Rep. Devine Nunes Has Filed A $150 Million Lawsuit Against McClatchy For Conspiring To Derail Clinton, Russia Probe

Rep. Devine Nunes is not fooling around, he is going after journalists filing a defamation and conspiracy lawsuit against them who had spread falsehoods. We must not confuse this lawsuit with a $250 million lawsuit he filed against Twitter and one of it’s users back in March. Nunes has warned he is going after all of them and that they should be aware to the fact there will be no backing down. Nunes is on a roll now and it’s full steam ahead for him to expose all this crap to the American people and punishment to come along with it. These journalistic hatred for Trump and conservative outlets have been showing their hatred for a long time now and they finally stepped on a wrong minefield by the name of Devine Nunes.

The following was posted by Gregg Re, published by Fox News: “They need to retract everything they did against me, but they also need to come clean with the American people,” Nunes told Fox News’ “Hannity” Monday night. “Retract all of their fake news stories. This is part of the broader clean-up. Remember, a few weeks ago, I filed against Twitter — they’re censoring conservatives. McClatchy is one of the worst offenders of this. But we’re coming after the rest of them. I think people are beginning to wake up now, I’m serious — I’m coming to clean up the mess.”

“The complaint filed on Monday specifically cited a May 23, 2018 article published by the Fresno Bee and written by Mays, entitled, “A yacht, cocaine, prostitutes: Winery partly owned by Nunes sued after fundraiser event.”

“The article described a lawsuit’s allegations of a 2015 party aboard the yacht involving “25 of the Napa Valley-based [Alpha Omega Winery]’s top investors, all men — [who] were openly using what appeared to be cocaine and ‘drawing straws’ for which sex worker to hire.”

“That same day, Mays tweeted the article, mentioning Nunes in the same sentence as “cocaine and underage sex workers.”

“The complaint also read: “The purpose of the concerted defamation campaign was to cause immense pain, intimidate, interfere with and divert Nunes’ attention from his investigation of corruption and alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 Presidential Election. The substance and timing of the publication of McClatchy’s online articles and the tweets, retweets, replies and likes by Mair and McClatchy reporters demonstrates that McClatchy and Mair were engaged in a joint effort, together and with others, to defame Nunes and interfere with his duties, employment and investigations of corruption as a United States Congressman.”

I have already in previous posts labeled Nunes one of the major heroes of our times who has constantly been on the attack of the Trump-Russia probe and that means non-stop and it is no wonder that liberal (socialist) news outlets were trying their hardest to demeanor Rep. Nunes as he was running for reelection in his Calif. district by some of the means described above to no avail, Nunes won and now he is out for full exposure on these rat finks of lowlifes. We The People Must Stay Vigilant To Put Away The Deep State/ Criminal Charges Are Coming For Two Dozen FBI And DOJ Individuals Per Rep. Devin Nunes

We the people or lets say real patriots must stay vigilant of putting the deep stay away otherwise how would respect ever come back to our justice system after Marxist Obama made a sham of our Justice Dept. to make sure Hillary Clinton got the nomination for President. Where I am going with this is that we must not allow this topic to get boring or lose interest because that’s exactly what the deep state wants for people to say that nothing will ever be done about it.

“The American people need to have confidence in the FBI and the Department of Justice. We are working on the referrals,” Nunes said. “There’s going to be many of them. There are going to probably at least be a dozen if not two dozen individuals, and as we continue to get more information and build these and build them out, we want to make sure that everything is finished before we turn them in.”

