Attorney General Sessions Has Finally Thrown A One-Two Punch Into Investigating Obama-Era Obstruction of Hezbollah & The Clinton Uranium One Scandal:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has finally lit a fuse in regard to the Obama-era Hezbollah wrong doings and the Hillary Clinton uranium one fiasco. The facts in both these identities are becoming so overwhelmingly scandalous we patriots were wondering where the heck was Sessions of which I criticized him quite a few times for staying silent on the subjects and as a matter of fact he made statements in the past on uranium one that looked as though he showed no interest. As we all know President Trump has shown lack of patience at times of why was Sessions not pursuing Hillary Clinton from his various statements from the past and lets keep in mind the American people in the latest polls are also showing a growing impatience of the Attorney General not showing a willingness to assign a special prosecutor especially in the uranium one case.

The following was posted by Josh Gerstein, published by Politico: “Attorney General Jeff Sessions is raising the possibility of naming a new special counsel to investigate potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, according to a letter the Justice Department sent Monday to House Republicans.”

“Sessions has asked top Justice Department prosecutors to look into a variety of allegations that have dominated conservative media outlets in recent months, including suggestions that a U.S. government panel approved the sale of a large uranium firm to Russian interests in exchange for donations to the foundation founded by Bill and Hillary Clinton, the letter to House members says.”

The Attorney General released a statement late yesterday declaring that the Department of Justice will follow up on a lengthy and well-sourced exposé from Politico’s Josh Meyer that detailed a concerted effort to suppress prosecution of key Hezbollah figures during the Obama administration. Sessions expressed hope that the claims would prove unfounded, but said that national security demands a thorough review:”

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ordered the Justice Department to dig into allegations in a POLITICO report that a series of potential drug prosecutions related to the pro-Iranian militant group Hezbollah were abandoned as the Obama administration pressed to strike a deal with Iran over its nuclear program.”

What a big switch this is on the part of Sessions. Sometimes I use to stress in my writings while we were all complaining about Sessions if possibly he might have been working in the back rooms and that Trump and Sessions were possibly playing good cop, bad cop. I don’t know, but what I do know is that Sessions is finally acting at least that this is a very treasonous situation if in fact all this pans true. As far as it being true I am more than convinced that it’s so because like we have talked about many times these traitors were all so sure that Hillary was going to win and wow when she lost I would not be surprised if some of these clowns became suicidal. Just look at the extremes Hillary and her people went to rig up that phony dossier on Trump that the FBI is paying for it publicity wise or will pay big time as the days go on. We already know of demotions and the second in command of the FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe came out of many hours of scrutiny in Congressional hearings with a giveaway that he will be retiring from the FBI in a few months and President Trump is mocking him that he is trying to beat out the clock to his retirement so he can qualify for pension benefits. The arrogance of these people, they do wrongdoings and then they are like leeches trying to make it to a good quality of life for themselves at our expense, the tax payers. Keep in mind this is exactly what Lois Lerner did with the IRS, she pleaded the Fifth and my understanding is she is still on the IRS payroll.

Well things are looking up now that Sessions seems to be on board. What made him get involved all of a sudden, maybe it’s because of what I explained up above that he was really always on-board. Maybe millions of concerned patriots wrote to the President and showed dissatisfaction that Sessions was not strong about getting the DOJ involved, I know I was one who wrote the President and I have the feeling there was so many of us who bent the President’s ear it flowed down to Sessions. Whatever the case may be Sessions is in now and the criminal activities of both of the above are just too deep. There is no escape now for these traitors, from Marxist Obama and Hillary on down. Now it’s just a matter of time, the final verdict will be in favor for We The People.

The FBI Knew That There Was “Scores” Of American Officials Being Hacked By The Russians And Never Notified Them of Being Hacked While Obama Was President

One is starting to get the feeling that the FBI is just overwhelmed with security measures, incompetent or maybe even a combination of both. It could also be the fact that Marxist Obama had a low concernment for such matters because it seems if you notice all of this past negligence of our security systems have been coming out after the presidential election of Donald Trump, it’s as though there was instructions from the top of the Obama Administration to keep all this quiet and it seems to me that if Hillary would have won the election all these security breeches still would not have made the news. It’s as though the Russians were hacking at will which is very frightening and to make this all the more less insuring you all recall who was the FBI Director, non other than James Comey.

