Another terror attack, this time in Nice France and at my writing as of this moment there are 86 people killed. Right from the beginning of ISIS hostilities against Christians Obama had the attitude that their over there and we are over here let those countries take care of themselves. I guess he didn’t learn from World War I and II, they were over there but if we didn’t enter the war over there you and me would be speaking German today. It took for two Americans to be beheaded for Obama to finally send some of our planes to perform some small sorties that was and still is for show because Obama does not have his heart in a full scale attack, he doesn’t want to hurt his Muslim brothers, its a conflict in his mind and that being the case he never should have run for president considering its the Radical Islamic Terrorists that have declared war on the United States and it was obvious as such before Obama ran for president.

The more the Radical Islamics gain strength over there the more confidence they will have to attack our homeland. The argument to let them worry about it overthere has gone on the wayside. That argument does not hold water any longer considering under the Obama presidency We The People have been attacked here on our homeland. We have Sandy Hook that it took forever for Obama and his cronies to stop calling it workplace violence; the Boston massacre; San Bernardino and the last one just recently at Orlando Florida. Those are not overthere, they are here on our soil. You also have countless others that have been stopped from happening from various security forces.

I have said various times in my writing that Obama is going to have us all killed the way he is allowing these radicals to expand their war effort against humanity and we being on top of the list. I am not going to sit here now and scrutinize his motives, I have written about it on various different occasions. It is time for the Congress to declare war on ISIS and if from that declaration Obama does not fulfill his responsibilities of Commander – In- Chief the Congress should relieve him of the presidency by invoking the Twenty-Fifth Amendment to the Constitution and relieve him of not being in sound mind to perform his duties.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war. The President, meanwhile, derives the power to direct the military after a Congressional declaration of war from Article II, Section 2, which names the President Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.
