We Were Right All Along! FISA Court Has Concluded That The Carter Page Warrants Were Not Valid

It’s about time my patriots, we have been exposing this like it seems like forever that the FISA court was working off a phony dossier that had been presented to the FISA court on four different occasions on Carter Page. How many different times had we stressed why is the FISA court keeping silent on this but for a few wimpers here and there, well they are silent no longer and the court has finally said what we have been saying all along that the warrants to spy on Carter Page were not valid.

The following was posted by the WND Staff, published by WND: “”The nation’s top spy court ruled two of the four authorizations for the Obama administration to surveil onetime Trump campaign adviser Carter Page were “not valid.”

“The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court determined in a secret ruling released Thursday that there was no sufficient basis to “establish probable cause to believe that Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power.”

“The warrants were based largely on the infamous “Steele dossier” of unsubstantiated Russian propaganda funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.”

“The FBI’s FISA applications cited information from the Steele dossier to assert that there was probable cause to believe Page was working on behalf of Russia.”

“But Inspector General Michael Horowitz found that FBI agents concealed from the court evidence showing Page was not “conspiring” with Russia.”

“The FBI failed to disclose Page had been an “operational contact” for the FBI and that a “source” for Steele’s dossier disputed its claims.”

All I can say is WOW! This is a bombshell and there will be more. we must not forget the players in presenting these warrants to the FISA court and the key ones who will have a lot to answer is former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

If you recall in past writings of mine I had stressed the fact that the rug is only so big for lies to be thrown under the rug and this phoney dossier FISA court crap is a prime example. All the dirt under the rug has to come out eventually if its not cleaned up and yes there is more to come. We must remember that U.S. Attorney John Durham is still investigating all this and he is not investigating just for the fun of it, believe me!

In An Extraordinary Move The FISA Court Finally Speaks Out Against The FBI

One may wonder why after three years of We The People asking what is it with the FISA court, why aren’t they showing their side of the story by accepting four phony dossiers, three by former FBI Director James Comey who just on Sunday admitted he made mistakes and apologized and one by former Assistant Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as to why has the FISA court remained quiet. For one thing the FISA court looks like a court that just rubber stamps everything considering they pass 99 percent of all cases that are sent to them. In the case of the phony dossiers they dont want to become the fall guys considering there is full attention on them over this phony document at present.

The following was posted by Andrew O’Reilly, Bill Mears, published by Fox News: “In a rare public order Tuesday, the chief judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court [FISC] strongly criticized the FBI over its surveillance-application process, giving the bureau until Jan. 10 to come up with solutions, in the wake of findings from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz.”

“The order, from the court’s presiding judge Rosemary M. Collyer, came just a week after the release of Horowitz’s withering report about the wiretapping of Carter Page, a former campaign adviser to President Trump.”

“The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the [Office of Inspector General] report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above,” Collyer wrote in her four-page order. “The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”

How long have we been talking about a phony dossier making it through the FISA court? I feel like I have been writing about it forever and now because it was shown as negligent on the Horowitz report the court is finally showing concern. I will tell you another reason the FISA court is so concerned now is that the same way the Congress created the FISA court they can dismantle it. So my patriots what I say is let them sweat it out!

Final Draft Report On FISA Abuses Has Been Submitted To Attorney General Barr

I understand that there are some who are getting tired of hearing about reports and that they will be coming out soon that we have been hearing for the better part of three months now but getting to justice is a patient process that involves so many avenues of investigation’s that in this case my understanding is that over one million documents have been provided to the Inspector Generals office. It is very easy for anyone to say “here we go again”! more encouraging anticipation but what other way to get to a conclusion of criminal activities. I have stayed steady on all this because I am sure there has been criminal activities from the deep state of trying to take President Trump down just like in a banana republic and by the way I have noticed in the past few months banana republic has been used very often applicable to the way the deep state has been presenting themselves.

