The DOJ Obviously Did Not Want an Appointed “Special Master” To Review Materials Taken from President Trump’s Home at Mar-a-Largo Because The Raid Was a Farce

Like all the other investigations on President Donald Trump we now have another one run by the Marxist DOJ proven to be another farce, If the Attorney General was clean he would more than welcome a third party to investigate but when you are dirty and are on a find,  seek and destroy mission to discredit Trump so as to prevent him from running for President the farce will show itself with a third party investigating and surely the DOJ does not want that to commence but guess what it will commence. 

The following was posted by Katie Sullivan, published by AMAC: “On Monday, in a major legal victory for former President Donald Trump, a U.S. District Court Judge in Florida granted Trump’s request to appoint a “special master” to review the materials taken from his Mar-a-Lago home last month. The decision is the latest sign that top officials at the Department of Justice may have acted unlawfully in organizing and executing their raid on Trump’s property, and further legitimizes concerns that the Biden administration is using federal resources to target a prospective political opponent – violating his civil rights in the process.”

“District Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling means that, rather than FBI and DOJ officials reviewing the evidence seized from Trump’s property and deciding what falls under attorney-client privilege (and thus cannot be used as evidence by DOJ investigators in a potential indictment), a third-party attorney from outside the government must be brought in to make that determination. The order also stops DOJ from continuing its review “pending completion of the special master’s review or further Court order.”

“In essence, Cannon held that given the unprecedented nature of the raid – a presidential administration targeting a former president and likely future opponent – the Department of Justice could not be trusted to properly sort through the thousands of materials it seized from Mar-a-Lago.”

Even die-hard Democrats you would think they would admit this was a hit job. Not only did they pick up Trumps medical records, passports which they returned and even went through his desk and as we know by now, they went through the First Ladies Melania Trumps bedroom closet, and we found out a few days ago that they even went into the son Barron Trump’s bedroom. 

This was all done besides a Wildgoose chase by the DOJ and FBI to intimidate the Trump family. Well let’s see who will be intimidated now as for the time being the investigation of the DOJ will be stopped in its tracks as the 3rd party starts their investigation, the American people deserve as much, and we will see who will be intimidated on November 8.

It’s A Good Possibility Hillary Clinton Could Be Indicted Sooner Rather Than Later

It’s a very good chance Hillary will be indicted sooner rather then later. I am pretty confident that she will be indicted from the no nonsense FBI Director James B Comey. In the real world there is no way Hillary Clinton will not be indicted, what with taking home governmental property such as a server and deciding which emails We The People should see and destroying or trying to destroy the others this person will have that word indicted next to her name. The hang up would come from Obama’s crooked Justice Dept. who would not prosecute but you have to look at this with a clear picture. If the American people sense that the Justice Dept. try’s to sweep under the rug a prosecution that is very obvious they would have no choice but to prosecute otherwise they would even have a possibility of a criminal action placed on themselves.

Let’s just say for arguments sake Hillary is indicted but the Justice Dept. does not follow through with a prosecution, Hillary will be finished anyway. She will be tagged a criminal running for president as though she’s not one now but it will be official. This is a Hillary Clinton who never changed after she was fired for being unethical and lying when she was on the committee to impeach president Nixon, she has been a career liar ever since and a person without shame and to bring us to date we all know she did not give aid to the Americans at Benghazi which four Americans including Ambassador Stevens got killed but after all these investigations there is still that one unanswered question, why didn’t Hillary give our people cover? That is the question that has to be answered.

Taylor, published by Daily Mail News: “I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable,’ he said.”

“The evidence against the Clinton staff and the secretary is so overwhelming at this point that if, in fact, she chooses not to charge Hillary, they will never be able to charge another federal employee with the negligent handling of classified information,’ DiGenova continued.”

“The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges.”

This is the same feelings I have and I have been talking about it, if the evidence is so overwhelming Attorney General Lynch will have no choice but to prosecute or else she will take a chance of being prosecuted herself. I can just hear the liberals(socialists) in the Democratic Party, Elizabeth Warren where are you?

