U.S. Attorney John Durham Is Now Turning His Attention To The Clinton Foundation Which We Knew Was Inevitable

This should not surprise anyone, it surely has not surprised me, as a matter of fact I have been waiting that eventually the investigation of US attorney John Durham would lead to the Clinton Foundation, as a matter of fact my feeling is why did it take him so long unless he really had his eye on it all along. The Clinton Foundation with all it’s ill motives should not be given a pass, as a matter of fact it is one of the most important reasons why Hillary was not suppose to lose the Presidential election to Donald Trump in 2016. Too many favors was expected from the foundation.

“It was widely suspected that Hillary Clinton used an illicit private email server, and destroyed her emails, to hide communications that might document the Foundation’s activities.”

“In an article Thursday titled “In Politically Charged Inquiry, Durham Sought Details About Scrutiny of Clintons,” the Times reported:It turns out that Mr. Durham also focused attention on certain political enemies of Mr. Trump: the Clintons.”

“Mr. Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut assigned by Mr. Barr to review the Russia inquiry, has sought documents and interviews about how federal law enforcement officials handled an investigation around the same time into allegations of political corruption at the Clinton Foundation, according to people familiar with the matter.”

We are now going to bring out again the term Quid Pro Quo, the way it works is “something for something” and as far as good old Hillary was considered it was giving the foundation money and she in turn would give access to the White House but a funny thing happened on the way to the farm, Hillary lost the Presidential election to Donald Trump and the question I have now is the foundation took the money but the favors went out the window and in the meantime the Clinton Foundation has gone dry, fancy that! Now is Hillary sleeping well these days knowing she could not fulfill all those favors to very angry world leaders! I would think not but most importantly now that must be answered is where did all the money go? I guess this is where Durham comes in!

Hillary’s Emails Will Remain In The News As The State Dept. Identifies 23 Violations And Numerous Security Breaches

I said at the outset of the Hillary email scandal that eventually Hillary’s destroyed emails and private server that Hillary thought was not to be found would eventually all come up to the surface if the right people came along who knew that people do not go out of their way as Hillary did in destroying 33 thousand emails, smashing cell phones with hammers, ( One of Hillary Clinton’s aides told the FBI that on two occasions he disposed of her unwanted mobile devices by breaking or hammering them.)moving her private server to some unauthorized area. My speculation back when I was writing about this was people do not go through the trouble to do or order these things to be done unless there is something to hide, now is this rocket science? Of course not, I call it common sense which most of our patriots have. I will continue to speculate that it is all about protecting the dirt of the Clinton Foundation and who the people were that had access to shovels to it but I will say, we are getting closer to the answers.

“The information came in a letter to Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, who is responsible for overseeing the security review.”

“To this point, the Department has assessed culpability to 15 individuals, some of whom were culpable in multiple security incidents,” Mary Elizabeth Taylor, the State Department’s Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs, wrote to Grassley. “DS has issued 23 violations and 7 infractions incidents. … This number will likely change as the review progresses.”

“The State Department, calling the matter “serious,” said it expected to conclude the investigation by Sept. 1. The department acknowledged that the probe was unusually time-consuming.”

“It emerged earlier this year that then-FBI general counsel James Baker testified that he thought Clinton should have been prosecuted until he was convinced otherwise “pretty late” in the investigation.”

“And, last month, a trove of partially redacted FBI documents from the agency’s investigation into whether Clinton mishandled classified information — a probe known as the “Midyear Exam” — revealed that top Clinton aides were shocked at apparent attempts to hack her private email servers.”

I don’t know why these aides of Hillary’s were so shocked to hear that there were attempts to hack her private servers considering that they were not where they were suppose to be in regard to getting their full security benefits and who gave Hillary the right to be moving the use of classified information into different areas as though our enemies out there would not have been able to detect that there was a loosening of hard core security checks on her servers with which today’s equipment used for spying and what not, it would not be hard to figure out and now there you have it, 23 violations and numerous security breaches which means if we have figured that out our enemies have already been using the contents of whatever they found.

