Federal Judge Upheld President Trump’s Use Of “Short-Term” Health Plans Over Obama Care

One of the biggest complaints about Obama Care that were oh so many to begin with was that it was too expensive and people were stuck with accepting the whole package such as for instance men having to carry pregnancy clauses because it was there and that is only one example. Why couldn’t there be a “short-term plan where people can just pick and choose? Well for one thing that is not what socialist’s do or offer you see, it’s all equal with no deviations and of course we all know by now Obama Care was meant to fail for a “single payer” system. All people had to do is observe how the Veterans Administration was being run to realize that a government “single payer” would be too overwhelming for the government to control, the only thing they would control out of it is you and me.

The following was posted by Tom Howell Jr, published by The Washington Times: ” A federal judge on Friday upheld President Trump’s push to expand the use of “short-term” health plans that don’t have to comply with Obamacare’s coverage requirements.”

“U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon said the administration acted within its authority when it said consumers could go around the Affordable Care Act’s exchanges and retain these cheaper, barebones plans for up to three years. President Obama had limited their duration to three months.”

“The judge also said there was little, if any, evidence that Mr. Trump’s alternative to the 2010 program had caused major harm to the existing market.”

“Not only is any potential negative impact from the 2018 rule minimal, but its benefits are undeniable,” wrote Judge Leon, an appointee of President George W. Bush.”

“The short-term rule was one of Mr. Trump’s biggest moves in the wake of the GOP’s failure to repeal and replace Obamacare with a better program.”

““Today’s court decision is a clear victory for American patients who saw their costs rise and choices disappear under the Affordable Care Act,” Health Secretary Alex Azar said.”

There is a court case coming up now whereas Obama Care has been ruled unconstitutional where upon once again it will more than likely wind up at the U.S. Supreme Court but the problem is that Chief Justice John (Benedict Arnold) Roberts had allowed Obama Care to live on in the past more or less by Roberts defining the lawsuit with wording that allowed it to pass on as law but this time around it has been said that Obama Care is pretty much on it’s death bed.

This should have been taken care of when the Republicans under Trump had control of the whole Congress but as we all know by now when the final vote was cast Senator John McCain went out of his way to cast the deciding vote which was a thumbs down for getting rid of Obama Care even though while campaigning for Senator from Arizona he always promised that if he ever got the chance he would vote for the repealing of Obama Care as had others.

All people have to do is look up the socialist countries that have socialize health care and the waiting time to have something major done such as a hip replacement for instance especially for seniors who have to wait in back of the younger people. When Obama Care first came out Sarah Palin labeled it controlled by death panels because of the fact it wasn’t who’s next but what age was the patient. As I had written many times before the United States had the best health care system in the world where people from all over the world would come and utilize it. That didn’t look to me like a health care system that needed change. If anything was to be changed and I have been saying it for years was to add to it a decent catastrophic clause rather than destroy the whole plan. But you see Marxist Obama had his agenda to socialize our health care system and eventually it would become a “single payer” system. Once again the Democratic Socialist Party went against the wishes of the American people and passed the Affordable Care Act which there was nothing affordable about it and actually that’s what gave us The Tea Party because of the anger of the American people over Obama Care. As always it was for power over you and me and the American people today are getting a good taste of the socialism that the Democrats have as their Presidential candidates are pushing free health care for all! Give me a break!

Sarah Palin Was Always Loyal To John McCain Yet She Was Not Invited To McCain’s Funeral: That My Patriots Is Disgusting!

I follow politics pretty much and I always remembered Sarah Palin to be loyal to John McCain even at times when McCain was bashing conservatives and we conservative patriots were waiting for Sarah to take a stand against McCain yet she stayed loyal to the person who picked her as his Vice-presidential running mate in 2008 and even then Sarah wanted to expose Marxist Obama for the phony that he was and when she started to do just that the McCain camp shut her up and still I never heard any grievance towards McCain out of Sarah and if McCain would have gone on the attack towards Obama like Sarah wanted the course of history might have been different. If McCain and Palin went their separate ways after the election I always remember good comments from Sarah if asked about McCain.

