Big Tech’s days of abusing the First Amendment to the Constitution just might be coming to an end. It’s okay for social media to hide behind the First Amendment but when it applies to people who do not go along with the radical, Marxist, Democratic Party of which social media and the Democratic Party are in collusion with each other which is unconstitutional in itself but the hell with our First Amendment rights.  They went so far as to censor President Donald Trump and that alone has made America the laughingstock of the world and it’s one Republican after the other that is being censured and it cannot be more obvious than that, that social media and the Democratic Party have the same agenda. It’s time that the social media have their wings chopped off and in fact it is happening. 

The following was posted by Brianna Herlihy, published by Fox News: ” A federal appeals court upheld a Texas law on Friday that seeks to curb censorship by social media platforms. The ruling, a major victory for Republicans who charge companies like Twitter and Facebook are limiting free speech, is a step in a major legal battle that could end up at the Supreme Court.”

“The lawsuit is challenging HB 20, a Texas bill signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott that regulates social media platforms with more than 50 million monthly users, which includes Google, Facebook and Twitter, and says they cannot censor or limit users’ speech based on viewpoint expression.”

 “In his opinion, Federal Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the Fifth Circuit said the platforms argued for “a rather odd inversion of the First Amendment” that “buried somewhere in the person’s enumerated right to free speech lies a corporation’s unenumerated right to muzzle speech.”

“Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say,” Judge Oldham continued.”

My patriots it’s very obvious what has been happening, Joe Biden and his Marxist cronies have been weaponizing the Department of Justice and the FBI to go after conservatives, the First American Movement and MAGA because we are out to protect the constitution whereas the constitution is the thorn in the Marxist’s side and what better instrument can they use to suppress all patriots but the social media.

This is a very important ruling from the Fifth Circuit. The Marxist’s have overreached and slowly they will pay the price and when the Republicans take over the congress on November 8 it will set the stage for the American people to preserve its freedoms.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Said: “Supreme Court Will Soon Have To Address Tech Censorship”

High tech today is protected by section 230 and to explain it simply “the law protects websites from being liable if one of their users posts something illegal or controversial, so you can’t sue Twitter for a tweet someone posted, for example.” This is all well and good but how are you and me protected from high tech which has gone to bed with the radical, socialist, Democratic Party and that also includes the msm for that matter. High tech has determined to scrutinize conservative views where for instance there are still on-going investigations into those six blue states under investigation for rigging the 2020 Presidential election that cost Trump’s defeat and we are not allowed to talk about it, these are on-going investigations, so are we protected with our freedom of speech? I feel like I am living in a communist country.  But this will come to a head because eventually it will go to the Supreme Court.

The following was posted by Allum Bokhari, published by Breitbart: “Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas today outlined a detailed legal argument for why social media companies might need to be subject to strict rules forbidding them from denying service to users for any reason or no reason, including the possibility of designating them as common carriers — which would effectively eliminate their ability to ban or censor users for legal, First Amendment protected speech.”   “However, Thomas indicated that the Supreme Court will soon have to address the issue of tech censorship.”

“We will soon have no choice but to address how our legal doctrines apply to highly concentrated, privately owned information infrastructure such as digital platforms” wrote Thomas.”

High tech social media has gotten out of hand, they have copied the socialist ideology and censor conservative viewpoints  so they need to be split up and section 230 taken away. Our Founders established freedom of the press for the purpose of reporting all the news not just the news they want to report for the purpose of destroying people that don’t agree with their ideology. This has to go to the Supreme Court and I am sure as to how high tech has been presenting themselves in it’s present state the Supreme Court will rule accordingly, especially with Justice Thomas taking the lead. High tech has outlived it’s usefulness to our freedom of speech and so be it; they must pay the consequences before We The People pay and lose our republic to one party rule and socialism which will then eventually turn into communism. We The People must never allow this to happen and that must be the end game, come what may. 

