This Is Big! Fauci, Biden Officials Have Been Ordered by Judge to Be Deposed in Social Media Collusion Case

This is very big news, and I am sure when the Republicans take over the congress on November 8 this will be high on the list for investigation, it is definitely unconstitutional for the government to collude with the mainstream and social media to collude as to any affairs of state and since Obama and now Joe Biden that’s exactly what has been going on. They use the same narrative and anyone who sways from that narrative social media will censure you as we have been observing. 

The following was posted by Ben Whedon, published by Just the News: “A federal judge on Friday ordered Dr. Anthony Fauci and a host of other Biden administration figures to sit for depositions in a lawsuit over the government’s alleged collusion with media to suppress viewpoints opposed to the government’s narrative.”

“Led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, the suit alleges the Biden administration actively worked with social media companies and encouraged them to censor “disfavored” viewpoints and speakers and consequently violated the First Amendment rights of those individuals.”

“In his decision, U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty asserted that Fauci’s prior public comments in relation to national pandemic policy made him a relevant figure in the case and ordered his deposition.”

Facebook continues to send me a factcheck on anything I share of opposing views on COVID 19 it being a doctor or scientist, and these are experts, but Facebook will not allow views that do not match the Biden narrative, and this is definitely collusion which has never been allowed to happen in the United States of America which goes against the First Amendment to the Constitution and there are heads that will have to roll.

Something Very Devious Has Been Going on Between HHS and Communist China/ Judicial Watch: “New Documents Reveal COVID-19 Vaccine Studies Used by HHS were Conducted in China”

Slowly but surely the truth is coming out as to what role the United States and China had together as to the COVID 19 vaccine. I would like to know what will high tech do when the truth all comes out to prove that in fact the truth was being suppressed in favor of lies that were verified by factcheckers. To this day on Facebook if I was to share an article by a qualified doctor or scientist but if it did not match the narrative of Biden and his cronies which means also Facebook the article would be factchecked when in fact the article was not lying, many times it was just expressing why some procedure was not working. This is slowly all coming out that high tech has been suppressing the truth.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had claimed the name and location of the testing facilities were protected by the confidential commercial information exemption of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).”

“The Biden administration’s stonewalling and shell games about the COVID vaccines further undermine public confidence in these controversial drugs,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Americans are now going to want to know why did the Biden operation try to hide COVID vaccine ties to China!”

This is just the tip of the iceberg that is ready to spill out as to how deep China has been involved with this vaccine. Big Tech’s days of abusing the First Amendment to the Constitution just might be coming to an end. It’s okay for social media to hide behind the First Amendment but when it applies to people who do not go along with the radical, Marxist, Democratic Party of which social media and the Democratic Party are in collusion with each other which is unconstitutional in itself but the hell with our First Amendment rights.  They went so far as to censor President Donald Trump and that alone has made America the laughingstock of the world and it’s one Republican after the other that is being censured and it cannot be more obvious than that, that social media and the Democratic Party have the same agenda. It’s time that the social media have their wings chopped off and in fact it is happening.

“The lawsuit is challenging HB 20, a Texas bill signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott that regulates social media platforms with more than 50 million monthly users, which includes Google, Facebook and Twitter, and says they cannot censor or limit users’ speech based on viewpoint expression.”

 “In his opinion, Federal Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the Fifth Circuit said the platforms argued for “a rather odd inversion of the First Amendment” that “buried somewhere in the person’s enumerated right to free speech lies a corporation’s unenumerated right to muzzle speech.”

“Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say,” Judge Oldham continued.”

My patriots it’s very obvious what has been happening, Joe Biden and his Marxist cronies have been weaponizing the Department of Justice and the FBI to go after conservatives, the First American Movement and MAGA because we are out to protect the constitution whereas the constitution is the thorn in the Marxist’s side and what better instrument can they use to suppress all patriots but the social media.

This is a very important ruling from the Fifth Circuit. The Marxist’s have overreached and slowly they will pay the price and when the Republicans take over the congress on November 8 it will set the stage for the American people to preserve its freedoms. 

The FBI Instructed Its Agents Not to Pursue Hunter Biden’s Laptop per Whistleblower/ FBI Paid Mark Zuckerberg A Visit on Biden’s Laptop

We know that the 2020 Presidential election was stolen with various means in the ballot box by millions of floating mail in ballots and fixed machines that Biden received flipped votes away from President Donald Trump and on top of this the FBI went out of their way to make sure they could make various social media publications not talk about Hunter Biden’s laptop very close to the election besides instructing their agents not to pursue the laptop and polls show that the majority of Americans believe the election was stolen and this will all still come out, it’s just a matter of timing. Twitter censured the story altogether whereas Facebook used factcheckers to suppress readership. 

The following was posted by Emily Crane, published by the New York Post: “FBI officials told agents not to investigate first son Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop for months — vowing that the bureau was “not going to change the outcome of the election again,” according to whistleblower claims made public Wednesday by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.)”

“These new allegations provide even more evidence of FBI corruption and renew calls for you to take immediate steps to investigate the FBI’s actions regarding the laptop,” Johnson wrote in a letter to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz.”

“According to the senator, “individuals with knowledge” had told his office that “local FBI leadership” had slow-walked the laptop investigation after the computer was recovered from a Wilmington, Del. repair shop in December 2019.”

This is what Facebook does, they factcheck your post even if it’s true and warn you if you get too many factchecks it will affect your publications and many of us are still waiting for an apology from FB on their phony factchecking in regard to the hunter Biden laptop story and they are presently doing the same if you share anything that does not agree with the Biden regimes COVID rules. 

