It’s Time To Get Rid Of The Fisa Court, It Has Outlived It’s Usefulness By Becoming Weaponized

Once the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance known as the FISA court started spying on Americans rather than potential enemies of America it has outlived it’s usefulness. It was established in 1978 mainly to be used in the cold war with the then Soviet Union now Russia against any of their agents that might have penetrated in the United States but later used to track down any terrorists or their groups that had penetrated in the United States but it was not started to be used on American citizens such as then candidate Trump’s Presidential campaign. It other words the FISA court was weaponized against an American citizen and his staff and if that is the case there are only two options either get rid of the FISA court or pass some kind of a law that it shall never be used against American citizens without some stiff penalties being applied.

Republicans are reluctant to renew FISA because of the chronic and pervasive abuse. Democrats, who supposedly care more than anyone about civil liberties, should also be against it.”

“For too long, FISA has been manipulated to violate people’s Fourth Amendment rights. So far, the only reforms offered by the Justice Department, the Court itself, and the specially-appointed independent monitor are nothing but pretend reforms. They are nothing more than a checklist to ensure that government officials are doing what they’re already supposed to do under the law.”

We must keep in mind that the FISA court is still under investigation that how is it that former FBI Director James Comey and the last one was former Deputy Rod Rosenstein were allowed by the court to accept a phony dossier to spy on a Trump campaign associate Carter Page which also means there might have been times in itself when Trump was spied on considering Page must have had conversations with Trump while the spying was occurring and this dossier was used a total of four times.

I understand that in this day and age spying must be done against harmful foreign agents that have settled in the United States by their perspective governments to spy on whatever mission that was bestowed on them. Without some kind of surveillance program against these enemies of America we are sitting naked with no protection via spying that is a necessity to counter this infiltration but it cannot be done with the spying from some political group in America where they can just go to the FISA court and the court just rubber stamps the request on four different occasions whereas if the truth was applied to these request the court would have seen that it was Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party that had paid for the phony dossier. Unless this is corrected it will be necessary to get rid of the FISA court and start over again. The judges on that court have brought this situation upon themselves by having a closed eye to the obvious well I feel this has to be changed and changed fast because we never know who they will spy on next, why they might even be spying on me and that would really make my day!

We Were Right All Along! FISA Court Has Concluded That The Carter Page Warrants Were Not Valid

It’s about time my patriots, we have been exposing this like it seems like forever that the FISA court was working off a phony dossier that had been presented to the FISA court on four different occasions on Carter Page. How many different times had we stressed why is the FISA court keeping silent on this but for a few wimpers here and there, well they are silent no longer and the court has finally said what we have been saying all along that the warrants to spy on Carter Page were not valid.

“The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court determined in a secret ruling released Thursday that there was no sufficient basis to “establish probable cause to believe that Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power.”

“The warrants were based largely on the infamous “Steele dossier” of unsubstantiated Russian propaganda funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.”

“The FBI’s FISA applications cited information from the Steele dossier to assert that there was probable cause to believe Page was working on behalf of Russia.”

“But Inspector General Michael Horowitz found that FBI agents concealed from the court evidence showing Page was not “conspiring” with Russia.”

“The FBI failed to disclose Page had been an “operational contact” for the FBI and that a “source” for Steele’s dossier disputed its claims.”

All I can say is WOW! This is a bombshell and there will be more. we must not forget the players in presenting these warrants to the FISA court and the key ones who will have a lot to answer is former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

If you recall in past writings of mine I had stressed the fact that the rug is only so big for lies to be thrown under the rug and this phoney dossier FISA court crap is a prime example. All the dirt under the rug has to come out eventually if its not cleaned up and yes there is more to come. We must remember that U.S. Attorney John Durham is still investigating all this and he is not investigating just for the fun of it, believe me!

