Whistleblower Has Come Forward To Say His Probe Into Terror Investigation Was Shut Down That Might Have Prevented The San Bernardino Attack

This is really getting to its worst limit’s when a Department of Homeland Security agent was told to stop an investigation into a fundamentalist Islamic group operating in the U.S. “may have helped stop San Bernardino jihadi Syed Farook had not the government shut down his probe.” If this was one case that was shut down because of Civil Right’s and Civil Liberties who knows how many others have been shut down whereas the people investigating have not come forward such as Philip Haney has. In other words this case was shut down because of profiling Islamic groups. Obama takes a much bigger interest in not profiling than saving America lives.

In shutting down the investigation the government also deleted Haney’s files which by doing so they destroyed information with ties to Farook’s mosque, San Bernardino’s Deobandi movement-affiliated Dar-al-Uloom al-Islamic. Farook’s wife Tashfeen Malik, went to a school in Pakistan which also has ties to the Deobandi movement.

The following was posted by Chuck Ross, published by The Daily Caller: In an interview with Megyn Kelly of Fox News, on the Kelly File “Haney said that had his investigation been allowed to develop, Farook may have ended up on the federal government’s terror radar or on the government’s no-fly list. And if that had occurred, Farook would not have been able to connect with Malik. The jihadists reportedly met in 2013. She came to the U.S. from Saudi Arabia last year on a fiancee visa and married soon after.”

“Either Syed would have been put on the no-fly list because association with that mosque, and/or the K-1 visa that his wife was given may have been denied because of his association with a known organization,” Haney told Kelly.”

“Haney turned whistleblower in 2013 after meeting with DHS’ inspector general. In turn, DHS and the Justice Department investigated him, though found no wrongdoing, The Federalist reported.”

“In Sept. 2014, Haney had his security clearance revoked as well as his access to work databases.”

There is something wrong with the picture here. Obama has allowed 300,000 Muslims into the country in 2013 and still want’s to allow 10,000 Syrian refugees with a goal of 100,000 with no background checks because Syria has no such program. In other words from the above article we allow all these Muslim immigrants into our country but if there is a possibility of wrong doing investigations are shut down because of the fact we are not allowed to profile. Where will this end? It will end with enough Americans getting killed or hurt and a tremendous anger by the American people that is on the outer edges right now. This is provocation by Obama and his cronies because there is no way he doesn’t know his actions are causing so much discontent and people afraid of their safety. Obama is the source in all this, he has allowed this to happen and I get a kick when people ask why? We The People know why, now all we need is for the Congress to take the proper action. Thus far they are not fulfilling the oath they took to preserve the Constitution of the United States by allowing a president as Obama to remain in office.

It’s Happened Again, Conservatives Have Been Harassed Again In Such A Matter I thought Can Never Happen In America: This Time In Wisconsin

This is not the America I grew up in and this is also not the Democrat Party that I knew growing up. Of course there were disagreements on policy but that’s the nature of the beast by being either Republican or Democrat. This is the new left-wing element of the Democrat party that will use Gestapo tendencies if they do not want your participation such as the IRS harassing conservatives to intimidate them from voting as in the 2012 presidential election. We know the story by now about that scandal and it’s still in the courts.

Watching Megyn Kelly on the Kelly File what’s coming to the forefront is a story out of Wisconsin especially after Republican Gov. Scott Walker won reelection of a team effort by the Democrat District Attorney by the name of John Chisholm and getting a Judge involved to go after conservatives. These were conservative supporters of Gov. Scott Walker that were being targeted. This was all because of Wisconsin Act 10 also called the “Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,” which limited public-employee unions. The harassment was done by Wisconsin law-enforcement officers.

