Dictator Obama Is Once Again Attempting To Intimidate The U.S. Supreme Court

It’s not the first time this Dictator has intimidated the Supreme Court. During his State of the Union Address in 2010 Obama chided the Justices for their Citizen’s United ruling where the Supreme Court ruled that the First Amendment protects political speech, whether from an individual or a corporation.

When Obama Care went before the Supreme Court to be decided if it was constitutional or not again Obama made an attempt to intimidate the Supreme Court. Here is part of what he said:

“Ultimately, I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected congress.”

“And I would like to remind conservative commentators that for years what we have heard is that the biggest problem is judicial activism and that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law.”

Does this type of intimidation have it’s effects on the Justice’s? Not if they are following the text of what was presented to them but it’s probably like anything else, it comes down to the spine of any person. It has been said that Chief Justice John Roberts was going to originally vote against Obama Care but eventually voted for it. You decide. There are many posts on the subject.

Now Dictator Obama is once again putting his mouth in action. In King v. Burwell, the case questioning the legality of Obama Care subsidies given to people living in states without state based exchanges Obama said the following: “This should be an easy case. Frankly, it probably shouldn’t even have been taken up,” Obama said.”

“Obama again voiced that confidence on Monday, and urged the court not to rule otherwise.”

“He said it’s safe to “assume” the court will do what most legal scholars expect and “play it straight.” Obama said it has been well-documented that Congress never intended to exclude people who went through the federal exchange.” But they did, they left it out very obviously. The Justice’s have to vote on the text of the law presented not what Obama wants to force them to vote on.

Now how can we not forget what Obama Care architect Jonathan Gruber said who was “infamous for saying the law passed thanks to the “stupidity of the American voter,” has repeatedly said people living in states that do not have their own exchanges cannot receive tax subsidies for Obama Care. He’s argued multiple times the law was set up to force states into setting up exchanges.”

“I think what’s important to remember politically about this is if you’re a state and you don’t set up an exchange that means your citizens don’t get their tax credits.”

Now I would think that during the course of their everyday day lives the Justice’s watch and follow the news like we all do. How can they not see that We The People have been lied too and made fun of once again by Obama and his cronies in this case being the Obama Care architect Jonathan Gruber and Obama has the audacity to scold the Supreme Court as to how they should vote on this case. What the supreme Court should do is commence prison time for this Dictator-In-Chief, never mind pass more lawlessness.

Second Year Penalty For Not Signing Up For Obama Care Is A Shocker

Just a few days ago We The People found out that the main architect for Obama Care Jonathan Gruber was caught on a video bragging of the fact that for Obama Care to have passed the Congress (no Republicans voted for it) they had to lie to the American people about it because the American people are stupid and he was laughing about it. Today House Rep. Nancy Pelosi was asked about this and she said she didn’t even know who Jonathan Gruber was yet an old video was pulled up showing Nancy Pelosi bragging about how good Jonathan Gruber was in regard to implementing Obama Care. Isn’t it something how these socialists constantly lie through their teeth. The American people right from the start, polls showed they did not favor Obama Care and it has transcended to this day being the main reason Obama lost the whole Congress, the House in 2010, and the House and Senate on November 4th, 2014.

The harm has been done. There is just one more chance of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Obama Care, I believe the middle of next year of which they can still rule a thumbs down that subsidies being offered under the law are legal which if the Court rules they are illegal would destroy Obama Care.

In the meantime there is some bad news on the people who have elected not to sign up with Obama Care and that is the penalty they will have to pay is a shocker. The following is from a post by Karen Bleier, published by CBS: “Uninsured Americans who decide not to enroll will face a penalty of $325 per person, more than tripling the $95 penalty those who did not enroll had to pay the first time around.”

“Children under the age of 18 will be fined $162.50. The maximum amount an uninsured family will be penalized is $975 under the flat-rate method.”

“A 27-year-old earning 250 percent of the poverty rate will now have to pay an average of 7 percent more for the lowest-cost bronze plan. The analysis from Investor’s Business Daily found that the lowest-cost silver plan will rise 9 percent and the lowest-priced catastrophic policy will go up by 18 percent.”

