Chief Justice John Roberts Is Still Living Up To His Nickname Of Benedict Arnold And I Am Sure More Is To Come!

President Dwight Eisenhower had once said that the worst decision he had made as President was to appoint Earl Warren as Chief Justice to the Supreme Court and if President George W. Bush had any guts he would come out and say the same as to his appointment to the Supreme Court Court of John (Benedict Arnold) Roberts who is more concerned with playing nice,nice with the socialists on the Supreme Court rather than to follow the Constitution of our land, another moron who will lift up his finger to see which way the wind is blowing but in the meantime giving the U.S. Constitution the middle finger as he did when he went out of his way to allow Obama Care to continue by his own definition of the law at the last moment.

“This week he created the majority joining with the liberals to bring about a very good day for those who perform abortions and run abortion clinics and a very bad day for women’s health and for babies who lose their lives in that process,” he said.”

My understanding is that this week there will be another ruling on Obama Care yet I dont believe it will be the one of elimination and I could be wrong but whatever the case will be it should always be an automatic as to how the Chief Justice will vote and not wondering if he will be appeasing the integrity of the court, because only in his own mind he knows what integrity of the court means whereas in fact he should be respecting the Constitution of the United States. Lets just hope he doesn’t give his middle finger to the Constitution again which means its the same as giving it to We The People!

It Has Finally Happened, The United States And The Taliban Sign A Peace Agreement And Now The Test Begins: Will It Last!

Last week I wrote that there was a good chance that a peace deal would be signed in America’s longest war in Afghanistan that President George W. Bush had a chance to have Afghanistan defeated in a clean sweep 19 years ago but diverted his attention to Iraq instead. With much American money and blood lost all these years the United States and the Taliban signed a peace agreement today but the big question of course is will the peace last or will it go on the wayside as other deals of this nature have gone in the past.

Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad and Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Taliban’s top negotiator and one of its founders, signed the deal in Doha, Qatar, where peace talks between the United States and the terrorist organization have been on and off for more than a year.”

“Keeping America safe from terrorism and reducing the burden of the Afghan war has been at the center of the Trump administration’s strategy throughout this process. The Trump administration believes this agreement advances those goals.”

“We call on the Taliban to abide by their commitments as outlined in the agreement with the United States, to include maintaining the ongoing reduction in violence across the country,” Esper said. “As intra-Afghan negotiations progress, the United States will watch the Taliban’s actions closely to judge whether their efforts towards peace are in good faith. If the Taliban uphold the agreement, the United States will begin a conditions-based reduction in forces.”

“Under the agreement, 8,600 of the current 13,000 American troops stationed in Afghanistan will be pulled out of the country in the next 135 days. During that time frame the United States, its allies and members of our coalition will proportionately reduce its forces and withdraw all forces from five military bases.”

The United States with President Trump has shown the world that terrorist leaders can be targeted to take them out by different means it being domes, Navy Seals, or any number of other American special forces. Trump has even mentioned that if America had to go back in again it would. The point of the matter is America does not have to keep a police action team in Afghanistan with thousands of troops to keep the peace.

That word “longest war” should never have been. The United States right now is probably the strongest military the world has ever known and to be lingering in a war that could have been ended years ago is ridiculous. It has taken President Trump to have the leadership to finally say lets bring our men and women home and so be it!

The Congress Cannot Take Away The Ability Of The President Of The United States To Make Instant Decisions To Safeguard American Citizens

Crazy speaker of The House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi is at it again with her radical socialist Democrat Party wanting to strip President Trump of instant decision making because she claims any President must go through the Congress with the fool forgetting or not realizing that if passed it would also apply to any future Democrat President. In today’s age of missiles, drones that Marxist Obama just loved to use often enough or lets say a missile is on its way to the United States how the hell would President Trump or any other future President be able to convey some committee at the spur of the moment it being that most of them just like to hear themselves talk in the first place with nothing getting done. This request is insanity in the first degree and the more these socialists continue to act in this fashion the more they are losing the Independent voter.