What I will show here you would think will be upsetting to Democrats and Republicans alike. The following was posted by Guy Benson, published by Town Hall News: “Cindy Archer, one of the lead architects of Wisconsin’s Act 10 — also called the “Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,” it limited public-employee benefits and altered collective-bargaining rules for public-employee unions — was jolted awake by yelling, loud pounding at the door, and her dogs’ frantic barking. The entire house — the windows and walls — was shaking. She looked outside to see up to a dozen police officers, yelling to open the door. They were carrying a battering ram. She wasn’t dressed, but she started to run toward the door, her body in full view of the police. Some yelled at her to grab some clothes, others yelled for her to open the door. “I was so afraid,” she says. “I did not know what to do.” She grabbed some clothes, opened the door, and dressed right in front of the police. The dogs were still frantic. “I begged and begged, ‘Please don’t shoot my dogs, please don’t shoot my dogs, just don’t shoot my dogs.’ I couldn’t get them to stop barking, and I couldn’t get them outside quick enough. I saw a gun and barking dogs. I was scared and knew this was a bad mix.” She got the dogs safely out of the house, just as multiple armed agents rushed inside. Some even barged into the bathroom, where her partner was in the shower. The officer or agent in charge demanded that Cindy sit on the couch, but she wanted to get up and get a cup of coffee. “I told him this was my house and I could do what I wanted.” Wrong thing to say. “This made the agent in charge furious. He towered over me with his finger in my face and yelled like a drill sergeant that I either do it his way or he would handcuff me.” They wouldn’t let her speak to a lawyer. She looked outside and saw a person who appeared to be a reporter. Someone had tipped him off. The neighbors started to come outside, curious at the commotion, and all the while the police searched her house, making a mess, and — according to Cindy — leaving her “dead mother’s belongings strewn across the basement floor in a most disrespectful way.” Then they left, carrying with them only a cellphone and a laptop.”

They are trying to shut us down through intimidation. We The People must not allow our beloved America to be turned into a Nazi Germany. I must give credit to Cindy Archer and others who are brave enough to come out and tell the story. We must always remember that America is the home of the free and the brave and it’s up to us to keep it that way.

The 47 Republican U.S. Senators Who Sent An Open Letter To The Iranian Regime Are “Hero’s”

It’s about time there are people in the Congress standing up to this Dictator. For them to have sent a letter of such warning to that terrorist country Iran they know something is up. How do we know that Obama is making the best possible deal for the United States and we must not forget Israel who is in this equation considering Iran still wants to wipe them off the face of the earth. There have been indications that Obama is to go around Congress on this deal and already Secretary of State John Kerry is putting out vibes that if this deal is not classified a treaty the president is not abide to take it to Congress for approval, so what does that tell you. These Senators who signed this letter knew this was coming, after all they are there and they see things happening.

I was watching Megyn Kelly of the Kelly File tonight and there was breaking news on this subject of Obama trying to go around the Congress and the American people in regard to this Iran deal. Dictator Obama looks like he is scheming and the more he does this the more these 47 Senators who signed this letter look like hero’s. Obama is scheming of taking the deal to the United Nations to bypass Congress and the American people. He feels that by going to the UN it will become International law and no Congress and future president will be able to put strict sanctions on Iran. This deal is great for Iran from my understanding so there would be no reason for them to want to get out of it. What I found out on the Kelly File tonight is that it won’t work for Obama because the United States Supreme Court has ruled from a previous case that the United States Constitution trumps International Law.

In regard to some Democrats who are crying foul because of this letter and keep in mind that John Kerry is the lead one crying foul I need to explain the Logan Act. The following is from a post by Ben Shapiro, published by Breitbart: “Democrats have said that the letter may violate the Logan Act, which states Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

“Legally speaking, charges under the Logan Act would be unwarranted. The Logan Act has never actually been used for prosecution, nor has its Constitutionality been seriously reviewed in two hundred years.”

During our history there have been 7 times Democrats advised Americas enemies to oppose the president. I will post hypocrite Secretary of State John Kerry’s defiance of an American president considering he is making the biggest stink. Again from Breitbart: “Senator John Kerry (D-MA). Kerry jumped into the pro-Sandanista pool himself in 1985, when he traveled to Nicaragua to negotiate with the regime. He wasn’t alone; Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) joined him. The Christian Science Monitor reported that the two senators “brought back word that Mr. Ortega would be willing to accept a cease-fire if Congress rejected aid to the rebels…That week the House initially voted down aid to the contras, and Mr. Ortega made an immediate trip to Moscow.” Kerry then shilled on behalf of the Ortega government:”

“We are still trying to overthrow the politics of another country in contravention of international law, against the Organization of American States charter. We negotiated with North Vietnam. Why can we not negotiate with a country smaller than North Carolina and with half the population of Massachusetts? It’s beyond me. And the reason is that they just want to get rid of them [the Sandinistas], they want to throw them out, they don’t want to talk to them.”

