The Justice Dept. Has Admitted That The IRS Unfairly Targeted Conservative Groups And A Settlement Will Be In Order: No Deal! It Must Be Prison Time!

Give me a break! The Tea Party was targeted and any name that had a patriotic theme to it and what was the reason, because they dared go after that cancer of a bill named Obama Care which caused Marxist Obama’s lost of the House Of Representatives in 2010 because mainly of the Tea Party making Obama Care a national issue. This lost drove Obama up the wall, so much so that he used the IRS to do Gestapo antics to go after the Tea Party and any groups with the word patriot in it. The IRS took confidence in what they were about to do by the fact Obama would go around the country in various speeches to belittle conservative groups and what better person but to be vindictive on these groups but Louis Lerner who took great pleasure in harassing conservatives because of her hatred for them. We know by now her favorite way of sticking it to the Tea Party was to prolong applications that was asking for tax-exempt status that this procedure was available to both Republican and Democratic parties alike.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the IRS had agreed to a settlement with the groups that were improperly targeted.”

“This admission of guilt was certainly a long time coming. However, Republican lawmakers want more than just a halfhearted apology. On Monday, Rep. Vern Buchanan, chairman of the oversight subcommittee responsible for the IRS, called for the DOJ to revisit prosecuting IRS official Lois Lerner, who in 2013 was the head of the division responsible for handling applications for nonprofit status.”

“Lerner betrayed the nation’s trust yet managed to avoid prosecution,” Buchanan said. “Heads should roll and people should be held accountable for this gross abuse of power.”

“An apology five years after the fact is not good enough,” he added.”

I have written about this a few times in the past and this goes all the way to the top. Lerner would not have been so daring if Obama had not giving his blessings. Just think about it, Lois Lerner just doing this on her own would not be a realistic thing to believe. In my reporting of the past I showed that Lerner was communicating with an Obama aid from the White House. Lerner was not so brave when she went in front of the Congressional committee and kept on pleading the Fifth. Are you aware that Lerner is still receiving pay? Why these scums are continuing to make fun of We The People!

Nothing will be acceptable to all true patriots in a settlement unless Lois Lerner gets jail time. A couple of weeks ago I wrote in one of my posts that Lerner should be one of the ones getting jail time and I am sure there are millions of the American people who feel the same way. To go after patriotic Americans just because Obama was worried that they would sway the outcome of the 2012 presidential election is criminal. As a matter of fact this Gestapo agency that operates by the name of the IRS should have been done away with. They should never have another opportunity to pull a stunt as they did because it’s not impossible by the way because history repeats itself. In the meantime any settlement that concludes without putting Lois Lerner in prison is a sham!

Well What Do You Know! 7000 Obama-Era IRS Documents Just Popped Up Out Of Nowhere!

I’m sure most of you remember that between the years 2010-2012 the IRS targeted Conservative groups such as the Tea Party and groups with the word patriots in it because Obama lost the Congress in 2010 and Obama was petrified of these conservative groups because if he lost the Congress because of them he would surly lose the presidency in 2012 and so he sent the IRS out to harass and stop these groups from continuing their uniformity. Naturally it was Obama via an IRS administration official by the name of Lois Lerner who went out of her way to target these groups in relation to them receiving tax-exempt statues on their small businesses by causing delays from receiving their tax-exempt statues that had been an ongoing procedure with both Republican and Democratic Parties for years. Eventually this all came out and when Lois Lerner testified in front of the Congressional committee she took the fifth. I am sure she took the fifth not to implicate anyone at the IRS and especially to protect the big fish Obama.

The following was published by Conservative Tribune: “Now, more than two years after that request was made, the IRS has magically “discovered” almost 7,000 documents regarding the targeting of tea party conservatives, and what they contain might be damning for former President Obama’s administration.”