I can just picture one of our Founding Fathers and first President of the United States coming back in some time machine and watching Pelosi and her comrade socialists at their best nonsense. The United States Embassy was attacked in Baghdad Iraq now just picture President George Washington being advised he would have to notify House Speaker Nancy Pelosi before he made the decision to send in troops to protect its American citizens in the inside of the American Embassy in Baghdad Iraq that was under attack. I assume that if there was a declaration of war from the Congress to begin with the President would be able to do what needs to be done as President with no questions asked considering it was coordinated with the Congress. There have been three non-declared wars in my lifetime that should have been. The Korean War which was a UN action President Harry Truman at the time; the Vietnam war President Lyndon Johnson at the time; both Iraq wars President George H.W. Bush in the first and President George W. Bush in the second and the Afghanistan War President George W. Bush. These should have been declared wars.

The Congress cannot have it both ways, relinquish its declaration of war responsibility and at the same time complain when the President in this case being Donald Trump attempting to handcuff him from performing his duties which is his number one duty, to safe guard the safety of the people of the United States. President Trump has talked against war all through his life so he is not one to just start sending missiles all over the place. As usual Pelosi and her socialist radical Democrat Party is putting hatred for Trump over love of country, yes these people are sick! No other way to explain it! The other way to explain it is that President Trump stands in the way of converting the United States into complete socialism. My patriots thats what its all about and thats why there’s so much hatred but they can hate all they want, Trump has We The People behind him, lets say we are the real patriots and the radical socialist Democrat Party can just stick it and they will in November!

If It Is Proven That Iran Was Behind The Saudi Oil Fields Attack The United States Must Take Action

If Iran was in fact involved behind the Saudi oil fields attack the United States must take action. Whats ironic is we have rightly so a President in Donald Trump who does not want America involved in any future wars the same way that President George W. Bush was forced to make war against Afghanistan when our World Trade Center came under attack that was planned by bin Laden who was holding out in Afghanistan. Bush ran for President with the theme there would be no nation building under his Presidency but when your nation comes under attack all things change. President Trump is under the same scenario of not involving the United States but if in fact Iran did do this it shows that they are on their way to attack America and Israel in the future and they are throwing in Americas face that they are developing the means to do so.

The formula still stands, there is no way out, either we have war over there or we are giving Iran time to hit us over here in our home land. The President definitely will have a big decision to make but I surely would not want that decision to be made when we are advised to take cover because there are missiles coming on there way.

Iran is holding the cards for war or peace but I know as we all know hatred takes over any sound thinking. Iran is very dangerous and they are getting wind of the fact that there are millions of people in their own country especially the young who are getting sick of their own countries attitude. Iran is being pushed against the wall by all channels and you know what happens when a mad dog feels its under attack. I have been saying for years now that eventually the United States will have to create some parking lots over there and if Iran attacks the United States with missiles thats exactly what will happen. It’s best to stop Iran’s destructive movement now because they surely will not stop on their own. I am confident that President Trump will use sound judgement on whatever has to be done. He is a lot smarter than his enemies make him out to be. We The People are very fortunate to have him as President of the United states!

Federal Judge Upheld President Trump’s Use Of “Short-Term” Health Plans Over Obama Care

One of the biggest complaints about Obama Care that were oh so many to begin with was that it was too expensive and people were stuck with accepting the whole package such as for instance men having to carry pregnancy clauses because it was there and that is only one example. Why couldn’t there be a “short-term plan where people can just pick and choose? Well for one thing that is not what socialist’s do or offer you see, it’s all equal with no deviations and of course we all know by now Obama Care was meant to fail for a “single payer” system. All people had to do is observe how the Veterans Administration was being run to realize that a government “single payer” would be too overwhelming for the government to control, the only thing they would control out of it is you and me.

“Not only is any potential negative impact from the 2018 rule minimal, but its benefits are undeniable,” wrote Judge Leon, an appointee of President George W. Bush.”