It should not be hard to figure out as to why Hillary risked treason to do what she did and on top of it she used other players to help her do it which we patriots know who most of them are by now. Yes Hillary screwed up big time and now the day is coming when she must pay for all this disturbance into our State and Justice departments, it being her destroyed emails or the phony narrative that Hillary and her team put out there to disrupt our political system and to interrupt President Trump’s Presidency with the Trump-Russia lie for over two years now. This was all Hillary Clinton’s doing’s with the help of the Intelligence agencies that became weaponized to take down the Presidency of Donald Trump. Hillary and the deep state which includes Marxist Obama must not be allowed to get away with treason otherwise our heroes would have died for America in vain, this must be the inspiration to bring these people in with the full force of the law with no exceptions whatsoever. Can it be done? There is no choice, it must!

The Beat Goes On! Judge Orders Susan Rice & Ben Rhodes To Answer Written Questions On Benghazi In Relation To Clinton Emails

We patriots that have been following the lies of Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice have never given up on the fact that Obama’s liar-in-chief Susan Rice by going on five Sunday talk shows the Sunday after the Benghazi attack to explain the fact that the motive of the raid on Benghazi Libya where four Americans got killed including Ambassador Stevens was over an anti- Islam video. We patriots have always known this was always a lie. Susan Rice stressed at the time that Hillary Clinton was not comfortable with appearing on talk shows when in fact Hillary just loves nothing better than to have her face all over talk shows constantly spreading her socialist lies. Give me a break!

“U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth denied a request by the conservative group Judicial Watch to make Rice and Rhodes sit for depositions, but agreed to have them answer written questions. He also agreed to Judicial Watch’s request to depose the State Department about the preparation of talking points for Rice, then President Barack Obama’s ambassador to the United Nations, ahead of appearances on political talk shows the Sunday following the attack. That deposition is part of Judicial Watch’s inquiry into whether the State Department acted in bad faith by not telling a court for months that they had asked in mid-2014 for missing emails to be returned.”

“Rice’s talking points and State’s understanding of the attack play an unavoidably central role in this case,” Lamberth wrote in a 16-page order.”

“Lamberth added that “State’s role in the [talking] points’ content and development could shed light on Clinton’s motives for shielding her emails from [Freedom of Information Act] requesters or on State’s reluctance to search her emails.”

My patriots, we all know how lies are, they just keep floating around like firefly’s until they are finally caught and put away in a jar and thats exactly what Judicial Watch has been doing with all of Hillary’s lies of which the main source of her lies have been in her 33 thousand destroyed emails. Rudy Giuliani Stresses About Mueller Probe” It’s Time To Put Up Or Shut Up”

This Russian probe of Mueller’s is getting old, in other words it’s all nonsense. I will say that maybe half the country out there do not believe that there is a deep state incorporated in America but those are the people who do not want to believe it, you know, it can’t happen in America attitude; you get the other kind of people who say they don’t talk politics, well they better start getting involved. These are the people that some day we patriots are going to have to bail them out from under the deep state as to when it will be obvious that action must be taken and all of a sudden these people will become believers as to everything we patriots had been talking about. You can see where I am going with this, with the various types I have mentioned it is very hard for America (of these types) that we patriots have a solid chance of defeating the enemy within which is the deep state and special council Robert Mueller is a prime example of the enemy within creating an investigation on President Trump on a phony Trump-Russia probe that Mueller is looking to find a crime instead of the crime already committed. President Trump knows this and this is why he continues to call this phony probe a witch hunt.

“In an interview with New York radio host John Catsimatidis airing Sunday, Giuliani claimed that Mueller’s team has known since “May or June” that there is no evidence to support the allegation that members of Trump’s campaign knowingly worked with Russians during the 2016 election.”

“It should have been wrapped up probably in May or June. That’s when they figured out they had no evidence of collusion,” Giuliani asserted, adding, “Collusion is not a crime, by the way.”

“You have to show a conspiracy to hack [the Democratic National Committee],” he added. “They don’t have any evidence of that — which is the reason they don’t submit a report, because they are embarrassed.”