“Nearly 80 interviews with Americans targeted by Fancy Bear, a Russian government-aligned cyberespionage group, turned up only two cases in which the FBI had provided a heads-up. Even senior policymakers discovered they were targets only when the AP told them, a situation some described as bizarre and dispiriting.”

“It’s utterly confounding,” said Philip Reiner, a former senior director at the National Security Council, who was notified by the AP that he was targeted in 2015. “You’ve got to tell your people. You’ve got to protect your people.”

“Imagine working in a high-level national security position, with government clearances that could choke Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server. You’re tasked with protecting the nation’s secrets and planning for its defense. Russia, despite Barack Obama’s assertions in the 2012 presidential debates, is one very clear international geopolitical threat and a serious intelligence adversary. You likely get alerts every day on both nat-sec threats and security-clearance issues, including safeguarding communications, as well as warnings about the risks of sloppy or worse work.”

“Two years later, you find out that the FBI knew you’d been targeted that whole time, and yet somehow failed to drop you a line to let you know. Bizarre and dispiriting doesn’t begin to cover the range of reactions.”

This came to my mind as I am writing of the fact that in the 2012 presidential debates when Mitt Romney stressed to Obama that he considered Russia one of the United States biggest threats in the world and Obama tried to make a mockery of Romney’s statement. I am starting to get the feeling that the same way Obama and Hillary tried to lie about Benghazi that the attack was caused by a YouTube video because Obama was lying all along that the Taliban was on the run in the area so as to preserve his chances of winning the 2012 presidential election Obama once again did not want to show the American people that he in fact was wrong about Russia and Romney was right after all in declaring Russia was a big threat to America.

The FBI was not overwhelmed as far as I’m concerned, they were following orders from an egotistic Marxist dictator with the Asian name of Obama. You know there was one time I really thought highly of Comey and I am wondering if you patriots remember the time when Obama advised the nation that the country is safe from terrorist attack and within that same week Comey came out with the fact that there was terrorists implanted in all fifty states and I really gave him high marks for that statement because it sure as hell contradicted Obama advising us we were safe from terrorist attacks but I can guarantee you Obama and his cronies got to Comey after that.

Just think about this for a moment, there was no reason whatsoever that the FBI should have held back this information from the officials that were actually hacked, as a matter of fact for their safety and families I feel it was the duty of the FBI to inform the victims. If you think about it there is no logic in not informing the people hacked whatsoever. To me its obvious being at that time when the Russian thing was still not in the forefront Obama did not want to make it as such. Someday all these questions will have to be answered and one thing is for sure Comey will no longer be the protector of Hillary Clinton, her luck has run out but you see the tables have been turned around, Comey is going to start worrying about protecting his own hide.

Just When I Thought I Couldn’t Lose Any More Trust In The FBI Than I Already Have They Proved Me Wrong

I lost respect for the FBI when former FBI Director James Comey came before the nation July of 2016 to tell us of his conclusions on Hillary Clinton of which he crucified her on her negligence on her mishandling of classified emails and government server and in the same setting advised he could not suggest indictment because no prosecutor would take the case when in fact that was not for him to decide yet in the same light he had gone out to destroy President Trump; I lost respect for the FBI when the same Comey sent out his private conversation with President Trump to a professor friend of his who in turn sent same conversation to the New York Times which triggered a special council in Robert Mueller to investigate the phony Trump-Russia collusion which there is no such thing; I lost respect for the FBI when the same Comey became then Attorney Generals Loretta Lynches puppet on not being forth coming on the airplane tarmac meeting between former President Bill Clinton and Lynch who in fact tried to convince We The People that for almost one hour all they talked about was their grandchildren keep in mind this was just before Comey was to address the nation on the Hillary emails and server fiasco. This is the FBI of today, a deep state run agency as is the CIA and NSA and just when I thought what the hell can get worst with the FBI it got worst.

