States And Cities Cannot Pick And Choose Which Laws To Obey: President Trump Is Cracking Down On Sanctuary Cities Nationwide

I am sure that most conservatives such as I want as little government involvement in our lives as possible but in this case of the sanctuary cities things have been allowed to go too far. What right do states and cities under the Constitution have to close their doors to federal agents to do their job of picking up criminal illegal immigrants is beyond me where they are protected from being arrested, in some cases they are prewarned that ICE will be showing up and not to answer their doors. President Trump has had enough and he is cracking down on the situation by sending nationwide an elite force of border patrol agents.

The following was posted by Adam Shaw, published by Fox News: “The Trump administration is deploying border patrol agents to sanctuary jurisdictions across the U.S. to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) track down and detain illegal immigrants freed by left-wing cities and states.”

“The New York Times reported Friday the administration is sending 100 specially trained officers to work with ICE from February to May. Among the agents are members of an elite unit known as BORTAC — which the Times describes as the SWAT team of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).”

“The push comes amid a broader effort by the Trump administration to crack down on states and cities that implement sanctuary policies. Such policies limit local law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities in an effort to shield illegal immigrants from deportation. Specifically, they refuse to honor detainers — requests that ICE be alerted of an illegal immigrant’s release from custody so they can be transferred into ICE custody.”

These sanctuary cities are the most ridiculous of meaningless intellect I have ever heard of. They have even labeled sanctuary states and the governors and mayors within those states act like they are so proud of it. Oh please, give me a break! If this is where our society is heading it must be stopped and stopped fast and as I have been writing for a long time now governors and mayors have put themselves in a position to be arrested and the federal government have every right to arrest them.

Most people know of this but there might be some who don’t that in 1954 President Dwight Eisenhower established “Operation Wetback” to round up illegal immigrants so this problem is not unheard of but the difference now is that Eisenhower did not have a radical left socialist Democrat Party to content with, I will actually say that the Democrat Party was American then. The numbers that were deported is hard to get, I have heard anywhere between one million to three million and what makes it hard to get the accurate number is that there were millions of illegals that left voluntarily.

We have a President in Donald Trump who is not even talking about rounding them up but you never know what future consequences will lead to. It is not asking much from these governors and mayors to stop breaking the immigration laws of the United States. A President has much authority when it comes to immigration and what I would love to see is arrests to be made with these governors and mayors who think they are above the law and if I was them they have best not push Trump to his limits because the President has the law on his side and he will not be afraid to apply it.

A Third Of Migrants Faked Family Ties With Children To Claim Asylum As Per Rapid DNA Testing

These migrants have been educated no doubt about it as how to get asylum crossing the border even if it’s illegal and that’s with having their blood children to take with them but the thing is what if the children are not blood, what if the children are being used to present themselves as children of parents that are crossing over the border but one thing has been discovered, what if they are not really parents or relatives, I guess these devious migrants have forgotten about the modern day techniques of examinations.

The following was posted by Keith Griffith, published by The Daily Mail: “An Immigration and Customs Enforcement pilot of new rapid DNA testing at the border has found that nearly a third of those tested were not biologically related to the children in their custody.”

“ICE conducted the pilot for a few days earlier this month in El Paso and McAllen, Texas, finding about 30 per cent of those tested were not related to the children they claimed were their own, an official told the Washington Examiner. ”

“The official said that these were not cases of step-fathers or adoptive parents.”

‘Those were not the case. In these cases, they are misrepresented as family members,’ the official said.”

“Current U.S. law and policy means that Central Americans who cross the border illegally with children can claim asylum and avoid any lengthy detention in most cases.”

“US Border Patrol says it has apprehended 535,000 for crossing the border illegally so far this year, with ‘no sign of it getting better.’

“Due to massive strain on the processing system, 40,000 of those have been released into communities, the agency said.”

So many different methods have been devised to illegally cross into the United States southern border and when one uses the term many methods what does that mean? It means overwhelming the system of Border Control and Ice agents and that’s exactly what was meant to happen. Don’t forget there is one group of people if you want to call them that and that is the same group that always takes advantage of situations like these, just ask the Europeans, and that is terrorists.

Even some of the fake msm is finally starting to realize that this is really an invasion to enter the United States with so many different means of doing so mainly by overwhelming the Border Patrol and the procedures that have to be done by ICE and on top of all this as has always been the case of not knowing how many terrorist units have been deployed to cross our southern border and you put this all in a blender and the final taste sucks! President Trump surely has his work cut out for him but he has been willing to tackle it.