There has been talk that Mueller’s final report is not going to be conclusive but will leave enough room for the Democratic Party to want to investigate the President. It will be vague. The final report supposedly is going only to the Congressional committee’s and not to the two political parties and I am sure you and me do not believe that whatsoever. I hope I am wrong but the deep state is out to have this Trump-Russia probe continue all the way into the next presidential election which means it will be debated during the debates and this cannot be allowed to happen and the only way this will not happen is to show Mueller of his true intent and that is to get President Trump. Robert Mueller is hiding many of his own crimes one of which is that he was a confidante of Hillary Clinton of which he closed his eyes to the Uranium One deal of the Clintons which favored the Clinton Foundation financially and Mueller was FBI Director at the time. Lets start from there and put Mueller on the hot seat. We patriots would just love to see him squirm for the person that he really is, a globalist that never imagined that there would be a President Trump to stand in the way of the deep state, well guess what Mueller, Trump is not going to be the one going down!

The DOJ Is Colluding With Hillary’s Email Scandal Witnesses To Stop Court Ordered Discovery Efforts By Judicial Watch

Don’t take it from me but this is coming from the president of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton. This should not be of any surprise considering that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is still calling shots at the DOJ mainly to cover his rear-end at the handling of the Hillary Clinton email scandal and even giving special council Robert Mueller an open window as we all know by now to try to find out anything he can on President Trump, never mind for the Trump-Russia collusion but for anything else he can find on Trump for that matter and for Hillary Clinton it has been the opposite of no hands must be placed on her criminal actions which is so obvious. Now if the DOJ is making attempts to stop witnesses from showing and telling their stories that has to be a crime in itself.

I am glad Tom Fitton is not of the mind set of “nothing can be done.” That is the the attitude we patriots are to have. Bill And Hillary Clinton Aren’t Bringing In The Crowds On Their Cross Country Speaking Tour: Why Would They!

I don’t know whose big bright idea it was for Bill and Hillary to go on a cross country speaking tour but as I envisioned it to be it’s a flop and already no sooner than it began they are offering discounted tickets. I remember during the 2016 presidential campaign between Hillary and Trump while Trump was packing them in Hillary was trying to figure out a way to make her crowd look like somewhat of a crowd and only at the end of the campaign she had entertainers showing up to boost her attendance otherwise she never had any crowds to speak of. I cant even imagine why anyone would want to go see these two has-been’s and sure enough its reflecting to empty seats wherever they go.

The Focus Must Continue To Stay On The Clinton Foundation As Whistleblower Warned Fed’s In 2017 Of Wrongdoing

The walls are closing in on the Clinton Foundation of wrongdoing as award winning investigative reporter John Solomon once again broke another story that in 2017 a whistleblower warned the Fed’s of wrongdoing by the Clinton foundation. Like I have written in one of my posts lately things are starting to move rapidly now and naturally I think of why now and I have concluded that former Attorney General Jeff Sessions is now out of the picture. The Clinton Foundation was having a ball when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State as far as a tremendous amount of money coming into its books but the thing is and the question is still being asked as to the method it was coming in. The Clintons would have been able to get away with all this crap but for the greed of especially Bill Clinton as you will see mentioned in the John Solomon explanations. Now someone will ask what do I mean would have gotten away with it? Well they didn’t because all the facts are there proving that they didn’t and it’s up to the Congress now to prosecute.

“That evidence was assembled by a private firm called MDA Analytics LLC, run by accomplished ex-federal criminal investigators, who alleged the Clinton Foundation engaged in illegal activities and may be liable for millions of dollars in delinquent taxes and penalties.”

“In addition to the IRS, the firm’s partners have had contact with prosecutors in the main Justice Department in Washington and FBI agents in Little Rock, Ark. And last week, a federal prosecutor suddenly asked for documents from their private investigation.”

“The 48-page submission, dated Aug. 11, 2017, supports its claims with 95 exhibits, including internal legal reviews that the foundation conducted on itself in 2008 and 2011.”

“Those reviews flagged serious concerns about legal compliance, improper commingling of personal and charity business and “quid pro quo” promises made to donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of State.”

“The submission also cites an interview its investigators conducted with Andrew Kessel that quotes the foundation’s longtime chief financial officer as saying he was unable to stop former President Clinton from “commingling” personal business and charitable activities inside the foundation and that he “knows where all the bodies are buried.”