As we see with Sarah’s statement above she handled herself with dignity and class and made a statement of humility even knowing that she was intentionally not invited. As far as I’m concerned why she was not invited is not the subject, or if the McCain family and Sarah had some kind of falling out through the years does not matter, what matters is that Sarah stayed loyal to John McCain through the years and that is the real public perception and whoever made the decision not to invite Sarah Palin it being John McCain or the McCain family or the combination of the two should be ashamed of themselves if shame is to be recognized and it must. So very disgusting from the McCain family with their true colors flying. God Bless Sarah Palin who I hope someday will still become President of the United States.

The American People Have Had Enough With Political Correctness: That’s What’s Fueling The Trump Surge

This reminds me of the silent majority in the Nixon era. The forgotten voter that just had enough and gave Nixon two elections, one of which, the second one was a landslide. In this case it’s not that Donald Trump is doing something special, he is actually being Donald Trump but he has hit a nerve with the American people on kitchen table issues, he is talking and acting like the silent majority of Americans have been waiting for. Issues that every-day Americans talk about among themselves but are not allowed to express their feelings as they desire because of this political correctness. He is telling it like it is and it so happens to be the fillings of most Americans that are oh so fed up on not being able to express their opinion’s without this political correctness crap being thrown with the first wrong word. Enough is enough!

Actually I am getting a kick out of this. The only person I can think of even being close to Trump’s way of speaking is Sarah Palin. I understand there are some things that Trump is saying that is very offensive to some people but it’s refreshing of the fact that he is not holding back and worried about offending someone. Enough is enough!

It is very obvious that on illegal immigration they have been allowed to practically cross the southern border undeterred and Trump is saying exactly the way it is. Since when do people crossing our borders fall into the political correctness web of not reporting it the way it is become the rule of proper ethics. They crossed the border illegally and they should be labeled criminals, the hell with political correctness. Enough is enough

There is a volcano out there ready to erupt. They better not underestimate the anger of the majority of the American people over this issue. The last two congressional elections should have shown them where the winds are blowing. Conservatives are getting in but they must take over America. We The People have had enough of this political correctness. How to say things in the workplace, how to say things on the phone, how to address a meeting, etc., etc. all brought on by the liberals(socialists) the pansy’s that they are. This is another way they are attempting to control you and me, the American society as a whole. The American people have had it with constantly appeasing these thin skinned inaptitude liberals by constantly tiptoeing through the tulips so as to not to insult their feelings whereas in fact they are turning America upside down and this will stop. Back In 2012 When Gas Prices Were $4 Sarah Palin Pushed The Slogan “Drill Baby Drill: Obama Mocked The Slogan

Obama is trying to get credit for the gas prices coming down to the $2 area. He forgets that when Sarah Palin was saying “Drill baby drill” back in 2012 when gas prices were $4 and over, Obama in regard to that slogan was saying this: “it’s a slogan, a gimmick, and a bumper sticker … not a strategy.” What this says is that Sarah has been vindicated again and Obama can add another one of his remarks to the “stupid” alongside of when he said ISIS was a “Jayvee Team.” You see Obama is starting to find out that at Harvard University he learned socialism from his Marxist professors but he couldn’t learn common sense because no book can teach you that and his professors at Harvard didn’t have any.

Obama has been lying to the American people now for six years and he doesn’t realize that before We The People believe anything he says we push the lie button first to verify anything that comes out of his mouth. As much as he is trying to get credit for the reduction in gas prices he must realize we Americans have a good memory of the fact that he has been suppressing oil drilling on federal land any way he could. Thank the Lord for giving America the wisdom to continue the capitalistic freedom of free enterprise that our Forefathers risked their lives and their families lives for America to become the greatest economic power on earth because of it. Our economy and our oil exploration will continue to greatness and much discovery, not because of this socialist president that is in office now, it will be in spite of him.