There you have it. I tried to give a picture in as short a fashion as I could as to the danger Obama is putting our country and especially Israel over a deal that does not make sense if you are a concerned president of the United States to safeguard We The People and the only true friend we have in the Middle East which is Israel.

I am sick and tired of watching Obama constantly attempting to transform our country to something our Forefathers never envisioned. This is why I labeled the 47 Senators as hero’s because they have exposed what Obama is doing with this weak deal to We The People. This president needs to be impeached for constantly trying to trick the U.S. Constitution. His function as president is to follow the Constitution not to try to trick it into meaning something it’s not for him constantly trying to transform America into socialism.

IRS Commissioner Advised We The People That Illegal Immigrants Will Receive Tax Refunds.

We all knew that the IRS Commissioner John Koskinen was a wise guy the way he answered questions in front of a congressional hearing on Lois Lerner in regard to the harassing of conservatives. Now he has advised in regard to illegal immigrants that they will be able to receive refund checks. As to why he didn’t tell anyone about this here is what this wise guy said and I quote “no one bothered to ask what the tax implications of Obama’s sweeping action on illegal immigration could be.” Aren’t We The People so fortunate to have people like Obama and Koskinen as our leaders with their tremendous integrity for the benefit of America. This clown knew all about this but he kept it quiet because nobody asked him, in other words screw the American taxpayer.

Here we have, 92 million Americans who cant find jobs and we have Obama who has allowed these illegals to come into our country to be given work permits and social security cards. The following is from Megyn Kelly as seen on the Kelly File: “About 7,000 undocumented workers pay taxes using a current taxpayer ID. Now, 7 million illegal immigrants can apply for work permits and Social Security numbers, making them automatically eligible for earned income tax credit.”

“Additionally, illegal immigrants using phony taxpayer IDs can now use new Social Security cards to get refunds for those years.”

This is all so pathetic to what extreme this Dictator – In- Chief will go to, too create Democrat voters. You Obama lovers out there need to think about this and I ask you do you believe Obama is doing this from the goodness of his heart. Give me a break. He thinks this will be an automatic voting block because lets face it these will not be conservative voters who will fend for themselves. These are people who from the start will be given handouts. This is a bribe from Obama to add these people to the Democratic Party. It’s not how when my parents came from Greece for the love of America and the chance to better themselves. That was the motive for my parents and all the parents and grandparents of millions of Americans.

Ted Kennedy started all this in the 1960’s by allowing people to migrate to America from 3rd world countries. “Today the term is often used to describe the developing countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania.” Our country of course was always open to immigrants but it was a privilege not a right. These people who are coming here now think it is their right. Before it was a five year waiting period and you had to be sponsored and you had to prove you had a job. Just look where these socialists have taken this just for the votes. Is this scheme going to work? I think not. Too many things are working against them, the main thing that will go against them is that they will not have love of country and they will not have ambition and some other president will come along such as a Reagan type and close the door of laziness.

The Verdict Is Out On Obama Care From The Architect Of The Law

Obama said lately about the defeat of the Democrats in the Mid-Term elections that his policy’s were right but the message wasn’t. Naturally this Dictator-In-Chief is still in denial of the fact that the American people did not understand his message that We The People are stupid, we don’t know the difference between a bad policy from a bad message.

Lets talk about Obama Care. The American people knew right away that it was a bad law. Right from the start The American people did not like this law and it remains unpopular too this day. The Democrats voted for this cancer of a law all on their own, not one Republican voted for it and jammed it down the American peoples throat. Yes, these socialists own Obama Care and they paid deeply for it in the polls and I and many others said that Obama Care was going to be the biggest cause of the Democrats being defeated and it was. It is destroying the whole economy and the American people have said in polls taken that the economy is their number one concern.