“The short-term rule was one of Mr. Trump’s biggest moves in the wake of the GOP’s failure to repeal and replace Obamacare with a better program.”

There is a court case coming up now whereas Obama Care has been ruled unconstitutional where upon once again it will more than likely wind up at the U.S. Supreme Court but the problem is that Chief Justice John (Benedict Arnold) Roberts had allowed Obama Care to live on in the past more or less by Roberts defining the lawsuit with wording that allowed it to pass on as law but this time around it has been said that Obama Care is pretty much on it’s death bed.

This should have been taken care of when the Republicans under Trump had control of the whole Congress but as we all know by now when the final vote was cast Senator John McCain went out of his way to cast the deciding vote which was a thumbs down for getting rid of Obama Care even though while campaigning for Senator from Arizona he always promised that if he ever got the chance he would vote for the repealing of Obama Care as had others.

All people have to do is look up the socialist countries that have socialize health care and the waiting time to have something major done such as a hip replacement for instance especially for seniors who have to wait in back of the younger people. When Obama Care first came out Sarah Palin labeled it controlled by death panels because of the fact it wasn’t who’s next but what age was the patient. As I had written many times before the United States had the best health care system in the world where people from all over the world would come and utilize it. That didn’t look to me like a health care system that needed change. If anything was to be changed and I have been saying it for years was to add to it a decent catastrophic clause rather than destroy the whole plan. But you see Marxist Obama had his agenda to socialize our health care system and eventually it would become a “single payer” system. Once again the Democratic Socialist Party went against the wishes of the American people and passed the Affordable Care Act which there was nothing affordable about it and actually that’s what gave us The Tea Party because of the anger of the American people over Obama Care. As always it was for power over you and me and the American people today are getting a good taste of the socialism that the Democrats have as their Presidential candidates are pushing free health care for all! Give me a break!

Joe Biden Continues To Defy Reality By Stressing The Fact “China Is No Big Deal”/ Biden Has Been Wrong On National Security Decisions For Decades

Sleepy Joe Biden has come through again with his lack of intelligence of the fact he stated China is no big threat to the United States but it also reminds me of the time during the 2012 presidential debates when Mitt Romney mentioned the fact that at that time he considered Russia a big threat to America and Marxist Obama made a big joke out of it and as we have seen the radical left has been talking about Russia for the last two years. I assume Biden does not feel that “China’s espionage, theft of trade secrets and forced technology transfer amount to the greatest illegitimate transfer of wealth in human history; I assume Biden does not feel that “China spends its newfound wealth on military and influence operations that undermine the U.S.; I assume Biden does not feel that creating man-made islands in the South China Sea for future military bases is a big deal as all the others I have mentioned. Biden has been making bad decisions for decades and it looks like he still has that problem.

I am pretty sure that sleepy Joe Biden will not get the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination to begin with considering the radical left what’s their kind to run and Biden surely is not one of them but even if he was President Trump would defeat him easily. One thing is for sure Biden had not been of sound mind when it came to national security. It’s okay to be wrong some of the time but not all of the time.

The Electoral College Is What Makes The United States A Republic And It’s Going To Stay That Way!

The latest one to make an issue out of the Electoral College is Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, seeking to represent New York’s 14th Congressional District is calling for the abolition of the Electoral College and why she is saying that I don’t think she knows, whoever is pulling her strings slipped into one of her speeches one day and it has become her policy and I truly believe she doesn’t even know what the Electoral College is except wanting to get rid of it and make the popular vote our presidential election’s main voting procedure but on the other hand you have good old Hillary lately making the same argument as to wanting to abolish the Electoral College, sour grape’s herself but not as much being sour grapes as wanting to make the presidency of Donald Trump seem illegitimate to the eyes of many which makes the hatred of the President even more so and that’s exactly what the socialists did to George W. Bush when he won his first election against Al Gore in 2000 even though the Electoral College is the real selection process put forth by our Forefathers that distinguishes the United States a Republic instead of a Democracy. I will talk more about this later.

