The IRS Should Never Have The Power It Had Under Obama Again When It Was Going After The Tea Party Movement

We must never forget of the way the Obama administration used the IRS after Obama lost the House in 2010. Lois Lerner who has since retired and mind you is still collecting her pension went after many from the Tea Party movement because they were the key factor of Obama losing the House in 2010. What Lerner did was hinder Tea Party members from receiving tax-exempt status or delaying that status where they could no longer take effective part in the 2012 election. Obama and his Marxist cronies were allowed to get away with it and Lois Lerner is free from prosecution so for the people who are not concerned that the IRS will be getting an additional 87,000 agents better think again.

That is what the American people are up against, and President Joe Biden has just emboldened the sickness.”

“The Foreign Desk News reports that the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT),  a nonpartisan watchdog group has found “taxes will increase by $16.7 billion on American taxpayers earning less than $200,000—a nearly $17 billion tax targeted solidly at low and middle-income earners next year.”

“Going after vulnerable, middle-class Americans is nothing new for the IRS. Hinchman also stated  “The IRS says ‘We’re going after the rich’ but when you’re trying to raise that much money, the rich can only get you so far… The rich have their lawyers and fight it — that’s why the poor are easier to go after.”

Because Biden and his Marxist cronies are just Obama on steroids there is nothing to prevent the IRS and its newfound power to go after The First America and MAGA people as they did with the Tea Party and there is no way We The People will know until they actually start doing it.  The Republican Party has stressed that when they take over the House, they will repeal the 87,000 additional IRS agents who by the way will be trained in using guns. This surely must be done; the IRS must never again be allowed to have the power they had under Marxist Obama.

We The People Know That the DOJ and FBI Was Weaponized During Obama/ The Deep State Is Out to Destroy President Trump So as Not to Run For The Presidency In 2024

The last few days I have read many times that Joe Biden weaponized the DOJ and FBI to go after President Donald Trump except for the fact for seven years the deep state has been going after Trump because of the fact former president Obama weaponized the DOJ and FBI. While Republicans were being prosecuted Hillary Clinton and Obama got away with the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi for not protecting them; while Republicans were being prosecuted then Attorney General Eric Holder got away with Fast and Furious; while Republicans were being prosecuted Hillary Clinton got away with destroying 33,000 emails and destroying servers and cell phones; while Republicans were being prosecuted Lois Lerner of the IRS got away with harassing Tea Party conservatives from starting their small businesses; while Republicans were being prosecuted Hillary Clinton paid for a phony dossier that kept a witch-hunt going on a Trump-Russia probe that was all made up by Hillary; while Republicans were being prosecuted the FBI lied on four different occasions to the FISA Court to keep the phony Trump-Russia Probe going; while Republicans were being prosecuted China Joe Biden and his son Hunter were receiving millions of dollars from Communist China, Russia and Ukraine and there is so much more for this double standard of justice. What the radical, Marxist, Democratic Party does not want to comprehend is the fact that most Americans are sick of it, and they will pay dearly in November. 

As we all know by now President Trump’s home in Mar-a- Lago, Florida was raided by the FBI and what makes this all a question was the fact that Trump and his lawyers were already in negotiations over these so-called boxes of classified materials and for the people who think this is the real reason the FBI raided Trump’s home these people are lost , what the FBI is looking for is something to indict Trump with so as to prevent him from running for President in 2024 and try to tie it in to the January 6, fiasco and use the 14th Amendment against him. When Trump was running for President in 2016 he promised to go after the deep state, and he admitted eventually he never realized how deep it was and surely the deep state knows this time around Trump knows exactly what he needs to do to destroy them, and they know it.  Just look at what these Marxists have done, invade the home of a President of the United States and a future candidate for President, these Marxists are turning the United States into a banana republic, and I can assure you my patriots that if Trump gets the Presidency again the DOJ and FBI will no longer be weaponized. 

The Marxists are not only out to destroy President Trump, but they are also out to destroy the biggest movement America has ever known (MAGA) Make America Great Again. The radical, Marxist, Democratic Party is out to destroy our constitution and way of life as we know it. Just look at the new spending bill the Marxist’s are about to pass in which they want to hire 87,000 new IRS agents, do you think they will be used just to audit billionaires, give me a break, they will be used to drain out the small taxpayer. This is the most important election in our lifetime if we want to save the republic, there is no second chance. The radical, Marxist, Democratic Party must lose so big in November that it will take them decades to recover. We all know what has to be done now let’s all get to work. 

