Electoral College Wins Over The Popular Vote As Ruled By A Federal Appeals Court

How clever our Founding Fathers were by giving the infant America the Electoral College. They knew from that early time of our nation that someday that there just might be a few states with mass populations and the rest of the states would need representation and we see it happening today that without the Electoral College we would only have a handful of states calling the Presidential election most of which are blue states that are turning socialists so what would happen to the rest of the states may I ask? What would happen is that the Presidential candidates would ignore them and run mainly in those populated states which would create a great injustice to the rest of the nation. Our Founders took care of that problem manly because they had the foresight and common sense to realize that this could be the possibility some day. We have had some states wanting to undermine our Constitution and our Founding Fathers by trying to eliminate the Electoral College but a Federal Appeals Court has ruled on the issue.

The following was posted by Gregg Re, published by Fox News: “In a major blow to state-by-state progressive efforts to effectively replace the Electoral College with a nationwide popular vote, a federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that presidential electors in the Electoral College have the absolute right to vote for presidential candidates of their choice.”

“Democrats have increasingly sought to erase the Electoral College’s influence by promoting state laws that would force electors to vote for the national popular vote winner — and those laws were now in jeopardy as a result of the court’s ruling, legal experts said.”

“The Electoral College system is established in the Constitution. When voters cast a ballot for president, they are actually choosing members of the Electoral College, called electors, who are pledged to that presidential candidate. The electors then choose the president. Electors are selected by state parties at nominating conventions, and generally consist of party leaders, activists, and other luminaries.”

“However, a constitutional amendment eliminating the Electoral College would require two-thirds of both the House and Senate to approve the measure, along with three-fourths of state legislatures. Alternatively, Congress could hold a national convention and states could host ratifying conventions, but a two-thirds majority would still be necessary.”

I have already heard on a couple of different occasions President Trump stressed of the fact that if the Presidential election was decided on the popular vote he would just have had to change the method of his campaigning which of course that means he would have been campaigning in the most populous states and both candidates would be ignoring the rest of the country which is how I started this post. This is never going to happen considering how difficult it would be to eliminate the Electoral College as I showed in the paragraph above which would require two-thirds of both the House and Senate to approve the measure, along with three-fourths of state legislatures. All I can say is nice try socialists, It’s never going to happen!

The Electoral College Is What Makes The United States A Republic And It’s Going To Stay That Way!

The latest one to make an issue out of the Electoral College is Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, seeking to represent New York’s 14th Congressional District is calling for the abolition of the Electoral College and why she is saying that I don’t think she knows, whoever is pulling her strings slipped into one of her speeches one day and it has become her policy and I truly believe she doesn’t even know what the Electoral College is except wanting to get rid of it and make the popular vote our presidential election’s main voting procedure but on the other hand you have good old Hillary lately making the same argument as to wanting to abolish the Electoral College, sour grape’s herself but not as much being sour grapes as wanting to make the presidency of Donald Trump seem illegitimate to the eyes of many which makes the hatred of the President even more so and that’s exactly what the socialists did to George W. Bush when he won his first election against Al Gore in 2000 even though the Electoral College is the real selection process put forth by our Forefathers that distinguishes the United States a Republic instead of a Democracy. I will talk more about this later.

Williams, published by Townhall News: “The Founders saw our nation as being composed of sovereign states that voluntarily sought to join a union under the condition that each state admitted would be coequal with every other state. The Electoral College method of choosing the president and vice president guarantees that each state, whether large or small in area or population, has some voice in selecting the nation’s leaders. Were we to choose the president and vice president under a popular vote, the outcome of presidential races would always be decided by a few highly populated states. They would be states such as California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania, which contain 134.3 million people, or 41 percent of our population. Presidential candidates could safely ignore the interests of the citizens of Wyoming, Alaska, Vermont, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Delaware. Why? They have only 5.58 million Americans, or 1.7 percent of the U.S. population. We would no longer be a government “of the people”; instead, our government would be put in power by and accountable to the leaders and citizens of a few highly populated states.”

Many of our Forefathers actually did want only the popular vote and many wanted only the Electoral College as Alexander Hamilton was adamant on only the placement of a full Electoral College. From The Daily Signal: ” Alexander Hamilton defended the Electoral College in Federalist 68. He argued that it was important for the people as a whole to have a great deal of power in choosing their president, but it was also “desirable” that “the immediate election should be made by men most capable of analyzing the qualities adapted to the station, and acting under circumstances favorable to deliberation, and to a judicious combination of all the reasons and inducements which were proper to govern their choice.” So what we are saying here is if it was up to Alexander Hamilton we would not have a popular vote for President today and what happened was our Forefathers compromised to have both methods placed and as has been experienced the Electoral College determined the end result of the Presidency only four times.

