The United States Is Being Destroyed Under Joe Biden’s Feet Yet He Labels MAGA As Being Extreme

I pity Joe Biden; he has been captured by the most extreme portion of the radical. Democratic Party which is Marxism, yet he comes out and labels MAGA as the most extreme in American history. I assume China Joe forgets that the Democrat Party was for slavery and segregation, Jim Crow law in the south, from the start, their party has supported keeping people in different economic and racial categories, don’t forget of the fact that they rounded up Japanese Americans in camps during World War II and the list is just too numerous.

“Second, Biden conveniently forgets (or, who knows with him, maybe he really doesn’t recall) that he himself was anti-Roe for at least a decade. “I don’t like the Supreme Court decision on abortion. I think it went too far,” he told the Washingtonian in 1974. In ’82, he backed a constitutional amendment to undo the decision and let states decide, as the draft ruling prescribes.”

“Third, how is MAGA anti-gay, when Donald Trump not only literally waved the rainbow flag at the Republican National Convention but as president appointed the highest-ever openly gay official, Richard Grenell?”

“As for “most extreme”: Even if 1960s terrorist groups like the Weathermen don’t count, how does Biden ignore the substantial wing of his own party that wants to defund the police as inherently racist, not to mention the #AbolishICE crowd? Oh, and also end all US carbon emissions without actually having practical alternatives.”

MAGA stands for “Make America Great Again” it also means make America first which applies to the American people. China Joe Biden knows that the upcoming congressional elections in November will set back the radical, Marxist, Democratic Party for decades because their defeat will be astonishing. Joe Biden did not get 81 million votes, if that was the case his poll numbers would not have eroded as much and fast as they did. Election laws have tightened in the battleground states and cheating will be out the window although the Democrats will try. The Democrat Party must come to grips that this is now the party of President Donald Trump the party of Make America Great Again, (MAGA).

First Time in American History a Supreme Court Draft Opinion Was Leaked to Cripple the Integrity of The Court

They control America’s institution’s; they control our universities; they control our school systems; they control our criminal section where the deep state allows lawlessness to ride within our government; they control the mainstream and social media; they have a big influence with Hollywood and now the radical, Marxist, Democratic Party has attacked the integrity of the Supreme Court where very possibly an activist law clerk has leaked a draft opinion on Roe V Wade. 

This leaker should be punished to the fullest extent of the law and naturally the question being asked is why this person has risked doing this criminal action and the answer I have come to is to put pressure on the Justices to refrain from overturning Roe V Wade whereas it would take just one or two to be intimidated enough to change their position. Chief Justice John Roberts has stressed that the court will not be intimidated, and he was starting an investigation to find the person who leaked. What would really blow this situation wide open is if it was found out that the leaker had the blessing of one of the liberal justices on the court, but I find this unlikely but strange thigs are happening with these Marxists. This was also leaked so as to start rallies across America with discontentment as to the upcoming decision to overturn this law. One thing that should be noted is that drafts can always be revised by the Justices in the process, it is never set in stone.  

Isn’t it something that just moments after the leak was announced already there were picketers with signs in front of the Supreme Court building, just amazing on the preparedness and financing for these people to be already there with signs having been made up. Keep in mind that this case for months it was talked about the fact that there was a good chance Roe V Wade would be overturned and this gave the radical left plenty of time to prepare for the day of reckoning and that day  has arrived for these Marxists and they will be using this issue to get back into the running for the midterm elections not keeping in mind that among important issues to the American people Roe V Wade comes in ninth in importance. People will not discount the fact of running away inflation, high gas prices and interest rates that are going higher to name a few. 

One thing that is happening is that abortion law’s will be going back to the people, in other words back to the states where this belonged to begin with and each state will treat it accordingly. 

We need to thank President Donald Trump for appointing three conservative Justices to the Supreme Court who don’t always vote the same way to begin with but at least they are there to interpret the constitution, thank you so much President Trump, We The People are waiting for your Presidency again. 

