Obama Care Architect’s Lies Are Now Compounded By Obama’s And Nancy Pelosi’s Lies

It’s just amazing how these socialists are now running away from each other like they have the plague over Obama Care. Nancy Pelosi was the first one to distance herself from the main architect of Obama Care. When she was asked about Jonathan Gruber she denied knowing him. My how the rats lie when they panic. The following is from a post by Aaron Blake, published by the Washington Post: ” Pelosi on Gruber: “I don’t know who he is. He didn’t help write our bill.”— Sean Sullivan (@WaPoSean) November 13, 2014.” Here is what she said in 2009, “We’re not finished getting all of our reports back from CBO, but we’ll have a side by side to compare. But our bill brings down rates. I don’t know if you have seen Jonathan Gruber of MIT’s analysis of what the comparison is to the status quo versus what will happen in our bill for those who seek insurance within the exchange. And our bill takes down those costs, even some now, and much less preventing the upward spiral.” Pelosi’s office came out with a statement saying what she meant was she didn’t know him personally. “Wow,” they really do think we are stupid.

The snakes are starting to rattle. Now here comes Obama today saying that Johathan Gruber is “some adviser who never worked on our staff.” Lets face it, We The People have found out a long time ago that Obama talks through both sides of his mouth. I guess people who have some kind of mental disorder just don’t know how to stop it or control it. Obama can’t do either, he is just a chronic liar. The following is from a post by Melissa Quinn, published by The Daily Signal: ” Gruber, however, frequented the White House more than a dozen times, according to official visitor logs. One of those meetings took place in the Oval Office with Obama. Additionally, according to contracts issued by the Department of Health and Human Services, Gruber was paid $400,000 for his work on the president’s signature health care law.”

The following is from the Examiner: “Shortly after Obamacare architect and MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber was severely criticized by South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy, a new video has surfaced that shows Gruber admitting that Obama knew it was going to be a problem, and they all agreed to lie about it, the Gateway Pundit reported on Thursday. Gruber was interviewed by Frontline on June 13, 2012, in which he admitted that Obama was present in a meeting in the Oval Office along with several experts. They, along with Gruber worked to figure out a way to get credible savings on cost control that the Congressional Budget Office would recognize and score as savings in this law, in order to get it passed based on lies.”

There you have It. The deceitfulness of the people who put Obama Care together all based on a lie and as you can see they are still lying today. What I can’t understand is the fact that Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court knew they were lying because Obama’s lawyers changed the definitive of getting it passed from the commerce clause, to it being called a tax and yet the Chief Justice allowed it through. He knew as a Chief Justice that the Obama Administration were lying to We The People.

What is ironic is We The People knew it was screwed up from the start and the polls reflected as such ever since. They were putting all the bells and whistles in this phony plan and yet they were telling us our premiums would be decreased $2500 a year per family. You don’t have to be a math major to know that is impossible.

Now everything has come out of the closet. This is a fraudulent plan based of course on a lie and there should be people prosecuted. You know if this happened in the private sector there would be some people in jail for the deceit and lying and the first ones to be implemented would be, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Jonathan Gruber. Justice now has to be served, especially We The People spoke in this last election. We The People are not the stupid ones, the stupid ones are usually the ones who get caught with their schemes going AWOL. Yes, stupid is stupid.

The Verdict Is Out On Obama Care From The Architect Of The Law

Obama said lately about the defeat of the Democrats in the Mid-Term elections that his policy’s were right but the message wasn’t. Naturally this Dictator-In-Chief is still in denial of the fact that the American people did not understand his message that We The People are stupid, we don’t know the difference between a bad policy from a bad message.

Lets talk about Obama Care. The American people knew right away that it was a bad law. Right from the start The American people did not like this law and it remains unpopular too this day. The Democrats voted for this cancer of a law all on their own, not one Republican voted for it and jammed it down the American peoples throat. Yes, these socialists own Obama Care and they paid deeply for it in the polls and I and many others said that Obama Care was going to be the biggest cause of the Democrats being defeated and it was. It is destroying the whole economy and the American people have said in polls taken that the economy is their number one concern.

There are now some interesting revelations coming to the surface on Obama Care from none other than from one of the Architects of this law, Jonathan Gruber. He is going around running his mouth but when Megyn Kelly of the Kelly file on Fox News invited him on the show for him to explain what I am going to show now he declined. The following is from a post by Katie Pavlich published by Townhall.com: “You can’t do it political, you just literally cannot do it. Transparent financing and also transparent spending. I mean, this bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes the bill dies. Okay? So it’s written to do that,” Gruber said. “In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in, you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical to get for the thing to pass. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

From the same post: “Obamacare in its entirely was “sold” on lies. From the promise to keep your doctor to claims insurance rates would go down, not up — to hiding that the legislation was in fact a tax until of course it was necessary to argue it was a tax to save the legislation at the Supreme Court. Government bureaucrats promising an expansion of care knowing care under Obamacare would be limited, etc. Hell, even the official name for Obamacare, “The Affordable Care Act,” is a lie. Obamacare isn’t affordable. The process through which Obamacare was shoved through and down the throats of the American people happened as a result of Harry Reid changing Senate rules and without the support of voters. The legislation didn’t receive a single Republican vote in the House or the Senate. Also, remember this?”