It Took Six Years But We The People Have Unwrapped Obama’s Socialism

Welcome aboard America! What took you so long to realize that Obama has been involved with socialists and communists all his life, how could he not have had a radical left ideology. From his upbringing his mother was raised by socialists and his father was a socialist economist for the Kenyan Government. Many of us know about his association with terrorist Bill Ayres and his love of Saul Alinsky and let’s not forget he was in a church of hatred with Rev. Wright for twenty years but he did not know that the Rev. was preaching hate for America.

There are so many other discoveries We The People have made about Obama’s socialistic influences through the years. You see, this is the point. How have we learned of this, it sure wasn’t from the main stream media. The media was given to us via our Forefathers to have freedom of the press and the main objective of our Forefathers was for the press to report the news fairly and accurately no matter who the politician, not to suppress the news about ones candidate’s background and not another’s. Today’s press will show partiality considering 80% of the press is Democrat and they lean towards the socialism that Obama has been bringing forward to our American society. Today if you poll the press as to what party they belong too they are getting crafty and the majority will not say Democrat like they use too, now they are even covering up that by saying they are Independents, in other words still belittling the American people as though we are stupid, but of course socialists think We The People are stupid too begin with.

Instead of the economy Obama gave us a socialistic health care system Obama Care, that the American people never showed favor for too this day. Instead of the economy Obama has shown more concern to illegal immigrant’s who will take away American jobs but don’t forget Obama is creating a future voting block of Hispanic voters. Instead of the economy Obama has been downgrading our militaries superpower status to make us equal with the world known as Global Equilibrium. Instead of the economy Obama has been going too America’s enemies and apologizing for We The People whereas in fact We The People should be apologizing for Obama’s lack of leadership and bringing the world closer to an all out catastrophic war in which outgoing Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has already admitted that we can no longer fight three theaters at a time but only one thanks to the treasonous actions of this president.

The Republican Party in 2008 could have exposed all this to We The People. Republican Presidential candidate Senator John McCain wanted to play Mr. Nice guy by not exposing any of this. If he would have exposed all this at least he would have educated the people who do not follow these things closely a heads up as to what the main-stream media was hiding. Then the American people could have decided one way or the other. The one person who started to talk about it and the Republican Party shut her up right away was Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin is the person who would definitely bring America back if she was president.

This is a president who purposely went to change the American way which is the United States Constitution. He said he was going to transform America, the only time he didn’t lie. The Congress must impeach this president for this major impeachable offense and all the ones attached to it. This is the will of our Forefathers. We The People are telling Congress, Go for it!

Obama Looks At Impeachment Talk As A Joke; He Acts As Though He Has America Over A Barrel

Here we have a president of the United States who has broken laws of our Constitution like a criminal and the Democrats have made it look that impeaching him is a criminal act in itself. This is a comedy. You have the Republicans in the House off Representatives who have every right to have him impeached but they are holding back because they don’t want to be classified extremists. You have Democrats in Obama’s own staff saying that Republicans want to have Obama impeached so as to rally their base. That’s the Democrats for you, they have no major achievements to speak of so they need to talk about Republicans wanting to impeach Obama to rally their base. How pathetic.The only one with any kind of common sense and brains is Sarah Palin who has come right out and said Obama should be impeached.

I would take this impeachment conversation to another level and it would be this. I would come right out and campaign that Obama cannot be impeached as long as the Democrats with Senator Harry Reid control the Senate. I would throw the ball right in the court and tell the American people that they must go to the polls in November and vote these liberals out so as to be able to Impeach President Obama for breaking laws of the United States and it’s Constitution and after We The People take control of the Congress we will make the first order of business impeaching this president.

The Obama Administration is making fun of We The People. They have mentioned the fact that if Congress doesn’t give him a comprehensive Immigration bill that he would by executive order legalize some five million illegal immigrants. Why is Obama and company threatening us this way? because he knows the Congress as its formed right now with Harry Reid controlling the Senate he will get away with this new impeachable act because Obama knows he won’t be impeached. This is why the title of my post is Obama thinks he has America over the barrel. He does of the moment until We The People take over the Congress in November. Then Obama, we will see who’s got who over the barrel. We will take our country back! On to November!