Senator Dianne Feinstein Cry’s Foul When The Tables Are Turned Around

Now isn’t this just hypocritical! Sen. Dianne Feinstein who is all for spying on the American people and against gun rights even has gone so far as to attack bloggers like myself as not being professional and should not have the same protection rights as professional writers in which the Courts have given us all the protections under the First Amendment, is now crying foul of the fact that her Fourth Amendment rights have been violated by the CIA. Its us bloggers who report the news that the main stream media Obama lovers do not report. If it wasn’t for us Obama and his stooges would have full control. Isn’t this a typical liberal(socialist) wanting to take away our freedoms and our free speech is okay until it involves themselves. This would be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic.

This is a remark Feinstein made in regard to the NSA spying on Americans.“What keeps me up at night, candidly, is another attack against the United States. And I see enough of the threat stream to know that is possible. But the way we prevent another attack – and this is tricky – is intelligence. You have to know what’s going to happen, because it’s too late otherwise.” Yes I believe we do need some surveillance as a nation to keep us safe, all nations have it but not to the extent that you need all phone records and all e-mail addresses from all Americans to do so. Don’t tell Dianne Feinstein that until it concerns her little corner of the world.

Dianne Feinstein this morning whined over 40 minutes at a Congressional hearing and her basic theme was this as she said: “The CIA just went and searched the committee’s computers,” Feinstein said, breathlessly. Yes the tables have been turned around, the shoe is on the other foot which ever what way you want to say it. Edward Snowden picked this up right away and he had something to say: “It’s clear the CIA was trying to play ‘keep away’ with documents relevant to an investigation by their overseers in Congress, and that’s a serious constitutional concern. But it’s equally if not more concerning that we’re seeing another ‘Merkel Effect,’ where an elected official does not care at all that the rights of millions of ordinary citizens are violated by our spies, but suddenly it’s a scandal when a politician finds out the same thing happens to them.”

There it is, how can you say it any better. As I stated at the outset of my post in regard to these hypocrites, its okay for millions of Americans to be spied on until it happens to them. How does it feel Dianne Feinstein? It’s very uncomfortable at the least, isn’t it?

Obama Said Not To Listen To Bloggers: Obama, I Am A Blogger!

President Obama said that there are no winners from the Government shut down. I didn’t think that this was all about winners and losers, I thought this was about the survival of the United States. I am sure that to some that sounds so dramatic. I know we all want things to go on without interruptions, life is complicated enough as it is without making something sound like a crisis. You see, it is a crisis; every time you move the debt ceiling the United States is getting closer to economic destruction, especially when you are talking about debt in the trillions. All we hear about is debt and spending out of Obama. You don’t hear about cutting spending, that is not in his vocabulary.

Obama has now a new focus. This is what he said about bloggers: “And now that the government has reopened and this threat to our economy is removed, all of us need to stop focusing on the lobbyists, and the bloggers, and the talking heads on radio and the professional activists who profit from conflict, and focus on what the majority of Americans sent us here to do, and that’s grow this economy, create good jobs, strengthen the middle class, educate our kids, lay the foundation for broad-based prosperity and get our fiscal house in order for the long haul. That’s why we’re here. That should be our focus.”

So with all the responsibility’s that Obama has, like he said grow the economy which he is not doing, create jobs, the only thing that is being created in new jobs are people going from full time jobs to part-time jobs because of Obama Care, strengthen the middle class which is not going to happen under Obama because employers are not going to hire because of Obama Care, and Obama is not business friendly. Where do I stop? I could go on and on. You see, I and millions like me are bloggers. We tell it like it is, Obama only has yes people around him or people who believe the way he does. These are socialist’s. Bloggers like myself and the talking heads on radio and the professional activists are a threat to Obama.

Obama, I will continue to write with facts as to how you are destroying the economy of the United States. Its my First Amendment right that our Founders fought hard to establish for us. The more you show tendencies that do not connect with our Constitution the more I will talk about it and millions like me. You will not shut us up.