We are fortunate to have people in the Congress like Rep. Nunes who will not give up the good fight. He sure as hell is not going around saying that nothing can be done about it. For the sake of our Republic and Lady Justice something must be done about it or just think about it for a moment, what are we to do if we lose our Republic which means our Constitution to socialism and open borders. Nunes isn’t the only one of course who are at war with these traitors they just aren’t as vocal but they are there such as Rep.Jim Jordan, Ted Cruz and others. Mr President It’s High Time To Fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein: It’s The Right Thing To Do

So lets see what we have here on Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. I tell you what we have here is a prime example if you give somebody with evil intents enough rope they will eventually hang themselves. This is the Rosenstein who has defied handing over documents that Congressional committees have asked of him; this is the Rosenstein who wrote the letter to President Trump as to reasons then FBI Director James Comey must be fired and then when Trump did so Rosenstein appoints a special council in Robert Mueller; this is the Rosenstein who signed the fourth warrant to the FISA court by using a fake dossier whose author was Christopher Steele an admitted Trump hater who said that Trump must be stopped from becoming President; this is the same Rosenstein who threatened the Congress that he would have their emails read if they kept warning him on document requests oh that’s right he later said that he was only kidding, sounds familiar doesn’t it?; this is the same Rosenstein who just a couple of days ago the New York Times came out with the story that Rosenstein was advising that Trump’s conversations should be taped by wearing wires to built a case for the 25th Amendment which is to be used for the most extreme consequences and not because the elites do not like the way the President talks or his mannerisms. Oh that’s right, once again Rosenstein said that he was just kidding which means he in fact said it.

The following was posted by Gregg Jarrett Fox News legal analyst, published by Fox News: “Rosenstein should be fired immediately. Proposing to secretly record the president is, at the very least, a violation of regulations that govern a security clearance.”

“Importantly, the entire special counsel investigation should be promptly terminated. This illegitimate probe has been tainted by corruption from the outset, and this is just the latest in a mountain of damning evidence.”

“Rosenstein has been in charge of the Mueller probe. Yet, it is clear that he harbors an extreme bias against Trump. How can anyone now view the investigation as fair, objective and neutral? It is not. It never has been.”

“The special counsel probe has been compromised and contaminated by Rosenstein’s actions, Mueller’s refusal to disqualify himself, the misconduct of former FBI agent Peter Strzok, and the obvious bias of lead prosecutor Andrew Weissmann.”

I understand the argument that if Trump fired Rosenstein it would create a volcanic explosion among the Trump enemies, a very hard decision on the President’s part but I guess that’s why Trump made it to the presidency because the American people knew he could handle such decisions. Now for instance you have Hannity and Gregg Jarrett both on Fox News with opposing views on this issue. You have Hannity saying that it’s a trap set forth by the Democrats that if Trump fires Rosenstein it will set off the explosion in the nation that the socialists are waiting for yet Jarrett states it’s a matter of the right thing to do considering it’s for justice winning out. I agree that public opinion should not supersede bringing in a lawbreaker like Rosenstein.

My opinion is that this weasel Rosenstein who has been tempering with Lady Justice against President Trump since the President took office has to go. Yes the Democrats are going to cry and create a volcano but hell they do that constantly to begin with and by the way as I have mentioned at other times, this should not have to be Trump doing the firing, this should be the job of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, he is in charge of the Department of Justice and this should have been an automatic for him to fire Rosenstein and because he hasn’t has to tell we patriots a lot and that is he just cant get himself to fire the weasel and the reason for that is because he is one of them, the deep state and if Trump has to do the firing of Rosenstein and take the heat for it why he just might as well fire Sessions at the same time, We The People will be better off for it.

It’s Becoming Clear Now: Special Council Robert Mueller Has Put Together A Dream Team Of Prosecutors To Take Down President Trump

Here is what should happen now, Attorney General Jeff Sessions should unrecuse himself on anything Russian and fire Mueller. The mistake had been made early on for Trump not firing Mueller but who would have thought even Trump himself that Mueller would have stopped at nothing to get something on Trump to get him on an Obstruction of Justice charge, the hell with the Trump Russia crap that was just there to cover up the real Hillary-Russia fiasco and the pieces are finally coming together for the American people to see for themselves that the Trump-Russia narrative was all a lie. Don’t look at people like ourselves who constantly stay on the political news of which we stay on top of it constantly. The average American is finally realizing even with the mainstream media that doesn’t cover most of the coverage that has been coming out the last couple of weeks on Mueller’s phony Russian probe but it has reached such a high pitch that lets say it has hit overflow at such high density that a person can not help but realize something smells at Mueller’s investigation and that enough information is out now that Mueller has put enough prosecutors on his staff from the deep state to take Trump down with whatever it takes.