There are now some interesting revelations coming to the surface on Obama Care from none other than from one of the Architects of this law, Jonathan Gruber. He is going around running his mouth but when Megyn Kelly of the Kelly file on Fox News invited him on the show for him to explain what I am going to show now he declined. The following is from a post by Katie Pavlich published by Townhall.com: “You can’t do it political, you just literally cannot do it. Transparent financing and also transparent spending. I mean, this bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes the bill dies. Okay? So it’s written to do that,” Gruber said. “In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in, you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical to get for the thing to pass. Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

From the same post: “Obamacare in its entirely was “sold” on lies. From the promise to keep your doctor to claims insurance rates would go down, not up — to hiding that the legislation was in fact a tax until of course it was necessary to argue it was a tax to save the legislation at the Supreme Court. Government bureaucrats promising an expansion of care knowing care under Obamacare would be limited, etc. Hell, even the official name for Obamacare, “The Affordable Care Act,” is a lie. Obamacare isn’t affordable. The process through which Obamacare was shoved through and down the throats of the American people happened as a result of Harry Reid changing Senate rules and without the support of voters. The legislation didn’t receive a single Republican vote in the House or the Senate. Also, remember this?”

Gruber said his main objective was to pass the law even if it’s lying to the American people, you see you and I are stupid in Obama’s eyes except for the fact We The People had Obama Care figured out from the beginning. All these lies have come forth from the top. It’s Obama and the Democratic party as I said earlier who pushed it and Chief Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court who voted for it anyway knowing darn well We The People were lied too because to us they were not presenting it as a tax but too the Supreme Court they did. The Supreme Court will get one more crack at voting out this law and I hope Chief Justice Roberts throws out his Benedict Arnold make up and does the right thing this time around.

So getting back to Obama saying it’s the message that’s messed up and not the policy, no Obama, it’s your constant lying to We The People that’s messed up but you know what! You lie so much I don’t think you no longer know the difference. “You lie”. You remember that was yelled out to you once at one of your addresses to the Nation. You haven’t forgotten that, have you Obama!

United States Has Commenced Bombing ISIS Targets Over Syria

Even though President Obama helped ISIS gain a foothold in Iraq because he abandoned Iraq before they were fully secured he was forced to take action against this barbaric group called ISIS. With the constant killing of Christians and the beheading of Americans which is really all the president needs as an excuse to go to war, in the last couple of days there has been even more disturbing news concerning ISIS. As I posted before ISIS had a plot going in Australia which luckily was uncovered of the fact that they would behead people at random which has forced the Australian government to post a high alert status for the next eighteen months. Take this one step further, it was reported today that about 100 Americans went to Syria for terrorist training from ISIS and some of them are already back in our country which I am sure they are waiting for some kind of signal to perform terrorist acts of some nature.

President Obama gave the go ahead because of everything that has been transpiring with five other Arab Muslim countries to go ahead and start bombing ISIS targets in Syria. What’s ironic about this is you now have Sonnies attacking Sonnies. Turkey which has the best Air force of the lot is not participating. For what reason, who knows, unless they are waiting for a wait and see attitude. There are no European countries involved which is very strange. It might be for instance that England and France have allowed a humongous population of Muslims to settle in their countries.

The United States is attacking with bombers, drones and fighters. If this will be enough to destroy these barbarians time will tell. My opinion is that it will do damage but you can’t chop off the snakes head without ground support. It’s also inconceivable to me that the ISIS would not be aware that there were air strikes coming and that they would not have been prepared for them. One retired General said tonight on the Megyn Kelly show of The Kelly File which makes sense, it will the ISIS who will control that decision on Obama in relation to where and how they carry this war out in relation to using ground troops. If it gets to that point Obama will have no choice but to send in ground forces. Only time will tell, in the meantime I will do a Prayer and I hope everyone does also for the safety of our military people who are once again in harms way to protect We The People. May God Bless them to a speedy finale of mission and return them to us safely. ISIS does not have the right and privilege to walk the earth. May God Bless America.

Obama Has Put America In Danger From Terrorist Attack

If you recall Congress cut the military budget to pre-World War II levels. I wrote about this at the time that this did not make any sense whatsoever. Why, when their are terrorists out there who want to kill us would Obama want to cut the military budget so drastically? Then I got to thinking of the fact that Obama did not believe the United States should have a role as an exceptional world power. This is also George Soros’s main wish that America should play the role of global equilibrium.