U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:16-cv-02046)). …”

“The FBI originally informed Judicial Watch they did not locate any records related to the tarmac meeting. However, in a related case, the Justice Department located emails in which Justice Department officials communicated with the FBI and wrote that they had communicated with the FBI. As a result, by letter dated August 10, 2017, from the FBI stated, “Upon further review, we subsequently determined potentially responsive documents may exist. As a result, your [FOIA] request has been reopened…”

“The discovery does raise questions as to the FBI’s first representation to the court. They asserted under oath that no documents existed relating to the Lynch-Clinton tarmac meeting. Honest mistakes are not subject to perjury, but given the lack of transparency on this case and the track record of hiding communications from FOIA suits in the previous administration (especially relating to Hillary Clinton, whose use of a private e-mail server was to thwart such oversight), a court may not be inclined to see this as an oversight. This was not a broad search for records over a long period of time; the meeting took place at a specific date and time, involved a known number of DoJ personnel, and any documentation produced should have been easily found.”

My patriots you know just as well as I do this was all to protect Hillary. Don’t forget she was suppose to become president and we would never have heard about any of this again but surprise, surprise, Hillary could not find enough dead and illegals to cast a vote but what the hell does all this do for the reputation of the FBI! How about flushing it down the toilet. There is a big investigation going on right now over the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas shooting massacre and almost on a daily basis there are more questions asked and do you know why that is, because as usual the FBI is withholding information from the public which leads to constant speculation and conspiracy theories instead of realizing the public is strong enough to handle the truth.

There’s no question that the FBI has become untrustworthy and they brought it all on themselves and the problem now is a very big one, the FBI has to figure out how to bring back the peoples trust; I have a suggestion, how about being honest with We The People and then and only then maybe the FBI will gain the peoples trust again.

A Federal Judge Has Had Enough With The IRS: He Instructed The Gestapo Agency That He Wants The Naming Of Names

All of Marxist Obama’s scandals that are still to be prosecuted are bad enough but if someone told me I had to pick only one to be prosecuted I would say come hell or high water it would be the IRS scandal. You know the left wing radicals (Democratic Party) are oh so concerned about Nazism these days which all Americans should be but the left wingers are so full of it considering they had Marxist Obama in the White House for eight years doing exactly opposite that they have been adhering to in the last week or so. You must also remember the left wing radicals could care less about peace and harmony with them it’s Obama’s and Alinsky’s playbook of tear apart and disrupt, classic Marxism that they care about. Obama went after a whole political party (The Tea Party) because they inspired the American people in 2010 to vote in a Republican House of Representatives because they exposed the lies of Obama Care. Obama used the IRS to harass the members of the Tea Party who were asking for specific tax breaks on their small businesses that both parties had the privilege of for years. Where may I ask were these so concerned left wing Democrats then! It is troubling because it goes to the core of our freedoms being compromised only because a certain identity in this case being The Tea Party dared to expose to the voters the lies of Obama’s signature bill in this case being Obama Care. Well it looks like there is a federal judge out there who is under the opinion that enough is enough.

“Judge Reggie B. Walton also said the IRS must explain the reasons for the delays for 38 groups that are part of a lawsuit in the District of Columbia, where they are still looking for a full accounting of their treatment.”

“Judge Walton approved another round of limited discovery in the case and laid out six questions that the IRS must answer, including the employees’ names, why the groups were targeted and how the IRS has tried to prevent a repeat.’

The following was published by Mark Meckler: “Voters put a Republican in the White House in part to impose some belated accountability on the scandal-laden Obama administration. And the supreme scandal was the IRS’s assault on tea-party groups—a campaign inspired by congressional Democrats, perpetrated by partisan bureaucrats like Lois Lerner, and covered up by Mr. Obama’s political appointees. This abuse stripped the right to political speech from thousands of Americans over two election cycles. To this day, no one has answered for it.”

We The People demand this IRS scandal be resolved and it is beholding to the American people that President Trump push for it to be resolved and prosecuted and it is part of the promise Trump made to the American people to clean the swamp but he’s not going to clean up the IRS as long as the IRS leader is Koskinen who has been stonewalling and lying to the Congress from day one. Trump should have pushed for his impeachment from his first day as president because there have been members of the Congress pushing for that to happen. I have written so many times that the IRS is a Gestapo agency that does not belong in a free society. There are so many other ways to collect taxes to enable the United States to have the services it needs to exist such as a flat tax or fair tax for instance without having to resort to a Gestapo type agency that through the years there have been horror stories to the average tax paying American.

Have you noticed that there are so many scandals in the Marxist Obama administration where we have repeated ourselves that certain people must be prosecuted and be brought to justice which means the biggest fish of all of them must be brought to justice, we can’t be always saying just everybody else, there is a big fish here that keeps himself under the radar and it’s high time this fish is hooked and jailed and his name is Obama, come hell or high water!