Were we to choose the president and vice president under a popular vote, the outcome of presidential races would always be decided by a few highly populated states. They would be states such as California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania, which contain 134.3 million people, or 41 percent of our population. Presidential candidates could safely ignore the interests of the citizens of Wyoming, Alaska, Vermont, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Delaware. Why? They have only 5.58 million Americans, or 1.7 percent of the U.S. population. We would no longer be a government “of the people”; instead, our government would be put in power by and accountable to the leaders and citizens of a few highly populated states.”

Many of our Forefathers actually did want only the popular vote and many wanted only the Electoral College as Alexander Hamilton was adamant on only the placement of a full Electoral College. From The Daily Signal: ” Alexander Hamilton defended the Electoral College in Federalist 68. He argued that it was important for the people as a whole to have a great deal of power in choosing their president, but it was also “desirable” that “the immediate election should be made by men most capable of analyzing the qualities adapted to the station, and acting under circumstances favorable to deliberation, and to a judicious combination of all the reasons and inducements which were proper to govern their choice.” So what we are saying here is if it was up to Alexander Hamilton we would not have a popular vote for President today and what happened was our Forefathers compromised to have both methods placed and as has been experienced the Electoral College determined the end result of the Presidency only four times.

It is obvious why are Forefathers are considered so smart. If they would have set up a system of Electoral College only or if they had set up a system of popular vote only to determine the election of the presidency America would never have survived as a nation. This way it’s always been reminded “if it isn’t broken don’t fix it.”

After The Commencement Of The War In Afghanistan 16 Years Ago No United States President Should Have To Still Be Talking About It In A Presidential Address

What a terrible day that was September 11, 2001 which I remember exactly what I was doing (can’t talk about it) as well I am sure you patriots remember as well, how the hell can anyone forget, I would compare it to the assassination of President John Kennedy in it’s tragicness of somber state. The whole country got behind President George W. Bush in sentiment and wanting to do something about it such as kick ass! Bush and the military put together a plan that made sense considering Bin Laden was using the country that we were about to attack as a safe haven and that country was Afghanistan and that’s where the first mistake was made whereas our invasion was a complete success except for the fact if Bush would have continued the campaign in Afghanistan to it’s fullest conclusion we would not have been talking about Afghanistan today where another United States President as in Donald Trump had to be in the White House today to explain to We The People as to his objective to end the war but what happened was that Bush took is eye off finishing the victory march into Afghanistan and decided to invade Iraq. That was the time to go for the kill considering the United States had the support of the whole world behind us as to the way we were attacked. Don’t get me wrong, when we entered the war against Iraq I gave it my fullest support which I always would but yet in the back of my mind I knew we had not finished the war in Afghanistan.

Then along came mankind’s gift to the world Obama. He gave us an intellectual assessment in modern warfare straight out of Harvard University, get a load of this now, do you remember him telling We The People Iraq was the dumb war and Afghanistan was the good war. Sounds like grade school! Naturally Obama had campaigned against the war in Iraq so in his simple mind he could not support it even though by the fool backing out of Iraq he allowed ISIS to flourish. So in Obama’s simple liberal intellect mind one war was good and the other one was dumb even though The United States has been under attack and to let up our efforts in either war guess what happens, we have what we have today President Trump going on national television having to explain to We The People the game plan for Afghanistan.

“The speech made clear he is keeping U.S. troops in the country – he said they will “fight to win” – and scrapping any consideration of a hasty withdrawal.”

How will this differ from the failures of Obama? I would say one obvious way and that is Trump has a trust in his military people who get paid to do just that and that is win wars. If you recall Obama went through three Defense Secretaries, and countless generals which means it was Obama’s way or the highway. Trump is a student of history and he knows enough that if you have the right people, take in the information they give you, digest the information and come to a conclusion of victory not appeasement to your political base, winning wars are done by sound strategy and fast conclusions once the information has been digested and you recall once Obama got the information it took forever for him to make the decision, the gutless, yellow-belly, spineless wimp that he was. President Trump has now put forward the plan and the execution of the plan begins. This goes against every fiber in Trump’s body to continue a war he never wanted to be in the first place but like we all know you don’t pull out of the war without a victory because the enemy will always smell defeat and one thing is for sure the United States with President Trump at the helm will never be defeated.