Obama’s Agenda Has Always Been To Make Purchases Of Guns Harder For We The People

Obama has advised us that he is going to meet with his Attorney General to discuss tougher gun laws. This is such a joke, the gathering of the two Marxist’s minds to discuss how to prevent violence and give us a safer environment. The best way to get a safer environment is for Obama to get the hell out of the presidency and take his Marxist friends with him. Obama is causing a distraction because of his failure to protect us from terrorism of which we can be attacked any day and to chip away at his agenda of taking away our guns, a Marxist such as Obama despises the Second Amendment to the Constitution with the freedom to bear arms and believe me our Forefathers did not put this in there for turkey shooting, this is there to protect We The People from tyranny such as we have right now with Obama and his cronies.

Obama knows darn well that taking away our guns will not be done over night, what these Marxist’s do is chip away with the end result being like socialist nations of the past where they have taken away the guns and the freedom to practice religion. Now doesn’t this sound familiar to you? Obama has also been insulting Christianity while promoting Islam and what this does is start causing among the populace chaos it being we are over 70% Christian as a nation; America has never had a president before to defy Christianity so openly which I will call a surprise attack that the American people were thrown aback.

I feel the more that Obama talks about tightening gun laws, (look at Chicago the tightest gun laws in the nation yet the most murders) the more it’s going to backfire on Hillary Clinton as she is heading for the presidency. As we see in her campaign she has started talking openly as Obama for more gun control. These two clowns are such fools. That’s fine by me because it’s going to put a conservative in the White House. First of all there are hundreds of millions of Americans who own guns now which means they are pissing off hundreds of millions of Americans. Every-time Obama goes on TV to talk about gun control it causes record breaking gun sales throughout the country. I guess good old (and I mean old) Hillary has a short memory but you see these Marxists just can’t help themselves. She forgets back when President Clinton had the presidency and Hillary was putting in her two cents, she on her own, caused the Democrats in the 1994 elections to lose the Congress to the Republicans for the first time in 40 years because of her stand on two big issues and do you remember what they were? Gun control and health insurance with Hillary taking complete charge on these issues. So these fools are pushing the issue now of gun control again and I will say not to worry, after this next presidential election we will finally be rid of Hillary Clinton and Obama can golf wherever the hell he wants, even go back to where he came from.

The United States Military Will Never Allow Any President to Destroy The United States Constitution

We have an American president who constantly stirs the pot on race issues. Even though Christians make up over 70% of the American population he is waging war on Christianity by attacking Christians in the military who dare say the name of Jesus. He has allowed a major war to go on in the Middle East by the ISIS and the slaughter of Christians whereas it took the beheading of two American citizens for Obama to commence a phony bombing campaign because he was getting pressure from We The people.

Obama has been doing everything opposite of the American expectancy of it’s president. He allows our southern border to remain unsecured for the influx of illegal immigrants and among them there will be terrorists that are implanting themselves in our country for future domestic violence. He overstates the economy with phony numbers to look like the economy is improving whereas in fact there are more Americans out of work than ever before. Her states that he is helping the Middle Class whereas the opposite is true. He destroyed one of the best health care systems in the world to give us a system that is unaffordable, so much for the Middle Class. He has conspired with Attorney General Eric Holder too not allow his scandals to have due process. He arms our enemies and weakens the only democracy in the Middle East which is Israel. He has brought down our militaries budget to before World War II levels even though there are countries out there who want to destroy us.

I grouped all the above together to show the effects or lack of progress that Obama promised in his campaign for president in 2008, the change for America, the only change I see is demise. This is Obama’s transformation that he talked about. This is his dismantling of the US Constitution because there have been courts that have ruled against some of the above and Obama continues on because the Republicans in Congress are yellow-belly’s

Some years back I enlisted in the Navy and I took an oath to protect the US Constitution and even though I did not stay in the Navy that oath still applies today. Commissioned officers have also taken an oath as follows: “I, _____, having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without anymental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.”