The following has been posted by Alex Pappas, Catherine Herridge, Jake Gibson, published by Fox News: “The Justice Department’s inspector general told lawmakers Friday his team is nearly finished with its long-awaited review of alleged surveillance abuses by the DOJ and FBI during the Russia investigation, saying they have submitted a draft to Attorney General Bill Barr and are “finalizing” the report ahead of its public release.”

“We have now begun the process of finalizing our report by providing a draft of our factual findings to the department and the FBI for classification determination and marking,” Michael Horowitz wrote in a Friday letter to several House and Senate committees. “This step is consistent with our process for reports such as this one that involve classified material.”

“Barr has received the draft report from Horowitz and will begin the process of reviewing it, according to a source familiar with the situation. The inspector general said his team has “reviewed over one million records and conducted over 100 interviews, including several of witnesses who only recently agreed to be interviewed.”

“Horowitz and his investigators have probed how the infamous anti-Trump dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele was used to secure the original Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant for former Trump aide Carter Page in October 2016, as well as for three renewals. Horowitz’s team has questioned why the FBI considered Steele a credible source, and why the bureau seemed to use news reports to bolster Steele’s credibility.”

I stressed a long time ago that there is just too much criminal activity to sweep it under the carpet without it leaking out. I will continue to say there is enough information under that carpet that can hang all of the deep state from Marxist Obama on down and we all know who they are, the radical left socialist Democratic Party also knows who they are but of course they will not talk about it, their attempt to shut all this investigation down was to constantly attack Trump on Russia, Russia when in fact the closer we get to the conclusion of this investigation the radical left morons are ready to run for the hills. Attorney General Barr has been given all the cards by President Trump to pursue now we will find out if the AG has the backbone to do as such. The Deep State Is Scrambling After Finding Out Attorney General William Barr’s Appointee To Investigate The Spygate Scandal That Appointee Special Prosecutor John Durham Started His Investigation Weeks Ago

Am I gloating, why of course I am, should I be, well why the hell not! I have been waiting and writing for this day to come for a long time now. The Democratic (socialist) Party is already stressing and making fun of the fact that the Republicans now want to investigate the investigators, why of course they do and its about time, if they want it just to be done for the American people even for the people who think this is all a joke because special council Robert Mueller had a hands off approach as we all know by now on the real colluders in this story who were Marxist Obama, his whole DOJ and Hillary Clinton. Eventually because of this new investigation Mueller will have to answer why the investigation did not go to Hillary when all fingers led to her. My gosh this really stinks. Attorney General Barr as we found out a couple of days ago has appointed US Attorney John Durham to investigate everything that Mueller didn’t and this is causing anxiety among the deep state because they know John Durham is a no nonsense prosecutor.

Now here’s the thing, Inspector General Horowitz cannot prosecute or even go after people who have left their departments but guess who can why US Attorney John Durham of course and as a matter of fact he has been working closely with IG Horowitz to go after these bad people. Our republic deserves as much so as it not to be called a banana republic and these clowns in the deep state laughing of the fact that they got away of trying to take down the presidency of Donald Trump. Sen. Lindsey Graham Knows When He Has The Deep State On The Ropes As He Continues Probe Into Origins Of Russia Investigation

When something stinks continue to investigate I have said throughout my writings and that’s exactly what Sen. Lindsey Graham has been doing and I have heard him mention a number of times as to why he is pursuing the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation that the order had to come from someone no doubt and to find out the reason why. Now that we have an Attorney General in William Barr who is on the same train to find out the same answers this gives Graham encouragement to find out the truth in the matter unlike former AG Jeff Sessions was nowhere to be seen on any of this. One thing that has become obvious in all this is where is Marxist Obama and his big mouth and the intellectual elite words, I assume he has been lawyered up and then you have bad cop former FBI Director James Comey, he goes in the woods with the tallest of trees and reads poetry, by the time he’s indicted he will be strapped up in a white coat and then him and Hillary Clinton can find a comfortable spot at GITMO and reminisce about old times.