Gruber said his main objective was to pass the law even if it’s lying to the American people, you see you and I are stupid in Obama’s eyes except for the fact We The People had Obama Care figured out from the beginning. All these lies have come forth from the top. It’s Obama and the Democratic party as I said earlier who pushed it and Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court who voted for it anyway knowing darn well We The People were lied too because to us they were not presenting it as a tax but too the Supreme Court they did. The Supreme Court will get one more crack at voting out this law and I hope Chief Justice Roberts throws out his Benedict Arnold make up and does the right thing this time around.

So getting back to Obama saying it’s the message that’s messed up and not the policy, no Obama, it’s your constant lying to We The People that’s messed up but you know what! You lie so much I don’t think you no longer know the difference. “You lie”. You remember that was yelled out to you once at one of your addresses to the Nation. You haven’t forgotten that, have you Obama!

Obama Said its A Right To Have Health Care-Thomas Jefferson Disagreed

Obama said before and again very recently that heath care is our right. Lets see what Thomas Jefferson the prime author of the United States Declaration of Independence had to say :”Under the law of nature, all men are born free, every one comes into the world with a right to his own person, which includes the liberty of moving and using it at his own will. This is what is called personal liberty, and is given him by the Author of nature, because it’s necessary for his own sustenance.”

“No man has a natural right to commit aggression on the equal rights of another, and this is all from which the laws ought to restrain him.”

“What is true of every member of the society, individually, is true of them all collectively; since the rights of the whole can be no more than the sum of the rights of the individuals.”

This means that if one person does not have the right to force another to provide health care (or any good or service) against his will, then no group of people has the right to do so, and hence government has no right to do so. You have two types of Constitutional scholars, you have Obama who learned the U.S. Constitution to maneuver around it with lies so as to know how to destroy it, and you have another type of Constitutional scholar such as Mark Levin who learned the Constitution so to be able to save it. Obama goes on TV to give us a case which is really no case. Thomas Jefferson explained in artistic format because that was the way of writing in those days “no man has a natural right to commit aggression on the equal rights of another”. This definitely goes against the individual mandate that has been forced on us by these socialists, and as I have written before who knows how they got to Chief Justice Roberts to go out of his way to find a reason to implement Obama Care. To Chief Justice Roberts, that was a sad state of affairs. Maybe someday Chief Justice Roberts will write a book and tell the real reason that compelled him to vote for an unconstitutional health care mandate on the American people. I sure don’t know what Constitution he read.

Chief Justice Roberts; A Modern Day Benedict Arnold

I hope Chief Justice Roberts is proud of himself. I had concluded that applying Obama Care to the Commerce Clause would never make it through the Supreme Court, and as we saw it didn’t. Then it was reported that Chief Justice Kennedy was not the deciding vote that I had feared all along, he voted Obama Care down. It was Chief Justice Roberts who ruled it a tax. The first thing I thought of was that we broke away from King George because of over taxation. What Chief Justice Roberts did was force it on us, in other words he found a way. He forced Obama Care on the American People and our economy. Chief Justice Roberts I have labeled the modern day Benedict Arnold. He is a traitor to the economics of the United States which Obama Care will hurt badly.

This law is unconstitutional. What made Justice Roberts vote the way he did? Maybe someone got to him. Maybe he is not really a conservative. No conservative would vote for a law that has the potential to break the economic structure of our country. Some people have guessed that he wanted to preserve the integrity of the court. I believe he was intimidated by the President of the United States; in other words what he did you cannot learn from the best institutions and that is how not to choke when the issues get hot. Justice Roberts choked, because of the fact that Justice Roberts choked we now have the worst piece of legislation of modern times, Obama Care. The House of Representatives who control the purse strings must get the courage to defund it. Are you listening Rep. John Boehner? The American people do not want Obama Care. The ball is in your court.

