The FISA Court Had Ignored FISA Abuse For Years Which Only Confirmed They Were Lapdogs Of Obama

I just love the way the FISA court has acted so surprised recently of FISA abuse. They have to be kidding or really think we patriots are stupid more than likely they think we are stupid and all the buzz out there about the phoney dossier would never be investigated. Well the Inspector Generals report put out by Michael Horowitz maybe inasmuch cannot indict it has started round two of investigations by federal prosecutor John Durham who does have the power to indict and he is in the ready to do just that. What the Horowitz report did was make the agenda known and for people who have been following all this know exactly what I mean by that and so do the radical socialist Democrat Party that just dont know what to do about it all accept create something to take away from these headlines which is the impeachment of President Trump.

But is Judge Collyer and the FISA court just as culpable as the FBI? The court was provided multiple warnings since 2016 that the warrant application process, especially in the case of Carter Page.”

“The truth is that Judge Collyer and the FISA court is just as culpable for putting the U.S. through the Russiagate nightmare as the FBI. How many times have you and me talked about the fact when was some judge on the FISA court going to speak up considering it was already being shown to the American public by so many different avenues that the dossier was phony and it went through the court on four different occasions and it was approved with no difficulty whatsoever which means it was rubber stamped. For the people who have been saying that the Horowitz report was just a waste a time here is one main reason it wasnt and that is of the fact the FISA judge was forced to start making excuses whereas she never thought it would have reached this far and what do you know, she is retiring, well she cant run because federal prosecutor John Durham is picking up the baton, now as Jackie Gleason would say, How sweet it is”!

The Republican Party Must Start Readying Itself Now For Voting Cheating By The Radical Socialist Democratic Party In 2020

There is plenty of voter cheating that goes on by the Democrat Party and they have mastered it well. There is all kinds of cheating such as false identifications from people who have been dead for many years; cheating such as people that are not even citizens of the United States; cheating such as people who vote twice or more because it is allowed to happen by keeping a blind eye. Now you have radical politicians who have allowed non-citizens to obtain drivers licenses to be able to cast a vote on top of every thing else.Whatever the method this is what the radical left has resorted too and its the only way they win elections on a national scale these days.

I have heard on a radio talk show that at the beginning of any Presidential race the Republican candidate is already about 15% points behind before the first vote is cast. Now I dont know what the number really is but most definitely some number of magnitude has to be overcome. The Democrat Party as a whole is always against picture voter ID’s and naturally we all know the reason for this. You talk to a liberal about all this of course they will say you dont know what you are talking about because they are on the receiving end.

This is why as I have said many times before, many of these illegal immigrants are shipped into red states to change the demographics of the voting from red to blue. This is a very big problem if we are to prevent america from going totally socialist. This is the motive of the radical socialist Democrat Party with their open border policy and now on top of all this there are the radical socialist politicians who are making it very easy for illegals to vote. The only thing we as lovers of the Constitution must do is vote in mass numbers and make sure we never have a socialist President again. Is this a tall order, I dont know, call it what you may but we have no choice if we are to preserve the republic!

President Trump Has Been Choking Out Radical Socialists On The 9th District Court With Conservatives

President Trump has been driving the radical socialist left Democrat Party crazy with the continuous appointments of conservatives to the largest district court in America the 9th district which is another campaign promise kept by Trump. Through the years liberal Presidents such as Bill Clinton and Marxist Obama enjoyed filling the courts with radical liberal judges especially the ones that Obama appointed.

“When President Donald Trump took office in January 2017, Democrat-appointed judges held a 20-9 edge in the 9th Circuit, which made it a go-to court for Democrat challenges with a jurisdiction of 60 million Americans.”

“After the two most recent Trump confirmations this month, the Democrat-advantage is down to just three 16-13, according to the report.”

“President Trump had called the 9th Circuit, “a complete and total disaster” and a “big thorn in our side.”

“It has been the court liberal activists have used to resist and obstruct the Trump administration on healthcare, contraception, abortion, immigration, the travel ban, and various other parts of the progressive agenda.”

In my writings through the years I always use to stress the fact that if we were ever to take our country back we needed Republican Presidents to appoint God fearing judges who followed the U.S. Constitution as our Founding fathers meant it to be and not some breathing instrument as the radical left nut jobs have always interpreted it to be.

The 9th Circuit court is not the only ont Trump has been working on, he has appointed somewhere around 185 federal judges throughout court houses in America and thats only in three years of his Presidency.This is driving the radicals crazy and I am enjoying every minute of it! Most importantly it is very much so helping taking our country back again.

Someone Should Advise House Speaker Nancy Pelosi That She Is Not A Member Of The Senate Who Would Not Tolerate Her Crazed Games!