“A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request recently revealed that Steele met with then-State Department official Kathleen Kavalec ten days prior to the issuance of the initial Carter Page FISA warrant and told her that he was “keen to see this information [the dossier] come to light prior to November,” the date of the 2016 presidential election.”

“This important information further demonstrates the bias of the primary source of material that was the basis for the Carter Page FISA warrant,” Graham wrote in his letter.”

I believe that Obama and his DOJ better start worrying and that is an understatement. I had stressed way back before all these so called professionals are catching up to what I had been saying all along of the fact the way socialists operate is blame your opponent for exactly what you are doing yourself and that is the case with Trump-Russia. Finally the likes of Graham are narrowing in to the fact that the Trump-Russia narrative was all about taking down the Trump presidency and all the proof is there and its just all about if the Republicans want to expose it to the American people and its taking some doing considering the pansy’s the Republican Party is. But there are a few good men such as Graham and a few others who are carrying the football over the goal line and eventually they will indict many in the deep state. I am sure they will do that. The main question is will they indict Marxist Obama and Hillary Clinton? That remains to be seen and as more information comes out they will be forced to do just that!

The FBI Can No Longer Deny The Fact That They Allowed Ex-British Spy Christopher Steel’s Phony Dossier To Control The Narrative Of Taking Down President Trump

I understand that there are probably a few patriots out there that are tired of hearing about the fake dossier made up by ex- British spy Christopher Steele but we must remember this dossier has been the key document to take down the President of the United States and it was written to do so, what with all the hate that Steele has had for Trump and he had made it be known that he would do everything he could to make sure Trump would never win the presidency and he also conveyed his wishes to various people in the FBI and DOJ but you see the pieces are starting to fit now and the people who we always thought would be implicated with the dossier going to the FISA court such as dirty cop former FBI Director James Comey are now knee deep in crap.

“The dossier served as the backbone of the Trump ousting operation and was the bulk of evidence for the FBI to gain a FISA on short-lived Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page.”

“According to a memo obtained by Citizens United, Steele confessed in a meeting with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kathleen Kavalec that his dossier was in fact political and he was planning on releasing before the November presidential elections. The meeting with Kavalec took place on Oct. 11, 2016 and it was during that meeting that Steele revealed his intentions. She documented the meeting and the discussion in her notes.”

The following was posted by John Solomon of The Hill News: “It is important to note that the FBI swore on Oct. 21, 2016, to the FISA judges that Steele’s “reporting has been corroborated and used in criminal proceedings” and the FBI has determined him to be “reliable” and was “unaware of any derogatory information pertaining” to their informant, who simultaneously worked for Fusion GPS, the firm paid by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Clinton campaign to find Russian dirt on Trump.”

“That’s a pretty remarkable declaration in Footnote 5 on Page 15 of the FISA application, since Kavalec apparently needed just a single encounter with Steele at State to find one of his key claims about Trump Russia collusion was false.”

This is why we are seeing former FBI Director James Comey hitting the liberal socialist news networks again because now he is starting to sweat it out for real and allowing those commentators to ask him softball questions and trying to get off the real topic as to how this fake dossier started instead still going after Trump as to how he could be prosecuted when he leaves the presidency when in fact his real main concern is how to keep himself and the rest of the deep state from being prosecuted from Marxist Obama on down which naturally includes Hillary Clinton. Yes, Comey is in the sweat box and he is running out of towels.

Former FBI General Counsel Connecting Early Stages Of FBI Russia Probe With The DNC And Clinton Campaign In Testimony

The former FBI General Counsel James Baker gave testimony Wednesday to lawmakers behind closed doors and I guess he was singing a good song because “he explained in detail how the Russia probe was handled by bureau officials in an “abnormal way” and detailed his meeting with Sussmann,” who was the Democratic party’s top lawyer. We must keep in mind this was before the phony dossier authored by Christopher Steele, lets call it a prelude and the Trump-Russia conspiracy was being set in motion. This was the roots of a phony investigation of Trump-Russia that is still in motion today but the disappointing thing for these devious people is that Trump has not been taken down and the American people via constant investigating and reporting by investigative reporter’s such as Sara Carter and John Solomon are figuring out the fact that this Mueller investigation still going on is starting to strike a sour note.