“Judicial Watch reported that the IRS announced last week that it had located 6,924 documents that could potentially point to the IRS targeting of conservative groups. These documents are presumably not part of the records contained in the congressional database the IRS created in 2013 to store documents related to congressional inquiries into the scandal.”

“But the IRS has already admitted targeting American citizens to suppress their First Amendment freedoms of association and speech. These new documents could contain even worse assaults on American freedoms.”

You folks have heard me say this many times in various posts about the IRS and I know many of you feel the same way and that is we must stop this Gestapo agency in the United States. There are enough smart heads in the Congress to figure out a way to get rid of the IRS without causing collection injury to our system. The best way would have been a flat tax where the IRS would be needed only for Corporations. There has been just too much corruption from this agency and the way American citizens have been treated by them in various aspects of their collection procedures.

So here is another agency that was surrounded by corruption during Obama’s presidency. You might as well say all the government agency’s were corrupt during the Obama era. Why should they get a free pass. Many have told me that they will never be put on trial to answer for their crimes but I say, they must. This is our chance with Attorney General Jeff Sessions. My common sense tells me a person of his stature and ability was picked by President Donald Trump to do just that. Lock them up and throw away the key!

The IRS Scandal Isn’t Over Yet And The Sixth Circuit Court Of Appeals Has Had Enough

Us patriots have not forgotten the Obama scandals and we are going to make sure Obama is not going to forget them either. All his scandals are bad but the worst of the worst is the IRS scandal of which the IRS went after conservative groups such as the Tea Party and any group with the word patriot in it. Now who can forget IRS Lois Lerner who admitted she despised Republicans and gave the green light to harass these different groups and delay their tax exempt tax requests that have been allowed too both Democrats and Republicans alike.

There are groups that have sued the IRS but it has been held up in the Sixth Circuit Court with delays because every time the plaintiffs have asked for documents the IRS has found reasons not to deliver them. Well if you think that this has become old news to us, the Sixth Circuit Court I would say in very plain language is pissed off of the delays and they want this case over with.

The following was posted by Jazz Shaw, published by Hot Air News: “In closing, we echo the district court’s observations about this case. The lawyers in the Department of Justice have a long and storied tradition of defending the nation’s interests and enforcing its laws—all of them, not just selective ones—in a manner worthy of the Department’s name. The conduct of the IRS’s attorneys in the district court falls outside that tradition. We expect that the IRS will do better going forward. And we order that the IRS comply with the district court’s discovery orders of April 1 and June 16, 2015—without redactions, and without further delay.”

“Fortunately, the court seems to have run out of patience and has ruled that the documents be produced along with all relevant records. I’m not sure how many more appeals the IRS has left before they finally have to come clean, but the end may be in sight.”

I have been saying all along with very much optimism of course that’s it’s the courts who will get Obama eventually the same way it’s the courts that got Nixon and Nixon compared to all the Obama shenanigans looked like a Holy Angel. Obama cannot and will not be allowed to get away with his Gestapo type antics in the United States of America. If Obama loves watching baseball games in Cuba as the world is on fire maybe that’s where we should send him at the end of his presidency, to a communist country because he sure as hell doesn’t belong with We The People.

IRS Commissioner Advised We The People That Illegal Immigrants Will Receive Tax Refunds.

We all knew that the IRS Commissioner John Koskinen was a wise guy the way he answered questions in front of a congressional hearing on Lois Lerner in regard to the harassing of conservatives. Now he has advised in regard to illegal immigrants that they will be able to receive refund checks. As to why he didn’t tell anyone about this here is what this wise guy said and I quote “no one bothered to ask what the tax implications of Obama’s sweeping action on illegal immigration could be.” Aren’t We The People so fortunate to have people like Obama and Koskinen as our leaders with their tremendous integrity for the benefit of America. This clown knew all about this but he kept it quiet because nobody asked him, in other words screw the American taxpayer.

