Health Care Workers Who Should Be Classified Hero’s Finally Received Their Just Due By A Federal Judge After Being Kicked In The Butt By Joe Biden And Dr. Anthony Fauci

There was a time of course when COVID-19 was at it’s early stages of  when the scientists and medical profession did not know too much about it except that it was dangerous and highly contagious and yet doctors, nurses and the rest of the medical profession did the job that they were trained to do and loved and that was to treat the people that were there to be treated no matter what the disease was and now they had a new one to content with and that was COVID-19 right there starring them in the face with the patient that had it and now here comes China Joe Biden with a stolen election on top of it with his egotistic scientist Dr. Anthony Fauci and have decided to put a vaccine mandate on the medical profession. A federal judge has stepped in.

“Judge Terry A. Doughty in the U.S. District Court Western District of Louisiana ruled in favor of a request from Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry to block an emergency regulation issued Nov. 4 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that required the COVID shot for nearly every full-time employee, part-time employee, volunteer, and contractor working at a wide range of healthcare facilities receiving Medicaid or Medicaid funding.”

“Doughty argued in his ruling that the Biden administration does not have the constitutional authority to go around Congress by issuing such a mandate.”

This ruling I am hoping will be provided to all workers in America considering I believe what the judge feels and that is that Biden and his cronies cannot go around the Congress to make such a ruling on their own but that’s what socialists do, they know they are breaking the law but they will attempt it until it catches on but lawsuits such as in this case where a federal judge finally ruled and there are plenty more judges ruling in this favor. Marxist Obama was good at doing this also passing through laws until the lawsuits starting coming but in the meantime just look at all the time wasted and lives affected. That’s why I will continue to say it should be prison time knowingly it’s breaking the law to defy the United States Constitution and hoping it will never be noticed.

The U.S. Supreme Court Voted For Voter Integrity And The Radical, Socialist, Democratic Party Is Screaming Foul

Finally the U.S. Supreme Court went with the constitution and voted in favor of voter integrity to the dismay of the socialist, radical, Democratic Party who are now screaming foul of that decision, they are so upset that once again they are threatening the high court with packing it. We all know that it’s the communist way, if you don’t get the results you want well change the system, get rid of the constitution so they could have it all their way.

“The first one was the “out of precinct” policy.”

“This policy required election officials to discard ballots that were cast in the wrong place.”

“The second rule that was upheld was Arizona’s ban on ballot harvesting.”

“Ballot harvesting is the collection of ballots by a third party.”

“The impact of this case might stretch outside of Arizona as well.”

“According to Jonathan Turley, a legal scholar, this ruling could undermine the Biden Administration’s case against Georgia:”

Naturally the socialist, Democratic Party would be insane over this decision by the high court, the two rejections mentioned above was part of the socialist’s H.R.1. bill that would have made cheating legal but now that’s out the window in regard to two of the clauses, so now the Democrats once again will be pushing to pack the high court that it only took one day for the socialist’s to cry foul and suggesting the topic of packing the court once again came into consideration.  

If the two above were eliminated from the 2020 Presidential election Trump would be President today. Just by eliminating voter harvesting alone will make it difficult for the Democrats to win a Presidential election again but there are still enough ways for the Democrats to cheat such as millions of mail-in ballots floating around like butterfly’s and that’s why there are many states enacting new election integrity laws to suppress the cheating, so the socialist Democratic Party can yell foul all they want, they are never going to hit a homerun by cheating again. 

Joe Biden’s DOJ Is Attempting To Stop The Audit Count In Arizona, The Question More So Now, Why Are They So Worried!

Once again the radical, socialist, Democratic Party are showing they are very worried about the Presidential audit count in Arizona and the question is as I have stressed in my title what the hell are they so worried about that they want to stop the audit count by China Joe’s DOJ sending a letter to the Arizona President expressing concerns. It is very obvious as to why the socialists are in panic mode as I will discuss later.   

The following was posted by the OAN Newsroom, published by OAM ( One America News Network) “There’s breaking news out of Maricopa County, Arizona where Biden administration officials are attempting to insert themselves into the ongoing ballot audit despite lacking the authority to do so.”

“The Arizona election audit is no stranger to opposition and May 5 proved no exception. The civil rights division of the Department of Justice sent a letter to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann expressing concerns over the review.”

“The letter appears to be prompted by an April 30 letter from the Brennan Center, a far-left liberal group, to the Department of Justice asking them to intervene in the audit.”

“It appears the DOJ took the Brennan Center’s request to heart because their letter Wednesday asked for the state Senate’s “response to the concerns described herein, including advising us of the steps that the Arizona Senate will take to ensure that violations of federal law do not occur.”

“The United States Constitution grants the power to oversee elections exclusively to state legislatures, meaning the federal government has no authority to interfere in the audit. The letter was fairly benign and only cited media reports as evidence.”