The question these days is why is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi not handing over the two Articles of Impeachment that the House of Representatives voted on to the Senate. Well for one thing you cant figure out what a crazy person is thinking but one thing I am sure of is this nut-job socialist is enjoying every minute of it getting the attention that she craves. One thing I cant stand is when a socialist such as Pelosi and just to remind everybody which is the whole radical socialist Democratic Party of the fact when they talk about protecting the United States Constitution when in fact they are out to destroy it and the only time they talk favorably of the Constitution is when they think it serves their purpose and even in this case of impeachment the Constitution stresses any articles of impeachment goes straight to the Senate and that doesnt mean when some crazy Speaker of the House in this case being Pelosi when she decides to do so.

So lets see what her game might be. She talks about she doesn’t want to hand it over to the Senate unless she was sure the proceeding was fair. You must be kidding! I guess Pelosi thought it was fair that the Republicans in the House were not allowed to bring in their own witnesses; I guess Pelosi thought it was fair that the President was not allowed to present evidence; I guess Pelosi thought it was fair not to have the President’s council at the hearings to call out the Presidents accusers and to cross-examine witnesses such as the so called whistleblower who started this whole hoax.

From what I have shown above it’s fair to conclude that Pelosi would be apprehensive considering the total unfairness she gave to President Trump that they would just expose all this corruptness of an impeachment trial once it hit the Senate and I say of course the Senate will. Trump did not break any law and the Senate would prove it if it went to a regular trial. Pelosi has some nerve that she wants to make sure the Senate provide witnesses that she wants when in fact the House did not do the same for the President.

Socialists are shameless, they dont care how they present themselves unless they get their end results and even Pelosi admitted they were working on impeaching Trump for two and one half years when in fact lets say three years. I hope the Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell stays strong and sticks to their Constitutional duties that the Senate will go on to its business in a proper fashion. Of course Pelosi and company in the House are nervous because they know their impeachment process was a scam. The American people the latest polls show have read or seen the whole impeachment process to be a hoax so in fact Pelosi screwed up and she knows it and they know they will pay for it at the polls, period the end!

Breaking News! Federal Prosecutor John Durham Is Examining Any Role Former CIA Director John Brennan Might Have Had In Russian Interference

I knew eventually former CIA Director John Brennan would cross paths with an investigation upon himself as I am sure you patriots also knew the same. How could it not with his constant bad mouthing of President Trump on every socialist TV network he could get himself on. Brennan was constantly going around calling Trump a traitor and that he was involved with Russian collusion. He also leaked the phony dossier to then Senator Harry Reid (D-NV). He was definitely a part of the deep state who had complete hatred of President Trump and openly exposed it which was unheard of from a former intelligence officer. He always showed himself to me to be guilty of being a party with others in the deep state with an attempt to take down President Trump and he would not be investigated by federal prosecutor John Durham if he did not suspect some wrong doing.

Brennan in how the intelligence community assessed Russia’s 2016 election interference, according to three people briefed on the inquiry.”

“John H. Durham, the United States attorney leading the investigation, has requested Mr. Brennan’s emails, call logs and other documents from the C.I.A., according to a person briefed on his inquiry. He wants to learn what Mr. Brennan told other officials, including the former F.B.I. director James B. Comey, about his and the C.I.A.’s views of a notorious dossier of assertions about Russia and Trump associates.”

“Mr. Durham is also examining whether Mr. Brennan privately contradicted his public comments, including May 2017 testimony to Congress, about both the dossier and about any debate among the intelligence agencies over their conclusions on Russia’s interference, the people said.”

“The people familiar with Mr. Durham’s inquiry stressed that it was continuing and it was not clear what crimes, if any, he had uncovered. Representatives for Mr. Brennan and the Justice Department declined to comment.”

My patriots this shows us for sure as I have been writing that Durham’s scope will be far reaching because he has had the okay by Attorney General William Barr to go for it. I had labeled John Brennan a punk in the past and he will show himself true to that title to people who did not understand it before. Brennan was one of the ones within the deep state who had weaponized the intelligence agencies as have others which by now we all know who the others are as I have listed them at one time or another as the list is very long to name them all now. The best way to put the names together is that they are Marxist Obama and his whole DOJ and you will have the list but as far as Brennan goes it was a constant beating of the drums of hate for President Trump with whom whoever would hear him. All I know all the materials would not have been asked from him if there was nothing there. They are being oh so very kind, maybe his house should have been raided early in the morning with guns exposed as former special council Robert Mueller had done to some on Trumps side. It would have been well deserving for this deep state Trump hater John Brennan who was out to destroy the Presidency of Donald Trump. Someone will say how I am so sure? I am sure now its up to federal prosecutor John Durham to be sure and the house of cards will all crumble.