Here we have, 92 million Americans who cant find jobs and we have Obama who has allowed these illegals to come into our country to be given work permits and social security cards. The following is from Megyn Kelly as seen on the Kelly File: “About 7,000 undocumented workers pay taxes using a current taxpayer ID. Now, 7 million illegal immigrants can apply for work permits and Social Security numbers, making them automatically eligible for earned income tax credit.”

“Additionally, illegal immigrants using phony taxpayer IDs can now use new Social Security cards to get refunds for those years.”

This is all so pathetic to what extreme this Dictator – In- Chief will go to, too create Democrat voters. You Obama lovers out there need to think about this and I ask you do you believe Obama is doing this from the goodness of his heart. Give me a break. He thinks this will be an automatic voting block because lets face it these will not be conservative voters who will fend for themselves. These are people who from the start will be given handouts. This is a bribe from Obama to add these people to the Democratic Party. It’s not how when my parents came from Greece for the love of America and the chance to better themselves. That was the motive for my parents and all the parents and grandparents of millions of Americans.

Ted Kennedy started all this in the 1960’s by allowing people to migrate to America from 3rd world countries. “Today the term is often used to describe the developing countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania.” Our country of course was always open to immigrants but it was a privilege not a right. These people who are coming here now think it is their right. Before it was a five year waiting period and you had to be sponsored and you had to prove you had a job. Just look where these socialists have taken this just for the votes. Is this scheme going to work? I think not. Too many things are working against them, the main thing that will go against them is that they will not have love of country and they will not have ambition and some other president will come along such as a Reagan type and close the door of laziness.

The IRS Has Shared 2500 Personal Tax Returns With The White House: Enough Is Enough!

When is there going to be a stand-up politician or private citizen as I have stressed before going to go after this Gestapo agency the IRS and put it out of business in our free society. All these politicians have their pet causes and projects but I don’t hear anybody going after the IRS other than a few seconds of sound bites every now and again. This is big. We The People do not need this corrupt agency. Good heads can come together and come up with a simplified tax structure and get rid of this agency. The only reason possibly it still might be needed for would be for corporations and even there I am sure something can be figured out to rid ourselves of this agency.

I have never seen such ruthlessness being exposed to the American people. First there was the exposure that the IRS was harassing conservatives from applying for tax exempt status that Democrats and Republicans were doing for years. This was done especially for the Tea Party and any organization with the name Patriot in it. This was to intimidate conservatives from going to the polls in the 2012 Presidential election. Then you had Lois Lerner claim that her computer hardware broke down and all the email messages that were sent from her agency were lost of which recently they have all been found.

Now the IRS is going way over the top. They had sent during the 2012 time period somewhere around 2500 personal tax returns to the White House. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out why. We The People have an evil Dictator in the White House that wanted these tax returns for whatever reason that was crossing his mind and believe me I am sure it was for evil intent.

The following was posted in America’s Watchtower: “Less than a week after ’fessing up that it found some 2,500 documents potentially showing that the IRS shared taxpayer returns with the White House, the Obama administration has reversed course and won’t release the trove to a group suing for access.

In an abrupt decision, the Treasury inspector general’s office said that the documents are covered by privacy and disclosure laws and can’t be provided to Cause of Action, despite a promise last week to hand over some 2,500.

Isn’t it pathetic of the reason that was given for not turning the documents over was because of privacy and disclosure laws but they didn’t concern themselves to follow those same laws to break the law to send taxpayers tax returns to the White House. These people in the White House are animals and they have no concern for the laws of our country and our Constitution. They must be stopped and impeachment proceedings must start as soon as the new Congress is sworn in.

The IRS Scandal Is Leading To The Possible Arrest Of Official Lois Lerner/Our Judicial System Will Save The Day

Last week I wrote on my blog that on July 11th U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton would make a ruling as to why the IRS shouldn’t be required to let an outside expert evaluate whether emails on the computer hard drives of former IRS official Lois Lerner and six colleagues really are lost forever. Before I give the Judges decision there have been two developments on the IRS scandal since last week. When developments such as these keep appearing I believe the IRS is heading for a big fall because the cover-up is just too vast to keep under control and that it will all fall apart on these Gestapo’s.