Federal Judge Upheld President Trump’s Use Of “Short-Term” Health Plans Over Obama Care

One of the biggest complaints about Obama Care that were oh so many to begin with was that it was too expensive and people were stuck with accepting the whole package such as for instance men having to carry pregnancy clauses because it was there and that is only one example. Why couldn’t there be a “short-term plan where people can just pick and choose? Well for one thing that is not what socialist’s do or offer you see, it’s all equal with no deviations and of course we all know by now Obama Care was meant to fail for a “single payer” system. All people had to do is observe how the Veterans Administration was being run to realize that a government “single payer” would be too overwhelming for the government to control, the only thing they would control out of it is you and me.

“U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon said the administration acted within its authority when it said consumers could go around the Affordable Care Act’s exchanges and retain these cheaper, barebones plans for up to three years. President Obama had limited their duration to three months.”

“The judge also said there was little, if any, evidence that Mr. Trump’s alternative to the 2010 program had caused major harm to the existing market.”

“Not only is any potential negative impact from the 2018 rule minimal, but its benefits are undeniable,” wrote Judge Leon, an appointee of President George W. Bush.”

“The short-term rule was one of Mr. Trump’s biggest moves in the wake of the GOP’s failure to repeal and replace Obamacare with a better program.”

““Today’s court decision is a clear victory for American patients who saw their costs rise and choices disappear under the Affordable Care Act,” Health Secretary Alex Azar said.”

There is a court case coming up now whereas Obama Care has been ruled unconstitutional where upon once again it will more than likely wind up at the U.S. Supreme Court but the problem is that Chief Justice John (Benedict Arnold) Roberts had allowed Obama Care to live on in the past more or less by Roberts defining the lawsuit with wording that allowed it to pass on as law but this time around it has been said that Obama Care is pretty much on it’s death bed.

This should have been taken care of when the Republicans under Trump had control of the whole Congress but as we all know by now when the final vote was cast Senator John McCain went out of his way to cast the deciding vote which was a thumbs down for getting rid of Obama Care even though while campaigning for Senator from Arizona he always promised that if he ever got the chance he would vote for the repealing of Obama Care as had others.

All people have to do is look up the socialist countries that have socialize health care and the waiting time to have something major done such as a hip replacement for instance especially for seniors who have to wait in back of the younger people. When Obama Care first came out Sarah Palin labeled it controlled by death panels because of the fact it wasn’t who’s next but what age was the patient. As I had written many times before the United States had the best health care system in the world where people from all over the world would come and utilize it. That didn’t look to me like a health care system that needed change. If anything was to be changed and I have been saying it for years was to add to it a decent catastrophic clause rather than destroy the whole plan. But you see Marxist Obama had his agenda to socialize our health care system and eventually it would become a “single payer” system. Once again the Democratic Socialist Party went against the wishes of the American people and passed the Affordable Care Act which there was nothing affordable about it and actually that’s what gave us The Tea Party because of the anger of the American people over Obama Care. As always it was for power over you and me and the American people today are getting a good taste of the socialism that the Democrats have as their Presidential candidates are pushing free health care for all! Give me a break!

What Has Not Been Talked About Much In President Trump’s Historic Tax Cut Bill Is A Provision That Repeals The Individual Mandate Of Obama Care

As much as the individual mandate was put in place for Obama Care to make sure it was funded it was also it’s demise. It was mandated that everybody had to have The Affordable Care Act if a person had no means to health insurance and not only is this unconstitutional but it never was taken into consideration that so much of the youth would say screw it and decide to take the penalty instead of purchasing Obama Care because they couldn’t afford the monthly payments. At the beginning if you recall the penalty was very cheap, I believe it started with a fine of only $99 but each year the fine got progressively more expensive by going over $300 I believe but that did not deter the young from not purchasing it. Even the IRS trying to collect the fine was all screwed up because if you were getting money back at tax time the IRS could deduct the fine from your refund but what if you were not getting a refund? The IRS surely was not going to subpoena you to appear in court it would be unfeasible just for the governments expense and time factor to even attempt it. So right there it was greatly unfair of some paying the fine and yet others getting away with not paying. Obama Care was a disaster from the beginning that it actually gave initiative to the Tea Party to go to war against it that cost Marxist Obama the House of Representatives in 2010 after only two years at the presidency. We all know the wrongs of Obama Care by now and all the times it has gone to the courts which should have been stricken down when it went to the Supreme Court where Chief Justice John Roberts saved Obama Care from being struck down by calling it a tax. It is very obvious that the Obama hood got to Roberts.