It is obvious why are Forefathers are considered so smart. If they would have set up a system of Electoral College only or if they had set up a system of popular vote only to determine the election of the presidency America would never have survived as a nation. This way it’s always been reminded “if it isn’t broken don’t fix it.”

It’s Long Past Due To Bust Up The Democrat Party’s Corrupt Machine

Today the sore losers in the Democratic party must be taking all their uppers to withstand the Electoral College and its members making it official by casting their obligated votes from We The People to President-elect Donald Trump. The American people if they were in doubt before witnessed singlehandedly the extremes the liberals (socialists) would take to get their way as though this Electoral College just started yesterday. All this fuss about Hillary winning the popular vote when in fact take the voter fraud out of the numbers and I will guarantee that Trump would have won the popular vote also. The election for president is to win over each individual state. Look at it this way, it’s an election of individual states that are all held in one day but our Forefathers set it up as such so as not to allow what would have happened in the present election and that is just about four to six states would be in the equation for the presidency with the other forty- four or so would feel disenfranchised with the people feeling there would be no purpose for them voting. Another thing the sour losers forget is the fact that if the winner was just the outcome of the popular votes and no Electoral College Trump would have run a much different campaign applicable to just those few states in the running and I am confident Hillary would have been no match in that condition also and Trump once again would have creamed her because as we all know by now Hillary is not a peoples person.

You know that old cliché “where there’s smoke there’s fire?” Well there has been smoke for many years now I would say even decades that the Democratic party cheats on their elections, actually they have it down pat and like I said in some of my other posts if it wasn’t for their cheating they would never win a national election. Lets throw all the wood in the fire and see the smoke and cheating that’s created on voting by illegal immigrants I would say the biggest piece of wood. Now lets throw in the balance of the wood in the fire being dead people and non citizens. All this wood through the years has created a lot of fire and all this smoke and fire must now come to an end and this is one of the reasons the Clinton and Obama machines were dreading a Trump victory and that is this fire is going to be put out.

Voter ID is intended to stop voters from misrepresenting themselves not crooked poll workers from fiddling with the ballots after they’ve been cast. Voter ID is not enough. The real solution to the problem of voter fraud is to break the backs of the corrupt urban Democratic machines that run most of our big cities. That won’t be easy of course, and it will be downright impossible as long as Loretta Lynch and her Department of “Just-Us” is around to protect them. The current administration views any effort to restore integrity to our chaotic elections as a furtive attempt at disenfranchising minority voters. Apparently not allowing minorities to cheat is a form of racial oppression.”

“Not that I expect Senator Jeff Sessions, Trump’s nominee for attorney general, to single-handedly squash the corruption. I would however like to see him get out of the way so that state-level officials—attorneys general, inspectors general, secretaries of state, or whoever—can conduct some real investigations and start tossing fraudsters in jail where they belong.”

“We don’t have much time. There are midterm elections in two years and another presidential election two years after that. If the Democrats learned anything from their 2016 debacle it’s that they didn’t cheat nearly enough. Next time they’ll really cheat their asses off—worse than Bill Belichick, I mean.”

The squeeze is on, the Republicans now hold an all-time high of 68 out of 99 state legislative chambers and also have control of both chambers in 33 states. “State-level officials—attorneys general, inspectors general, secretaries of state, or whoever—can conduct some real investigations and start tossing fraudsters in jail where they belong.”

In a very short two years there will be Congressional elections upon us once again where Democrats will have 22 seats up for re-election. If President-elect Trump can turn the economy around by then where people are going back to work and companies are expanding which would mean plentiful new jobs then the Democrats can lose even more seats. The Democrat machine will be boxed into a corner and then we will see all this cheating by the Democratic Party be history and America will rid itself of the worry of socialism in our grips because the whole Democratic Party as it stands today is all about converting the United States of America into a socialist state, that is why they got rid of the moderate and conservative wing of their party. Now they have the likes of the Clintons and Obama’s leading the pack. President-elect Trump is going to educate their sheep and they will be overrun by the same sheep they were in control of and only then will the United States no longer have a threat of losing out to socialism. God listened to We The People’s prayers and we must never forget that because we came so close to losing our country which would have happened if we had the student of Saul Alinsky as president, Hillary Clinton.