This is one of the lost emails that showed up last week of Lois Lerner’s. “On March 29, 2013, Lerner read a draft copy of IRS Inspector General’s report on the IRS targeting of tea party and conservative groups. On April 9, 2013, Lerner sent the email warning to upper IRS officials to use instant messaging instead of emails.”

The email was part of the documents that were finally turned over to the House committee last week. Those documents were subpoenaed over a year ago and were just now delivered. What this means is that Lois Lerner definitely had a motive to make sure emails did not get out to any investigating committees or to the public. I feel this email is very damaging.

Here is the second development: Posted by Dave Jolly: “This week, Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) introduced House Resolution 6644 which finds Lerner in contempt of Congress. Now, therefore, be it Resolved,

That the Speaker issue his warrant, directed to the Sergeant-at-Arms, or his deputy, commanding him to arrest and take into custody forthwith, wherever to be found, the body of Lois G. Lerner, and bring her to the bar of the House without delay to answer to the charge of contempt of its authority, breach of its privileges, and gross and wanton insult to the integrity of its proceedings, and in the meantime keep the body of Lerner in his custody in the common jail of the District of Columbia, subject to the further order of the House. While in custody, Lerner shall enjoy no special privileges beyond those extended to her fellow inmates, shall not access any computer or telephone, and shall not be visited by anyone other than her counsel, clergy, physician, or family.” This my friends is real, this can be implemented any time the House chooses to do so.

At the beginning of my post I said that Judge Reggie Walton made a decision and he has kept the door open. This from the Associated Press:”As part of True the Vote’s lawsuit, the group wants Walton to appoint an independent expert to investigate the lost emails.”We don’t trust the IRS,” Cleta Mitchell, a lawyer for the group, told Walton.

Before ruling on True the Vote’s request, Walton said he wants information about the inspector general’s investigation. Walton said he wants to know the qualifications of computer experts conducting the investigation. He also wants a projection on when the investigation will be complete. I must advise the readers because everyone does not know what led to the downfall of Nixon during Watergate and that was the judicial system and I believe this is what will happen to all of Obama’s scandal’s. Our Judicial systems will come through.

I have a strong feeling that Lois Lerner will be requesting Legal immunity down the line because as we can see everything is pointing to her and I am sure she is not going to be the fall person for whomever planned this harassment on conservative groups considering the fact it will lead all the way to Obama because he was obsessed with the Tea Party after he lost the House in 2010 to the Republicans. This is getting much too close to home and a win for We The People.

The IRS Email Timeline That Shows Evidence Of Guilt- Get Angry America!

This should not be a Republican-Democrat issue even though Obama and his partners in crime are trying to make it so. Yesterday I mentioned the fact that the IRS were using a service called “Sonasoft,” who are an email back-up archives. To understand this I must show the timeline of these emails which Megyn Kelly of the Kelly File explained on her show.

On June 3, 2011 the Chairman of the House Ways Committee sent a letter to Lois Lerner of the IRS requesting information she might have on the targeting of conservative groups. On June 13th, just ten days later Lois Lerner puts out the word that her hard-drive crashed and all the emails have been lost. People who use computers know that emails are not destroyed when a hard-drive crashes. This happened even though the IRS has a two billion dollar annual budget for modern technology. Here’s where Sonasoft comes in. They were told by the IRS one month after the crash was known that their services were not needed, that’s all well and good but now we have found out that all those backups from 2009 to 2011 have also been lost or gotten rid of with Sonasoft. Isn’t this all a convenient chain of events with the IRS! You tell me now, why should this be the Republicans searching for the truth and the Democrats stonewalling? Is it not the case that it doesn’t matter if you are Republican or Democrat one fine day there might be an audit pending for either one.