Attorney General William Barr And Federal Prosecutor John Durham Have Rightly Taken The Unprecedented Step Of Disagreeing With The Conclusion Of The IG FISA Report

I dont know why I think the conclusion of the FISA report put together by Inspectou Michael Horowitz is a set up just to relax the deep state involved who spied on the Trump Presidential campaign and Marxist Obama who allowed it. For instance former FBI Director James Comey is already taking a victory dance considering the final outcome of the report was yes, there were as many as 17 errors and omissions in the FISA investigation, it concluded that the FBI did not purposely target the Trump campaign, that they had the right to look into it, give me a break! The campaign was spied on and that was the intent to do so and what made it worst Trump was not even notified that there might be Russian infiltration in his campaign which would have been the normal thing to do. Out of the four times that the phony dossier was presented to the FISA court Comey presented it three times so naturally Comey is dancing today but he might be crying tomorrow considering Barr and Durham do not agree with the conclusion of the IG report.

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said in a statement.”

“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.”

“Meanwhile, Attorney General William Barr ripped the FBI’s “intrusive” investigation after the release of Horowitz’s review, saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.”

“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement.”

“Barr expressed frustration that the FBI continued investigating the Trump campaign, even as “exculpatory” information came to the light.”

“It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory,” Barr said. “Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration.”

“Barr said the FISA report shows a “clear abuse” of the surveillance process.”

“In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source,” Barr said.”

In my readings I have concluded that the radical socialist Democratic Party is petrified with the federal prosecutor John Durham. He has the power to indict and he is considered a bulldog and AG William Barr has given his blessings to come up with whatever he feels is warranted and that he will make no waivers. If Comey is doing victory laps now they will be short lived I believe and the whole Obama DOJ gang today if they were not nervous before they are nervous now.

Many years ago someone told me I always have to have what I want, well no shit Sherlock! Like the President has said at times people have gotten hurt just because they were there to serve their country. Those campaign people that were spied on who was to say that Trump was not picked up on phone calls which means now you have a candidate running for President being spied on. This all came about from a phony dossier that Comey and company knew it was faulty and yet it was presented to the FISA court on four different occasions. Maybe IG Horowitz was restricted to a narrow investigation but he still came out with a damaging report but he gave in to the deep state by not recommending indictment to the people who deserve it. Rep. Devin Nunes Is Playing Hardball: He’s Suing Fusion GPS Over False Media Claims And Bogus Ethics Claims

One of the hero’s of attacking the deep state Rep. Devine Nunes is taking the ultimate route of suing Fusion GPS. What better way is there to round up all the characters involved in the treasonous scheme of attempting to take down the President of the United States Donald Trump but to sue. By Nunes suing it will force discovery and all the corrupt players in the GPS scheme will get exposed for the traitors that they are.

The following was posted by Mollie Hemingway, published by the Federalist: “The former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee sued Fusion GPS and its founder in a sweeping suit alleging conspiracy to obstruct investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 election.”

Devin Nunes, R-Calif., alleges Fusion GPS worked directly with a tax-exempt organization to intimidate and harass him over his investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. That organization, Campaign for Accountability, filed bogus ethics complaints with the Office of Congressional Ethics to sideline Nunes as he investigated Fusion GPS’s role in the false claims that President Donald Trump treasonously colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.”

“Through dogged efforts, Nunes discovered the secret funders of the dossier in 2016 were the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, information that Fusion GPS desperately sought to conceal. The money for the anti-Trump operation that spawned unprecedented surveillance of the Trump campaign, and eventually a sprawling, multi-year special counsel probe that uncovered no collusion, was funneled through Perkins Coie, a Democrat-connected law firm.”

Most of you patriots probably remember Nunes was forced off the case when he was being sued himself as having a conflict of interest in the case until a judge ruled that was not the case whatsoever. When the Republicans lost the House Nunes was asked at times if he would still be able to pursue the phony dossier case because he had lost the House Intelligence Committee Chairmanship and he suggested that he would still be involved to target the treasonous acts of the players and as we see now what better way than a lawsuit because it will force everything to come out in the open as I said above.