“The idea behind the mandate was to make sure young and healthy customers are buying into the system, to offset the cost of taking on more sick and elderly customers.”

“Without the mandate, the future of ObamaCare as a whole is unclear.”

Now all the arguments are coming out that there will be even more people uninsured but you see that should be a persons choice, in the United States of America with our free enterprise capitalistic system if a young person does not want health insurance it should be their choice. Once again We The people will be in charge of our own health care and that’s the way our framers intended it to be.

I always said that the American people should be protected from catastrophic illness where an individually can lose a lifetimes accumulation of assets and savings but any insurance plan should be done by choice without the federal government getting involved so much so that even doctors would leave their professions because of their requirements of providing patients personal information to the government and an over abundance of constant paperwork just to feed the government. Lets hope the mess of Obama Care will bring out the best minds to develop a healthcare plan that will be functional without government interference which would only be another takeaway of our freedoms as individuals which must not happen in a free society.

Former IRS Official Lois Lerner Is Concerned For Her Life If Sealed Testimony Tapes And Documents Are Unsealed: What This Tells Us Is The Wickedness Of Her Harassment’s

We all know by now of the fact former IRS official Lois Lerner took great pleasure of harassing conservative groups such as the Tea Party and groups with the name patriots in the title. This was after Marxist Obama lost the House of Representatives in 2010 because the Tea Party did a tremendous job of educating the American people of how bad Obama Care was and on top of that people were finding out for themselves so naturally Obama was concerned that the Tea Party would cause him to lose the 2012 election to Republican Mitt Romney of which as we found out Obama didn’t need to worry about the Tea Party because of the fact Romney gave away the election all by himself. So what I am thinking, we already know the hatred Lerner had for conservatives and her encouragement from Obama that’s all the green light she needed as an IRS official to make life miserable for conservatives. This is why I have stated an apology is not in order for Lerner or the IRS for that matter, Lerner has to serve jail time with the other Obama cronies.

“But even as both former government employees testified in a federal court case that resulted in taxpayer money being paid out to aggrieved groups of taxpayers they had mistreated, they both want their testimony sealed and kept hidden from the same tax-paying public they wronged, as they claimed their lives would be threatened if what they said was made known to the public.”

“However, former Arkansas governor and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee doesn’t quite buy their reasoning for keeping their testimony sealed, and stated as much in an op-ed for The Hill.”

“He recounted how Lerner and others in her division of the IRS “used their public positions to bully, harass, intimidate, criminalize and bankrupt innocent citizens who held political views that the government decided should be censored.”

“Lois Lerner and Associates joked about the stonewalling of IRS applications from groups they hated, then clammed up and claimed the Fifth Amendment before Congress,” he wrote, “which had every right to demand an explanation of why government goons figuratively ‘broke the legs’ of groups who were conservative, Christian, pro-life, pro-marriage or pro-Israel.”

I am so curious as to what is Lerner’s testimony behind those sealed document’s and tapes that she feels she will get even more death threats than she did the first time news came out of her IRS harassing conservatives. This is like a Mafioso boss in a courtroom asking the Judge to seal his testimony because there are about six to ten Mafioso’s waiting to kill him if the Judge unseals the records. This is why I would love to know what else did Lerner say to the authorities that she is so concerned the information be kept away from us patriots. Like Huckabee said in his interview if she wants to be protected that bad put her in a federal penitentiary and she can be protected all she wants. I must say I totally agree. You see my patriots there are more people such as Huckabee talking about putting these lowlife scums away and throw away the key. I can feel it, it’s happening, it has to happen because unless it does we will not take our country back again.

My Blog Election Day November 8, 2016: This Is It, Tues Nov 8th, The Day Is Here to Choose A President Who Is For The People In Donald Trump Or A Saul Alinsky Socialist In Hillary Clinton

The day has come when the American people will go to the polls to vote for the next president of the United States in as much as there have been millions of Americans who voted already in early voting across America applicable to each states rules.