Tonight in the House hearings IRS Commissioner John Koshinen of the IRS was asked by Michael Turner R-Ohio that if Koshinen wanted to preserve his integrity he should summons the FBI to investigate these issues or call in a Special Prosecutor of which he wouldn’t do neither. The Democrats who are playing protect Obama can’t really believe that this is a phony scandal, with the timeline mentioned above and the destruction of evidence if they in fact are really destroyed. I don’t think that would sit well with the American people because they know that the IRS is all too powerful as it is and on top of that to be breaking laws would not sit well at all. What has Obama done for the Democrats to warrant this type of support? Nothing. If you and I did something like this to an IRS agent we would be taken away in cuffs. We have a bunch of hoodlums running our country and they are being allowed to get away with all these criminal actions, to protect their own rear end.

This has convinced me that Obama did not win the presidential election. You have the IRS targeting Conservative and Tea Party groups and any organization with the word Patriot in it. It feels like we are living in Nazi Germany. You have dead people voting from all around the country and multiple registered Democrats voting numerous times in countless states all around the country. You have Obama’s and Hillary Clinton’s lies about Benghazi so Obama can continue to use the narrative that Al Qaeda is dead, to help him win the 2012 presidential election. Put these all in a blender and Obama won the election by false pretense. These people running our country are criminals. They all have to be exposed for what they are, hoodlums! On to November!

IRS Scandal Getting Deeper With Lois Lerner- New Emails Uncovered Show Others Involved

Just a quick summary. First we have ex-IRS official Lois Lerner taking the Fifth after she gives an opening statement in front of a Congressional Committee, in which she can’t have it both ways, make a statement and then give the Fifth but she gave it a try. It won’t work in the long run for her.

Next you have high ranking Democrats blowing their horn to the fact that the IRS scandal is a phony scandal and that it should be wrapped up. A leader in this march is Rep. Elijah Cummings top Democrat in the House Committee on Over Sight. Then we find out Cummings lied at a February Congressional Committee about the fact he was coordinating with the IRS whereas he lied by saying he wasn’t but uncovered e-mails showed that he did.

New emails that were obtained by Judicial Watch and first reported by TownHall.com show that Lois Lerner was talking with the Justice Department to go after groups such as the Tea Party seeking tax exempt status. If you recall when this first started Lois Lerner said the targeting was limited to agents working in the IRS Cincinnati field office. I will tell you one thing if I was working in that office I would not allow Lois Lerner or anyone else for that matter to throw me under the bus to take the rap for Lois Lerner. If you recall a couple of agents from that office spoke up and the train started to go down the tracks.

This is from a post by Fox News: In a May 2013 email Lois Lerner responded to a Justice Department inquiry about whether tax-exempt groups could be criminally prosecuted for lying about political activity.

“I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ,” Lerner reportedly wrote to the office of Steven Miller, the agency’s acting director at the time. “He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s [sic] could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who ‘lied’ on their 1024s — saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures.

Now take a look at this! from an email: Nikole C. Flax, Miller’s chief of staff, responded: “I think we should do it — also need to include CI [Criminal Investigation Division], which we can help coordinate. Also, we need to reach out to FEC. Does it make sense to consider including them in this or keep it separate?”

You can see from this email everybody is involved. You have Lois Lerner, the Department of Justice and a Democratic Senator from Rhode Island Sheldon Whitehouse all foaming through the mouth anticipating a kill on conservatives and the Tea Party. Then you get Nikole C. Flax who is all go for the idea. If you ask me this looks like entrapment, departments going out of their way to look for a reason to prosecute. All because they were worried about Obama losing the 2012 presidential election because the Republicans did so well in 2010 to take over the House.

As these emails come out it looks like Lois Lerner will have a lot of company of people taking the Fifth. I don’t think it will do them any good, the proof is in the pudding.