In An Extraordinary Move The FISA Court Finally Speaks Out Against The FBI

One may wonder why after three years of We The People asking what is it with the FISA court, why aren’t they showing their side of the story by accepting four phony dossiers, three by former FBI Director James Comey who just on Sunday admitted he made mistakes and apologized and one by former Assistant Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as to why has the FISA court remained quiet. For one thing the FISA court looks like a court that just rubber stamps everything considering they pass 99 percent of all cases that are sent to them. In the case of the phony dossiers they dont want to become the fall guys considering there is full attention on them over this phony document at present.

The following was posted by Andrew O’Reilly, Bill Mears, published by Fox News: “In a rare public order Tuesday, the chief judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court [FISC] strongly criticized the FBI over its surveillance-application process, giving the bureau until Jan. 10 to come up with solutions, in the wake of findings from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz.”

“The order, from the court’s presiding judge Rosemary M. Collyer, came just a week after the release of Horowitz’s withering report about the wiretapping of Carter Page, a former campaign adviser to President Trump.”

“The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the [Office of Inspector General] report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above,” Collyer wrote in her four-page order. “The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”

How long have we been talking about a phony dossier making it through the FISA court? I feel like I have been writing about it forever and now because it was shown as negligent on the Horowitz report the court is finally showing concern. I will tell you another reason the FISA court is so concerned now is that the same way the Congress created the FISA court they can dismantle it. So my patriots what I say is let them sweat it out!

Former FBI Director James Comey Apologizes: What He Is Actually Saying Is I’ve Been Lying All This Time And I Got Caught!

For three years this creep former Attorney General James Comey has been lying to whoever would listen, the socialist Democratic Party, the mainstream media because I dont know if they believed him or they were just hoping he was telling the truth to get at President Trump but this guy by the name of John Pappas from Passaic New Jersey which is me of course would have nothing of it, I have been saying for three years that the choir boy Comey was lying through his teeth because nothing ever added up with this creep. First of all if he knew someone was spying in the Trump Presidential campaign camp he should have warned then candidate Trump about it but what in fact what was happening Trump was being spied on. Comey himself signed off on three of the four phony dossiers paid for by Hillary and her corrupt Democratic Party to the FISA court and the fourth dossier was signed off by former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and he is not off the hook because that story is yet to be told.

“I think this morning Comey admitted he was wrong. Sometimes, Maria, it’s better late than never, and sometimes it’s just too damn late,” said Gowdy, referencing Comey’s apology earlier Sunday.”

“In this case, Comey is about two years too late. We could have used his objectivity, we could have used him as the head of the FBI helping Republicans figure out what was happening with FISA instead of thwarting us and obstructing us.”

Comey is one sick puppy, he is just beside himself. When he was on Fox News Sunday anchored by Chris Wallace Comey was asked if he was still FBI Director when all this was exposed would he resign? The moron said as such: ” No, I don’t think so,” Comey said. “There were mistakes I consider more consequential than this during my tenure and the important thing is to be transparent about it and then look to fix it and explain to the American people how you fixed it.”

Transparent about it my ass! This clown never even suggested what was going on Mr. transparent that he claims to be. It’s a good thing President Trump fired the bum. This guy better go out in the woods as he loves to do so much and stop his victory dance as we all can see he has already done and pray as to what his final fate will be because when Attorney General William Barr and federal prosecutor John Durham are finished with their investigations he will be indicted with many of his disgusting deep state friends. Just mark my words!

The Talk In The White House Is To Have A Quick Acquittal When The Trump Impeachment Reaches The Senate Or Run It Out And Bring In Witnesses

The radical left socialist Democratic Party are getting just what they deserve, the American people have figured out exactly of the fact that their impeachment proceedings have been nothing but political and a farce to remove the President from office before he had the chance to win the 2020 Presidential election . Their two articles of impeachment are nothing, Presidents have been doing them since President George Washington and all they have done is lower the bar for impeachment for future Presidents the low-life that they are. The morons were out to get the independent vote as I have written before but in fact their vote has swung seven points to Trump’s favor since all this crap has begun.

This is really a tough call. A part of me says to have a quick acquittal and another part of me says to let the scum of the socialist Democratic Party own it, let them suffer. I know I heard Trump say that it is up to whatever his lawyers suggest but I also am sure he wants to make it long where they can call witnesses such as pencilneck Schiff, the phony whistleblower and Joe and Hunter Biden who are the real lawbreakers in the Ukraine mess. Whichever way they decide is fine by me. The socialists have lost the battle but I know Trump is pissed enough to slam them to the ground and you know what, I am too!