Nearly Half Of Unemployed Americans Have Stopped Looking For Work Thanks To The Economic Policy’s Of Obama

The liberals, the socialists that they are really make me laugh with their put on. I must admit that they are good at staying on message with their put on and that’s the fact that they are out for the middle class, they are out for the working class in America but nothing could be further from the truth that todays Democrat Party which is a left wing radical organization socialist party that has hijacked the party of the likes of President John Kennedy whom I would call the last real Democrat patriot who served as president. The Democrats talk the talk but they don’t walk the walk that they are out for the middle class. They are everything but and the sooner the average American figures this out the faster the United States will become the economic power it once was but as long as you have Marxist influence in the government all the way to the top which is Obama the United States will never be an economic power again because as much as Obama has been bragging of the fact that he has brought the economy back he in fact has done the opposite because Marxism is out to destroy the United States economy and military because if the economy is suppressed our military will be as well.

“Some 59 percent of those who have been out of work for two years or more say they have stopped looking, the Harris Poll of unemployed Americans showed. Overall, 43 percent of the jobless said they have given up, according to the poll released in conjunction with Express Employment Professionals, a job placement service.”

“This is a tale of two economies,” Express CEO Bob Funk said in a statement. “It’s frightening to see this many people who could work say they have given up.”

The jobless number is somewhere around 97 million now fast approaching 100 million. This is going back to President Jimmy Carter days. This is very bad and people who are in the know do not have to be rocket scientists to know that the economy is purposely being suppressed by Obama. Because if Obama really wanted the economy to come around and get these people back to work all he has to do is open the spigot instead of keeping it closed by regulations through the roof and a high corp. tax of 39.9% the highest in the free world which causes companies to leave our country for better tax conditions because the name of the game is still to make a profit if they are to once again hire and expand.

The transformation of America that Obama talked about in the presidential race of 2008 that nobody of any consequence or the main stream media asked for him to explain why do you want to transform the greatest country mankind has ever known and to what naturally he would never have told them he wanted to transform America to Marxism but that’s what it has been all about and the sooner this Marxist gets out of office the better because we need to bring back to the presidency a president who knows that We The People need the free enterprise system back that Obama for the last seven years has been trying to destroy.

The Federal Judge Who Challenged Obama’s Executive Action On Illegal Immigration Has Told The Department Of Justice Where To Go

If you recall U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen from Texas was the one who challenged and put a stop on Dictator Obama’s executive action on illegal immigration. He did it one day before the executive order was to take place that involved 5 million illegal immigrants. You can imagine the turmoil it would have caused if Obama was allowed to go through with this unconstitutional ruling. First of all the states would not have been able to afford funding for all these illegals considering they would be able to receive the same benefits everyday Americans receive such as health care, housing, applying for jobs, schooling and the list goes on. This is exactly why 26 states sued which made Judge Hanen take his last minute action. In the meantime Obama’s lawyers and the Department of Justice lets just say have been pissing Judge Hanen off with their unorthodox ways of trying to get around him.

In an order that details material misrepresentations made by DOJ attorneys in his court, Judge Andrew Hanen has demanded a full list of illegal immigrants granted benefits in the lapsed time. Hanen then blocked DOJ attorneys from appearing in any court in the 26 states involved until they take an ethics course, and further demanded that Attorney General Loretta Lynch to report within 60 days about how she plans to correct the failures in the Office of Professional Responsibility:”

“The United States Department of Justice … has now admitted making statements that clearly did not match the facts. It has admitted that the lawyers who made these statements had knowledge of the truth when they made these misstatements,” Hanen wrote. “This court would be remiss if it left such unseemly and unprofessional conduct unaddressed.”

If Justice Scalia was still sitting on the bench it was almost for sure that the high court would have ruled 5-4 against Obama on this ruling. We must remember though that if the court rules 4-4 it will be the last ruling that would prevail and that would be the ruling of Judge Hanen with a stop to this unconstitutional ruling of allowing 5 million illegal immigrants to stay in the United States. Yes my Patriots, We The People still have some good people among us who will always protect out Constitution. Thank you Judge Andrew Hanen.