The radical left socialist Democratic Party with all the above being said and shown just will not sit down and negotiate a deal with President Trump and the most common reason given no matter where its talked about is because they don’t want to give Trump the credit. Naturally the real reason is that the brain-dead Democrats want open borders and that is a given by now. This must not be allowed to prevail because open borders will surly mean the end of the republic. I have peace in my mind that Trump has a plan to not allow this to happen and I am sure the final plan will be everything goes when the whistle blows, so be it!

For the people who keep on stressing the fact that there is no real crises at our southern border this might raise a red flag in their distorted heads even though there is enough evidence of many goings on over there where it should never have been a discussion but as I hope it has been distinguished by now the radical left Democratic Party doesn’t care because to these liberal, socialist nuts its all about open borders and to spread these illegal immigrants around the country not to Americanize them but to vote Democratic the hell about learning the Constitution. For the people who do not want to believe this just look into how much effort the radical left Democratic Party uses to avoid implementing a voter picture ID. Naturally I can write about this subject and condense it into hundreds of pages of a thesis but for this post we will stay with the revelation of DNA tests reveal suspected fraudulent migrant families were unrelated.

President Trump has called this an invasion and I don’t know what else anyone can call it. You have Mexico that is allowing these illegals to pass through their country even though Mexico has very strict immigration laws so what does that tell you. It tells you they are doing it for the displeasure of the United States for whatever reason, they sure as hell are not allowing these migrants to roam through their country just for the hell of it. I wonder how this would have been handled during the years of early America, are you kidding me, they would never allow people to cross our borders so openly and challenge the authority to stop them. I know what President Trump really wants to do but he is restricted by these liberal appointed judges until it eventually reaches the Supreme Court and in the meantime the socialist are laughing as these illegals crash our borders. Yes it’s true of the fact the Congress must pass a comprehensive immigration bill but the problem is how will this be done if the radical Democratic Party does not want to do so. That is the real question someone must ask. So what eventually must be done? Look up former President Dwight Eisenhower and see how he handled it. Lets call it an assignment.

A Federal Judge Gave President Trump An Important Victory/ Judge Declines To Block Citizenship Question For 2020 Census

US District Judge Dabney Friedrich declined to issue a preliminary injunction requested by a privacy and civil liberties nonprofit group, the Electronic Privacy Information Center.Someone might ask why is it important to make sure the citizenship question be added on the U.S. Census. There are a few good reasons but we can start that it disallows illegal aliens to benefit from their illegal behavior. Why should tens of thousands of illegal immigrants that still carry their allegiance to other countries be counted as the American citizen which as we know will also throw states into different redistricting because the count will be inflated by people who are not really American citizens.

“This is exactly why our Founders assigned control over immigration policy to the federal government. They didn’t want states to artificially inflate their representation by flooding the entire federal union with undesirable aliens. Commenting on the power of Congress (as opposed to states) over immigration, the inimitable Justice Joseph Story explained, “If aliens might be admitted indiscriminately to enjoy all the rights of citizens at the will of a single state, the Union might itself be endangered by an influx of foreigners, hostile to its institutions, ignorant of its powers, and incapable of a due estimate of its privileges.”

“Roger Sherman, among the greatest of all the Founders, noted during the House debate on the Naturalization Act of 1790 that “it was intended by the Convention, who framed the Constitution, that Congress should have the power of naturalization, in order to prevent particular States receiving citizens, and forcing them upon others who would not have received them in any other manner” (emphasis added). Sherman was emphatic that federal control was designed to “guard against an improper mode of naturalization” and prevent individual states from flooding the country with immigrants based on “easier terms.”

“If illegal aliens can permanently distort our representation, debase our franchise, and dilute our political power, there is no sovereignty, republican form of government, or self-respect as a nation-state. If a state can be rewarded for disenfranchising the citizenry of this country and thumbing its nose at our sovereignty, then we have no nation at all. This is why the Democratic Party was so much in favor of excluding the question if you are a U.S. citizen. This will effect sanctuary cities and the funding of because we must remember allocation of federal funds to states are based on census data and naturally the crooked Democratic Party has been dependent on these funds.