Shut it down.”

“Weissmann is one of many Democratic donors that have been hired by Mueller to work on his probe into Russian election interference. Weissmann gave a combined $6,600 to the presidential campaigns for both former President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.”

“An October New York Times report described Weissmann as Mueller’s “lieutenant” and “pit bull.” A spokesman for the special counsel investigation declined to comment.”

Most of the deep state that Mueller has hired have all contributed to either the Clintons or Obama in the past. Mueller is registered Republican and he has hired mainly all Clinton and Obama operatives on his team. Does this make any sense whatsoever? Like Hannity has said “they are all political hacks”! I haven’t read much about it yet but presumably Michael Flynn who recently declared that he was guilty of lying to the FBI was trapped in some of his questioning by Sally Yates.

I have read that so far this investigation has cost you and me $6.7 million and if you just think about it all this money is being spent in an attempt to take down President Trump the President you and me voted for. We had Marxist Obama for eight years trying to dismantle the United States Constitution and we never heard a peep from these morons and thats because Obama was for the NWO and Trump’s motto is the American people come first just like our Forefathers meant it to be. How many times have I written and we all talked of the fact as to the time former FBI Director James Comey came forward before the American people that hot July day of 2016 to tell us all the negligence’s Hillary had in handling classified emails and a server that she should not have been using out of her home in the first place and then after Comey sent Hillary to the fire on all this he implies that he cant recommend an indictment because no prosecutor would take the case. We patriots knew that this was BS but you have half of the country who doesn’t buy into the fact that Hillary abused any clearance she might have had to make sure she destroyed 33,000 classified emails just to cover up her own rear-end and possibly the Clinton Foundations. The thing I always thought about was the fact Comey could not have been in on this all by himself considering the FBI naturally is a big operation. He had to have some agents on the same page and this is where this new revelation comes in.

“The agent, Peter Strzok, was the deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI, and a key player in the Hillary Clinton’s private email server investigation and the probe into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election.”

“The colleague who Strzok’s exchanged texts with was a top FBI lawyer, Lisa Page with whom Strzok was having an extramarital affair. ”

“The extramarital affair was problematic, these people [Wash Post’s sources] said, but of greater concern among senior law enforcement officials were text messages the two exchanged during the Clinton investigation and campaign season in which they expressed anti-Trump sentiments and other comments that appeared to favor Clinton.”

“Strzok was one of the agents who interviewed Clinton during a 3-hour testimony the weekend prior to James Comey’s speech saying she was careless but recommended that no charges be filed against her.”

Well, well, well, so look at what we have here! It looks to me like people in the FBI conspiring to throw dirt on then candidate Trump. Now isn’t this something, these are the things that you, me and conservatives all over the internet have been suggesting all along. Naturally we patriots still do not know why Comey did not interview Hillary himself, probably because of the fact he would be too embarrassed of what would come out of her mouth and then he would be obligated to classify it and so he took opinions from dirt bags such as Peter Strzok who I am sure Comey knew everybody’s political ideology around him. So convenient to try to get dirt on Trump while the real criminal being Hillary Clinton escaped the noose.