This is the last chance We The People will have to vote for a candidate in Donald Trump who wants to save our free enterprise system, our capitalistic system that our Forefathers risked their lives to give us or we can have a student of Saul Alinsky in Hillary Clinton who worshiped Alinsky and will continue to expand Obama’s policy’s who also worshiped Alinsky for another four years.

Hillary says that she is concerned for the middle class which is a hollow concern considering the small business person who is actually the one who can help the middle class is the one she will hurt the most by her over taxation and countless new regulations on the business community that will stifle any job creation and expansion by the small business person who provides jobs for over 70% of the working person. Hillary wants to continue Obama Care that has put the biggest hurt on the business community by saying she will fix it when in fact it cant be fixed, it needs to be repealed and start over again. She says and the whole world can hear that she will never put our ground troops overseas when in fact how does anyone know something like that for a fact to take an option like that off the table. Hillary Clinton is a criminal that has once again been given a pass by the FBI Director James Comey and I know for a fact that the ground work has been laid for her impeachment which there will be a Constitutional crisis if she is elected and nothing will be done by the Congress with all the attention Hillary’s criminality’s that will take center stage. This is a Hillary Clinton who has told bankers that she has both a public and private position on Wall Street reforms from an email by WikiLeaks. Keep in mind Hillary has never to date denied anything WikiLeaks has sent. This did not have to be, the Democratic party knowing all the problems Hillary has, decided to pick her for their parties candidacy and this cannot be allowed to happen if we want to preserve our capitalistic system and stop socialism at its tracks.

Yes I voted for Donald Trump in early voting and I sure as hell made sure I doubled checked my picks on my ballot because this is a state controlled by Senator Harry Reid which is Nevada and the only way he won his Senatorial position in his last election was by cheating. I hope everyone out there who still plans to vote verify their ballot before you leave the voting booth because when you leave the booth you cant go back.

Donald Trump has one of president Ronald Reagan’s qualities and that is he has a lot of common sense which Reagan had plenty of. I know for a fact Trump will bring back America economically because he would not sign his name to any deal unless it served the best interest of We The People whereas Hillary is a globalist and that’s where her interest lies and not the American people. Like Trump has said many times he will not be the president of the world but he will be president of the United States. The socialists are always taxing We The People to put money in the US Treasury but eventually because there have been over 94 million people who have stopped looking for work there are no services rendered to fill the Treasury but with Trumps cutting the corp. tax to 15% from the highest of the free industrial world of 39.6% that will open up the spigot for the business person to start hiring and expanding again and the Treasury will fill up again in no time. That’s exactly what Reagan did and the US Treasury had about seven trillion dollars floating into it.

Trump will bring back respect for our police and that means law and order. Safety in our streets will come back again and as far as safety goes Trump will make our military strong again and no nation in their right minds will mess with us unlike Obama of which the whole world has lost respect for the United States and Hillary has said a number of times that she will be sticking with Obama’s game plan. Of course she will stick with Obama’s game plan which is socializing the United States of America and believing in global equilibrium for our status in the world and that is the main reason of cutting back our military.

I will be doing some heavy praying tonight that when I go to bed tomorrow night Donald Trump will be the clear winner for President of the United States. One thing I do know, win or lose a movement must be started to do something about a Republican Party that did not totally get behind its candidate for president and that is not acceptable. I feel a new party should be started or even make the Tea Party the major party. There is much room for discussion on this issue. “Never Trump” is as stupid a move as ever I saw one. For the moment we shall leave that behind and lets just enjoy a Trump victory.