Off Course There Was Collusion Going On! It Wasn’t Trump- Russia, It Was Former FBI Director James Comey And Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch

I truly believe most Americans have grasped what has been really going on here that there is a cowardly former FBI Director in James Comey who allowed former Attorney General Loretta Lynch to control the narrative as to how to handle the Hillary Clinton email and private server fiasco and the meeting of former President Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch on an airplane tarmac. This crap that Comey has been preaching that he was concerned that Lynches actions would undermine the FBI and he had to take the initiative is as much as a sorry excuse as I have ever heard of Comey not taking the action he should have and not turn then Attorney General Loretta Lynch in. This is a collusion by the FBI Director and Attorney General because Lynch at this point is trying to save her rear end as to what her true intentions are in saving Hillary Clinton’s run for the presidency and Comey allowing it to continue because Lynch did not want Comey to use the word “investigate.”

“What makes it egregious is the fact — and I think it’s obvious that it is a fact — that the attorney general of the United States was adjusting the way the department talked about its business so as to coincide with the way the Clinton campaign talked about that business,” Mukasey said in an interview with Newsmax.”

““That is a betrayal of the department and of its independence to illustrate that clearly that the attorney general was essentially in the tank for Secretary Clinton.”

“In Comey’s testimony Thursday, he basically admitted to colluding with Obama’s justice department to ensure that justice was obstructed in the Hillary Clinton email investigation,” wrote Robert Carbery on InvestmentWatch Blog.”

Comey is playing cute as to him pointing the finger now to lynch that he was instructed by her what word or narrative to use, he was just as eager to have Hillary protected as Lynch did otherwise he would have come out in the open and either report Lynch or resign. Hopefully this will come out in the pending investigation of the fact Comey has been representing the Clinton’s in favorable decisions for the Clinton’s going back to 2004. There has been rumors that Comey has had some involvement with the Clinton Foundation and if you start putting these facts in a blender there seems to be a big interest by Comey to continue to be the protector of Hillary Clinton.

I greatly have the feeling of the fact that President Trump trapped Comey by two things that Trump said. Trump called Comey a nut job and Trump also said that there better not have been anything taped of the meeting that Trump and Comey had together. Comey got bent out of shape by this and what does he do but leaks out to a professor friend of his from Connecticut who in turn turns the material to The New York Times so because of that action how do We The People know if Comey has not leaked other of the leaked material that various news- networks have been leaking out! As we see the techniques of spying have become more sophisticated but it is not only applied to the enemy but to We The People. Former private citizen Donald Trump and now President Trump has become the victim of a constant surveillance by the Obama CIA. I heard Judge Andrew Napolitano say on Fox cable TV the other day the following: ” He added that the FISA statute states “the President of the United States can order surveillance on any person in the United States in conjunction with a certification filed by the attorney general.”

“It’s profoundly unconstitutional but it is legal because the statute says it,” said Napolitano. “Think about this: if you’re Barack Obama and you have the ability by making a phone call to hear what Donald Trump is saying, would you bother getting a warrant? Why would you get a warrant?”

So a president can order surveillance on anyone he deems fit so this bull-crap that Obama didn’t order anything, he ordered and knows everything and for the CIA to be listening in on Trump you know Obama is behind it. So if the CIA was doing it, you know darn well that Comey of the FBI knew about it as well as former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Hillary Clinton,they were all in on it together to bring Trump down and they have been at it very recently until probably not now because the exposure has gotten very hot with the new information sent out by WikiLeaks and one thing you must remember about WikiLeaks no matter what we feel about the organization in the ten years they have been doing this they have not been erroneous yet.