Lately I saw the interview that Megyn Kelly of The Kelly File had with domestic terrorist Bill Ayers who now teaches in our universities and is a friend of Obama’s. In listening to Bill Ayers in that interview pertaining to the United States’ role in the world you would think I was listening to Obama because he also feels America should play no part in exceptionalism as a world power. Let me tell you something my friends, if we are to defeat these terrorists such as ISIS we better be exceptional and we better be the superpower we have been since World War II and any president such as Obama who intentionally downgrades our military might, is not fulfilling the oath of president that he took which is his first order of business to protect We The People.

I am very agitated of late of the fact that speech after speech Obama stresses the fact that he will not deploy ground troops to the Middle East. This is the most asinine thing any person who is in charge of a military can say. Obama is putting himself right against the wall. First of all what is Obama going to do if the air-strikes and supplying the Syrian rebels does not work and in the meantime ISIS is getting stronger and accumulating more territory and there are more be-headings of Americans. Lets go to the worst scenario that they start car bombings, and start doing any of many bombing possibilities right here in the United States. The State Department is doing a disservice when they tell us they don’t see any such activity developing in our country right now. Sure, I remember that Russia warned this same State Department about these two terrorists in Boston that gave us the Boston massacre and even with this warning somehow they allowed it to happen.

With Obama constantly telling the American people and the whole world to hear that he will never deploy combat troops my question to him now would be why wait till something happens as my example of my worst scenario? Is that what it would take for Obama to go out and destroy these roaches or is he and his Attorney General Eric Holder going to treat it as a criminal action. Can you imagine sending the FBI to investigate these bombings when we should be sending our full military to kick butt.

My friends, these people are not protecting us, their crazy to the extreme they will bring hurt to America. We the people can no longer put up with a president who is intentionally cutting our military’s capabilities from a world power to equalize in parity with the rest of the world. It is our strong military that has kept the world in check from total destruction and our enemies right now are like vultures, they are staring to smell weakness and this must stop immediately. How do we stop it! We the people have to speak this November and vote these socialists out and impeach this president before he destroys us, that’s how!

The IRS Email Timeline That Shows Evidence Of Guilt- Get Angry America!

This should not be a Republican-Democrat issue even though Obama and his partners in crime are trying to make it so. Yesterday I mentioned the fact that the IRS were using a service called “Sonasoft,” who are an email back-up archives. To understand this I must show the timeline of these emails which Megyn Kelly of the Kelly File explained on her show.

On June 3, 2011 the Chairman of the House Ways Committee sent a letter to Lois Lerner of the IRS requesting information she might have on the targeting of conservative groups. On June 13th, just ten days later Lois Lerner puts out the word that her hard-drive crashed and all the emails have been lost. People who use computers know that emails are not destroyed when a hard-drive crashes. This happened even though the IRS has a two billion dollar annual budget for modern technology. Here’s where Sonasoft comes in. They were told by the IRS one month after the crash was known that their services were not needed, that’s all well and good but now we have found out that all those backups from 2009 to 2011 have also been lost or gotten rid of with Sonasoft. Isn’t this all a convenient chain of events with the IRS! You tell me now, why should this be the Republicans searching for the truth and the Democrats stonewalling? Is it not the case that it doesn’t matter if you are Republican or Democrat one fine day there might be an audit pending for either one.

Tonight in the House hearings IRS Commissioner John Koshinen of the IRS was asked by Michael Turner R-Ohio that if Koshinen wanted to preserve his integrity he should summons the FBI to investigate these issues or call in a Special Prosecutor of which he wouldn’t do neither. The Democrats who are playing protect Obama can’t really believe that this is a phony scandal, with the timeline mentioned above and the destruction of evidence if they in fact are really destroyed. I don’t think that would sit well with the American people because they know that the IRS is all too powerful as it is and on top of that to be breaking laws would not sit well at all. What has Obama done for the Democrats to warrant this type of support? Nothing. If you and I did something like this to an IRS agent we would be taken away in cuffs. We have a bunch of hoodlums running our country and they are being allowed to get away with all these criminal actions, to protect their own rear end.