A Federal Judge Has Had Enough With The IRS: He Instructed The Gestapo Agency That He Wants The Naming Of Names

All of Marxist Obama’s scandals that are still to be prosecuted are bad enough but if someone told me I had to pick only one to be prosecuted I would say come hell or high water it would be the IRS scandal. You know the left wing radicals (Democratic Party) are oh so concerned about Nazism these days which all Americans should be but the left wingers are so full of it considering they had Marxist Obama in the White House for eight years doing exactly opposite that they have been adhering to in the last week or so. You must also remember the left wing radicals could care less about peace and harmony with them it’s Obama’s and Alinsky’s playbook of tear apart and disrupt, classic Marxism that they care about. Obama went after a whole political party (The Tea Party) because they inspired the American people in 2010 to vote in a Republican House of Representatives because they exposed the lies of Obama Care. Obama used the IRS to harass the members of the Tea Party who were asking for specific tax breaks on their small businesses that both parties had the privilege of for years. Where may I ask were these so concerned left wing Democrats then! It is troubling because it goes to the core of our freedoms being compromised only because a certain identity in this case being The Tea Party dared to expose to the voters the lies of Obama’s signature bill in this case being Obama Care. Well it looks like there is a federal judge out there who is under the opinion that enough is enough.

The following was posted by Ed Morrissey, published by Hot Air News: “A federal judge on Thursday ordered the IRS to name the specific employees the agency blames for targeting tea party groups for intrusive scrutiny and said the government must prove it has ceased the targeting.”

“Judge Reggie B. Walton also said the IRS must explain the reasons for the delays for 38 groups that are part of a lawsuit in the District of Columbia, where they are still looking for a full accounting of their treatment.”

“Judge Walton approved another round of limited discovery in the case and laid out six questions that the IRS must answer, including the employees’ names, why the groups were targeted and how the IRS has tried to prevent a repeat.’

The following was published by Mark Meckler: “Voters put a Republican in the White House in part to impose some belated accountability on the scandal-laden Obama administration. And the supreme scandal was the IRS’s assault on tea-party groups—a campaign inspired by congressional Democrats, perpetrated by partisan bureaucrats like Lois Lerner, and covered up by Mr. Obama’s political appointees. This abuse stripped the right to political speech from thousands of Americans over two election cycles. To this day, no one has answered for it.”

We The People demand this IRS scandal be resolved and it is beholding to the American people that President Trump push for it to be resolved and prosecuted and it is part of the promise Trump made to the American people to clean the swamp but he’s not going to clean up the IRS as long as the IRS leader is Koskinen who has been stonewalling and lying to the Congress from day one. Trump should have pushed for his impeachment from his first day as president because there have been members of the Congress pushing for that to happen. I have written so many times that the IRS is a Gestapo agency that does not belong in a free society. There are so many other ways to collect taxes to enable the United States to have the services it needs to exist such as a flat tax or fair tax for instance without having to resort to a Gestapo type agency that through the years there have been horror stories to the average tax paying American.

Have you noticed that there are so many scandals in the Marxist Obama administration where we have repeated ourselves that certain people must be prosecuted and be brought to justice which means the biggest fish of all of them must be brought to justice, we can’t be always saying just everybody else, there is a big fish here that keeps himself under the radar and it’s high time this fish is hooked and jailed and his name is Obama, come hell or high water!

The Republicans Have No Option Left They Must Repeal And Replace Obama Care Otherwise The Tea Party Should Join The Active Arena With Their Battlegear

Actually there is too much talk on the failed passage of Obama Care by the indecisiveness of the Republican Senate. I have written so much through the years as to why Obama Care should be repealed and replaced I look at these clowns in the Senate for not doing as such as astonishment. I have mentioned in another post of mine President Trump must have thought it was a cinch to push through a repeal and replace of Obama Care because that’s all the Republicans talked about for seven years and as a matter of fact the three stooges who killed the bill McCain, Collins and Murkowski have been shown on video in various campaigns of theirs through the years to win reelections talking of the fact that they would push to repeal and replace Obama Care. So I assume they were saying it just to get elected but never had it in their hearts to repeal and replace. The American people know the problems of Obama Care and the biggest problem if left unchecked is that it is ready to implode and the president just can’t allow that to happen. This is a catch 22, it just can’t be fixed because the cancer is too deep and they just can’t give up on the passage of repeal and replace. The brain-dead Democrats (socialists) continue to talk about single payer, you want to talk about the outcome of single-payer well the next time you are at a DMV and get pissed off at the service rendered remember it is totally run by the government and the VA with all it’s problems for that matter and these socialist Democrats talk about single-payer. A single payer is unaffordable and it would destroy small business entrepreneurship. This goes to the leadership of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the fact is he has no leadership. People on the various cable news networks have been bragging about how a good craftsman he his and that he would figure out how to get some bill passed, well the fact is he didn’t. If he was in charge of a big corporation and he tried to get something through three times and he didn’t he would be let go and that’s exactly what has to happen here. The Republicans in the Senate must vote in a new Majority leader and send McConnell out to pasture because McConnell will not hang his head down in shame as he should and resign from the leadership position.