The U.S. Supreme Court Voted For Voter Integrity And The Radical, Socialist, Democratic Party Is Screaming Foul

Finally the U.S. Supreme Court went with the constitution and voted in favor of voter integrity to the dismay of the socialist, radical, Democratic Party who are now screaming foul of that decision, they are so upset that once again they are threatening the high court with packing it. We all know that it’s the communist way, if you don’t get the results you want well change the system, get rid of the constitution so they could have it all their way.

“The first one was the “out of precinct” policy.”

“This policy required election officials to discard ballots that were cast in the wrong place.”

“The impact of this case might stretch outside of Arizona as well.”

Naturally the socialist, Democratic Party would be insane over this decision by the high court, the two rejections mentioned above was part of the socialist’s H.R.1. bill that would have made cheating legal but now that’s out the window in regard to two of the clauses, so now the Democrats once again will be pushing to pack the high court that it only took one day for the socialist’s to cry foul and suggesting the topic of packing the court once again came into consideration.  

If the two above were eliminated from the 2020 Presidential election Trump would be President today. Just by eliminating voter harvesting alone will make it difficult for the Democrats to win a Presidential election again but there are still enough ways for the Democrats to cheat such as millions of mail-in ballots floating around like butterfly’s and that’s why there are many states enacting new election integrity laws to suppress the cheating, so the socialist Democratic Party can yell foul all they want, they are never going to hit a homerun by cheating again. 

The President Of The United States Does Not Have A Time Period To Appoint A Justice To The Supreme Court But You Can’t Tell That To The Radical Socialist Democratic Party

With the passing away of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg it has left the door open for President Trump to fulfill his constitutional duties to appoint a new justice to the Supreme Court and since Trump has stressed he will have a name within days and more than likely be a women the radical left is putting on their battle gear readying themselves for a full scale war. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that she will recommend impeaching the President to stall the process and that she would “use every arrow in our Quiver. You have another beauty in Senate Minority leader of the Senate Chuck Schumer who said he would push for statehood for Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico because of their Democratic Electoral College of course and then he throws in the kicker of saying he will push for the stacking of the court. These people are sick.

It is very crucial that the Presidential election does not end with the high court having an even number of justices of eight instead of nine. If you recall when President George W. Bush won the Presidency there was a deadlock of 36 days before it finally went to the Supreme Court for them to vote on the outcome, now can you imagine if there were eight justices instead of nine, it would have been a tie vote and then what! With the socialist Democrats trying to flood the Post Office with mail-in ballots you know as well as I do they are trying to create mayhem.

Someone must remind this socialist Democratic Party what Obama told the Republicans early on in his Presidency and that was “elections have consequences.” People like Pelosi, Schumer and the rest of them act like they never lost and this drives them crazy because Trump is the only person who shows them with actions that he is in charge and not them.

Trump will appoint a new justice and at this period of our republic it is more important than ever with the reason I stated above. I am thinking of the fact that all these mail-in ballots going out it will be a nasty ending and the only way this can be prevented is for Trump to win by a huge landslide otherwise I dont even want to think of what may happen. My patriots the socialists are aiming to steal the election, that is obvious and if this were allowed to happen I will not give my prediction as to what would happen but you can fill in my thoughts.

Every American Must Be Mindful Of Digital Contact Tracing (DCT) Triggered By COVID-19

When I first was introduced to digital contact tracing my first reacting was what the hell is that and then after learning more about it and to be honest I still am learning it’s another way of government keeping track of you and me in this case using the excuse of coronavirus for everyone to spy on each other and ultimately will wind up in the governments hands with the same old guise of course for our better good and naturally I will say bullcrap! Today it might be the virus but tomorrow it might be what are our habits with our guns such as where do we store them. This is another one of those never allow a crises go to waste and with today’s technology we can all be traced right from our cell phones which most of us know already.

This includes so-called police powers, or the ability of states to enact strict laws to protect the health and wellbeing of its citizens. While the Supreme Court has been reluctant to define or limit these powers, it has explicitly affirmed states’ ability to enact quarantine and “health laws of every description” necessary to protect public health. Thus, states are well within their right to institute mandatory lockdowns, and the Supreme Court has issued sufficient guidance suggesting a mandatory DCT program would also be permissible.”

