It’s Official Now: DOJ Inspector General Says: “Problems With FBI Surveillance Extended Far Beyond Probe Of Trump Campaign”

The facts keep on coming out about the deep state, they are all there and now they must all be examined for a run to meet up with Lady Justice. This is big news of the fact that problems with FBI surveillance extended far beyond probe of Trump campaign” and that’s a quote”, and that was put out by the DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. What this all amounts to is that the IG did not just find errors in the way the FBI handled the Trump FISA case but the FBI made continuous mistakes beyond the Trump case,which naturally means there was no oversight of which there should have been.

The following was posted by Devlin Barrett and Ellen Nakashima, published by The Washington Post: ” The Justice Department inspector general revealed Tuesday that his investigators found errors in every FBI application to a secret surveillance court examined as part of an ongoing review — suggesting that problems exposed in the bureau’s probe of President Trump’s 2016 campaign extend far beyond that case alone”

“The memorandum issued by Inspector General Michael Horowitz stems from an audit launched last year after his office found 17 serious problems with the FBI’s surveillance applications targeting former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. These interim results seem to indicate that other sensitive counterintelligence and counterterrorism cases have been similarly plagued by mistakes”

“Trump has long decried the FBI investigation of him and his campaign’s contacts with Russians as a politically motivated “witch hunt” aimed at wrecking his candidacy and his presidency, and he and his supporters are likely to embrace the new revelations as further evidence of wrongdoing among former FBI leaders.”

“Tuesday’s findings suggest, however, that the bureau may be suffering instead from broad, institutional weaknesses more than political bias, as problems were found in an array of cases managed by FBI field offices around the country.”

“A key part of the inspector general’s ongoing review has been analyzing documents — known as Woods files — assembled by the FBI to help ensure the accuracy of filings to the surveillance court, which was established by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).”

“The inspector general selected a sample of 29 FISA applications to review — and found problems with all of them.”

I will go along with the fact that the FBI was just a package of errors which naturally this is now a completely different story but that does not mean they did not purposely weaponize themselves to take down Trump as I am sure with this information Trump and his people will use this information to pursue their case that the FBI was out to get him all along.

I get a good a good laugh of the fact that the present FBI Director Christopher Wray has promised the congress in various committees just on the Trump-Russia fiasco he would do a better job at oversight but as we can now see the FBI has been a runaway train of treating cases whichever what way they deemed fit. What I am getting at is it will take a lot more than just Wray promising there would be more oversight. This takes criminal action for the participants, it just doesn’t happen. There is no reason for the FBI to get away from it’s text book of rules and regulations to create a devious setting of doing their own thing for whatever motive depending on the case. My patriots we are continuing to chip away at these traitors, it is all coming out slowly but surely. It’s no longer a question of if justice will be served but when.

We Were Right All Along! FISA Court Has Concluded That The Carter Page Warrants Were Not Valid

It’s about time my patriots, we have been exposing this like it seems like forever that the FISA court was working off a phony dossier that had been presented to the FISA court on four different occasions on Carter Page. How many different times had we stressed why is the FISA court keeping silent on this but for a few wimpers here and there, well they are silent no longer and the court has finally said what we have been saying all along that the warrants to spy on Carter Page were not valid.

“The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court determined in a secret ruling released Thursday that there was no sufficient basis to “establish probable cause to believe that Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power.”

“The warrants were based largely on the infamous “Steele dossier” of unsubstantiated Russian propaganda funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.”

“The FBI’s FISA applications cited information from the Steele dossier to assert that there was probable cause to believe Page was working on behalf of Russia.”

“But Inspector General Michael Horowitz found that FBI agents concealed from the court evidence showing Page was not “conspiring” with Russia.”

“The FBI failed to disclose Page had been an “operational contact” for the FBI and that a “source” for Steele’s dossier disputed its claims.”

All I can say is WOW! This is a bombshell and there will be more. we must not forget the players in presenting these warrants to the FISA court and the key ones who will have a lot to answer is former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

If you recall in past writings of mine I had stressed the fact that the rug is only so big for lies to be thrown under the rug and this phoney dossier FISA court crap is a prime example. All the dirt under the rug has to come out eventually if its not cleaned up and yes there is more to come. We must remember that U.S. Attorney John Durham is still investigating all this and he is not investigating just for the fun of it, believe me!

