all start paying more attention to what’s going on around us in the world of politics. Are you aware that the next president will probably be appointing three more Justices to the US Supreme Court! I will tell you this. If we do not vote in a conservative and allow a socialist to have this option what will happen to America as we know her? I really don’t have to tell you because you know.