The following was a short statement given to reporters by Republican Ted Cruz of Texas right after the defeat of the last repeal and replace bill put through by McConnell in the Senate lets say around midnight last Thursday: “The losers tonight are the millions of Americans who have been hurt under Obamacare,” Cruz told reporters late Thursday night. “The millions of Americans who’ve lost their jobs, who’ve been forced into part-time work, forced to work 28, 29 hours a week. Millions of Americans who’ve had their health insurance cancelled, who’ve lost their doctors, who’ve seen their premiums skyrocket. The six and a half million Americans each year who are fined by the IRS because they don’t make enough money to afford health insurance.”

“It’s the single moms. It’s the truck drivers. It’s the steel workers. It’s the working men and women who were left behind tonight,” Cruz said. “If you stand up and campaign and say ‘we’re going to repeal Obamacare,’ and you vote for Obamacare, those are not consistent.”

I am just furious as are millions of Americans. I am one of those who always hope for a solution, well these Senators are not on August recess yet and if they don’t past something what are they going to tell their constituents when they get home, that when they asked for the House and then they asked for the House and Senate and then they asked for the House, Senate and the presidency to finally repeal and replace Obama Care and they still didn’t, I sure as hell don’t want to be in their shoes. One thing I hate is someone lying to me and you know the Democrats right now are saying among themselves, “I can’t wait to see this!” They can say it all they want, the Republican Senate must come through for the American people.

Here’s what I have been thinking about for the last some odd weeks and that is the Tea Party needs a new awakening. I say they should come back into the arena. Now I haven’t heard anyone come up with this yet. Some people are going to say, well the Tea Party haven’t gone anywhere, well that’s fine and well, I’m talking about getting into the trenches and give battle to both the socialist Democratic Party and the complacent Republican Party. Here is what I am thinking, you know how it’s always been said that a third party will always make the Democratic Party victorious in a presidential election but I have an assumption, no concrete evidence as of yet and that is if the Tea Party gets active the way the Democratic party has gone so far left I feel the Democratic Party can be destroyed once and for all and the Tea Party will give the Republican Party and their Rhino’s something to really worry about. Lets say it’s just a hunch but it just might work and then we will finally have our country back! Just think in our life time a third party broke the ice to successfulness, the Tea Party becoming the majority party and the socialist Democratic Party gone forever. Yes my patriots, I am a dreamer.

The Votes Are Not There: President Trump And Senate Majority Leader McConnell Are Thinking Of Full Repeal Of Obama Care And Replacing It At Later Date

In 2015 the Senate sent Obama a repeal of Obama Care with a two year delay. The Republicans have been talking about repealing and replacing Obama Care for the last seven years but they forgot about one very important thing and that is talk is cheap and you actually need to implement a plan. The Democrats who all of a sudden have come to a conclusion that Obama Care is working have concluded this even though there are insurance companies dropping out left and right because Obama promised them because of the mandate there would be enough revenue generated to ensure them of a profit but surprise, surprise! The young people who were going to pay for the older people being sick with their heavy participation in the plan decided not to enroll even if they had to pay a fine.

Then citizen Trump was witnessing the Republican Party demanding to repeal and replace this bill and polls were showing the American people were not happy with the bill and as a matter of fact it was Obama Care that put the Tea Party on the map because the Tea Party ran against the bill and because of it Obama lost the House in 2010 and that’s when Obama via the IRS started harassing the Tea Party of which the lawsuits are still coming in.

So what the hell happened that the Senate can’t muster the votes to pass a new repeal and replace bill. It’s something the Republicans should have thought of before they took on this endeavor in full earnest and that was there would be a difficulty of the merging of ideas between the factions inside the Republican Party of conservatives, moderates and east coast liberals. The wants of their constituents are all different in relation to what they expect from this disastrous health care bill. I know the big problem is and will be as they go on Medicaid because when Medicaid was put in place it was meant to be for the poorest of the poor and what Republicans from liberal states are trying to do is start another huge entitlement out of Medicaid which this alone will cause tremendous infighting. Polls have been showing of late that Obama Care is rising in popularity and that’s because the American public is worried that the Senate can’t get its act together and they don’t want to go to a bill that is worst than the old one not realizing that Obama Care is ready to implode and anyone that doesn’t believe that please just start doing your homework.