The FISA Court Had Ignored FISA Abuse For Years Which Only Confirmed They Were Lapdogs Of Obama

I just love the way the FISA court has acted so surprised recently of FISA abuse. They have to be kidding or really think we patriots are stupid more than likely they think we are stupid and all the buzz out there about the phoney dossier would never be investigated. Well the Inspector Generals report put out by Michael Horowitz maybe inasmuch cannot indict it has started round two of investigations by federal prosecutor John Durham who does have the power to indict and he is in the ready to do just that. What the Horowitz report did was make the agenda known and for people who have been following all this know exactly what I mean by that and so do the radical socialist Democrat Party that just dont know what to do about it all accept create something to take away from these headlines which is the impeachment of President Trump.

How many times have you and me talked about the fact when was some judge on the FISA court going to speak up considering it was already being shown to the American public by so many different avenues that the dossier was phony and it went through the court on four different occasions and it was approved with no difficulty whatsoever which means it was rubber stamped. For the people who have been saying that the Horowitz report was just a waste a time here is one main reason it wasnt and that is of the fact the FISA judge was forced to start making excuses whereas she never thought it would have reached this far and what do you know, she is retiring, well she cant run because federal prosecutor John Durham is picking up the baton, now as Jackie Gleason would say, How sweet it is”!

In An Extraordinary Move The FISA Court Finally Speaks Out Against The FBI

One may wonder why after three years of We The People asking what is it with the FISA court, why aren’t they showing their side of the story by accepting four phony dossiers, three by former FBI Director James Comey who just on Sunday admitted he made mistakes and apologized and one by former Assistant Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as to why has the FISA court remained quiet. For one thing the FISA court looks like a court that just rubber stamps everything considering they pass 99 percent of all cases that are sent to them. In the case of the phony dossiers they dont want to become the fall guys considering there is full attention on them over this phony document at present.

Horowitz.”

“The order, from the court’s presiding judge Rosemary M. Collyer, came just a week after the release of Horowitz’s withering report about the wiretapping of Carter Page, a former campaign adviser to President Trump.”

“The FBI’s handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the [Office of Inspector General] report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above,” Collyer wrote in her four-page order. “The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”

How long have we been talking about a phony dossier making it through the FISA court? I feel like I have been writing about it forever and now because it was shown as negligent on the Horowitz report the court is finally showing concern. I will tell you another reason the FISA court is so concerned now is that the same way the Congress created the FISA court they can dismantle it. So my patriots what I say is let them sweat it out!

My Big Takeaway From IG Horowitz During The Recent Committee Hearing: “I Think The Activities Found Here Don’t Vindicate Anybody Who Touched This FISA”

My patriots when Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) sked Inspector General Michael Horowitz if former FBI Director James Comey should be vindicated from his IG report because after all Comey was dancing the victory lap by telling anyone he could reach that he was vindicated by the IG report Horowitch answered as such: “I think the activities found here don’t vindicate anybody who touched this FISA”. WOW! My patriot’s you must realize how powerful that statement is, it means anybody in one way or another who was involved with the FISA fiasco should not feel vindicated. That means anybody who was involved with the FISA court, it doesn’t mean some it means anybody, yes I said it again which also means the whole Marxist Obama DOJ. So all the naysayers out there who I have been telling not to give up hope it is coming closer to the rightful conclusion with the wrap-up being performed by Attorney General Barr and federal prosecutor John Durham.

I am sure that statement has chopped off the wings off of James Comey who has disgraced the rank and file, the good people of the FBI because the FBI as a whole definitely dont need the type of publicity that Comey has brought on upon it. He knows exactly what he did so going around prematurely stressing of the fact that he was vindicated shows you the panic he must be feeling. It will not be long before he will be considered history.

They are really coming out of the woodwork now such as former Attorney General Eric Holder who is badmouthing the present Attorney General William Barr by saying that “William Barr is unfit to serve as the countries top law enforcement officer.” Can you imagine that, this being said by another Marxist friend of Marxist Obama who had been held in contempt of Congress because he would not answer subpoenas in regard to Fast and Furious the sending of guns to Mexico that had one of our border patrol agents killed. This scum has some nerve!