We are entering into uncharted waters here and Biden and his administration know it. Lets just say for arguments sake that if, and I said if Trump flips the state of Arizona with the audit count that means as we have discussed before there are other states getting ready to have audits on the Presidential election and this is what Joe Biden is so very worried about as to the fact what if they all flip to Trump, what happens then? This is where the United States would be in uncharted waters, Joe Biden would be an illegitimate President. One thing would be for sure, Biden at that point should not be President of the United States and We The People deserve to know the answer to the question, did Joe Biden and his socialist cronies steal the election from President Donald J Trump?

President Trump Is About To Appoint Another Conservative To The Supreme Court And There Is Nothing The Radical Socialist Democratic Party Can Do About It But Cry And Make Noise

President Trump is down to two women Justices that he is making his mind up to appoint to the Supreme Court which will lock in conservatism in the high court for generations and it will take away a lot of the influence that turncoat Chief Justice John Roberts has for the time being and the radical socialist Democratic Party can do nothing about it but cry and make a lot of noise which they do on a daily basis to begin with.

At first it was thought that maybe Vice President Mike Pence would have to be used as the vote to 51 if four Republicans descended from voting affirmative but from the information that I have gathered it looks like it will only be the usually two, Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska which will now make the nomination of whomever Trump picks a shoe in.

Like I wrote a couple of days ago you even have crazy Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi threatening that if Trump appointed a justice she would push for impeaching Trump again even though its within the President’s constitutional duties to pick a justice. You Democrats who support people like Pelosi should be ashamed of yourselves. Then you have the morons like Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer who wants to stack the court with more justices but he forgets that the only way that can possibly be done is for the Democrats to take over the Senate and I used the word possibly because the king of socialism President Franklin Roosevelt tried to do so over social security but failed so Chuckie baby can blow off steam all he wants.

There are some within the Republican Party that are stressing the fact that the Justice Trump picks might even be approved before election day which would be so fantastic and overwhelming. As a matter of fact there was a poll out of late where most Americans agree that the President must exercise his constitutional right and a appoint a Justice now and I believe the number was around 64%.

I am so sick and tired as I am sure you are also of Justices in the Supreme Court delegating authority from the bench in other words treating the Constitution as a breathing document in which our Forefathers never intended it to be that way but now with a very good possibility of one extra conservative at the high court the Constitution will be interpreted as it should be, for We The People, not for special interest groups and for religious freedom. Yes, President Trump is keeping another promise and that is to appoint God fearing Justices to the high court.

Chief Justice John Roberts Is Still Living Up To His Nickname Of Benedict Arnold And I Am Sure More Is To Come!

President Dwight Eisenhower had once said that the worst decision he had made as President was to appoint Earl Warren as Chief Justice to the Supreme Court and if President George W. Bush had any guts he would come out and say the same as to his appointment to the Supreme Court Court of John (Benedict Arnold) Roberts who is more concerned with playing nice,nice with the socialists on the Supreme Court rather than to follow the Constitution of our land, another moron who will lift up his finger to see which way the wind is blowing but in the meantime giving the U.S. Constitution the middle finger as he did when he went out of his way to allow Obama Care to continue by his own definition of the law at the last moment.

“This week he created the majority joining with the liberals to bring about a very good day for those who perform abortions and run abortion clinics and a very bad day for women’s health and for babies who lose their lives in that process,” he said.”

My understanding is that this week there will be another ruling on Obama Care yet I dont believe it will be the one of elimination and I could be wrong but whatever the case will be it should always be an automatic as to how the Chief Justice will vote and not wondering if he will be appeasing the integrity of the court, because only in his own mind he knows what integrity of the court means whereas in fact he should be respecting the Constitution of the United States. Lets just hope he doesn’t give his middle finger to the Constitution again which means its the same as giving it to We The People!

The Democratic Party Has Become The Anti-American Party Which Leaves It Up To True Patriots To Safeguard Our Constitution

There is no longer any reasoning with the radical socialist Democratic Party and with the help of the socialist mainstream media they are choosing any narrative they want at will because they know they will have the msm on their side. There is nothing America can do to protect it’s self interests and the constitution without the radical left going in the opposite direction and it doesn’t matter what the issue is.

We have a pandemic with the coronavirus which was purposely set forth by China but to the Democratic Party they dont even want to join the Republican Party and at least commence an investigation. If China wanted to level the economic playing field what bettr way could they have done it than load their planes with infected people with the virus and send them all over the world but in the meantime stopped domestic flights in their own country but the Democrats are not even considering an investigation. This is very irresponsible.

We have the greatest constitutional crisis that has hindered our constitution since Watergate of the fact that our Intelligence agencies were weaponized to take down a rightly elected President of the United States in Donald Trump that you know I have been writing about for years but now it has shown itself true with 39 people who reporting to Marxist Obama unmasked General Miachael Flynn but it doesnt concern the Domocratic Party even though the most American thing to be done is at least show concern that a group of people almost made America into some kind of banana republic. Can you imagine if Hillary Clinton had become President we would not have known any of this because the spying on Trump started as candidate Trump.