It has been brought to light that an illegal now will not answer the question being afraid to do so because ICE will be right around the corner, so naturally if the question is there its the socialists Democrats biggest worry because the funding for that corrupt state will be deflated because the count of the illegals will be way down.

President Trump and his admiration has pursued this ruling and it will be one way of bringing back America on the right tract instead of the United States being controlled by crooked politician’s. Lets say its a start of getting a real count of the real citizens of the United States.

The Declared Socialists Are Coming Out Of The Attics Like Roaches: The Democratic Party Better Start Getting Worried!

Somebody must have turned the lights on in the attics because there are socialists coming out like roaches and thats exactly what they are to begin with. I recall when I started writing on the first candidacy of Marxist Obama I started to use socialist in my vocabulary and there was not too much said about socialism in those days and at times in an exchange with liberals I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about. I knew well enough that Obama was a socialist and when he came out with his slogan that he was going to transform America naturally he never explained how and the mainstream media that had a love affair with him never bothered to ask. Socialism was always there, it just disguised itself as the Democratic Party but now to the discomfort of some Democrats in the Congress they are scared that it might tilt many of the Independents away from going to the voting booths and vote Democrat and my patriots thats exactly what will happen, the Democratic Party have shown themselves to be pure socialists if they call themselves as such or not.

My patriots the only thing that has changed is that the socialist roaches are coming out of the attics whereas in fact Obama and his cronies pushed for the socialist agenda by going far left which the Democratic Party was aiming for years. Former President Bill Clinton tried to show an agenda of being in the middle but those people in their party are long gone, the Democratic Party are all in lockstep as I have mentioned at times, sometimes I see what they are saying on various cable channels and they all sound alike with the MSM sounding no different, they are all robots.

The bulk of the American voters do not want socialism so as far as I am concerned let the fools in the Democratic Party who think otherwise, let them make a spectacle of themselves. November 8th will be open season for the Republicans and Independents to stop them before we see America deteriorate into something that We The People will regret for not going to the polls. We just celebrated July 4th and we must show our Forefathers that are looking down on us that their envision for America is safeguarded and sound. The Good People Of California Are Starting To Revolt: There Are Now 13 Cities Fighting The Insane California Sanctuary Laws

One of my biggest puzzlement is the case of sanctuary cities which does not make any sense whatsoever as to why people in power such as governors and mayors would even want the headache of approving them for their cities and states considering they harbor illegal criminals of which ICE enforcement is not even allowed to take some of these illegals into their custody and send them back. Lets take for instance a reminder of late when the Oakland, Calif. mayor actually warned close to 1000 illegal immigrants that they should lock and not open their doors because she received a tip that ICE was to go and attempt to round them up. Finally in California there are certain cities that have gotten upset about the whole situation and have taken things into their own hands by starting to vote down the ridiculous law of protecting these illegal immigrants considering their moron Governor Jerry Brown has proclaimed California a sanctuary state.

The following was published by Fox News Insider: “The Newport Beach city council voted unanimously earlier this week to challenge California’s sanctuary law, joining a dozen other cities that are not interested in complying with the sanctuary policies.”

“It’s the third city in the past two days to take such action, joining about a dozen others in recent weeks.”

“It’s a tool in the toolbox for our police to help keep criminals off the street,” Newport Beach Councilman Scott Peotter said of the vote against the law.”

“He said the issue is not about opposition to immigrants – as critics allege – but about keeping “illegal alien criminals” from re-entering the community.”

“The sanctuary law is heavily supported by Gov. Jerry Brown (D) and State Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D).”

Naturally I haven’t heard anything much from Brown about this mutiny going on in his state against his sanctuary state proclamation but I am hoping it’s catching on like fire and its definitely good to know that the whole state of California has not gone totally liberal insane. For the life of me I cant understand why the government has not yet cracked down on these officials that have allowed sanctuary cities throughout the United States. These are the things that the federal government should be enforcing rigidly. If some of these mayors and governors are cuffed and sent to jail that will set the example that they just cant take it among themselves to buck U.S. law and of all things its about sheltering illegals that have broken ours laws to begin with just by being here. I can just imagine what our Forefathers would say if they were here to the leaders of these 13 cities that have voted to buck that moron Governor Jerry Brown, our Forefathers would thank them in person for saving them the trouble of a hanging.

California A Sanctuary State has Declared War On The United States Over Illegal Immigration: That Is A Very Big Mistake!