“There is probable cause that the Clinton Foundation has run afoul of IRS rules regarding tax-exempt charitable organizations and has acted inconsistently with its stated purpose,” MDA Analytics alleged in its submission. “The Foundation should be investigated for all of the above-mentioned improprieties. The tax rules, codes, statutes and the rule of law should and must be applied in this case.”

The DOJ, FBI and IRS are all involved now as considering the questions surrounding the Clinton foundation as very serious, You patriots know me as always being optimistic that these criminals would be brought to justice in the end, especially the Clinton Foundation because as its been said always follow the money trail and this foundation has left a trail of no return and all it takes is the will to do it and I believe its going to be done because if you remember you patriots that have been reading my posts how many times have I stressed that there’s only so much wrongdoing that can be swept under the rug without it just becoming full and start overflowing and now as Solomon wrote in his post there are three federal agencies asking hard question, the DOJ,FBI and IRS. Hillary Clinton should take her bottle and go out in the woods and set up shop there with the bears and as far as Bill Clinton he will always find someone to cozy up with and believe me it wont be with a bear.

Judicial Watch Continues To Fight For We The People: Clinton Foundation Watch Out!

I understand it is difficult to have any kind of hopes of bringing Hillary and Bill Clinton to justice at this late date but if there is one organization that has proven themselves constantly fighting for We The People as far as bringing justice where justice needs to be it is Judicial Watch of which there are still endless investigations still going on because of their endless efforts of accumulating documents that various agencies had been stonewalling from releasing them. The Clinton Foundation had been the most devious and still is in place to fall like a lead balloon. Once it was realized that Hillary Clinton had lost the presidency guess what, the pay to play schemes stopped and what does that mean? It means the Clinton Foundation practically dried up and what else does it mean? It means there definitely was something crooked going on there such as I will pay Hillary’s and Bills Foundation some big money as long as I have easy access to the hallway of the White House, so where are we going with this, where we are going is that the snowflakes were not the only ones melting down with Hillary’s lost but also the big donors who have now jumped ship and are now looking to destroy any evidence that they had anything to do with the Clinton Foundation.

My common sense is that there have been some very big donors with some very hugh amounts of money that had paid into the Clinton Foundation to formulate any high status that they thought they might have, to put it simply ego trips of the highest esteem and now these ego trips have been shattered, their tail has dropped and they must be very pissed off of the fact that money that went into this foundation there is no telling where the hell it went and they have gotten no return for it other than their names might pop up in some future investigation and now with Judicial watch asking for documents these people with the high ego trips must be getting very nervous and angrier by the day which they know the track record of Judicial Watch which I am sure does not go well for a good nights sleep for good old Hillary and Billy boy. Just the money that the Foundation pocketed from the uranium one deal alone is an investigation in itself.

So now Hillary and Bill have decided to go cross country on speaking tours for pretty big fees that people have to put out to hear them talk. They might be better off advertising themselves as a comedy team because I am sure they will get a lot of laughs after people realize what they paid for to see. The case may be if there is anyone who can bring justice from an injustice its Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton who continues to fight for We The People. Inspector General Michael Horowitz Confirmed That Former FBI Director James Comey Is Under Investigation

So here we go, the effects of the IG’s investigation just might be starting to pay dividends and this just might finally be the real thing considering the American people are really getting into the mood now for these deep state traitors to start paying for their crimes. Sometimes I think why the heck would a guy like Comey risk his whole career and all the years that have led up to this point to protect Hillary Clinton. It could be so many things but I am not sure if Comey knew Trump that well to pass such judgment as to not want to see him elected by no means. Of course you have the normal possible reasons of being bought by the Clintons after all he has represented them in the past for various reasons; it might be money being paid out to him from the Clinton Foundation for one form or another and now he’s boxed in; he is the deep state which have certain goals for the United States such as the New World Order that Marxist Obama and Hillary are definitely involved with and then to put some cream on top of all this there is his direct family. For instance I have a relative bless her soul who is I would call radical left that when I went to visit her after many years she would not allow me to watch Fox News, now think of the fact what if Comey had such to content with in his household, well he does.