All these treasonous clowns are now sweating it out, dont let the msm fool you who wont even report this news or the clowns giving it a bravado face. They are petrified because of the statement Horowitz made and the fact they know that Barr and Durham do not mess around. Attorney General William Barr And Federal Prosecutor John Durham Have Rightly Taken The Unprecedented Step Of Disagreeing With The Conclusion Of The IG FISA Report

I dont know why I think the conclusion of the FISA report put together by Inspectou Michael Horowitz is a set up just to relax the deep state involved who spied on the Trump Presidential campaign and Marxist Obama who allowed it. For instance former FBI Director James Comey is already taking a victory dance considering the final outcome of the report was yes, there were as many as 17 errors and omissions in the FISA investigation, it concluded that the FBI did not purposely target the Trump campaign, that they had the right to look into it, give me a break! The campaign was spied on and that was the intent to do so and what made it worst Trump was not even notified that there might be Russian infiltration in his campaign which would have been the normal thing to do. Out of the four times that the phony dossier was presented to the FISA court Comey presented it three times so naturally Comey is dancing today but he might be crying tomorrow considering Barr and Durham do not agree with the conclusion of the IG report.

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said in a statement.”

“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.”

“Meanwhile, Attorney General William Barr ripped the FBI’s “intrusive” investigation after the release of Horowitz’s review, saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.”

“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement.”

“Barr expressed frustration that the FBI continued investigating the Trump campaign, even as “exculpatory” information came to the light.”

“It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory,” Barr said. “Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration.”

“Barr said the FISA report shows a “clear abuse” of the surveillance process.”

“In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source,” Barr said.”

In my readings I have concluded that the radical socialist Democratic Party is petrified with the federal prosecutor John Durham. He has the power to indict and he is considered a bulldog and AG William Barr has given his blessings to come up with whatever he feels is warranted and that he will make no waivers. If Comey is doing victory laps now they will be short lived I believe and the whole Obama DOJ gang today if they were not nervous before they are nervous now.

Many years ago someone told me I always have to have what I want, well no shit Sherlock! Like the President has said at times people have gotten hurt just because they were there to serve their country. Those campaign people that were spied on who was to say that Trump was not picked up on phone calls which means now you have a candidate running for President being spied on. This all came about from a phony dossier that Comey and company knew it was faulty and yet it was presented to the FISA court on four different occasions. Maybe IG Horowitz was restricted to a narrow investigation but he still came out with a damaging report but he gave in to the deep state by not recommending indictment to the people who deserve it. I’m Sure All Patriots Knew This Was Coming: Adam (Pencilneck) Schiff Obtained Phone Records On Nunes, Journalist And Others

Adam Schiff has been talking about Russia for the last three years but by his recent antics you would think he was trained in the old Soviet Union. You know how it works, whoever you disagree with look into their personal files in this case obtaining phone records. This is the kinds of people the socialist radical Democratic Party have representing them these days. I assume with the radical left this is okay unless one fine day it might happen to them and then of course the picture will change. People like Schiff and Nancy Pelosi are haters of Trump, I guess I forgot Pelosi doesn’t like to be called a hater except for the fact she agrees with killing babies even late term abortions, because as she says she was raised Catholic, she doesn’t hate anybody. Give me a break! Lets get back on subject.

My understanding was that AT&T is the phone company that released the records and I am sure as the days go by we will find out more as to what gave them the right to release them. To ask Schiff we already know he is a chronic liar so I will not put any weight as to what he says. My understanding is that this is the first time a Congressional member has spied on another. This is getting so bad. What justification would he have except for instance, that the four people he spied on were all representing President Trump in a good light? Well let me tell you something about these socialists, the light will be going out soon. Someone will ask me how am I so sure, well its all in the timing you see, the socialists are timing all this impeachment crap to override any of the reports that will be coming out by Inspector General Michael Horowitz and then some time later by federal prosecutor John Durham, thats the one that will have teeth. There Is A Lot Of Speculation As To What Will Be In The Upcoming Inspector General Michael Horowitz Report On The FBI Spying On The Trump Presidential Campaign

As I am sure all patriots knew that it would happen there is much speculation as to what will be in the upcoming Inspector General Michael Horowitz report. on the Trump Presidential campaign which is presumably due out on December 9th. I have been hearing all sorts of leaks for a long time now and I try to discard them or at least pay attention who the source is. How anyone can guess precisely whats in a 500-to 800 page report is out of tilt as far as I am concerned. In this case its the Washington Post that has come out with the bad news that IG Horowitz and Attorney General William Barr are not seeing eye to eye on one key point in the report but again remember who broke the story, the Washington Post is at the top of the list of Trump haters along with the NY Times.