So does this change the narrative of the non-believers? I don’t think so unless they start watching TV news shows that tell the truth such as Hannity and as a matter of fact I challenge any liberal ( socialist ) to watch Hannity and give your brain a truth serum. You see my patriots you know as well as I do this story as all the others that prove what has really been going on with Obama and his DOJ and Hillary get very little coverage in the mainstream media. I would suggest to the people who have been brain-washed about Fox news to start doing a news search of their own if they really love the United States of America. I know most of the liberals I have debated are a lost cause because they eventually will start cussing or call me a racist even though there was nothing in the conversation about racism. What I am saying is we will have to take our country back with or without them because most of them don’t even want to admit that our Constitution is not a living document, our Forefathers have set it in stone and whoever does not acknowledge our Constitution the way it was written is not American. This is why we have a President Trump because real Americans have gotten tired of these people who accept the fact that its okay for employees in the FBI or any of the other intelligence agencies for that matter to try to take an election away from a certain candidate. They have been trying to take down Trump since he was a candidate because they knew he meant what he said that he was going to drain the swamp, and the intelligence agency’s are the main swamp and why is that? Because they are part of the New World Order, when president Trump says We The People come first that must drive the swamp crazy because you see anyone who believes in the New World Order does not believe in our Constitution, just think about it, how could they! You can understand with all these unraveling of revelations why Hillary was so confident she was going to win the presidential election, because they were all criminal. The Clintons also thought they had the election in the bag otherwise they would not have been pulling off all these grievous schemes of theirs with no thought of consequences or maybe I should restate that and say they probably thought in the back of their minds there would be a problem of not revealing facts but say-hay, who the hell is going to lose the election, well not Hillary Clinton the smartest women in the world except she forgot if she was to lose her broom she would lose a lot of her powers. Would Hillary have been more cautious if she even thought there was a remote chance of her losing? I dont know if that would have been the case or not considering in her mind she thought she had the system all figured out, don’t those kind of people always do! I would say the goings on in the Clinton Foundation of Pay for play schemes was so involved by this stage of the game that Hillary had to win or the whole foundation would collapse under its own weight and that is exactly whats happening, there is no money going into the foundation thats even close as before so this obligation I feel made Hillary lose touch of the fact that there was a possibility that she might lose, I mean there never was polling numbers out there that should have made her feel it was a sure bet that she would win.

The stupidly of disclosing $5,000 when in fact Apco gave a million dollars, that is cockiness if I ever saw it, thats like saying catch me if you can and guess what! They’ve been caught. Speaking of which I am sure all you patriots as myself are wondering when the hell is this FBI informant going to testify? I assume the delay is for security reasons and maybe he has testified already and we are still not aware of it. I like his lawyer Victoria Toensing, she is no nonsense and she is the main reason I feel the Clintons are going to pay for all this crap of their treasonous actions just to better their wealth. One thing is for sure as I wrote awhile back, things are going to come out fast from here on end there are four Congressional Committees all investigating these undercover schemes of the Clintons and their Clinton Foundation and I don’t see an escape of their actions. In the meantime everytime I hear of a matter I will definitely keep you all informed. These are the days I have been waiting for my patriots, just an endless stream of information coming in and that always means the criminals are on their last stand.

More Evidence Shown By The FBI Informant: I’m Sure It Has Hillary, Obama And Obama’s Whole Former Justice Department Freaking Out

We are approaching “D” Day when the FBI informant will be taking his stand and present everything he knows to the Congressional committee behind closed doors. I am not happy whatsoever that it’s going to be behind closed doors, I feel that We The People should know and I am sure the excuse for doing so will be because of sensitive material not to be exposed. That’s a whole crock of bull considering people like us who have kept up with all this already know what the sensitive material is and that is the uranium that was sold to Russia. What they don’t want us to know I guarantee you is the wrong doings of Hillary and Marxist Obama by selling the United States of America down the river in a treasonous act of relinquishing our uranium to Russia which uranium is hard to get in the first place. The whole thing that is going to come out of all this is that back then in 2009 the President, the Department of Justice, the FBI and Hillary knew exactly what Putin’s motive was and that was to secure 20% of our uranium for Russia and the treasonous fools that I just mentioned even though they knew Putin’s objective they went ahead and sold our uranium to Russia when in fact if that’s not bad enough Russia can turn around and supply Iran with same and who knows what other country that their prime mission of existence is to destroy America.

“The memos, reviewed by The Hill, conflict with statements made by Justice Department officials in recent days that informant William Campbell’s prior work won’t shed much light on the U.S. government’s controversial decision in 2010 to approve Russia’s purchase of the Uranium One mining company and its substantial U.S. assets.”

“Lawmakers want to know what the FBI did with the evidence Campbell gathered in real time and whether it warned President Obama and top leaders before they made the Russian-favorable decisions, like the Uranium One deal.”

