Devastating News For Joe Biden: Pennsylvania Court Strikes Down Mail- In Voting Law Which Proves Joe Biden Stole Pennsylvania

More than 2.6 million Pennsylvanians voted via mail – in ballots which was unconstitutional at the time but Pennsylvania led it slide anyway. This is 20 electoral votes that don’t belong to China Joe Biden but belong to Trump. I don’t know how they are going to handle this but this will bring down Biden’s electoral count to 285 with five other battleground states still in the mix of court battles going on. Naturally the Marxist’s will appeal this ruling but the train is now on the track.   

The following was posted by Jack Phillips, published by The Epoch Times: “The Pennsylvania court struck down the state’s mail-in voting law on Friday and said the Pennsylvania Constitution requires voters to cast their ballots in person unless they meet specific requirements.”   “If presented to the people, a constitutional amendment… is likely to be adopted. But a constitutional amendment must be presented to the people” before measures like Act 77 can take effect, the court wrote Friday. Act 77 was passed in the Pennsylvania Legislature and signed into law in 2019 by Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf.”  

“Following the 2020 election, Republicans criticized Pennsylvania court decisions, including one that allowed mail-in ballots to be counted up to three days after the 2020 election so as long as they were postmarked by Election Day.”

“Big news out of Pennsylvania, great patriotic spirit is developing at a level that nobody thought possible,” former President Donald Trump said in a statement that celebrated the Pennsylvania ruling on Friday. “Make America Great Again!”

This is a great day for voter integrity which will give Republicans confidence to vote that their vote will be applied properly and only legal ballots counted. How this will be handled is the question, by right it must be decertified but it’s starting to show that phony in the White House, Joe Biden is an illegitimate president what I have been writing about all along and now this will give the other battleground states the confidence to move on with their present court battles and the American people will start realizing that the 2020 presidential election was in fact stolen by China Joe Biden and his radical, Marxist, Democratic Party. Just as a side note the latest polls show that 56% of the American people feel that the Presidential election was stolen.

I did not name him this because I just want to be funny or be a wise guy, I named him as such because I have done my homework and I surely did not get my information from the the mainstream or social media or the radical, Marxist, Democratic Party who have been covering up this news to We The People but I got it before the Presidential election from Hunter Biden’s laptop that he forgot to pick up and the owner of the computer shop after countless times of trying to contact Hunter made four copies of the laptop and distributed them to various sources one of them being the FBI that  has had the laptop for over a year and did not admit they had it until Rudy Giuliani started to expose the disgusting material in that laptop because he was given a copy via his attorney.

China Joe Biden has been receiving a major cut from all this money and even using monies for repair work on his home. This does not set well considering the potential conflicts with China, Ukraine and Russia. With this type of monies changing hands Biden had no business running for president in the first place and yes I must agree with Peter that an investigation is surely in order because China Joe owes big time! 

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich Predicts Jail time For Jan. 6 Panel If The GOP Wins Congress

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has stressed that if the Republican Party wins the Congress in November there will be jail time for the Jan. 6 panel and it is obvious that just might be the case considering they are prolonging the investigation just to get at President Donald Trump. You must remember the FBI has already cleared any intentional  wrongdoing. “The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.” This was reported by Reuters.   

The following was posted by Brian Freeman, published by Newsmax: “Attorney General Merrick Garland and members of the U.S. House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol could go to jail if Republicans win control of Congress in the midterm elections, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich told Fox News.”   “You have both with Attorney General Garland and with this Select Committee of January 6th, people who have run amok. They are breaking the rules. They are going after people in a way which is reminiscent of the British monarchy using closed-door systems that we outlawed deliberately because we had seen it.”

“Gingrich said the panel is “literally just running over the law” and “pursuing innocent people,” insisting that they are “basically a lynch mob” and that Garland is “misusing the FBI.”

The radical, Marxist, Democratic Party hates President Trump so much they are blind to the fact that they are going after anyone who is for Trump and now recently they have served subpoenas to high ranking members of congress which this will come back to bite them when the Republicans win back the congress. Rep. Matt Gaetz R-FL has already put on record that he will be sending out subpoenas to various members of Democratic Jan 6. committee members when the GOP takes over. My patriots this is for real, if the Democrats want to start a fire the Republicans will turn it into real fireworks.