I am getting tired as are all patriots if the IG report will not be all of what we expected it to be, I am getting tired of the naysayer’s who will be quick with their criticism with their I told you so attitude but lets say whatever this report brings it will be like a roadmap to a final ending, I always believed in happy endings as most of us do and we must remember that the IG does not have prosecutorial powers but there is someone out there who does who has been working with the IG and that is federal prosecutor John Durham and he has been going to other countries such as Italy to gather information and that shows he is someone who is serious about all this and my understanding is that this is the person that the socialist Democratic Party are really worried about.

I know it is very hard to keep an upbeat attitude with all the disappointments We The People have had with the taking down of the deep state. These are all ruthless and cocky people. For instance look at former FBI attorney Lisa Page yesterday pleading of the fact that she is a victim when in fact she is the one with her lover former FBI agent Peter Strzok planned and were laughing about it to take President Trump down. This is how the deep state works, they will go to all measures for the deep state which means its for the New World Order and definitely not the U.S. Constitution. I still believe Lady Justice will prevail in the end because federal prosecutor John Durham has the power to bring people in whereas IG Horowitz lays out the map. I will say the IG report will be devastating for the deep state and if it has a hiccup in it hiccup’s go away. Even these people who are investigators play there games and thats how I look at it all, this is all a game until Lady Justice is served.

Federal Prosecutor John Durham’s Probe Expands Into The Pentagon Office That Contracted FBI Spy Stephan Halper

If anyone thought that the investigators investigating the investigators was just some kind of a punch line to get attention are definitely not taking the investigations of Attorney General William Barr serious and the person that is going deep into the deep state to gather facts. I know much of this can be confusing but naturally it is meant to be confusing. My understanding Durham has made three trips to Italy for various needed pieces to the puzzle because it is definitely illegal to have other countries spy on our citizens so as not to be detected. Investigative reporter Sara Carter once again is bringing forward the latest of this complicated mess.

I wrote in my last post that Inspector General Michael Horowitz and Federal Prosecutor John Durham have become a tag team match with the okay of Attorney General William Barr because Durham being assigned has the power to prosecute. It Is Now Obvious That The Radical Lefts Socialist Democratic Party For Pushing Impeaching President Trump Is A Comedy Act For All America To See

The radial left socialist Democratic Party really have a big problem on their hands and that is the clown act of the proceedings to impeaching President Trump. The American people are starting to see right through it of the fact that their hate for Trump supersedes any reality of impeaching the President. Their witnesses are a joke with second hand information on their part. The thing that comes out in all this is that the Democrats are picking at straws just trying too hard to find that witness to fit a crime. The ratings from the TV viewership is low in respect to what was expected, its just too boring because of the fact the American people are seeing a fast one trying to be put in front of their eyes and the American people do not like freak shows that is for sure unless the viewer watching is a freak themselves of course and there are plenty of those die hard Democrats around but its the Independent voters that they are losing out to exactly the ones that they thought that clown act on our TV screens would have been appealing to.

Another thing the Democrats on this so called impeachment committee better start worrying about and I will guarantee you they are worried of the Inspector Generals Michael Horowitz’s FISA abuse report coming out which will put the impeachment committee’s proceedings on the back burner with all the damaging information that will be coming out of it. The report in my understanding will be somewhere around 800 pages and believe me a report that big will have news in it that the Democratic Party does not want to hear and just around the corner will be Federal Prosecutor John Durham’s report coming out and he has the authority to indict. As a matter of fact maybe the timing of the impeachment hearing’s might have been to overshadow the reports but in fact it will be the other way around believe me.

As I have written before just nineteen hours after President Trump was sworn in as President impeachment talk was started and that is a big giveaway that the whole thing is a farce, in other words Trump has had no peace whatsoever from these socialists to do the peoples business from day one of his Presidency and that is not the way it is in a republic-democracy where you are innocent until proven guilty. This all will bring a landslide come the Presidential election for Donald Trump in 2020 and why am I so sure, because I believe the Democratic Party have shown their true colors to the American people and that is socialism!