If this lawsuit is allowed to commence nobody will be exempt and that will include Marxist Obama and his whole DOJ team because all fingers point to everyone in that web. Believe me the deep state is not sleeping well these days considering there are still pending investigations to be reported on the phony dossier, GPS FISA court fiasco. My patriots this story is not nearly done. We have come a long ways from the beginning that many thought it would never reach this far. It was a high mountain to climb to reach Lady Justice but she is at the top of the mountain saying come on I’m waiting and we must not disappoint her now and it’s patriots like Rep. Nunes who constantly stayed focused and on the attack and he surely has confidence that justice will be served and he surely has my confidence and backing.

Comey Is Doing A Victory Dance After Not Being Indicted But The Fool Doesn’t Realize Lady Justice Is Still Waiting For Him With Open Arms

Former FBI Director James Comey once again is making a fool out of himself doing a victory dance after not being indicted after a very damaging report on him as FBI Director from the release of the Inspector Generals report going so far as to ask for an apology. Give me a break! He should apologize to the American people for putting them through the biggest scandal the United States has ever seen and that is to take down the President of the United States Donald Trump. This report is just the tip of the iceberg as many Republicans in Congress are saying and it is the least of the reports that are coming out that there was any chance of indicting the 6’8″ moron.

If Comey really thinks that people need to give him an apology the moron is beyond reality because he knows exactly what he was doing and that was to take down a President and he signed off on a phony dossier three out of the four times and presented it to the FISA court; Comey never advised the court that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party paid for the phony dossier; Comey lied to President Trump that he was not under investigation when in fact he was and that’s why Comey never went public with it as Trump asked him to because Comey was lying. These are just a few misdeeds by Comey as the list is so very long and this is why I feel the best is being saved for last, just like a good dessert.

The Pieces Are Now Falling Into Place: What We The People Have Known All Along About The Deep State Is Starting To Be Verified Via Investigations

Judicial Watch once again has come through for We The people, in other words the true patriotic Americans. Judicial Watch finally received documents that had been kept away and those are the ones that were needed to prove that even though the FBI knew the dossier that was provided by Christopher Steele was on shaky grounds of reliability because of the fact Steele had let his hatred of Trump be known throughout the Intelligence Community former FBI Director James Comey still allowed that phony dossier to proceed to the FISA court on four different occasions.

“The partially redacted documents, first obtained by Judicial Watch, also revealed that top Justice Department official Bruce Ohr maintained contact with Steele for at least six months after Steele was fired by the FBI for unauthorized media contacts in November 2016. The records further confirmed that Ohr knew of Steele’s anti-Trump bias before the 2016 election.”

“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told Fox News’ “Hannity” Thursday evening. “I know personally there’s a lot more out there.”

There are so many corrupt players in just the dossier and FISA court fiasco alone. We know who most of the players are and we also know it starts from Obama on down which I have written so many times. Award winning investigative reporter John Solomon has broken another story that Inspector General Michael Horowitz will be forwarding a very damaging report about former FBI Director James Comey. How can it not be considering he leaked classified material; from his home to a university professor friend of his who in turn leaked it to the New York Times which triggered the appointing of special council Robert Mueller. To people like myself we would have thought that would be enough to hang this weasel but from what the post of John Solomon stresses the DOJ just might have other plans.

“Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz’s team referred Comey for possible prosecution under the classified information protection laws, but Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors working for Attorney General William Barr reportedly have decided to decline prosecution — a decision that’s likely to upset Comey’s conservative critics.”

“But Comey and others inside the FBI and the DOJ during his tenure still face legal jeopardy in ongoing probes by the IG and Barr-appointed special prosecutor John Durham. Those investigations are focused on the origins of the Russia investigation that included a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant targeting the Trump campaign at the end of the 2016 election, the source said”

One can easily conclude by saying here we go again, another traitor getting off but even though I wont agree if thats the way the decision goes I kind of understand the main meat and potatoes will be the final findings mainly of Comey’s participation of the FISA acts which were big time treasonous of taking down President Trump. Naturally my thoughts is not to let anything escape of the acts of Comey but the way that Solomon talked today on the Hannity show he is confident of the fact that the ending will be very bad for Comey he said in his own words of course. Whatever the case may be it will eventually come down to what we have been saying all along, Comey’s participation of the phony dossier and its presentation to the FISA court to take down Donald Trump, the President of The United States. Investigative Reporter John Solomon Reports Another Fake Dossier Discovered Called “Black Cash Ledger” On Paul Manafort