Carter: “Former FBI General Counsel James Baker met with the Democratic party’s top lawyer, Michael Sussmann, to discuss the ongoing investigation by the bureau into the Trump campaign’s alleged ties with Russia. This meeting happened prior to the FBI’s initial warrant to spy on short-term campaign volunteer Carter Page, sources close to the investigation have told SaraACarter.com. Moreover, information provided by Baker, who gave extensive testimony Wednesday to lawmakers behind closed doors, coincides with the House Intelligence Committee’s final Russia report that suggests Sussmann was also leaking unverified information on the Trump campaign to journalists around the same time he met with Baker, according to the report and sources close the investigation.”

“These sources say this new information from Baker exposes the bureau’s failure to inform the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) that the evidence used to spy on Page was partisan and unverified. It further reveals the extensive role and close connection Sussmann, a cybersecurity and national security lawyer with Perkins Coie, had with the now-embattled research firm, Fusion GPS. The Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton Campaign retained Fusion GPS through Perkins Coie during the 2016 election to investigate alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia. Fusion GPS then hired former British spy, Christopher Steele, who compiled the unverified dossier during the summer and fall of 2016. In 2017, this reporter first published that Baker was purportedly under a Department of Justice criminal investigation for allegedly leaking classified national security information to the media. At the time, the bureau would not comment on Baker and would not confirm or deny any investigation. Baker, who resigned from the bureau in May, was the FBI’s top counsel and a close advisor to former Director James Comey.”

“In 2016, the Clinton campaign and the DNC paid $9.1 million to the law firm, according to reports. Sussmann, however, is also connected to CrowdStrike. CrowdStrike is the private cybersecurity that was retained by Perkins Coie for the DNC to investigate the breach of its server after it was discovered that it had been hacked in April 2016. Although the FBI has conducted its own investigation into the breach of the server the Democratic National Committee never gave the FBI permission to access the server itself.”

“These parallels between the law firm and CrowdStrike also need to be investigated,” said a former FBI official familiar with the security firm. “All of these connections aren’t coincidences and it smells to high heaven.”

As we can see these investigations are not done yet if we patriots want to get to the bottom of all this mess and with every new piece to the puzzle that is dug up it is being found out what I have been saying for so long now, even before the weasel Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed special council Robert Mueller to investigate Trump-Russia that the real conspiracy was Clinton. Hillary and the Democratic party with the FBI were conspiring to make it look like there was a Trump-Russia conspiracy. Hillary Clinton knew that then candidate Donald Trump had nothing to do with Russia, she was spending money for a phony dossier to get permission from the FISA court to spy on Carter Page who was then on the Trump team and I’m sure spying on Page there were times they could spy on Trump and Page because of conversations with each other. People who don’t like President Trump must admit that he rarely has been wrong on something that he has said. I remember early on President Trump said that he was being spied on and naturally his enemies and the MSM thought it very funny but as we have been seeing lately lets see who will get the last laugh.

President Trump Gives The Order To Declassify Key FISA Documents And Text Messages: Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein Can Quit Now: The Door Swings Both Ways

If you notice in my title I mentioned the fact that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein can quit now: the door swings both ways and the reason I said that was that Rosenstein would never have given up the requested documents that was being asked of by House Committee Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R- Calif. ) who in fact said he was getting everything he wanted in documents and getting text messages also released by Trump was a bonus. I guarantee you Rosenstein must be in a rage for the President to undermine him and give out this order to declassify so all I can say to Rosenstein with great pleasure is if you don’t like it quit, the door swings both ways. Another person who must be very pissed of is the FBI Director Christopher Wray but he fell in line early with the deep state, as he was the newly appointed FBI Director he could have cleaned house by using the documents as a showpiece but instead he was protecting said documents as tightly as Rosenstein did, then of course we have the Attorney General Jeff Sessions who had said in the past that if Rosenstein was fired by Trump he would quit, well as far as I’m concerned good riddance to all those lowlifes, if Rosenstein quits Sessions can use the same door to follow him out.

