States And Cities Cannot Pick And Choose Which Laws To Obey: President Trump Is Cracking Down On Sanctuary Cities Nationwide

I am sure that most conservatives such as I want as little government involvement in our lives as possible but in this case of the sanctuary cities things have been allowed to go too far. What right do states and cities under the Constitution have to close their doors to federal agents to do their job of picking up criminal illegal immigrants is beyond me where they are protected from being arrested, in some cases they are prewarned that ICE will be showing up and not to answer their doors. President Trump has had enough and he is cracking down on the situation by sending nationwide an elite force of border patrol agents.

The following was posted by Adam Shaw, published by Fox News: “The Trump administration is deploying border patrol agents to sanctuary jurisdictions across the U.S. to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) track down and detain illegal immigrants freed by left-wing cities and states.”

“The New York Times reported Friday the administration is sending 100 specially trained officers to work with ICE from February to May. Among the agents are members of an elite unit known as BORTAC — which the Times describes as the SWAT team of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).”

“The push comes amid a broader effort by the Trump administration to crack down on states and cities that implement sanctuary policies. Such policies limit local law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities in an effort to shield illegal immigrants from deportation. Specifically, they refuse to honor detainers — requests that ICE be alerted of an illegal immigrant’s release from custody so they can be transferred into ICE custody.”

These sanctuary cities are the most ridiculous of meaningless intellect I have ever heard of. They have even labeled sanctuary states and the governors and mayors within those states act like they are so proud of it. Oh please, give me a break! If this is where our society is heading it must be stopped and stopped fast and as I have been writing for a long time now governors and mayors have put themselves in a position to be arrested and the federal government have every right to arrest them.

Most people know of this but there might be some who don’t that in 1954 President Dwight Eisenhower established “Operation Wetback” to round up illegal immigrants so this problem is not unheard of but the difference now is that Eisenhower did not have a radical left socialist Democrat Party to content with, I will actually say that the Democrat Party was American then. The numbers that were deported is hard to get, I have heard anywhere between one million to three million and what makes it hard to get the accurate number is that there were millions of illegals that left voluntarily.

We have a President in Donald Trump who is not even talking about rounding them up but you never know what future consequences will lead to. It is not asking much from these governors and mayors to stop breaking the immigration laws of the United States. A President has much authority when it comes to immigration and what I would love to see is arrests to be made with these governors and mayors who think they are above the law and if I was them they have best not push Trump to his limits because the President has the law on his side and he will not be afraid to apply it.

President Trump Eyes Plan To Send Migrants To Sanctuary Cities: Mr. President Go For It!

The socialists Democrats are all up in arms that President Trump is toying with the idea of sending migrants to sanctuary cities. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi naturally said that would be unbecoming of a President. Now I wonder why that would be Nancy, would it be because if Trump pulled that off you and your radical left Democratic Party would not be able to send them to red states to sway them eventually to blue states with their votes? Why would that be Nancy, would it be because your own constituents in San Francisco would get pissed off as to the influx of these migrants into your city of San Francisco and you would really have to think of saving your own rear end in future elections? And what I have stressed would apply to all the other sanctuary cities.

We patriots know what will happen if Trump implements this plan some radical left judge in the 9th District court will put the breaks on it and here we go again, to the Supreme Court but at least we patriots know that the President has the right mind-set of understanding where these illegal immigrants are being sent, mainly to red states to tilt future elections and naturally you have many of the elites out there who don’t want to believe this because they have their heads buried in the sand, but then you have your elites in the mainstream media and radical left Democratic Party who know what exactly is going on, the transformation of America to a socialist society. Great News! Supreme Court Sided With President Trump That Illegal Immigrant Criminals Cannot Be Released From Sanctuary Cities

That term sanctuary city just blows the mind to begin with. Illegal immigrants are allowed to fester in these cities and on top of that you have these city officials, it being governors, mayors, commissioners or whatever the hell else they call themselves not being arrested for defying the United States Constitution but you have the President of the United States in Donald Trump who has to pull teeth to have these illegals released and arrested even though he has the authority to do so, but dont tell that to the 9th District court of California that because they will obstruct Trump’s authority all the way. To make it worst there have been illegal immigrants that have actually performed criminal acts on top of the original act of coming here illegally whom have been allowed to leave these so called sanctuary cities who performed other criminal acts such as murder, rapes and what have you. The Supreme Court ruled yesterday to put a stop to this.