We The People deserve answers and you Democrats out there must demand the same questions, so as to save our republic. Who in the FBI is pushing all these directives? is it coming from the DOJ? We are not going to get these answers unless the Republicans take over the House and then the real investigations and prosecutions will begin if America is to continue as a republic and not a socialist state.

How ironic it is that the mainstream and social media kept Hunter Biden’s laptop away from the American people so as to help Joe Biden during the Presidential election of 2020 and now there are leaks coming out of it almost on a daily basis all because weeks ago the New York Times finally admitted that the laptop from hell is legitimate.

The following was posted by Jon Levine and Miranda Devine: published by the New York Post: “Hunter Biden’s closest business partner made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations between 2009 and 2015, including a sitdown with then-Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing.”

“Visitor logs from the White House of former President Barack Obama reviewed by The Post cast further doubt over Joe Biden’s claims that he knew nothing of his son’s dealings.”

“Eric Schwerin met with Vice President Biden on November 17, 2010 in the West Wing, when he was the president of the since-dissolved investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners.”

If you recall before the Presidential election of 2020 the New York Post broke the story of the Hunter laptop but the mainstream and social media censured the story especially Twitter and Facebook was sending out factchecks. Why the NY Times came out with it recently one theory has it, it’s because there is a possible indictment coming out of Delaware for Hunter Biden and they don’t want to be embarrassed or maybe China Joe Biden has become an embarrassment to the radical, Marxist, Democrat Party and this will be an excuse to get him out. Whatever the case may be, this story is alive and running.  

Blockbuster! New York Times: “The C.D.C. Isn’t Publishing Large Portions of the Covid Data It Collects”

One thing that we all can agree on and that is The New York Times is definitely not a conservative newspaper and yet they came out with a blockbuster of found truth that we have all been talking about for a long time and that is that the CDC has been holding back many facts to the American people as though the American people do not have the intelligence to handle it. This does not come as a surprise because we have caught Anthony Fauci in many inconsistencies and lies. 

The following was posted by Apoorva Mandavilli, published by the New York Times: ” For more than a year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has collected data on hospitalizations for Covid-19 in the United States and broken it down by age, race and vaccination status. But it has not made most of the information public.”

“When the C.D.C. published the first significant data on the effectiveness of boosters in adults younger than 65 two weeks ago, it left out the numbers for a huge portion of that population: 18- to 49-year-olds, the group least likely to benefit from extra shots, because the first two doses already left them well-protected.”

“Without the booster data for 18- to 49-year-olds, the outside experts whom federal health agencies look to for advice had to rely on numbers from Israel to make their recommendations on the shots. (After several inquiries from The New York Times about the booster data for that age group, the agency posted it on its website Thursday night.)”

“Tell the truth, present the data,” said Dr. Paul Offit, a vaccine expert and adviser to the Food and Drug Administration. “I have to believe that there is a way to explain these things so people can understand it.”

Social media is included to these misconceptions and that includes Facebook as I will explain the harassment that I go through if I share an article about COVID-19 and when I share an article it is usually written by an expert scientist or doctor but if it doesn’t meet the Biden Marxist regimes talking points their factchecker label it as factchecked and reject the article and then they write me this: “People who repeatedly share false information might have their posts moved lower in News Feed so other people are less likely to see them.” This is the way FB tries to shut you up and prevent the truth from coming out. Now if they do it to me, they do it to many others and I can’t wait to see what happens November 8 after the conservatives take over the congress and the investigations start. Should I expect an apology from FB? Of course, I know the answer but one thing I know for sure, there will be a good chance to split up the social media Marxists.

Judicial Watch finally received documents that had been kept away and those are the ones that were needed to prove that even though the FBI knew the dossier that was provided by Christopher Steele was on shaky grounds of reliability because of the fact Steele had let his hatred of Trump be known throughout the Intelligence Community former FBI Director James Comey still allowed that phony dossier to proceed to the FISA court on four different occasions.

“The partially redacted documents, first obtained by Judicial Watch, also revealed that top Justice Department official Bruce Ohr maintained contact with Steele for at least six months after Steele was fired by the FBI for unauthorized media contacts in November 2016. The records further confirmed that Ohr knew of Steele’s anti-Trump bias before the 2016 election.”

Things Are Looking Up! Governor Abbott Of The State Of Texas Signs Sanctuary City Ban

The left-wing nuts must be going crazy, Governor Abbott of Texas not only signed the bill for a sanctuary city ban but he added a little zingy to it by doing the ceremony right on Facebook live! What the hell are these cities thinking anyway to be allowing criminal illegal immigrants to be getting away of not serving due process, in other words throw them the hell out of the United States. But you see these power hungry mayors and Governors must be getting kick backs to be allowing these rift rafts to be protected within their cities. Now the American people are witnessing first hand on why liberalism (socialism) is a mental disorder.

My patriots, lets hope this catches on like a brush fire. common sense tells me it’s going to be tough considering I believe this has been allowed to go on by these loony mayors and Governors because there must be something in it for themselves in the form I would say of kickbacks to make it worthwhile for them to debunk ICE and the federal government through the years. This has been going on for a long time now but the difference will be that President Trump will not stand behind these sanctuary cities as the Marxist community organizer Obama did. These cities must be shut down even if force has to be used to do so. If the Governors and certain mayors do not want to comply with the immigration laws of the United States I would say there is only one thing left to do and that is “cuff” them!