This has convinced me that Obama did not win the presidential election. You have the IRS targeting Conservative and Tea Party groups and any organization with the word Patriot in it. It feels like we are living in Nazi Germany. You have dead people voting from all around the country and multiple registered Democrats voting numerous times in countless states all around the country. You have Obama’s and Hillary Clinton’s lies about Benghazi so Obama can continue to use the narrative that Al Qaeda is dead, to help him win the 2012 presidential election. Put these all in a blender and Obama won the election by false pretense. These people running our country are criminals. They all have to be exposed for what they are, hoodlums! On to November!

Obama Needs To Address We The People About Him Opening Up Our Southern Borders To Illegal Immigration Of Children

President Obama is constantly going on the airwaves for every thing imaginable. Yet here we have tens of thousands of children coming from Central America through Mexico and crossing our southern borders at will because the influx is too much to handle for the Border Patrol. This was created by Obama and he has to address We The People as to his intent for this. These children have been given encouragement to cross our borders because they have been told in Central America that Obama would look the other way and ignore immigration laws. Can you imagine this. King Obama is going to look the other way. You must also factor in that because the Border Patrol is short handed to begin with this is taking them away from their normal duties of protecting the border. A Federal Judge even concluded the White House “has simply chosen not to enforce border security laws.”

The following is from a post by Bob Unruh of WND Exclusive. “An organization of former Border Patrol agents Wednesday charged that the federal government, under the administration of President Obama, is deliberately arranging for a flood of immigrant children to arrive in America for political purposes “This is not a humanitarian crisis. It is a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes,” said the statement released by the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers.”

Again the main stream media is ignoring to report this crisis. Pictures have to be sneaked out by cell phones. Again Megyn Kelly of The Kelly File has taken the lead of bringing this to the public. You must understand how serious this is to our country and dangerous even to the children who are coming across our border like cattle. So many of them are sick and they will be spreading their disease’s to the states that they will be exposed to. I am just one small blogger but I will continue to write about this. If this is one way that Obama can cater to future Democratic voters he has a sick corrupt mind. You tell me, why is he doing this, from the goodness of his heart, if you believe that you are more naive than imaginable.

Rep. Elijah Cummings, Democrat Eagerly Wants IRS Scandal Wrapped Up

Rep. Elijah Cummings, Democrat on the House Oversight Committee which is investing the IRS of late has been going around stressing his opinion that the IRS scandal has reached its limits and should be wrapped up. This raised a red flag in my mind as to the timing of this suggestion. I am thinking that now that more information is being discovered on IRS official Lois Lerner with more e-mails being exposed Cummings wants to wrap it up. This sounds like a person that is starting to get worried that the investigation is closing in to the truth.

Catherine Engelbrecht who is the president of her company named True the Vote was represented tonight by her Attorney Cleta Mitchell with Megyn Kelly, of the Kelly File on Fox News. She brought the viewers up to speed in regard to the chain of events that the company went through with the IRS to acquire tax exempt status. Mind you this is the same harassment other companies went through from the IRS.

In the spring of 2012, 18 months after the company applied for this status which normally just takes a couple of months, they were finally approached by the IRS with a questionnaire with about 100 questions. In the fall about 6 months later Rep. Cummings advised that he was going to start his own investigation in regard to the company True the Vote. This is unheard of. The suspicion aroused when the questions put forth by the Cummings staff was very similar to the questions put forth by the IRS. Because of this Attorney Mitchell felt that Cummings and the IRS were coordinating. In February in front of the committee Attorney Mitchell brought up this allegation and Rep. Cummings denied it. After the session True the Vote filed a complaint with the Congressional Ethics Committee.

So now we get to the part as to why Cummings wants this IRS scandal wrapped up and that is because he is part of it. Newly disclosed e-mails show that Lois Lerner and others in the IRS were e-mailing each other to the fact that Rep. Cummings was asking for information from the IRS staff on True the Vote, such as tax returns and any other information they could muster. That means when Cummings denied in February that he did not coordinate with the IRS he lied right in front of a Congressional Committee. What right does he have to ask information presumably from an independent agency such as the IRS on such matters. He has gone beyond his scope of jurisdiction. His involvement is now deep and there is no getting around the e-mails. Rep. Elijah Cummings lied.