I’m going to go just a little bit back in history to bring us to the present day outlaw state of California. Many years ago when I was young ( don’t even say it! ) the year was 1968 as a matter of fact I was campaigning door to door for the presidency of Richard Nixon. I still have the letter that he signed thanking me for my efforts. After he won his landslide victory for reelection in 1972 he devised a plan that he felt would enable the Republicans to win the presidency from then on end. That plan was to master the Electoral College, something thank the Lord Hillary Clinton ignored, now keep in mind this was back in 1972 to be assessing such statistical strategy. Then we know what changed history and caused Nixon’s downfall, Watergate! One of the states Nixon had for a sure win was none other than California. My gosh have things changed.Can you imagine Nixon looking down from heaven and seeing what California has turned to, a state of which the Governor Jerry Brown is a freak and mayors such as the goofball Libby Schaaf from Oakland whom I wrote about a few days ago who warned illegal immigrants that ICE was coming to arrest them. Now we can’t lay blame totally on the politicians, we must also take into account of the idiots who have been voting for them, naturally there are many illegal’s voting for these morons otherwise they would not be protected with the energy these politicians use. California such a beautiful state is being turned into one big quicksand. People and businesses are moving out and others not moving in. Well this is about to change, President Trump has laid down the law via Attorney General Jeff Sessions to apply the law and naturally this will not end with California, there are also other sanctuary states.

“How dare you?” he said of Schaaf at a California Peace Officers Association meeting in Sacramento. “How dare you needlessly endanger the lives of law enforcement just to promote your radical open borders agenda?”

“The Justice Department, in a federal lawsuit filed Tuesday in Sacramento, is challenging three California laws that, among other things, bar police from cooperating with federal immigration enforcement activities.”

” It wasn’t something I chose to do, but I can’t sit by idly while the lawful authority of federal officers are being blocked by legislative acts and politicians,” Sessions said, straying from his prepared remarks.”

Somebody better remind these sanctuary states that the civil war has ended almost 160 years ago.They are not going to buck the federal government especially when they don’t have an argument. They cannot prevent law-enforcement from doing their jobs of arresting illegal immigrants of which many of the ones they have targeted have broken laws inside the United States, many of which are serious and repeat offenses and are a danger to the communities they reside in. This has to stop and as I have said in various posts of mine if need be start arresting all the way to the governorship. That brain-dead mayor of Oakland was so obvious of her intent to prevent these illegals from being arrested. I hope the authorities will not turn their heads the other way, as I have said in an earlier post she should be the first to be arrested as an example to the other morons who have had the same intentions like herself. I applaud the Attorney General, the crack down has begun and I can’t wait to see the future actions of that moron Governor of California, Jerry Brown. He’s just dumb enough to challenge the government on this issue and like my above title stresses, that would be a huge mistake on his part. See if I care!

Governor Jerry Brown Has Made California A Sanctuary State And Now He Will Regret Doing So Big Time

If you want to see what a liberal ( socialist ) looks like in action you couldn’t have a better example than Governor Jerry Brown of California. He has taken California from a livable state into something that follows Brown’s personality and that is a state with freak overtures. Brown has taken such a beautiful state as California and has made the cost of living there only for people who can afford to be there and if people have that kind of money to be able to survive all its taxes and regulations you would have to be somewhat of a freak to put up with the economic standards and unorthodox ways of living and than you have the people who cant afford to live there but yet they go on and becoming burdensome to the society they have chosen to stay within. Than you have the movement of wanting to break away from the United States and there was one of their states representatives on cable one night stating the fact that the rest of the country considers the way they do things out of the norm so they just might as well leave, well all I can say is adios amigo, whats holding you back!

Just when I thought California had reached the peak of their insanity of taking peoples rights away to blend in with the minority’s they managed to top it all by Governor Brown signing into law making California a sanctuary state of harboring their illegal criminal aliens. What people like socialist Brown get out of falling into this state of affairs of approving their state to turn into a sanctuary state is a case for the shrinks to figure out because there are definitely some loose screws in their brain that is for sure. Why they would not want an illegal criminal alien taken away and sent back to their country is insanity but we know the liberals are insane so thats at least half the answer but this time Brown has taken it too far, he is going to regret turning California into lowlife status.

“Tom Homan, ICE acting director, said SB54 makes California a sanctuary state for undocumented immigrants, including those who have committed crimes, and nearly eliminates all cooperation with local police and its agents.”