Sarah Palin Said President Obama Should Be Impeached: I Say Go For It!

After Sarah Palin came out with President Obama should be impeached Lord and behold the Republicans went into a panic. Even Bill O’Reilly of Fox news said that only a third of the American people would favor such a resolution to impeach and it would not be a good idea if they wanted to win any elections. I understand that argument and it should be taken serious to a point and the point of reckoning is that Obama does not respect the United States Constitution that our Forefathers risked their lives to implement over some two hundred years ago. Obama knows the Constitution, he studied it to a point of knowing how to get around it but you see you can only get around it to a point of no return because it becomes a dead-end street if you continue to try to buck it because than all you are doing is breaking it’s laws.

The following is from a post by Sarah Palin titled: “The Case For Obama’s Impeachment”, “In violation of our Constitution, he regularly ignores court orders, changes laws by executive fiat, and refuses to enforce laws he doesn’t like, including our immigration laws.”

“When Congress declined to pass amnesty for illegal immigrants’ offspring, he unilaterally enacted his own version of it, which created the current crisis on our border as illegal youth pour into our country to receive what he illegally promised them.”

John Boehner (R) finally take action against Obama with a lawsuit was Obama on his own being the Dictator that he is changed the rules to Obama Care twenty eight some odd times after the law was ruled on in one piece by the United States Supreme Court.

I understand impeachment is a serious step and there have been presidents impeached in the House of Representatives one of them being President Bill Clinton the other one being Abraham Lincolns Vice President Andrew Johnson which he missed being fully impeached in the Senate by one vote. There never has been a president of the United States totally impeached by both chambers of Congress.

Impeachment is not a symbolic gesture. It is very serious and crimes must have been committed against the United States. Sarah Palin in her post elegantly lays them out. In Obama’s case I believe naturally that it is all intentional.. Obama is intentionally attempting to change the United States into a form of government our Forefathers have never envisioned and that is to a socialist state. Obama was allowed to sneak through the cracks back in 2008 when he ran for president because the major news media wanted Obama to be elected. They wanted this person who hung around socialists, communists, a crazy Reverend Wright that preached hate for America in the church that Obama attended for twenty years but Obama never knew about this Reverends hate for America, give me a break. Obama even hung around a terrorist by the name of Bill Ayers. Obama idolized a father that hated America. You put this all in a blender and the product comes out Obama not respecting our capitalistic foundation and our military might that he is singlehandedly reducing to just a military force equal with the other militaries of which is called Global Equilibrium. This by the way has always been the wish of George Soros.

Yes Obama needs to be impeached and not merely to go through the process. He tried to change America while it’s people were asleep at the switch. Well We The People are awake now Obama. Yes you still have your cult and your cronies but the silent majority is waking up. You and your cronies are all going to go down. We The People will take our country back! On to November.

Obama Said He Is Mad About The VA Mess And He Wants It Fixed: We Heard This Before.

Obama told the American people he was mad about the IRS scandal, Obama said he was mad about Benghazi and he would see the people who did this to our four Americans come to justice, Obama said he was mad about the NSA spying on Americans and wanted a full investigation, Obama said he was mad about the Justice Dept. spying on reporters, Obama said he was mad about Fast and Furious, except after he got over being mad, something happened, Obama said that all these scandals were phony scandals. Isn’t that something, to have all this kind of anger and wanting to get to the bottom of what happened in all of the scandals mentioned he changed his mind, now they are all phony.
The reason Obama changed his mind was because he had the news media covering up for him, but something might be happening and I say might, the media is starting to get burned on Benghazi and the IRS because there are unexpected emails coming out because of Judicial Watch with just too much information and the media just might not cover for their king like before. Obama is now on shaky grounds and he knows it.