We all know by now how Mueller and his team tried to beak down Paul Manafort to get information out of him to take down President Trump. They even had this guy locked up in solitary confinement that is used for the worst of the worst.He has never spilled anything on Trump and naturally I will say thats because he never had any information on Trump. They should have known early on that whatever Manafort might have done was for his own business interests considering he has been a world wide wheeler dealer for decades that just had happened to team up with the Trump Presidential campaign because of his political expertise. The document that has gained the most attention has been the phony dossier which was authored by Christopher Steele and finances by Hillary Clinton and The Democratic Party to take down President Trump but now there is another one that has not been talked about called “Black Cash Ledger” to take down Paul Manafort.

“In search warrant affidavits, the FBI portrayed the ledger as one reason it resurrected a criminal case against Manafort that was dropped in 2014 and needed search warrants in 2017 for bank records to prove he worked for the Russian-backed Party of Regions in Ukraine.”

“There’s just one problem: The FBI’s public reliance on the ledger came months after the feds were warned repeatedly that the document couldn’t be trusted and likely was a fake, according to documents and more than a dozen interviews with knowledgeable sources.”

This is oh so very bad, breaking down Manafort’s door at gunpoint in the early morning hours and changing the lives of Manafort and his family over a document labeled the :Black Cash Ledger” that follows in the same path as the dossier document that was presented to the FISA court and that they are phony and the FBI was warned as such. Here again is an example of what evil people such as Robert Mueller do to take you down and that is create whatever document from being phony to something of substance. This is so bad on people who want to enter government, good people who might have some history in the past who understand something of this nature might happen. These are very bad people that need to be brought down and just to think if Hillary would have won life would have gone on as usual with these roaches. What a dreadful thought!

Gary Abernathy Of The Washington Post Said: “Admit It Fox News Has Been Right All Along”

Gary Abernathy who said a few days ago “admit it Fox News Has Been Right All Along” bears much significance and why is that one may ask? Well because he writes for the exceptionally liberal Washington Post who many of we patriots during this Trump-Russia lie know that the Washington Post has constantly been putting Trump under the bus and never taking his side of the story and constantly waiting for another piece of fake news to come out for even themselves to attempt to top it very much convinced that President Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 presidential election. The liberal (socialist) mainstream media were all beside themselves hoping to take Trump down until the Mueller report busted their bubble.

Mueller III was going to prove it. That turned out to be wrong.”

“Along with defending Trump, Fox News hosts such as Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham and, especially, Sean Hannity have been slammed for spending nearly two years clamoring for an investigation of the investigators, aligning themselves with the president’s claim of a politically motivated witch hunt. Most of the media portrayed such accusations as preposterous, designed merely to divert attention from Trump’s alleged misdeeds.”

“But then comes Attorney General William P. Barr, dropping a bombshell last week by declaring during congressional testimony that he thinks “spying did occur” on the Trump campaign in 2016, and that he is looking into it. Democrats and many in the media immediately blasted Barr for carrying Trump’s water. Barr soon clarified his remarks, saying, “I am not saying that improper surveillance occurred. I’m saying that I am concerned about it and looking into it.”

In some of my recent readings I am reading of the fact that there are some liberal (socialist ) outlets though they are not blowing their horns loudly as yet are revisiting the phony Christopher Steele dossier report which most of us know by now started the phony witch-hunt on Trump as it was submitted to the FISA court on four different occasions which is a good sign that probably because of public pressure they are finally coming to reality and they realize the integrity of Attorney General William Barr.

The message has been loud and clear that President Trump has put out the signal to investigate the investigator’s as he has constantly been saying of late that no other president in the future should have to go through with what he had, to bring down his presidency. This was all attempted via lies and deceit which anybody with half a brain knows that Marxist Obama put out the order to take down Trump. I believe that as I am writing this there are four different investigations going on right now to find out where and how this scandal came from. This will not be enough for many of us as to just the where and how, there is a perfect end result for these traitors and it’s called GITMO. Obama is really going to wish he was able to shut the place down if the investigations does it’s job with no outside influence and then and only then will the United States Justice system ever be respected again.