“ICE will have no choice but to conduct at-large arrests in local neighborhoods and at worksites, which will inevitably result in additional collateral arrests,” Homan said in a statement. “Instead of focusing on arrests at jails and prisons where transfers are safer for ICE officers and the community.”

These politicians that create safe havens for illegal immigrant criminals where they are protected from being picked up by ICE should be regarded as criminals themselves and arrested. There is no logic of keeping them away from authorities when in fact they should be calling the authorities to plan a smooth transfer for them to be sent back to their countries. Than you have people who say what if their countries don’t want them back and the simple answer is make them, they call it international diplomacy. I am sick and tired as are you of always hearing reasons why these lowlifes should stay in our country. Well the honeymoon is over for these pukes. ICE loves President Trump because he has given them his blessing to do their job which they have not been allowed to do for the last eight years. So I will say to Governor Jerry Brown of California if he tries to defy Trump and ICE, “go ahead make my day”!

Now this should not be a surprise to We The People should it! Obama had the southern border open to illegal immigration throughout his presidency. The Border Patrol was asked to look the other way in most instances that’s why for the first time the Border Patrol went out of its way to endorse a Presidential candidate such as Donald Trump. They were sick and tired of being told not to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. They knew that if Trump didn’t win they would have witch Hillary Clinton and that definitely would not be an improvement in stopping illegal immigration. The immigration laws are on the books its just that Obama and his cronies just didn’t want to enforce them. Why did Obama so openly encourage illegal immigration is because Obama is a product of what he was taught, he’s a Marxist out to change our Constitution and culture. You think these people who have been flooding our borders to take advantage of our entitlements would ever care about our Constitution and our culture, hell no. I have written about this many times, this open border crap is for the purpose of changing our demographics and recruiting future Democratic voters and as we are finding out many of these illegals are already illegally voting for a Democratic president.

There are so many historical events still to take place by the time these future historians have their say about the Obama administration. If and when Obama is convicted of treason and placed in prison it will be an easy call for the historians and that’s what We The People want it to be.

It’s Finally Happening: Attorney General Jeff Sessions Advised We The People Sanctuary Cities Must Obey Federal Immigration Laws

Now here is where I am tremendously flabbergasted and that is why should this subject even be in the daily conversation of the American people to begin with. Having cities that give comfort to illegal immigrants is about insanity in its highest order. I will say one thing that one of the main reason we have Donald Trump as president today and not that Saul Alinsky socialist Hillary Clinton is because of the brain-dead liberals(socialists) supporting the issue of Sanctuary cities. On top of that you had lately two states that wanted to vote in the whole state as a sanctuary state those two states being Maryland and California. My understanding is that the governor of Maryland already stressed that he will not vote for that to happen but California with that nut-job they have as governor over there Jerry Brown I would not be surprised if he debunks this new order put in by Attorney General Jeff Sessions that the Department of Justice will now require sanctuary cities to obey federal immigration laws. If they do not comply, any monetary awards they were previously granted will be revoked.

The following was posted by Scott Erickson, published by The Daily Signal: ” Mayor Javier Gonzales of Santa Fe, New Mexico, argued only months ago that sanctuary cities have no impact on crime, stating, “Study after study [has] shown that sanctuary cities do not lead to an increase in crime because of the presence of people that are undocumented.”

“But a 2014 draft study conducted by ICE doesn’t support the mayor’s notion that sanctuary cities have no impact on crime.”

“The study found that during the observation time frame (January 2014 to August 2014), 8,145 individuals were released from jail after arrest due to their respective jurisdictions declining an immigration detainer request from ICE.”

“Of the 8,145 individuals released, 1,867 were subsequently re-arrested a total of 4,298 times and accumulated a staggering 7,491 charges.”

“So much for the argument that sanctuary cities have no impact on crime.”

I will assume that if there is one governor in the United States who will put the new directive issued by Attorney General Sessions to a test would be Governor Jerry Brown of California or maybe even Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York and don’t forget that communist Mayor de Blasio of New York City. It will be very interesting to see how the United States handles the situation when a state or city defies this new directive. My solution and I have heard it from so many others is not only should they revoke any monetary awards but anybody in a leadership position it being a governor or mayor it should be automatic prison time. We must not allow these nut-jobs to go rouge with the laws of The United States of America. Now someone can say that would not be right because Obama and Hillary are still walking around free. But you must remember one thing, their day of justice is coming sooner than We The People expect it.