This voter bill as I have written and I am sure you all know by now is nothing but legalized cheating at the federal level. The radical, Marxist, Democratic Party would win Presidential elections with nothing to stop them, basically using the same cheating concepts that they won the 2020 election between China Joe Biden and President Donald Trump and just look how close We The People came from this bill being passed. Thank goodness the Republican Party and two Democratic Senators stood firm and the two Democratic Senators Joe Manchin, W.Va. and Kyrsten Sinema, Arizona. I have been following this bill from the beginning and the pressure these two Democrats were getting from their party to change their minds is just unbelievable.

We The People, Patriots, Freedom fighters can see what is going on here, this is not just a Republican or Democratic issue, as I have been writing for many years it’s tyranny to destroy our culture and constitution and now it’s being proven true, Obama and Hillary Clinton in their youth idolized Saul Alinsky a true Marxist, they want to convert our society to Marxism and for the people in our country for whatever reason cannot see this they are the problem considering everything that President Trump initiated to make America first for it’s people and respect around the world, Biden has destroyed those programs. Every American is starting to feel it’s bad effects no matter where they go and Biden is starting to feel it at the polls.  

The radical, Marxist, Democratic Party must have a sounding defeat in November, full destruction would be fantastic and at the bear minimum it should become a minority party forever for the way it attempted to destroy the United States of America so as to have control over all of us for dependence on the government. What do you expect, the American people are smart, they know Marxism when they see it and the radical, socialist, Democratic Party has shown their cards that they want to take away our freedoms so we would have dependency on the government. Bombshell! “Education Secretary Requested Letter from School Board Association Comparing Parents to Terrorists”

Almost on a daily basis We The People are finding out how much hatred the Biden regime has for the American people and now we see that the letter that the National School Board Association sent to the Biden regime that parents attending these school board meetings were domestic terrorist’s  was rigged, the NSBA was asked to do so by the Education Secretary.

News: “Education Secretary Miguel Cardona solicited the National School Boards Association (NSBA) letter to the Biden administration that compared parents of students to domestic terrorists, according to emails obtained by Parents Defending Education.

“NSBA secretary-treasurer Kristi Swett wrote in an email on October 5th that NSBA interim CEO Chip Slaven “told the officers he was writing a letter to provide information to the White House, from a request by Secretary Cardona.”

“Should this allegation be true, it would reveal that this administration’s pretextual war on parents came from the highest levels,” Nicole Neily, president of Parents Defending Education, told Fox News, which first reported the emails. “If Secretary Cardona was truly involved in this ugly episode, it is a significant breach of public trust, and he should be held accountable.”

There Must Be A Probe Into January 6 To See What Possible Role The FBI And Government Played/ House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Did Not Try To Prevent The Capital Riot

Radical socialist Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her House spent four years of trying to take down the Presidency of Donald Trump with two fake impeachments on top of it that future historians will be looking at it with scorn and now these same Marxist’s are using January 6 in an attempt to continue to keep Trump from the Presidency which is becoming apparent on a daily basis as more facts come out.

“Both lawmakers reiterated, alleging the federal government is behind the deadly events of January 6. The Republicans added, they have yet to hear a response back for Attorney General Merrick Garland and the FBI’s director surrounding the events leading up to January 6.”

“Gaetz and Greene asserted that the federal government has a history of infiltrating patriotic groups and Ray Epps appears to be part of those efforts. Additionally, Greene took aim at the way mainstream media covered the events of January 6, including how it has portrayed the protestors.”

Newt Gingrich who at one time was Speaker of the House knows exactly what a Speaker can do and he has stressed as much.

“On “The Ingraham Angle” on Thursday, the first anniversary of the insurrection, the host Laura Ingraham asked if Gingrich, a former House speaker, thought it was Pelosi’s responsibility to secure the Capitol before the riot.”

“I think she is the person who is most responsible for what happened,” Gingrich told Ingraham. “It was her job to ensure there was adequate police.”