With a compulsory DCT program in place, one can more easily imagine a scenario in which the government fines individuals for coming into contact with too many people in a given day.”

Like I mentioned above this can be a very slippery slope for our freedoms and I bet the Supreme court is following this the same way we are because you know as well as I do that eventually there will be some case going to the court because after all they are human and follow the news the same as you and me.

This will make We The People even more suspicious of using ones cell phone as though we are not already. I find it very foolish to give any application authority to take over our cell phone for spying and knocking at your door for the powers to be to know whats going on in your own home. This is a very foolish move for people who will consent to this and it will only lead to our demise as a republic as though we dont have enough intrusions now to our Constitution, we sure as hell dont need another one!

United States Supreme Court Gives President Trump A Big Victory On Asylum Restrictions

The United States Supreme Court gave President Trump a big victory on asylum restrictions whereas the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals had given Trump only a partial victory because it did not lift the injunctions of asylum restrictions nation wide. What good is it if the restrictions on asylum was just partially applied;that served no purpose whatsoever and the Supreme Court in a 7-2 decision also felt the same way and ruled in the Presidents favor and lets say also in Americas favor considering We The People have been losing our country at the southern border where the radical left Democratic Party had allowed anyone to enter our country when the whistle blows.

“The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals – long a liberal bastion that has been aggressively reshaped into a more moderate court by the Trump administration – handed the White House a partial victory in the case on Monday by ending the nationwide injunction against the asylum policy. However, the 9th Circuit kept the injunction alive within the territorial boundaries of the circuit, which encompasses California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Idaho, Guam, Oregon and Washington.”

“The Supreme Court’s order was not a final ruling on the policy’s merits but does allow the policy to take effect nationwide, including in the 9th Circuit, while the case makes its way through the lower courts.”

“President Trump tweeted that the ruling was a “BIG United States Supreme Court WIN for the Border on Asylum!” The administration had argued in a brief to the Supreme Court that unless the injunctions were totally lifted everywhere, it “would severely disrupt the orderly administration of an already overburdened asylum system.

“Only Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissented.”

I find it very disturbing that the President has to go through all this step by step nonsense considering the President has full authority when it comes to immigration law but the radical left Democratic Party knowing just how to delay with their liberal(socialist) appointed judges because they know eventually it would reach the Supreme Court but in the meantime illegals have been crossing our southern border like fly’s. My understanding also by hearing what the President has been saying of late is that Mexico has started to cooperate by sending in 25 thousand troops to help stifle the run to the southern border.

This is such a mess and a shame that we even have to be talking about it but I tell you what if Trump was not President and there was a Hillary Clinton in the White House as you can see by the radical lefts actions or inaction’s whatever you want to call it we would be losing our country to third world illegal immigration with nothing to stop them entering our neighborhoods draining the economy of the United States with their here I am take care of me attitude with the American tax payers expense. Yes, four more years of President Trump is a must and giving him a Republican Congress comes hand in hand if we want to save our republic. With all the cheating that goes on by Democrats at the polls its even more important we all go to the polls in full force come 2020. This must be taken very serious for the sake of our republic!

U.S. Supreme Court Gives President Trump Big Win Over Border Wall

This is what these lower socialist courts have been doing, even though the President of The United States has full authority on immigration issues these lower courts many of the judges being Obama appointees put the breaks on Trump’s decisions which of course has always been to protect the security of The United States. Now these socialist judges know that most of the time when it reaches the Supreme Court they will end up on the losing end of the stick but what they are doing very successfully is stalling for time which means the illegal immigrants will be crossing the border into America at the same old disrespect for our laws and many of them being dumped into our communities. Same old song and dance highly pushed by the radical left Democratic Party.