My Big Takeaway From IG Horowitz During The Recent Committee Hearing: “I Think The Activities Found Here Don’t Vindicate Anybody Who Touched This FISA”

My patriots when Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) sked Inspector General Michael Horowitz if former FBI Director James Comey should be vindicated from his IG report because after all Comey was dancing the victory lap by telling anyone he could reach that he was vindicated by the IG report Horowitch answered as such: “I think the activities found here don’t vindicate anybody who touched this FISA”. WOW! My patriot’s you must realize how powerful that statement is, it means anybody in one way or another who was involved with the FISA fiasco should not feel vindicated. That means anybody who was involved with the FISA court, it doesn’t mean some it means anybody, yes I said it again which also means the whole Marxist Obama DOJ. So all the naysayers out there who I have been telling not to give up hope it is coming closer to the rightful conclusion with the wrap-up being performed by Attorney General Barr and federal prosecutor John Durham.

I am sure that statement has chopped off the wings off of James Comey who has disgraced the rank and file, the good people of the FBI because the FBI as a whole definitely dont need the type of publicity that Comey has brought on upon it. He knows exactly what he did so going around prematurely stressing of the fact that he was vindicated shows you the panic he must be feeling. It will not be long before he will be considered history.

They are really coming out of the woodwork now such as former Attorney General Eric Holder who is badmouthing the present Attorney General William Barr by saying that “William Barr is unfit to serve as the countries top law enforcement officer.” Can you imagine that, this being said by another Marxist friend of Marxist Obama who had been held in contempt of Congress because he would not answer subpoenas in regard to Fast and Furious the sending of guns to Mexico that had one of our border patrol agents killed. This scum has some nerve!

All these treasonous clowns are now sweating it out, dont let the msm fool you who wont even report this news or the clowns giving it a bravado face. They are petrified because of the statement Horowitz made and the fact they know that Barr and Durham do not mess around. My patriots they will not be sleeping well these nights but they will be sleeping worst in prison and thats when We The People will be vindicated.

Attorney General William Barr And Federal Prosecutor John Durham Have Rightly Taken The Unprecedented Step Of Disagreeing With The Conclusion Of The IG FISA Report

I dont know why I think the conclusion of the FISA report put together by Inspectou Michael Horowitz is a set up just to relax the deep state involved who spied on the Trump Presidential campaign and Marxist Obama who allowed it. For instance former FBI Director James Comey is already taking a victory dance considering the final outcome of the report was yes, there were as many as 17 errors and omissions in the FISA investigation, it concluded that the FBI did not purposely target the Trump campaign, that they had the right to look into it, give me a break! The campaign was spied on and that was the intent to do so and what made it worst Trump was not even notified that there might be Russian infiltration in his campaign which would have been the normal thing to do. Out of the four times that the phony dossier was presented to the FISA court Comey presented it three times so naturally Comey is dancing today but he might be crying tomorrow considering Barr and Durham do not agree with the conclusion of the IG report.

The following was posted by Alex Pappas, published by Fox News: “The U.S. attorney who is conducting a wide-ranging investigation of the origins of the Trump-Russia probe released a rare statement Monday saying he disagrees with conclusions of the so-called FISA report — after DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found in that review that the probe’s launch largely complied with DOJ and FBI policies.”

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said in a statement.”

“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.”

“Meanwhile, Attorney General William Barr ripped the FBI’s “intrusive” investigation after the release of Horowitz’s review, saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.”

“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement.”

“Barr expressed frustration that the FBI continued investigating the Trump campaign, even as “exculpatory” information came to the light.”

“It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory,” Barr said. “Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration.”

“Barr said the FISA report shows a “clear abuse” of the surveillance process.”

“In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source,” Barr said.”

In my readings I have concluded that the radical socialist Democratic Party is petrified with the federal prosecutor John Durham. He has the power to indict and he is considered a bulldog and AG William Barr has given his blessings to come up with whatever he feels is warranted and that he will make no waivers. If Comey is doing victory laps now they will be short lived I believe and the whole Obama DOJ gang today if they were not nervous before they are nervous now.

Many years ago someone told me I always have to have what I want, well no shit Sherlock! Like the President has said at times people have gotten hurt just because they were there to serve their country. Those campaign people that were spied on who was to say that Trump was not picked up on phone calls which means now you have a candidate running for President being spied on. This all came about from a phony dossier that Comey and company knew it was faulty and yet it was presented to the FISA court on four different occasions. Maybe IG Horowitz was restricted to a narrow investigation but he still came out with a damaging report but he gave in to the deep state by not recommending indictment to the people who deserve it. It will not be the same with John Durham, he has pretty much an unlimited scope of investigation and the backing of AG William Barr. My patriots lets not lose hope. It’s not over till it’s over!