This is a far cry from when President Nixon got n trouble with Watergate when both the Democrats and Republicans in the Congress worked together to convince Nixon that if he didn’t resign he would be impeached and mindful what Nixon did was cover-up the crime of Watergate once he found out about it not like Obama who was giving out orders to his DOj as to how to take down a rightly elected President in Donald Trump via General Michael Flynn when he realized Trump would be President and not
Hillary.

One thing about the Republican Party is that they will always be for the constitution whereas the Democratic Party who have accepted socialism as their narrative will never protect the constitution,they will always be for control over We The People and I hope it doesn’t take too much longer for the people who are Democrat just because its a wish that the Democratic Party was still the party of President Kennedy. The motive of the radical socialist Democrat Party was established somewhere around nine hours into Trump’s Presidency so how today is it there are impeachment proceedings against our President? It would not happen in the real world because the Democrat Party today has gone crazy and that should not surprise anyone considering just look at who their leaders are.These are people that if our Founding Fathers were here would be breaking out the rope for hangings. I dont know if you have noticed the last couple of days the crazy Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has been talking about the fact they are impeaching the President to preserve the Constitution, now that makes me sick, these radical socialists are anything but persevering our Constitution, the Constitution stands in their way the same way President Trump does.

Pelosi and her House of Representatives did not do their job, they rushed it through without calling all the witnesses that they wanted but now they want the Senate to do the Houses job. Crazy nancy was taking her time sending the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate hoping that a bombshell would come in and she is still hoping as such but the thing is there is no bombshell and there won’t be and all they have been doing is neglecting the peoples business and a waste of time.

The elites make me laugh, you know how it goes, Trump doesn’t speak their language the poor babies. I had a conversation with a professor a while back who claimed that Marxist Obama spoke his language, I can understand that him being an intellectual but the thing is that Obama was a do nothing. He was always trying to break the laws of the Constitution and I didnt see the socialists trying to impeach him and neither did the Republicans and that is the problem. The Republicans will not get into a bare knuckle fight the way the radical Democrat Party does but you see Trump does and they hate him but one thing they are underestimating is our love for President Trump;and we will be going out in waves to vote him in in 2020 and the socialists will not know what hit them.

With all this nonsense of impeachment the President has been hard at work for the American people. It’s a wonder how he can do it with the constant attacks on him day after day. The Republican Party Must Start Readying Itself Now For Voting Cheating By The Radical Socialist Democratic Party In 2020

There is plenty of voter cheating that goes on by the Democrat Party and they have mastered it well. There is all kinds of cheating such as false identifications from people who have been dead for many years; cheating such as people that are not even citizens of the United States; cheating such as people who vote twice or more because it is allowed to happen by keeping a blind eye. Now you have radical politicians who have allowed non-citizens to obtain drivers licenses to be able to cast a vote on top of every thing else.Whatever the method this is what the radical left has resorted too and its the only way they win elections on a national scale these days.

I have heard on a radio talk show that at the beginning of any Presidential race the Republican candidate is already about 15% points behind before the first vote is cast. Now I dont know what the number really is but most definitely some number of magnitude has to be overcome. The Democrat Party as a whole is always against picture voter ID’s and naturally we all know the reason for this. You talk to a liberal about all this of course they will say you dont know what you are talking about because they are on the receiving end.

This is why as I have said many times before, many of these illegal immigrants are shipped into red states to change the demographics of the voting from red to blue. This is a very big problem if we are to prevent america from going totally socialist. The radical left socialist Democratic Party hates President Trump but don’t even get away from the thought that they hate you and me even more because after all we voted for the President. The socialist’s hate our Constitution, which gives the American people the freedom to enrich themselves with the ability that each and everyone of us has and if we want to pursue that ability it is given to us, our Founding fathers made sure of it. The Constitution does not guarantee the pursue of happiness but it guarantees the chance of having it. Naturally the pursue of happiness means different things to different people but it always centers around God, family and country. The great American experiment has been working among the American people for over 200 years now and yes there have been some rough moments in our history but one must keep in mind that America has the longest uninterrupted Constitution in the world.

So one may ask why would the socialists be pushing so hard to change the premise of our Constitution and by the way I heard the dumb one the other day House Speaker Nancy Pelosi mention the fact that she is trying to protect the Constitution from President Trump, give me a break! It is the likes of Nancy Pelosi who hate the Constitution and everything it stands for which is freedom for the American people whereas socialism is all about control, its all about taking freedom away from the American people, its all about control, their control over you and me.

Take Elizabeth Warren for instance, she wants control over everything in America, it being the companies you and me work for, her enticement of all aspect of our society and regulations galore. One needs to remind themselves what it takes to run a household now and what’s left from ones paycheck after all is spent just to to keep your life in perspective and there is practically nothing left in that check for savings of recreational enjoyment and this is where President Trump has come into the picture where one of the first things he did was eliminate the thousands of the Marxist Obama’s regulations that were choking We The People individually and the American economy.

Marxist Obama spent eight years trying to convince the American people that the country we knew was no longer there. He even made the statement when Trump said he was going to bring jobs back during the Presidential campaign: “what magic wand do you have?” The magic wand that Trump had and still has is confidence in the American people and himself as a businessman.