The radical left Democrats were saying the money was already advocated for other things but Trumps people were saying that the President has the right to shift some funds as long as it wasn’t stressed up front that he couldn’t use any of the money for the wall. My common sense tells me that even if some of this funding came out of the military budget what is going on at our southern border is weakening our national security as so much out of control that it is, one big mess! Its a shame that this has become such a dialog in itself which should be an automatic thought process in itself. This inept Democratic Party is giving the Presidential election right in Trumps lap over the immigration issue and President Trump will take full advantage of the insanity of the radical left Democratic Party. Great News! Supreme Court Sided With President Trump That Illegal Immigrant Criminals Cannot Be Released From Sanctuary Cities

That term sanctuary city just blows the mind to begin with. Illegal immigrants are allowed to fester in these cities and on top of that you have these city officials, it being governors, mayors, commissioners or whatever the hell else they call themselves not being arrested for defying the United States Constitution but you have the President of the United States in Donald Trump who has to pull teeth to have these illegals released and arrested even though he has the authority to do so, but dont tell that to the 9th District court of California that because they will obstruct Trump’s authority all the way. To make it worst there have been illegal immigrants that have actually performed criminal acts on top of the original act of coming here illegally whom have been allowed to leave these so called sanctuary cities who performed other criminal acts such as murder, rapes and what have you. The Supreme Court ruled yesterday to put a stop to this.

The radical left has surly become a danger to the United States. When are conservatives going to start going to the polls in abundance to rid our country of these treasonous fools and it must be the next elections because the more this is allowed unchecked the more cheating will be done by more illegals that would have entered our country and this is exactly what the game plan is of today’s radical Democratic Party. We are fortunate that our Forefathers have made elections for the House of Representatives every two years and all I will say, live and learn and vote these socialist bums out.

Not Only Will President-Elect Donald Trump Be Filling U.S. Supreme Court Vacancies But He Will Have Over 100 Life-Time Court Vacancies To Fill

It has been written by many including myself that one of the main reasons President-elect Trump came out victorious against socialist Hillary Clinton was because of the fact We The People did not want the Supreme Court to be ruled by liberals for the next fifty years or so which is a very good chance or perfect chance of that happening considering the make-up of the court today is getting old with Justices retirements just around the corner. That would have been a disastrous defeat for conservatism and the Constitution.

The president-elect has another tremendous opportunity to preserve the freedoms of We The People because of there being over one hundred life time vacancies in district courts throughout the United States that was not as much talked about during the presidential campaign as was the upcoming Supreme Court vacancy.

This is so very important for the preservation of religion in our society and of bringing God back into our schools and society because the liberals have had their way in the appointment of judges because of the fact there was not much attention being put if these were God-fearing judges being appointed and this is a must if We The People are to bring God back into American society. Every-time I think of the fact that Hillary could have been the one picking these judges I get shivers up my spine. The United States Supreme Court Is Now We The People’s Thanks To The Election Of President Donald Trump

For people who were leaning on the fence of whether to vote for Donald Trump or sit it out the number one issue that I heard people talk about more than any other was the fact if the U.S. Supreme Court was lost to Hillary Clinton and the Democrats it would be a catastrophe and for that issue being so very important they would probably vote for Trump. I would say in the next four years there will be three new openings on the bench maybe as many as four. If four young Justices were to be appointed to the high court you are talking about maybe as many as fifty years of control from the party in power. We know that the Democrats have leaned left like they have never before and after Trump’s victory they are showing they will be even going more left with the people they are talking about putting in power and that means the Court would be going ever so much left and we all know what that would mean to our Constitution, kiss it goodbye!

A few months ago Donald Trump wisely came out with a list of 21 leaning conservatives that he would recommend for the Supreme Court if he was to win the election and had the opportunity to appoint. By doing so at the time it gave a relief to conservatives within the Republican Party to lean towards Trump.

It’s true that when a president appoints a Supreme Court Justice there have been some surprises along the way and it’s usually Republican appointees. The Democrats as always stick to their ideology and never waiver. President Eisenhower once said that the worst decision he ever made as president was to appoint Chief Just Earl Warren to the Supreme Court. President George W. Bush gave the Court Chief Justice John Roberts and he turned into a Benedict Arnold who kissed up to Obama in regard to Obama Care. One thing we do know though and that is a Democrat appointee would be an automatic socialist-Marxist whereas a Trump appointee We The People have a good chance that if they voted along conservative lines before there would be a good chance they will continue to do so.