The Good People Of California Are Starting To Revolt: There Are Now 13 Cities Fighting The Insane California Sanctuary Laws

One of my biggest puzzlement is the case of sanctuary cities which does not make any sense whatsoever as to why people in power such as governors and mayors would even want the headache of approving them for their cities and states considering they harbor illegal criminals of which ICE enforcement is not even allowed to take some of these illegals into their custody and send them back. Lets take for instance a reminder of late when the Oakland, Calif. mayor actually warned close to 1000 illegal immigrants that they should lock and not open their doors because she received a tip that ICE was to go and attempt to round them up. Finally in California there are certain cities that have gotten upset about the whole situation and have taken things into their own hands by starting to vote down the ridiculous law of protecting these illegal immigrants considering their moron Governor Jerry Brown has proclaimed California a sanctuary state.

The following was published by Fox News Insider: “The Newport Beach city council voted unanimously earlier this week to challenge California’s sanctuary law, joining a dozen other cities that are not interested in complying with the sanctuary policies.”

“It’s the third city in the past two days to take such action, joining about a dozen others in recent weeks.”

“It’s a tool in the toolbox for our police to help keep criminals off the street,” Newport Beach Councilman Scott Peotter said of the vote against the law.”

“He said the issue is not about opposition to immigrants – as critics allege – but about keeping “illegal alien criminals” from re-entering the community.”

“The sanctuary law is heavily supported by Gov. Jerry Brown (D) and State Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D).”

Naturally I haven’t heard anything much from Brown about this mutiny going on in his state against his sanctuary state proclamation but I am hoping it’s catching on like fire and its definitely good to know that the whole state of California has not gone totally liberal insane. For the life of me I cant understand why the government has not yet cracked down on these officials that have allowed sanctuary cities throughout the United States. These are the things that the federal government should be enforcing rigidly. If some of these mayors and governors are cuffed and sent to jail that will set the example that they just cant take it among themselves to buck U.S. law and of all things its about sheltering illegals that have broken ours laws to begin with just by being here. I can just imagine what our Forefathers would say if they were here to the leaders of these 13 cities that have voted to buck that moron Governor Jerry Brown, our Forefathers would thank them in person for saving them the trouble of a hanging.

At long last There Might Be Arrests In The Works For Sanctuary City Officials

I never like the idea of big brother government getting involved with my everyday life as I’m sure many of you patriot conservatives fill the same way. Don’t let those phony liberals( socialists ) fool you, many of them feel the same way the difference being they don’t care if big brother runs the show as long as the government don’t stick their nose in their lives the hypocrites that they are. There is one category that I actually want big brother to get very much involved in and that is all this crap with the sanctuary cites that have been allowed to run amok during eight years of Marxist Obama. To have the leaders of these city’s telling ICE agents that they will not be allowed to arrest illegal immigrant criminals and then to follow through with the threat I find preposterous. What the hell is it for these governors and mayors one might ask to defy federal law? It’s the same reasons we have heard countless times, power, votes and don’t forget paybacks, the old mighty dollar but whatever the case may be this should not be happening by any means which also defies logic. This should not be happening in the United states of America that criminals will be protected. I have always been one to say that any mayor or governor who defies the laws that are there to transport illegal immigrants back to where the hell they came from, arrests should be made on these elected officials and that’s exactly what we might be seeing in the near future.

There you have it, that’s all it would take. Where is the complication is beyond me except they are worried about riots in their streets well let the music begin than. The arrests have to start sometimes and the faster it begins the faster we will stop these so called sanctuary cities. Secretary Nielsen I am sure must be speaking on behalf of President Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. I count my blessings everyday that we have President Trump who has a no nonsense attitude on these criminal sanctuary cities that has a Secretary such as Kirstjen Nielsen who is ever so much eager to apply the presidents policies and get rid of these sanctuary cities once and for all. The audacity of these politicians to risk American citizens safety for these illegal criminals. I know somewhere in the very near future someone will have to be arrested only because of noncompliance and naturally there will be speculation as to where the first big crackdown will be but now that the commitment has been made it has to happen. So San Francisco, New York, and Chicago being the first that comes to my mind I will guess to think that the Government should not just move in on one but make a plan and bust them all, each one that is in defiance and only then will these sanctuary cities be busted for good.