The following was posted by Samuel Chamberlain, published by Fox News: “President Trump on Monday ordered the declassification of several key documents related to the FBI investigation of Russian actions during the 2016 presidential election, including 21 pages of an application for a renewed surveillance warrant against former campaign aide Carter Page, and text messages from disgraced FBI figures Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.”

“White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Trump had ordered the documents released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Justice Department “[a]t the request of a number of committees of Congress, and for reasons of transparency.”

“The documents to be declassified also include all FBI reports on interviews with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr and all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all other applications to surveil Carter Page.”

“Trump also ordered the Justice Department to release text messages from a number of the key players in the Russia investigation “without redaction” — including Ohr, Strzok, Lisa Page, former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.”

“Carter Page told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Monday night that the FBI’s investigation was “so incredibly stupid to begin with.” He added, “My biggest concern is all the damage that this did to the U.S. government [and] the mockery it made out of the Constitution and all of the wrongdoing that was done by various officials within the Department of Justice, the FBI and the DNC [Democratic National Committee].”

The American people I believe are going to find these documents a very big surprise especially for the people who do not keep up to the days in and days out of politics the way we patriots do. These docs will show the deep state at its worst that was taking America down the road to a banana republic; you had Christopher Steele who hated Trump and let his hatred with Trump known to the FBI and the FBI still pushed his phony dossier to a FISA court four times and Rosenstein signing off on the last one; you had Hillary Clinton who hates herself never mine the American people pay for the phony dossier; you had then FBI Director James Comey early on admit that there was no proof of Trump-Russia collusion and yet he was pushing the phony dossier to the FISA court. I only listed just a small fraction of the whole conspiracy that because of them, the deep state knew what was best for us the American people they were willing to take down the presidency of Donald Trump. We have a President in Donald Trump who was not going to bow down to any of this crap and it has reached the part of the story that many of us have been asking for and that was for the President to declassify these documents for all the American people to see the injustice of the deep state. The FBI And DOJ Led Coordinated Effort’s To Leak Unverified Information To The Press So As To Damage President Trump New Texts Show

It seems like almost daily now the deep state is being caught in their devious endeavors to bring down Donald Trump the President of the United States who from his first day in office had to contend with the fact that they were out to get him plus perform the awesome duties and responsibilities of President and mind you whatever Trump was accusing the deep state of in those early moments of his presidency is bearing fruit now, in other words he was right all along and now the left-wing nuts are really going to hear about it in the form of Lady Justice having the last laugh and naturally Trump will never let them hear the end of it as the indictment’s start.

The following was posted and published by Sara Carter, investigative reporter: ” Newly released text messages and documents obtained by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee reveal that senior members of the FBI and Department of Justice led a coordinated effort to leak unverified information to the press regarding alleged collusion with Russia to damage President Donald Trump’s administration, according to a letter sent by the committee to the DOJ Monday.”

“Rep. Mark Meadows, R-NC, sent the letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein saying a “review of the new documents raises grave concerns regarding an apparent systemic culture of media leaking by high-ranking officials at the FBI and DOJ related to ongoing investigations.”

“The review of the documents suggests that the FBI and DOJ coordinated efforts to get information to the press that would potentially be “harmful to President Trump’s administration.” Those leaks pertained to information regarding the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant used to spy on short-term campaign volunteer Carter Page.”

“The letter lists several examples:”

April 10, 2017: (former FBI Special Agent) Peter Strzok contacts (former FBI Attorney) Lisa Page to discuss a “media leak strategy.” Specifically, the text says: “I had literally just gone to find this phone to tell you I want to talk to you about media leak strategy with DOJ before you go.”

April 12, 2017: Peter Strzok congratulates Lisa Page on a job well done while referring to two derogatory articles about Carter Page. In the text, Strzok warns Page two articles are coming out, one which is “worse” than the other about Lisa’s “namesake”.” Strzok added: “Well done, Page.”