Obama Care- It Must Be Revised

I did not title this blog with the word “repeal” Obama Care because even if the Congress mustered a bill to repeal it to Obama’s desk he would veto it. The best thing to do now is to slowly defund it. The problem is I feel that the Congress does not have the guts to defund this bill. I really believe that most members of Congress know that Obama Care is harmful for America. They never knew what was totally in the bill, they rushed it through, this is all old news now, the problem is how are they going to change this bill to preserve the money making machine in America that is called capitalism. I hope they all don’t want to go down in history like Obama as destroying capitalism in America. So many people in our country just do not understand the destruction this bill does to our economy and I just don’t understand why. You know, our institutions teach their students to be followers and it seems that they keep that train of thought the rest of their lives. If more people were leaders they would take active action, what do I mean by active action? they would look to preserve the United States of America instead of worrying as to what is in it for them attitude. Many people feel that this Obama Care is giving something for nothing. There is no such thing as something for nothing in life. These same people who have full time jobs now, will be lucky to have a full time job when Obama Care takes effect. In my occupation I meet all kinds of executives from all over the country. Some express their feelings about Obama Care and others don’t and when they speak among themselves I can’t help but listen because we are all in the same car. The most common consensus among them is the fact that the cost of Obama Care to the business person is out of this world, as a matter of fact, unbelievable. Now I actually haven’t heard them say up front, but people who think that Obama has come through with all this guaranteed health insurance better think twice, because of all these people who have mastered living off the government which means off of you and me, here is what is going to happen. The main thing to remember is that those kind of people will have to depend on us keeping our jobs for them to continue bleeding the system, in this case being Obama Care. Like I stressed earlier, the cost of this program to employers is astronomical. It’s a shame the small business owner is going to feel the brunt of this because the small business owner as I have stressed in past blogs controls the economy, and if they get hurt, there goes our capitalistic system. So one of four things are going to happen and you full time people who believe in all this government intervention and that employers make just too much money, are going to get your hours cut to thirty a week so the employer will not have to give you insurance, in other words you are now part time workers, because the small business person will make sure he keeps his establishment under fifty people to meet the number of employee’s required to do this. Secondly, this will also keep people from being hired because the employer will make sure he does not have fifty hired employees, this also means there will be no expansion in this employers business. Thirdly, the employer might keep the number of employees he presently has, but again he won’t be able to expand, and fourthly, he just might totally go out of business. This Obama Care has made it a no win situation for employers and employees alike. Chief Justice Roberts could have prevented all this from happening with one vote with the other four conservative justices. What is strange is that he was leaning to vote against Obama Care becoming law and at the last minute he switched his vote. If you ask my opinion, the Obama thugs got to him in one way or the other.

Obama naturally likes to model his Health Care program to Great Britain’s. Lets look at Great Britain. In Great Britain, in order to limit waiting times in emergency rooms, the National Health Service has mandated that all patients admitted to a hospital be treated within four hours. However, the inefficiencies of a government-run system cannot be cured by the passage of a law. Consequently, instead of sitting for hours in the hospital waiting room, thousands of patients are forced to wait in ambulances parked outside emergency rooms.Having patients wait in ambulances allows hospitals to use a loophole in delaying care. If the patient is waiting in an ambulance, he cannot be admitted to the hospital and, therefore, does not need to be treated within the four- hour legal time period.pg. 108

We already know about the death panels in Obama Care that Sarah Palin has accurately labeled. Do you think that idea has also come from Great Britain? Read on. A recent survey in Great Britain indicates that as many as one in three family and hospital doctors believes that elderly patients should not be given free treatment if it is unlikely to help them over the long term. pg. 108,109

The following is from the National Center For Policy Analysis: To shrink the deficit and cover the costs of Obama Care, Obama has instituted a plethora of new taxes. More than 20 tax increases are associated with Obama Care, which is likely to hurt business and investment and slow economic recovery, says Andrew Lundeen, the associate for government relations and corporate development at the Tax Foundation.

The total tax burden of Obama Care is now estimated at $ 1.058 trillion—a steep increase from the initial $ 569 billion estimate produced at the time of the passing of the law. Owners of small businesses will be hit the hardest, facing both a tax increase on self-employment to shut down or fire workers and raise prices.

Obama Care is going to warrant hundred of thousands of new doctors. Where are they going to come from, there is a shortage right now. There are thousands of doctors presently thinking of quitting because of Obama Care and the way Obama is destroying Medicare, taking over 800 billion dollars out of it to be used for Obama Care, which means illnesses that patients were covered for once before will no longer be covered. Older patients will be put behind younger patients in line determined by a non physician board, and determined if they will be treated at all. This is where the death panels come in.

For Obama Care to work you need a robust economy, such as the one President Ronald Reagan gave us. He believed in growth by lowering taxes and less government. The US Treasury prospered during his Presidency. With Obama you get the opposite, higher taxes, more regulations and putting the poor against the rich. Why is he doing this, because that is rule number one of a Marxist, “class Warfare”. Like it has been said, a poor person never hired anyone.