The Clinton Team Kept On Flooding The FBI With Lies On Trump-Russia Until The Lies Were Accepted

As we know what one of the rules of Marxism is always accuse the other party of what you are doing yourself. This is exactly what good old Hillary and her team of lowlifes were doing all along with the FBI, buzzing around the FBI’s heads like pesky mosquito’s until they penetrated. From the beginning when I started writing about the phony dossier that Christopher Steele authored did I mention that fact that it was not Trump-Russia but Clinton-Russia. You know how it goes the truth will come out if there is someone out there to pursue it. There are a few investigative reporters out there who have been doing just that, one of them being Sara Carter and award winning investigative reporter John Solomon and others. Solomon wrote a piece yesterday writing in detail on how the Clinton machine flooded the FBI with Trump-Russia dirt.

“When at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. That’s what Hillary Clinton’s machine did in 2016, eventually getting the FBI to bite on an uncorroborated narrative that Donald Trump and Russia were trying to hijack the presidential election.”

“Between July and October 2016, Clinton-connected lawyers, emissaries and apologists made more than a half-dozen overtures to U.S. officials, each tapping a political connection to get suspect evidence into FBI counterintelligence agents’ hands, according to internal documents and testimonies I reviewed and interviews I conducted.”

“In each situation, the overture was uninvited. And as the election drew closer, the point of contact moved higher up the FBI chain.”

“By mid-September — less than a month before Election Day — there likely was agitation inside the Clinton machine: After so many overtures to the FBI, there was no visible sign of an investigation.”

“Simpson and Steele began briefing reporters with the hope of getting the word out. It is taboo for an FBI source such as Steele to talk to the media about his work. Yet, he took the risk, eventually getting fired for it, according to FBI documents”.

“Baker, the FBI’s top lawyer, testified to Congress that he was clearly aware Simpson’s team was shopping the media. “My understanding at the time was that Simpson was going around Washington giving this out to a lot of different people and trying to elevate its profile,” Baker told congressional investigators.”

“Ohr, through his contacts with Steele and Simpson, also knew the media had been contacted. In handwritten notes from late 2016, Ohr quoted Simpson as saying his outreach to reporters was a “Hail Mary attempt” to sway voters.”

“The next and final overture came from one of Clinton’s top acolytes in Congress.”

“Then-Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, having been briefed by then-CIA Director John Brennan on the Russia allegations, sent a letter to the FBI in late October demanding to know if agents were pursuing the evidence. Before long, the letter leaked.”

“The political pressure from Team Clinton had come from many directions: State, Congress, Justice, a top Democratic lawyer.”

In the meantime with all this criminal activity going on with Hillary and her team putting out a false narrative with the FBI who was special council Robert Mueller appointed to investigate Trump-Russia. Well how convenient is this, Marxism at it’s best. Blame the person of the same thing that you are doing yourself. There is something else that is going unnoticed here my patriots and that is that word that the elites will never use as going on in the United States of America and that is the word coup. There has been a small coup going on in our country or lets say it started small after candidate Trump won his parties nomination for President of the United States and then it got big with the Clinton Machines lies and a phony dossier going to the FISA on four different occasions with the information in it being never verified as to its true perspective that in fact it was paid for by the Clinton campaign.

This was all done on a private citizen it being Donald Trump who with all the deep states efforts to take him down still became President of the United States and till this day they are still trying to destroy the presidency of Donald Trump yet you get the elites out there who will say to you that can never happen in America. Well someone must ask these elites if this isn’t a coup what the hell is? The fools will give you many dumb answer’s possibly might even call you a racist which they usually do when you put them in a corner. Well if this isn’t a coupe I dont know what is. A coup that is leading the United States to becoming a banana republic. Are we patriots going to allow this to happen! Hell no!
