Judge James L. Robart Who Blocked President Trumps Immigration Order Nation Wide Better Start Reading Up On The Constitution And Our Laws!
I dont know how many times today I heard that Judge James L. Robart who recently blocked the nation wide immigration order by President Trump is an appointee from President George W. Bush by the liberals (socialists). This is why it is so very important that a Republican president have these judges vetted. You never hear of a liberal judge stray from the fact that they believe the Constitution is a living document. They always stick together in their disease.

This Judge is a lost cause and is putting We The People in danger for whatever reason he came up with his worthless decision to ban Trumps immigration order. I will once again as I did a few posts ago include what the law says about the presidents authority: “”The ability of the president of the United States has the power to make these policies. The power is clearly delineated in U.S. Code, Title 8, § 1182 – Inadmissible aliens.”
“That statute in question reads:”
“(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.

“And if that doesn’t satisfy you, there’s the U.S. Constitution which acts to maintain the rights of all Americans in particular and in some cases people here on our soil. The Constitution does not, however, apply to all peoples outside this jurisdiction.”

So this useless judge is wasting time because now the DOJ has to appeal this ruling only to have it overturned. He’s got his one minute worth of fame and its one minute too much!