The following was posted by Edmund DeMarche, published by Fox News Politics: “Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., acknowledged the roadblock and, like Trump, said he plans a repeal vote. McConnell also mentioned a two-year delay for a substitute.”

“Regretfully, it’s now apparent that the effort to repeal and immediately replace the failure of Obamacare will not be successful,” McConnell said in a statement. “So, in the coming days, the Senate will vote to take up the House bill with the first amendment in order being what a majority of the Senate has already supported in 2015 and that was vetoed by then-President Obama: a repeal of Obamacare with a two-year delay to provide for a stable transition period to a patient-centered health care system that gives Americans access to quality, affordable care.”

“It was the second straight failure for McConnell, who had to cancel a vote on an earlier version of the bill last month when defeat became inevitable.”

Monday morning quarterbacking is always the easiest to do just sit back and say what you would have done. Someone steered Trump wrongly at the start of this legislation making it sound that repealing and replacing Obama Care was easy and a sure bet and keep in mind Trump was a citizen the same way we all are and like I said above he had been hearing the drumbeats of the Republican Party for the last seven years and I feel that it was Paul Ryan Rep. House Speaker (R) who convinced Trump not to worry, repeal and replace can be done. Now Ryan’s whole career has been in the House and he knows the institution of the Senate and he should have been more cautious with his advise to the President about Obama Care and that being the case they could have waited as they will do now anyway and could have moved to fixing our tax structure first. Can this situation still change to a successful up and down vote? We can always wish for a miracle. As I was writing this post I kept thinking of the fact that many conservatives from the start were saying Obama Care should be repealed first. I get the feeling that the moderates and liberals within the party have been had.

Well What Do You Know! 7000 Obama-Era IRS Documents Just Popped Up Out Of Nowhere!

I’m sure most of you remember that between the years 2010-2012 the IRS targeted Conservative groups such as the Tea Party and groups with the word patriots in it because Obama lost the Congress in 2010 and Obama was petrified of these conservative groups because if he lost the Congress because of them he would surly lose the presidency in 2012 and so he sent the IRS out to harass and stop these groups from continuing their uniformity. Naturally it was Obama via an IRS administration official by the name of Lois Lerner who went out of her way to target these groups in relation to them receiving tax-exempt statues on their small businesses by causing delays from receiving their tax-exempt statues that had been an ongoing procedure with both Republican and Democratic Parties for years. Eventually this all came out and when Lois Lerner testified in front of the Congressional committee she took the fifth. I am sure she took the fifth not to implicate anyone at the IRS and especially to protect the big fish Obama.

The following was published by Conservative Tribune: “Now, more than two years after that request was made, the IRS has magically “discovered” almost 7,000 documents regarding the targeting of tea party conservatives, and what they contain might be damning for former President Obama’s administration.”

“Judicial Watch reported that the IRS announced last week that it had located 6,924 documents that could potentially point to the IRS targeting of conservative groups. These documents are presumably not part of the records contained in the congressional database the IRS created in 2013 to store documents related to congressional inquiries into the scandal.”

“But the IRS has already admitted targeting American citizens to suppress their First Amendment freedoms of association and speech. These new documents could contain even worse assaults on American freedoms.”

You folks have heard me say this many times in various posts about the IRS and I know many of you feel the same way and that is we must stop this Gestapo agency in the United States. There are enough smart heads in the Congress to figure out a way to get rid of the IRS without causing collection injury to our system. The best way would have been a flat tax where the IRS would be needed only for Corporations. There has been just too much corruption from this agency and the way American citizens have been treated by them in various aspects of their collection procedures.

So here is another agency that was surrounded by corruption during Obama’s presidency. You might as well say all the government agency’s were corrupt during the Obama era. Why should they get a free pass. Many have told me that they will never be put on trial to answer for their crimes but I say, they must. This is our chance with Attorney General Jeff Sessions. My common sense tells me a person of his stature and ability was picked by President Donald Trump to do just that. Lock them up and throw away the key!