One of the biggest worries among readers today is that near the end of Obama’s presidency he will trigger an unjustifiable Martial Law on We The People. I always say that will never happen and people ask me why I am so sure. I will tell you why I am so sure, The United States Military has an obligation to the US Constitution and they will never allow any president to justify an act that is not warranted. Yes We The People which are millions of us besides and including the military have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Period, the end.

Obama Is Not Protecting We The People By Playing Politics With Our Southern Borders.

I have never seen such a despicable president in my lifetime as President Obama. His main responsibility as president is to protect We The People. He can’t be protecting us by advertising to the whole world that if you send your children here from Central America through Mexico they will not be sent back. What this has done is take 70% of our Border Patrol Agents away from protecting our borders to becoming administrators such as processing these illegal immigrants, feeding them and creating stress loads for themselves. Common sense tells you where this will take us and that is the main function of the Border Patrol of protecting the United States from terrorists is put on the back burner. For a trained terrorist it must be a breeze to cross our southern borders.

I am convinced that some kind of devious planning has been done with Obama and the president of Mexico. I will now show you why I am saying this. At least 52,000 illegal aliens have managed to cross Mexico and reach the US border in the past few months.”

Now you tell me how is it that one fine day Mexico has decided on letting up on its own southern border with Belize and Guatemala? This happens via some kind of devious agreement being made with Obama and the Mexican president. I would love to know what Obama had to give up for Mexico to turn a blind eye to it’s own borders to allow all these children to go through. I guarantee you it would have something to do with Mexico’s favorite topics and that is drugs and guns. Ask Attorney General Eric Holder, he is still keeping away from Congress via executive order documents pertaining to the Fast and Furious shipment of guns from the United States government into Mexico.

Here is what is happening here and Obama and his administration can deny it all they want. As we The People know we have very important elections coming in November. Come August this devious president is going to sign an executive order to keep these illegal immigrant children from being deported. Naturally this will add one more reason to impeach him but what Obama is relying on is that all the Hispanics will rally and hit the voting booths in November. This is the whole game.

So what this ruthless president is doing for the Hispanic vote is jeopardizing We The Peoples safety from an enemy attack by giving terrorists a free run at our borders. This is the kind of despicable human being by the name of Obama that we have as president. Everything is for the vote, screw the safety of the American people. I truly believe that there will be a backlash on Obama and that is the fact that he is getting the over-all American patriot angry that there will be many more of us running to the polls than the added Hispanics that might flow to the polls. I have faith in the wisdom of the American people. Obama! You are pissing off We The People! On to November.

You lied to the American people that Benghazi was caused by a YouTube video when in fact we had four Americans killed by Al Qaeda which you did not want the American people to know about because you were telling us Al Qaeda was dead and this being just before the presidential election you could not allow the truth to come out.

The IRS was targeting Tea Party, Conservatives and any organization with the word patriot in it to disallow them their tax exempt status that has been their right to file for such status as other organizations including Democrats had done in the past. This was a process by your cronies to intimidate them and prevent them in large numbers as in 2010 from going to the polls, during the presidential election.

Spying on a Fox Reporter and listening in on conversations of the Associated Press and your Attorney General denying he knew anything about it but then changed his tune and admitted of the fact that he not only knew about it but approved it.

Edward Snowden leaked the fact that the National Security Agency has been spying on millions of Americans via phone records from various companies such as Verizon as an example and also has the ability to go through our Emails. Today you mentioned the fact that you had already given the go ahead to reexamine the techniques that were being used by the NSA before Snowmen leaked all this out. You know, I also crawled before I walked.

So you tell me, out of all these scandals Mr. President, which ones are phony. I say, and the more Congress investigates them that you are petrified; you are petrified because you know as well as I do none of them are phony and its just a matter of time when all these scandals will have their day in court.