“He added, “A lot of this is a dance by the Democrats who don’t want us to look very closely at what actually happened.”

Nancy Pelosi wants to keep the January 6 fiasco active thinking Trump will get the blame, this is the same Trump who suggested 10,000 National Guardsmen to protect the Capital but the mayor of Washing D.C. as well as crazy Nancy Pelosi wanted no part of it. 

CNN which spent the whole day showing the events of the first year anniversary of January 6 flopped in the ratings which show the American people are not interested in this phony topic, what they are interested in is the destruction of the United States by China Joe Biden and his radical, socialist, Democratic Party. 

The Radical, Socialist, Democratic Party Is Pushing A Voter Reform Bill Which Is Nothing But Legalized Cheating

The radical, socialist, Democratic Party wants to federalize future Presidential elections mainly for the reason to make sure they always win future elections mainly by cheating of the way they stole the Presidential election of 2020 and that is how you have Joe Biden there today. The legal name for this bill is The Freedom to Vote Act, I would label it The Freedom to Cheat Act.   

The Democrats want to prohibit any voter ID even though 80% of the American people are calling for it which means it would eliminate any voter ID’s in any states that have it today. Cheat to win!    

The Democrats want to eliminate any requirement of signature. Cheat to win!    

The Democrats want to allow all illegal immigrants to vote. Cheat to win!  

The Democrats would  prohibit states from imposing an identification requirement in order to obtain an absentee ballot ahead of an election. Cheat to  win!    

This bill has already been blocked in the Senate and one of the main Senators who worked very hard at blocking it was Senator Ted Cruz Republican from Texas. Now the Democrats in a desperate move because they know they will be run over in the mid-terms are bringing it back again with a revised name.

There Will Be Accountability After The Republicans Take Control Of The Congress After The Midterms/ Mainstream And Social Media Will Have To Answer For Their Actions

The mainstream and social media will suffer tremendous accountability after the Republicans win back the House and Senate after the midterms in November. The truth will came out and be proven and social media will suffer the consequences of their action’s who censor anyone who disagrees with their views and the views they take are of the Marxist regime of Joe Biden and his Marxist cronies.   

Just look how pathetic it is for social media to censor President Trump even when he was still President and continue to do so today. The countries that are communist find this very funny.  The latest victim is Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green who was notified today that her personal account has been permanently banned on Twitter.  

There is still the situation where the mainstream and social media covered up stories so as not to hurt the candidacy of Joe Biden such as his son Hunter Biden accepting millions of dollars from Russia and Communist China to benefit the Biden family and that includes China Joe Biden of which has caused the situation that Joe Biden owes big time.  

The stolen Presidential election is still being investigated and the liberal news networks are all in panic mode as they are constantly ridiculing these investigations. Naturally social media have banned us from talking about these investigations, what I want to see is how social media will react when they have to admit that in fact the election was stolen.  

Joe Biden pulling out of Afghanistan that looked more like a cowardly withdraw; Joe Biden destroying our southern border by keeping it open and the government flying illegal immigrants to picked states in the cover of early morning hours for future Democrat votes because they surely cannot win a Presidential election without cheating; Joe Biden singlehandedly destroying our energy industry by killing the Keystone pipeline from Canada that was to provide thousands of jobs and a much needed flow of oil that now once again the Middle East must be begged for our oil for the purpose of destroying our reliance on fossil fuel which has now caused an inflation the United Sates has not seen in forty years.

This is a movement by the Marxists to destroy our culture and Constitution. This is treason.    All this is being helped along by the mainstream and social media, they are in allegiance with the radical. socialist Democratic Party and they should all be labeled as the enemy within. All this will be proven when the Republicans take over the Congress and the investigations begin and believe me these will be real investigation not like the ones of the past and heads will start rolling.   

There is something good coming out of this and that is the fact there are new social media companies being formed that are already accumulating many applicants and this alone will destroy todays corrupt mainstream and social media outlets. My patriots our day is coming, lets not talk about flipping 50 seats in the House, lets talk 100 so we can destroy these Marxists once and for all.