I Cannot Even Imagine The Anger And Sorrow Of The Family Of Kate Steinle With The Sick Verdict Of Her Murderer Being Found Not Guilty

This is why it is so important for the Republicans that lean conservative must continue to go to the polls to keep on winning the presidency to be able to appoint conservative judges so as to avoid the nut jobs on the court bench such as the Judge who presided over the Kate Steinle trial. The murderer by the name of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate had a record of felonies but the Judge instructed the prosecution it was not permissible to be used; Zarate was deported five times but the judge instructed the prosecution it was not permissible to be used; the San Francisco sheriff released Zarate from jail despite a federal immigration request to detain him for at least two more days for deportation but the Judge instructed the prosecution it was not permissible to be used, in other words the system failed Kate Steinle.

The following was posted by Elizabeth Zwirz, published by Fox News: “Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was found not guilty Thursday of murdering Kate Steinle on Pier 14 in San Francisco in July 2015 in a case that sparked a heated national debate over illegal immigration and so-called sanctuary cities.”

“Zarate was acquitted of first and second degree murder and involuntary manslaughter. He also was found not guilty of assault with a semi-automatic weapon. He was found guilty of possessing a firearm by a felon. The jury had deliberated for six days.”

“Steinle was walking with her father and a family friend in July 2015 when she was shot, collapsing into her father’s arms. Zarate had been released from a San Francisco jail about three months before the shooting, despite a request by federal immigration authorities to detain him for deportation.”

“A source inside the courtroom confirmed that the jury asked to see the gun used to shoot Steinle. Zarate and his defense team maintained the argument that the suspect found the stolen weapon on the pier that day and it “just fired.”

You can blame this murder strictly on the protectiveness of these criminals by the sanctuary cities that harvest these scums. If the San Francisco sheriff did not release this lowlife from jail and had allowed ICE to deport him, there never would have been a murder and who knows how many other cases just like this one that the same conditions of defiance is happening against Federal agents.

I cant even imagine the anger and sorrow the family of Kate Steinle are going through considering I am extremely angry at the system as I am writing this and having to hold back words that I would be sorry to print considering I know I am outspoken to begin with. This is where it comes to a very difficult mindset for the family of Kate, they just cant be told there will be another day. The other day was this trial, this trial was what was needed for them to provide closure. I assume if it was me I would take up the cause of shutting down all these sanctuary cities. To be walking with your daughter and she is shot in cold blood in your arms and to see and experience a not – guilty verdict is just insane to even visualize considering I am having a hard time just writing about it. I don’t know as to what level the government is allowed to go to shut down all sanctuary cities but the government must step in and destroy all these sanctuary cities that are defying the immigration laws of the United States. This should not even be a discussion. If need be martial law should be used as a last resort of non- compliance and I would be behind it 100%. I am sure President Trump and his DOJ are hashing all this out right now. They don’t need any other justification, it’s been done now, the legal systems such as San Francisco will always be putting up roadblocks with their socialist judges. Their defiance to the rule of law provided by our Constitution must come to an abrupt end and lets hope the uproar of the American people with this disgusting not-guilty verdict will do just that, create a tidal wave of closing these sanctuary cities down once and for all.

Once Again An Obama Appointed Judge And Actual Obama Donor Has Blocked President Trump’s Executive Order On Sanctuary Cities: Our Forefathers Would Have Sent Them To The Gallows

My patriots this is now getting out of hand where we have a Marxist judge who is stressing that President Trump’s executive order on holding back funds from sanctuary cities is unconstitutional. You know these Obama judges make me laugh with the stupidly of their statements thinking that We The People don’t know what’s going on here. These very judges who hate our Constitution try to use it whenever it suits them to do so and in this case of Trump’s executive order they define the Constitution applicable to how much authority a president has on immigration wrongly. As we are aware of by now the president has much authority on immigration set forth by the Congress and the Constitution itself.

All this appointment of judges just for political purposes is getting old is it not? At least when a Republican judge is to be confirmed it usually looks for a judge that respects and honors our Constitution and you know as well as I do that that can work both ways at times either on our side or the others, the Constitution is set in stone so at least when we say a judge is a strict Constitutionalist that definitive is there. When you talk about a Marxist such as this judge and the Obama cronies the reason they get all bent out of shape when for instance a Republican Congress wants a strict Constitutionalist is because they want our Constitution destroyed, it just stands in their way and that reflects to this moron judge from the 9th Circuit court that have had over 80% of their cases going to the Supreme Court overturned because their rulings do not comply with the Constitution because like I said they don’t like what the Constitution says.