“It is important to note how conflicted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is in this case as he signed a FISA renewal application in June of 2017–one month after he appointed Robert Mueller to special counsel to investigate ‘Trump-Russia collusion.”

I will say that Rod Rosenstein will be involved with many other players in this on going drama of finding all the pieces and it just seems like they are all falling out of the sky lately such as it is my understanding that for Rosenstein to have signed off for a FISA renewal application it would have to have been different from the application before it and that was not the case with the one Rosenstein signed, it was exactly the same as the one before it and who is not to say all four applications were the same. I remember what Jesus said in Matthew 15:12-14 If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”

Obama Attacks President Trump By Name: Obama’s In A Panic Frenzy, He’s Slowly Being Exposed As The Leader Of Spygate.

I am sure Obama has a lot of things on his mind these days and the main thought which I am sure brings on an anxiety attack for himself is for the fact the walls are closing in on him as for calling the shots for the spying on then candidate Donald Trump and then step B which was to take the Trump presidency down after Trump had won the election. Today as Obama was taking down Trump after in seclusion all this time he went back to using “I” in his remarks, in other words the success of the economy was initiated by him. The fool doesn’t understand that all Trump had to do was one main thing to get the economy going and that was to take away the tens of thousands of regulations that Obama put forward and as we know by now that suppressed the small business person from hiring and expanding. So Trump takes the tens of thousands of regulations off the economy plus other initiatives and guess what! The economy starts moving again. Now Obama knows darn well that regulations suppress an economy from growing but that’s the point, if the economy doesn’t grow eventually the American people will demand more help from the government and this is how the government starts controlling its people and leads to the road of socialism. So this was what was suppose to continue on with Hillary as President, the road to socialism would continue but none of that happened because in steps Donald Trump as President of the United States. But there is a big problem for Marxist Obama, the more pieces that are being put together with all these documents that have been exposed the more the fingers are starting to point to Obama as the ringleader behind the efforts of stopping President Trump.

“Congressional investigators are getting close to unraveling Spygate and the several attempts by the FBI and DOJ to spy on President Trump during and after the election.”

“And it now looks like Barack Obama was the one calling the shots.”

“So it makes sense that he would attack President Trump in order to build a narrative that President Trump has it out for him before the Spygate scandal blows wide open!”

“President Obama would have had to approve the Carter Page warrant per law in order for the spying to proceed without a court hearing. The rule is described on page 7 of 1978 FISA Act!”
The Act reads as follows –

“AUTHORIZATION FOR ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE FOR FOREIGN
INTELLIGENCE PURPOSES

SEC. 102. ø50 U.S.C. 1802¿ (a)(1) Notwithstanding any other
law, the President, through the Attorney General, may authorize
electronic surveillance without a court order under this title to acquire
foreign intelligence information for periods of up to one year
if the Attorney General certifies in writing under oath “

My patriots we all know that Obama put this deep state in place, his whole DOJ and Obama’s stack of cards are falling one by one. In yesterdays ridiculous speech of his he used the word paranoia to reflect Trump and his administration so as to deflate the investigations going on against the deep state and the motive of taking down a presidency but Obama knows there is no paranoia whatsoever, what is happening is that the investigations are getting ever so much closer to the fact Obama masterminded the whole take down of President Trump. I will mention just a few of the names of the ones just alone in the FBI and DOJ that have been demoted or are still under investigation and now we have heard in the last few days that there is a Grand Jury out to investigate former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. We have Bruce Ohr a DOJ career prosecutor who was receiving information from Christopher Steele who in turn sent the information to the FBI because keep in mind the FBI had fired Steele so Ohr was being used as a back channel for the FBI and don’t forget Ohr’s wife Nellie who was hired by Fusion to probe Trump. We all know the other names in the investigations its getting to be so many of them. My patriots this just goes on and on, yes Obama is getting very worried, it is now on his back porch. I will tell you one thing, you couldn’t make this stuff up.