“Campbell engaged in conversations with his Russian colleagues about the efforts of the Washington entity and others to gain influence with the Clintons and the Obama administration. He also listened as visiting Russians used racially tinged insults to boast about how easy they found it to win uranium business under Obama, according to a source familiar with Campbell’s planned testimony to Congress.”

I listed the name of John Solomon’s post above because of it’s deep contents for anyone who might want to read his full article. There are two tremendous investigative reporters on the uranium one issue and that is John Solomon of The Hill and Sara Carter with Circa news. They are seen on Hannity often with major breakthroughs that the mainstream media would never expose to protect their socialist comrades. I give Hannity a lot of credit for sticking with this story from the beginning when nobody was talking about it and now there is almost constant breaking news on uranium one.

Naturally one of the mean reasons the Congress will not allow a public hearing from this FBI informant is can you just imagine the material he would be capable of coming up with that would cause an instant tsunami throughout the United States that would make even many nonbelievers, believers. As far as how I look at it, it would only show the reasons even more so why all us patriots should not trust the top law enforcers in our country such as the FBI and Justice Department that allowed this all to transpire. On top of all this just to make it even worst you have Robert Mueller who was head of the FBI back then closing his eyes to uranium one but now he has the audacity to investigate Trump-Russia. I truly believe that if this FBI informant comes out with explosive evidence against the FBI in the above matter it would give President Trump credence to fire Mueller immediately and the President would be in his right to do so. I will say to President Trump, go for it, fire the treasonous bum!

The 9th US Circuit Court Of Appeals Is Under The Assumption They Know More About National Security Issues Than The President Of The United States

One of the main reasons the American people voted for President Trump was the concern that America was getting more exposed to terrorist attacks of which there were thirteen under Obama. So we have gone from an Obama that was lax on immigration laws to some liberal misfit judge’s out in the West Coast with no access to top secret information on national security that the president of the United States has constantly in his possession to determine the fact of who has rights to come into our country and who doesn’t because of whatever briefing the president received. This court is the most liberal in the country and it has had the most overturned cases against them in the country just to show the point of how liberal they are. Somebody has to remind these liberal judge’s that under the Constitution the president calls the shots on immigration that we have discussed many times in the last few days. Also any non-citizen overseas that these weird judges are attempting to protect, as long as they don’t have their foot in our country they are not protected whatsoever under our constitution.

The opponents to the presidents executive action claim that it would hurt universities, businesses and individuals also they are calling it a ban on Muslims even though there are about forty Muslim nations and this would effect just seven of them. One of the judges even laid claim to the fact that Trump in the presidential campaign talked about banning Muslims from entering the United States which Trump clarified that he was not talking about all Muslims plus the fact the judge’s by law have to go on the Constitutionality of the case they are dealing with without making assumptions as to what somebody in this case being Trump really means or doesn’t mean. It is obvious that these leftist judge’s have made our safety a political issue.

II power to strip lower courts of their assumed jurisdiction to grant rights to any foreign national to enter or remain in the United States against the law, except in the case of explicit statutory preemption of the president’s powers.”

“This, unfortunately, is a necessary action to combat the liberal takeover of America’s court system and reassert America’s sovereignty under the law of nations.”

What’s to become of this socialist ruling by the three people on the 9th Circuit panel is anybody’s guess. One thing I do know is that the liberals (socialists) are still hard at work to take domestic protection away from We The People. Of course I’m not a lawyer but this does not look good for the administration. If it goes to the US Supreme Court they are one justice short as we all know which means that if the decision comes out in a 4-4 tie the ruling will be based on the lower courts ruling.

This will be very interesting to see now that Attorney General Jeff Sessions finally got his confirmation and is fully in charge how this will be handled. I was watching a little of Hannity tonight and it was suggested by his guest Jay Sekulow that what he would do if he was president is make another executive order with an adjustment to the first one. Whatever the case may be this court is acting unconstitutionally and this is what We The People wanted to get away from because we had eight years of it with Obama. We will shortly find out how good Attorney General Sessions is and I am confident he has a bag of tricks.