Naturally this was done to give people the incentive to get coverage. These people who created this farce of a formula forget one thing and that is these people are not signing up for this cancer of a bill for one main reason and that is they can’t afford the monthly premiums it presents and if that’s the case they definitely will not have the money to pay the penalty at the end of the year to pay to the Gestapo IRS. So what has this accomplished, nothing but raise red flags with the IRS that these people have not signed up and you know what, they never will. Already they have a history of many sign-ups who don’t make the monthly premiums.

So you have the elites like Jonathan Gruber and Obama who think this is a joke, they pulled a fast one on the American people by lying to We The People about Obama Care. I am absolutely sure Obama was not laughing when the votes were coming in on November 4th. So who gets the last laugh Obama! You have now lost the whole Congress which is now putting you in the roll of Dictator-In-Chief because you definitely are not acting like president and on top of that one of two things still might happen with Obama Care, the Supreme Court still might rule against it and one thing that will happen for sure is that Obama Care will eventually collapse under it’s own weight. Are you still laughing Obama!

The Verdict Is Out On Obama Care From The Architect Of The Law

Obama said lately about the defeat of the Democrats in the Mid-Term elections that his policy’s were right but the message wasn’t. Naturally this Dictator-In-Chief is still in denial of the fact that the American people did not understand his message that We The People are stupid, we don’t know the difference between a bad policy from a bad message.

Lets talk about Obama Care. The American people knew right away that it was a bad law. Right from the start The American people did not like this law and it remains unpopular too this day. The Democrats voted for this cancer of a law all on their own, not one Republican voted for it and jammed it down the American peoples throat. Yes, these socialists own Obama Care and they paid deeply for it in the polls and I and many others said that Obama Care was going to be the biggest cause of the Democrats being defeated and it was. It is destroying the whole economy and the American people have said in polls taken that the economy is their number one concern.

There are now some interesting revelations coming to the surface on Obama Care from none other than from one of the Architects of this law, Jonathan Gruber. He is going around running his mouth but when Megyn Kelly of the Kelly file on Fox News invited him on the show for him to explain what I am going to show now he declined. The following is from a post by Katie Pavlich published by Townhall.com: “You can’t do it political, you just literally cannot do it. Transparent financing and also transparent spending. I mean, this bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes the bill dies. Okay? So it’s written to do that,” Gruber said. “In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in, you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical to get for the thing to pass. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

From the same post: “Obamacare in its entirely was “sold” on lies. From the promise to keep your doctor to claims insurance rates would go down, not up — to hiding that the legislation was in fact a tax until of course it was necessary to argue it was a tax to save the legislation at the Supreme Court. Government bureaucrats promising an expansion of care knowing care under Obamacare would be limited, etc. Hell, even the official name for Obamacare, “The Affordable Care Act,” is a lie. Obamacare isn’t affordable. The process through which Obamacare was shoved through and down the throats of the American people happened as a result of Harry Reid changing Senate rules and without the support of voters. The legislation didn’t receive a single Republican vote in the House or the Senate. Also, remember this?”

Gruber said his main objective was to pass the law even if it’s lying to the American people, you see you and I are stupid in Obama’s eyes except for the fact We The People had Obama Care figured out from the beginning. All these lies have come forth from the top. It’s Obama and the Democratic party as I said earlier who pushed it and Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court who voted for it anyway knowing darn well We The People were lied too because to us they were not presenting it as a tax but too the Supreme Court they did. The Supreme Court will get one more crack at voting out this law and I hope Chief Justice Roberts throws out his Benedict Arnold make up and does the right thing this time around.

So getting back to Obama saying it’s the message that’s messed up and not the policy, no Obama, it’s your constant lying to We The People that’s messed up but you know what! You lie so much I don’t think you no longer know the difference. “You lie”. You remember that was yelled out to you once at one of your addresses to the Nation. You haven’t forgotten that, have you Obama!