I believe early on there was talk in the Trump administration of splitting up the 9th Circuit court. One way Trump can look at it and make a very fast and easy decision is our Forefathers would not hesitate for a minute to split them up and as a matter of fact they would definitely take the likes of Judge Orrick III and sent them all to the Gallows.

Sanctuary Cities Are About To Get Busted Now That We The People Have A Law And Order President Trump and Attorney General Sessions

This is one topic in regard to the sanctuary cities that has puzzled me deeply and that is the fact here we are the American tax payer supporting these cities to protect illegal criminals. My puzzlement is that the American taxpayer is not in revolt over this issue. Maybe they were waiting to see if Hillary the witch would win the presidency to continue Marxist policy’s and then the turmoil would start. Naturally Americans who are out making a living to support their families are not giving this issue the time of day it deserves but that should even be more of a reason to be pissed off to know that out tax dollars are going to these cities. Give me a break! This is loony all the way. Mayors from these cities actually advising the immigration authorities that they cant go in and make arrests. Take a breath and just think this is happening in the United States of America, your country and mine and all we can do is read about it and complain until now.

What I cant grasp is the stupidly of this subject matter. Even people breaking our immigration laws falls into ones ideology instead of looking at it as protecting our homeland and our borders. I have mentioned at times that my parents were from Greece and if they were alive today they would be ashamed and angry at these criminals. Yes, always remember they are breaking the immigration laws of the United States. I have a relative who is a left wing liberal and she wrote as we were writing back and forth about this that I shouldn’t forget that our families are immigrants and naturally I had to remind her of the fact that she shouldn’t forget our parents came here legally. What I cant understand about these left wingers is that they dont respect and honor that word illegal. What I am getting at, here is a topic that should be so basic and simple all Americans should agree on it but instead the left wing ideology comes out of liberals(socialists) and now we have it that President Trump now has to take drastic actions via his Justice Department on something that never should have started in the first place.

So it has come down to this where liberal authorities are defying Trumps immigration orders and naturally for every action there’s a reaction and if I had to bet I know my money is going on President Trump, He’s got the law on his side and one must not forget one of the main reasons Trump won the presidency was over the immigration issue. We The People have gotten sick of the fact that many lawless illegal immigrants under Obama had been allowed all over our country, into our schools, into our welfare system, in the emergency rooms and the beat goes on. We The People have had enough and Trump read our pulse and he knew where we were all coming from when he declared his presidency. So if these sanctuary cities think that business will go on as usual they are making a big mistake. They are in for a wide awakening!

Sanctuary Cities Must Be Banned In The United States

This is one example of many why it has been said that liberalism(socialism) is a mental disorder. The definitive of a Sanctuary City is everything the United States does not stand for. A sanctuary city is a term given to a city in the United States that follows practices that protect illegal immigration. Why is there a need to protect illegal immigration in the first place? These sanctuary cities have laws that differ from place to place. So what the heck, lets just make up non-existing laws just to protect illegal immigration! This is the kind of crap the Muslims have been wanting to do, create laws to supersede our laws in order to favor their faith and in this case it’s the illegals. These sanctuary cities generally have policies or laws that limit the extent to which law enforcement and other government employees will go to assist the federal government in immigration matters. I just cant believe that there are more than 200 state and local jurisdictions that have policies that call for not honoring U.S. Immigration and customs request.

” In the case of Sanchez, he already had been deported five times and had a lengthy felony record when ICE turned him over to San Francisco on an outstanding warrant in March. ICE requested they be notified before any release, but the city allegedly ignored the request and released him in April.”

Now how could they have done this in good conscious. Nothing about this makes any sense whatsoever. It’s as though the only motive the city had of turning this nut-case loose was spitefulness. My understanding is as of this post that Sanchez had used a federal agents gun, how the heck did this low-life get a Federal agents gun! What is this, Fast and Furious all over again?

So an innocent young lady walking with her father in San Francisco was murdered by the random shooting of this moron Sanchez. To lose a loved one by someone who should have never been on the streets in the first place except for the policies of these brain-dead liberals is unjustified. This is so hard to reason with and understand. To protect criminals who broke the law in the first place. Yes I will say it again, they are criminals, they should never have been here in the first place. If the law was followed and normal procedure was used to bring these immigrants in, for instance I am the son of Greek immigrants and my parents fulfilled all the necessary requirements and came to America legally unlike this low-life Sanchez where this young lady would still be alive today and her family would not be in grief. Lord what is happening to our great country?