This News Is Huge And Fantastic: A Federal Judge Has Ruled Against Obama Care

This is the news many of us have been waiting for. This is one of the unconstitutional decisions that Dictator Obama did on his own without going to the Congress to get funding for the subsidy spending that Obama gave consent to for Obama Care except for the fact that Congress never appropriated the money for and it is the House of Representatives and only them that have the purse strings to appropriate money under the Constitution. About a year ago then House Speaker John Boehner and the Republican House decide to sue the Obama Administration for unconstitutionally appropriating funds without the consent of the Congress and now a Federal Judge has come down with her ruling- potentially stopping $175 billion in subsidies.

The following was posted by Ed Morrissey, published by Hot Air News “The Obama administration unlawfully paid billions of dollars to insurance providers under the Affordable Care Act without a funding appropriation from Congress, a federal district judge in Washington ruled on Thursday.”

“The insurance subsidies were designed to offset discounts that insurers were required to give eligible lower-income Americans under the health care reform law. U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer said federal agencies could not fund the subsidies through another section of the health care law that allocated money for tax credits.”

“Paying out Section 1402 reimbursements without an appropriation thus violates the Constitution,” Collyer wrote. “Congress authorized reduced cost sharing but did not appropriate monies for it, in the FY 2014 budget or since. Congress is the only source for such an appropriation, and no public money can be spent without one.”

So there you have it, it’s exactly how it should be ruled. If this ruling stands Obama Care will be finished, there will be no subsidies for the people who would be asking to qualify for them because there would be no money. If this happens it will be up to the Republican Congress to come up with a plan that would make sense. The Republicans have promised that they would come up with a better plan more in line with our capitalistic system. There have been a number of ideas such as allowing crossing of state lines for better competition to keep the cost down, vouchers and I always said there was nothing wrong with catastrophic insurance which this should have been added to begin with instead of tearing down the whole insurance industry for this cancer called Obama Care the stepping stone to a single payer system that all the liberals (socialists) in Congress want.

The biggest thing coming out of this ruling if it stands is that once again it shows the dictator tendencies of Obama. If he doesn’t get what he wants from Congress he will do it on his own. That’s not how our checks and balances work and Obama knows it. Just add another one to the criminal actions by Obama. The pile is getting very large.

Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates Said Obama “Double-Crossed” Him

Anyone that follows the United States military as I have and I am sure many of you also is the fact early on I knew something was not right. I said to myself many times how can any Defense Secretary put up with this Marxist president who has shown discontent for our military power. How can anyone such as Robert Gates who was Defense Secretary under President George W. Bush put up with Obama cutting our military budget to post World War II levels at this time of world crises when so many countries want to destroy us? As time went on besides Gates there were resignations of Defense Secretaries Leon Panetta and Chuck Hagel. They all eventually wrote books as to how Obama weakened the military but you see writing books is not the answer. The answer at the time was they had taken oaths to protect the Constitution and to protect We The People from attack and they should have gone to the Congress and inform the Congress that Obama was and still is putting our military in jeopardy with a dangerously low military budget. I understand the fact that someone can say the Congress would have not done anything about it anyway considering they are gutless. But that’s not the point, the point is that when the president is weakening the military they had the responsibility to inform Congress even if it took all three of them to do it together. Writing books about it years later does not protect the United States.

The following was posted by Ed Morrissey, published by Hot Air News: “In a Fox News report Friday that explored the president’s approach to the military, Gates said Obama had promised him that there wouldn’t be any “significant changes” in the defense budget for a while.”

When asked by Fox whether Obama kept to his word, Gates replied, “Well I think that began to fray. ‘Fray’ may be too gentle a word.”

“According to the report, Gates was told to cut hundreds of billions of dollars from the defense budget after already having slashed it.”

“I guess I’d have to say I felt double-crossed,” Gates said. “After all those years in Washington, I was naïve.”

“Baier also talked with Gen. Michael Flynn, former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, who has been much more public about his unhappiness with the man who appointed him to that position:”

“Frankly, the United States of America is in a less strong position today because of the readiness and the size of our armed forces,” Flynn said”I think he sees the military actually as something that is more dangerous to the world,” Flynn added. “I think that he looks at the United States military and sees it as a threatening application around the world, than actually as a useful tool.”

What else do We The People have to see to convince us that there is a traitor in the White House. When countries are out to destroy the United States it’s not the time to be cutting back our military and by allowing this to take place Obama is not honoring the fact that his main duty is to protect We The People. If this is not a treasonous act I don’t know what is.