Rep. Elijah Cummings, Democrat Eagerly Wants IRS Scandal Wrapped Up

Rep. Elijah Cummings, Democrat on the House Oversight Committee which is investing the IRS of late has been going around stressing his opinion that the IRS scandal has reached its limits and should be wrapped up. This raised a red flag in my mind as to the timing of this suggestion. I am thinking that now that more information is being discovered on IRS official Lois Lerner with more e-mails being exposed Cummings wants to wrap it up. This sounds like a person that is starting to get worried that the investigation is closing in to the truth.

Catherine Engelbrecht who is the president of her company named True the Vote was represented tonight by her Attorney Cleta Mitchell with Megyn Kelly, of the Kelly File on Fox News. She brought the viewers up to speed in regard to the chain of events that the company went through with the IRS to acquire tax exempt status. Mind you this is the same harassment other companies went through from the IRS.

In the spring of 2012, 18 months after the company applied for this status which normally just takes a couple of months, they were finally approached by the IRS with a questionnaire with about 100 questions. In the fall about 6 months later Rep. Cummings advised that he was going to start his own investigation in regard to the company True the Vote. This is unheard of. The suspicion aroused when the questions put forth by the Cummings staff was very similar to the questions put forth by the IRS. Because of this Attorney Mitchell felt that Cummings and the IRS were coordinating. In February in front of the committee Attorney Mitchell brought up this allegation and Rep. Cummings denied it. After the session True the Vote filed a complaint with the Congressional Ethics Committee.

So now we get to the part as to why Cummings wants this IRS scandal wrapped up and that is because he is part of it. Newly disclosed e-mails show that Lois Lerner and others in the IRS were e-mailing each other to the fact that Rep. Cummings was asking for information from the IRS staff on True the Vote, such as tax returns and any other information they could muster. That means when Cummings denied in February that he did not coordinate with the IRS he lied right in front of a Congressional Committee. What right does he have to ask information presumably from an independent agency such as the IRS on such matters. He has gone beyond his scope of jurisdiction. His involvement is now deep and there is no getting around the e-mails. Rep. Elijah Cummings lied.

They Are Closing In On Ex-IRS Official Lois Lerner

House Speaker John Bainer confirmed with Megyn Kelly on The Kelly File at Fox News that lawmakers are planning to press the Justice Department to consider a criminal case against ex-IRS official Lois Lerner for “misleading the Congress.” It’s quite ironic that behind the scenes Lois Lerner has been talking to the Justice Department but she takes the Fifth in front of the Congressional Committee. It just goes to show you her arrogance, she thinks that she can pick and choose in a criminal investigation with whomever she wants to. Its the same arrogance that she gave an opening statement in front of the Congressional Committee but then she took the Fifth. You can’t have it both ways, but she is a Gestapo working for our only Gestapo agency called the IRS.

Just look at what Lois Lerner has in store for herself which she brought it on. There is a meeting of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee to consider contempt on Thursday, but before that on Wednesday the House Ways and Means Committee will meet to prepare a letter to the Justice Department citing possible criminal activity by lerner.

She is protecting someone and I am sure it goes all the way to the top. The IRS was living in a climate where President Obama was talking negatively about the Tea Party and Conservatives ever since the Conservatives took control of the House in 2010. Obama was obsessed of the fact he lost the House and definitely didn’t want to lose the Presidency. What he couldn’t win in the election he turned loose the hounds of the IRS and Lerner was one of them. They started harassing as we all know by now the Tea Party, Conservative groups and anything with the word patriot in it. It is already known that one person she was sending information to is an Obama appointee.

The American people want this case investigated by a large majority from what the polls show. The IRS with Lois Lerner and others of her kind in that agency went out to intimidate “certain” voters so as to give Obama the election. These voters and millions of Americans who do not go for this dirty game played by Obama and the IRS will be out in full force come November. We will take our country back.