There are some politicians and the American Legion calling for Obama to address the American public on this VA scandal. Why would anyone want to hear anything that Obama says about this. Obama lies through both sides of his mouth, why or how can anyone believe him. When he speaks most people are thinking, yea, okay, right with rolling their eyes.

The VA crisis is no longer one hospital in Phoenix where there were phony waiting lists on veterans, it is now spreading to other veterans hospitals around the country. Its the same pattern with the waiting lists no matter which hospital of said state. Someone has been controlling this pattern. There is no way that it’s a coincidence that veterans have been put on secret waiting lists to hide the number of people who were not being treated within the VA’s goal of 14 days.

The problem is the VA is very big and it grew to fast in the want of care needed to accurately treat our veterans. The government did not and did not know how to keep up with such a large undertaking and the end result is neglect of care and this is where I have to bring in Obama Care and stress that the same thing is going to happen to it. There will be people being put on waiting lists and people dying because it is just too large of an undertaking. I would like to give advise for people who are hurt bad or are told they don’t need an operation for whatever ailment and that is to get a second opinion because it might be all about budget. The government is out of place to handle such large complexities as a VA or Obama Care. You might say but I don’t have Obama Care! It doesn’t matter, its tentacles reach to other insurances, it’s all tied in together. When Sarah Palin talked about death panels she knew what she was talking about, they are there.

Democrats Are Looking For A New Boogieman

The Democrats always have to have their boogieman. They are never without one it seems and they can have one for long periods of time. Basically this boogieman is defined as a false threat of any kind if you look it up or an imaginary man who is said to frighten people.

I will list here their favorite boogieman’s from years past, let’s call it the Democrats Boogieman Hall of Fame. I must remind you that these are politicians that always presented a threat to them and using the media they eventually got public support of the dirt that was thrown around. Richard Nixon was always on their list. I am not going to go through a whole history of attacks, just enough to make the point. Nixon surprised them for a little while when he won the presidency but when Watergate broke Nixon didn’t stand a chance. He was the boogieman all over again.

I will mention the next three all together because you see, we have to get to the new boogieman that they want to bring forward to the public. The other three boogieman are Newt Gingrich, Sarah Palin and George Bush. I don’t even have to bring up examples because I am sure every reader remembers the constant drum beats of attacks on these people. What did they do to deserve this honor, they were patriots who loved their country and because each one of these people mentioned were a threat to the liberal (socialist) establishment they were constantly bombarded with insults of which as I mentioned before caught on with the news media. In my life time I never thought anyone would get more attacks than Richard Nixon until Sarah Palin came along. They treated her and continue to do so horribly. The way I think I know Sarah Palin I feel they picked on the wrong person, she will have her day.

So lets see, Obama and punch drunk Senator Harry Reid are looking for their new boogieman. Reid has already let the secrete out of the bag. Wouldn’t you know it, its not one but two boogiemen. They are the Koch brothers. These are the ones who will be attacked by a witch hunt from the socialists. Why do I call these liberals socialists? Lets stop fooling ourselves and start calling them what they are. Lets talk a little about the Koch brothers. Charles Koch, 78, and David Koch, 73, inherited a small oil company from their father. They expanded worldwide into chemicals, textiles, paper and other products, building a hugely profitable and privately held conglomerate. The Koch Brothers promote economic freedom as essential to society’s well being. Unlike George Soros who donates money to News Organizations so they can report the news to his liking. In other words the Koch Brothers are committed to free societies and free market principles and anything that supports these principles whereas George Soros believes the United States should lose it’s influence in the world to the so called World Order or Global Equilibrium.

Yes the Koch Brothers donate money to their favorite political groups the same way George Soros does. We must not forget the main difference between the two. The Koch Brothers believe in the free enterprise system whereas George Soros believes in government control and join the World Order. I have a feeling this will back fire on punch drunk Harry Reid. You know why it will back fire? Because the real boogieman is none other than George Soros.
